...Screen focused on two babies sleeping...

Imagine them to be sleeping

...And Screen Zoomed on a couple who eyes were all sleepy...

Suddenly, Karan's alarm rang

Preeta*yelling in whispers*: Band karo isse!!!

Karan fell from the bed because Preeta whispered directly in his ears and he was in a subconscious state (half asleep-half awake)...He immediately switched off the alarm.

Karan: Alarm baj gya matlab subha hogyi (made a crybaby face) :(

Preeta: 7 baj gye

Karan: Ab toh sone ki bhi koi gunjayish nhi *crying*...Maine coach ko subha 4 baje call karke kaha tha ki aaj coaching nhi aaunga taki mai so saku lekin meri princess ne mujhe sone hi nhi diya. Why princess? *he whispered*

Preeta: Mere champ ne to ekbaar palak tak jhapkane nhi di...Jab mere ander the tab bhi mujhe nhi sone dete the ab jab bahar to bhi nhi sone dete....tumhe at least 9 mahine ka aaram to tha?

Karan: Aaram? Tum aaram ki baat karti ho? Tumhe pregnant karne keliye pata nhi kitni raatie jaaga hu mai, Tumhare pregnant hone ke baad tumhare mood swings aur cravings jehlne ke liye jaga hu mai, aur aaj bhi jaag hi raha hu.

While they were quarrelling Kritika slightly opened the door and knocked it...Preeta and Karan were afraid that the babies would wake up and thus showed a finger on their lips to Kritika and made the sushhhhhhhhhhh sound...Behind Kritika entered Sherlyn who offered to take care of the babies till Karan and Preeta would go and get themselves fresh, have breakfast and take some rest.

They got fresh and went to the dining table where they met Rakhi, Mahesh, Dadi, Rishab and Amayra (Rishab and Sherlyn's 5 year old daughter).

Amayra *loudly and with joy*: Good Morning Chucks (Karan) and Chuksi (Preeta)

Karan: Good Morning Girl friend *tiered*

Amayra: Chucks, 1 month before tak I was you Princess girlfriend na ab only Girlfriend?... Amayra is naraz from Chucks!

Karan: Amyru you are still Chucks's Princess girlfriend but now we have a smaller princess in the house right?

Amayra: Right!

Karan: To fir toh aap Princess se Queen ban gye, haina?

Amayra (lured): Haa *squeals happily*...Chucksi how are you feeling now?

Preeta: Better darling <3...Chalo ab jaldi jaldi khao warna you will miss your bus! Come on quick!

Amyra finished her food and Sameer ran along with her to the bus...It was their daily routine, Sameer and Amayra would race till the school bus, and Sameer would always let Amayra win...Amayra was everyone's darling...Karan loved her the most in the house, but now that he has got his own princess, Amayra has tough competition...Prithvi and Mahira were now married and settled in America...Amanya were also married and lived in the house next to the Luthras...Sameer and Srishti were engaged and would get tied in a wedlock by the end of the year...Kritika was happily married and settled in Australia ...And Roo was still single.

All were done with the breakfast...Karan and Preeta decided to take their time alone in the room till Sherlyn was taking care of the babies while they were asleep.

Karan: Kitna thak gaya hu mai

He ran and fell on the bed

Preeta: Oh hello! Tumse zyaada mai thak gyi hu...Baby baanane ka process, 9 months ka weight aur sickness, Labour aur ab yeh day and night duty. I am tierdddddddddddd

Bulave tujhe yaar ajj meri galiyan
Basaun tere sang main alag duniyaan

Karan took Preeta's hands in his hands and kissed them...He slowly took her in his embrace

Karan: Baat toh sahi hai, tumne sach mai bohot difficulties jheli...Thank you Preeta, thank you sooo much tumne apne phobia ko overcome karke, mere liye, family ke liye aur hamare future ke liye ye kiya...You know I am so proud of you babydoll...I AM PROUD OF MY WIFE.

Karan gently kissed her forehead, but he didn't depart his lips from her forehead after hissing, rather he lingered there for a while.

All of a sudden Karan found his shirt a bit wet and realised that Preeta was crying.

Karan: Kya hua Preeta ro kyu rhi ho? (with care and concern)

Preeta: Sonch rhi hu ki mai kitni zyada lucky ho ki mujhe tum mile *with tears*

Karan hugged her harder

Jo hove tu udas mujhe dekhe hans ke

Preeta's tears weren't stopping...So Karan started making her laugh with his silliness...And Preeta really did start laughing.

Karan slipped into the the flashback of the last 12 months.

...Flashback...

...12 Months ago...

Karan was playing with Amayra. They were having a tea party in Amayra's playroom...The invited guests were: Cherry (Amayra's pink teddy bear), Chocolate (Amayra's brown teddy bear) Caramel (the brown furred pet maltese of the luthra's who was named by Amayra) and obviously "The Karan Luthra" (Amayra's favourite in the family)

Karan: Amyru kya hua aap achanak se sad kyu hogye?

Amayra: Koi Amayru ki wish fulfil nhi kar ra

Karan: Kya wish hai aapki Princess?

Amayra: Amyara has only twoooooooooooooooooo wishes (she said while streching the word 2)

Karan: Toh batao apne chucks ko what are these 2 wishes of yours?

Amayra: First, Amayra wants her chaaming and handpum boyfriend TKL to take her on a date.

Preeta who was listening to the Uncle- niece convo was surprised

Karan: Sure my Princess girlfriend, hum kal hi date pe chalenge...And girlfriend, woh na CHARMING aur HANDSOME hota hai, chaaming and handpum nhi!

Preeta *to herself*: Aaya bada, mereko toh mushkil se ek baar date pe lekar jaata hai.

Amayra: Ok chucks!

Karan: Aur ab aapki dusri wish?

Amayra: Chucks woh to sirf aap puri kar sakte ho!

Karan: Kya baby?

Amayra: I asked mumma for a sibling to play with as all my friends have one but mumma said that, if I want I can ask you and chucksi for a cousin, she said that cousin and siblings don't have much of difference. So chucks can you please give me a cousin??? *she said with pleading eyes*

Karan and Preeta started blushing...YES you read that right, THE KARAN LUTHRA was blushing.

Sherlyn (who just came in): Amayru aapke boyfriend itne bhi ache nhi hai!

Karan: Wdym Sherlyn? Amayra mein appki dono wishes puri karunga but there is a change in plans, matlab aapko cousin dene ke liye pehele mujhe aapki chuksi ko date pe le jaana padega uske baad mein aapko lejaunga, is that fine?

Sherlyn was laughing and Preeta was blushing

Amayra: Chalega nhi Run karega.

Karan and Amayra continued playing

...After a few minutes: In PreeRan's room...

Preeta: Tum...Tum itni der Amayra se neeche baat kar rhe the na...Kya baat kar rhe the?

Karan (while scrolling through his phone): Kuch khas nhi, mujhe usse bahar lunch pe lejane ke liye keh rhi thi.

Preeta *nervous*: Au..Aur?

Karan: Aur kya?

Preeta: Kuch cousin- sibling keh rhi thi na Amayra?

Karan: Haa, woh cousin maang rhi thi, Most likely bhabhi ne bheja hoga bolne ke liye... Seriously mat lo.

Preeta: But tumne toh usse promise-?

Karan: 4 saal ki bachi hai, aaj bola kal bhul jayegi. Don't compel yourself and your body for this just for the sake of my word...Kyunki at the end of it, your decision is what matters (cupped her face) hmm?

Preeta(in deep thoughts): Hmm

Later that nights after dinner Karan entered his room, to find Preeta sitting on the bed.

Karan: Kya hua?

Preeta: Woh..Woh actua..actually

Karan: Itna stammer kar karke kyu bol rhi ho, thik se bolo, zor se bolo tez se bolo (started laughing)

Preeta: Dekho Karan, jo mai abhi bolne jaa rhi hu na woh kaafi sonch samaj kar bol rhi hu...Kaafi sonch vichaar kiya hai mene iske bare mai

Karan: Kya bolna chahti ho bolona *seriously*

Preeta: Karan I guess I am ready for it! *takes a deep breath*

Karan: Ready for what ?*confused* OOOOOOOOOH!! Samaj gya! Naughty Mrs. Luthra! Chalo karte hai!

He started leaning towards here thinking that Preeta wanted to make love, Butttttttttttt Preeta pushed his face away

Karan: Kya huaaa?

Preeta: Mai uski baat nhi kar rhi hu bajjarbattu!

Karan: Fir kiski baat kar rhi ho?

Preeta *inhales deeply and says in one go*: Maimaabananachahtihu

Karan: KYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA? Are you sure preeta (cups her face) Kahin tum bhabhi ke pressure mai to aakar nhi bol rhi? Forget it Preeta bhabhi ne jo kuch bhi kaha woh ese hi tha, don't take it seriously!

Preeta: Karan lekin mai yeh chahti hu! Mai chahti hu ki mereko bhi koi maa bulaye, mai bhi un 9 months ki journey ko jiyu, aur ek nanhi si jaan ko iss duniya mein lau! Isn't it sooo exciting!!!!!

Karan: Tum sure hona Preeta? (reminds me of BB 2; Ruhan: Tu suar hena potlu, Tu sure hena potlu?)

Preeta: Tum nhi chahte kya Karan?

Karan: Kesi baat kar rhi ho Preeta mai kyu nhi chahunga

Preeta: Toh fir itne sawaal kyu puch rhe ho?

Karan: Thik hai fine, koi sawaal nhi puchunga mai!! *whispers* we will be parents soon

Saying this Karan pulled Preeta in a tight hug.

...Leap of 3 months...

Karan and Preeta were sleeping in each other's embrace... They woke up and started sweet talking with each other, when suddenly Preeta pushed Karan and ran towards the bathroom.

Karan: PREETAA! Kya hua tumhe??

Preeta came out of the washroom, wiping her mouth. She was in deep thoughts.

Karan: Kya hua Preeta? Tum ese daud kar washroom mai kyu gyi?

Preeta: *to her self* Mai- Kya mai? Ho sakta hai but- Nhi pehele confirm karungi fir Karan ko bataungi, warna faaltu mai bechara hype aur excited ho jayega aur fir agar esa kuch na hua toh dukhi hojayega. *to Karan* Kuch nhi, lagta kuch khaya nhi na to acute acidity hogyi hogi isiliye ulti aagyi.

Karan: Preeta tum na aajkal apna bilkul bhi dhyaan nhi deti! Chalo ek kaam karo jaldi brush karo aur neeche ajao, mai breakfast lagwaata hu. Hmm?

Preeta *still in deep thoughts*: Hmm,

While taking wearing her clothes, Preeta started to feel dizzy, she immediately sat on the couch and thus didn't faint.

Preeta*to herself*: Preeta ab toh tujhe test karna hi padega.

She went to the washroom and opened the cabinet there, where 4-5 pregnancy text packets were lying. She took one and tested herself.

After sometime she came out of the washroom.

Preeta*to herself*: Congratulations Mr. Luthra, WE ARE PREGNANTTT!!! But yeh mai tumhe ese nhi bataungi, something speacial.

Later, Karan went for practice after having his breakfast and ensuring that Preeta eats well.

The time passed by and it was evening now, Which meant that Karan was about to return now. Preeta had asked the entire luthra family to assemble in the hall.

Rakhi: Kya hogaya Preeta Puttar? Tune hum sab ko yaha kyu bulaya hai?

Amayra: Chucksi, why you call amayru here????? She busy busy with her Caramel!

Preeta: 2 minutes baby! Let's wait for your Chucks, and I will tell you! Ok?

Amayra: Okiee

And that's when Karan entered the house whisteling.

Karan: Kya baat hai aap sab yaha kyu ikhata hue hai? Mere swaagat ke liye?

Aman: Chup! Tu koi Bhagwan nhi hai ki tere swagat ke liye hum ikhata hue

Karan: Tanyaaaaa

Tanya: Amannnn

Aman: Preetaaaaa

Preeta: Karannnn *started glaring him*

Karan: Yaaar! Acha chodo! Mujhe ye batao ki ho kya rha hai?

Preeta: ek choti si game hai! Aap logo ko mai ek box dungi aur aap ko apne apne box kholne hai but koi but bolega nhi ki unhe uss box ke andar se kya mila. Thik hai?

All: Thik hai.

Preeta distributed the boxes among all except Karan.

Karan: Mereko kyu nhi?

Preeta: Patience rakho bajjarbattu, tumhe dungi ruk jao

Karan pouted cutely...Everyone opened their boxes and found some tee shirts in theirs...Now Preeta bought in Caramel who bought Karan's box in his mouth and gave it to Karan. Karan pet Caramel for a few minutes and then took the box to open it.

He saw baby shoes and a baby onzie which had "DADDY HERE I COME" written on it, in the box...He also pulled out a teeshirt which stated "DADDY TO BE", he was yet a bit confused and his eyes fell on a pregnancy test in a zip lock back which sowed two line, postive...Karan had tears in his eyes. He looked at Preeta and hugged her tight, he lifted her up and made her swing in the air, and said

Karan: WE ARE PREGNANTTTTTTTTT!!!!!!

While on the other hands the others read their tee shirts,

Srishti, Tanya= "Masi to be"

Aman, Sameer, Rishab= "Chachu to be"

Sherlyn= "Chachi to be"

Prithvi= "Mamu to be"

Roo, Kritika, Mahira= "Bua to be"

Amayra: "Big sister to be"

Rakhi and Mahesh= "Dadi to be" and "Dadu to be" respectively

Sarla: "Nani to be"

They all gleamed in happiness as they understood the meaning of these shirts. The whole luthra house was celebrating that night...Preeta and Karan cut a cake with "WE ARE PREGNANT" iced on it

Preeta was vomitting in the morning and Karan was rubbing her back...Later he pulled her in his embrace and was making her sleep by carresing her hair.

Karan was shown kissing Preeta's face; her cheeks, her nose, her forehead and her lips...He also started kissing her neck as Preeta wasn't feeling loved

Preeta was shown trying to seduce Karan (moodswings you know ;) ) and Karan was having a hard time to control, as Preeta was pregnant

Preeta was waking Karan from his sleep by caressing his face and beard and kissing his cheeks

Preeta was coming down the stairs whereas the luthra's were continusly preventing herf rom doing so but she was yet adament...She was bout to trip when Karan came from the back and held. He was super angry as Preeta didn't listen to him, he was worried; What if he wasn't here? What if Preeta did this at night? Karan was fuming in anger and thus scolded Preeta.

Preeta felt really bad that Karan scolded her (pregnancy hormones you know)...Karan entered the room and found Preeta, he realised that Preeta was very sad...He opened his cupboard and bought some chocolates from there...Preeta's eyes gleamed with joy seeing Karan holding chocolates...She pulled him in a tight hug and kissed his cheeks and took the chocolate from him (moodswingsss)...While Karan left a chuckle.

Later Amayra was trying to find her missing chocolates and came up to Karan with complaints, where she realised that Preeta had eaten Amayra's chocolates after finishing hers.

7th month:

Karan was shown feeding Preeta palak ka soup, which Preeta drank while making faces.

At night Preeta was shown eating ice cream secretly with Amayra and Mahesh who wasn't eating icecream but besan ke ladoos...Suddenly the lights of the kitchen turned on and Karan, Sherlyn and Rakhi came in the view of the eating trio...Preeta got scared of Karan, Amayra got scared of Sherlyn and Mahesh got scared of Rakhi, so they all ran to their respective rooms and the darane wala trio burst into laughter.

8th month:

Preeta: Rakhi maaaa, mujhe karela ka juice peena hai!!

Rakhi and Karan looked at her with a horrible expression, but she had to get it for her as she wished for it...She bought it for Preeta.

Preeta: Karan tum na romantic nhi hooo *she started crying*

Karan: Kyu babydoll? Tum kya chahti ho? Mai kya karu?

Preeta: Agar tum mujhse pyaar karte ho to mere saath dusri straw se yeh juice piyooo

Karan was foced to drink Karele ka juice for the happiness of his wifa and to proove his love for his wife (becharaa)

9th month:

Karan was shown talking to the baby bump and expressing his excitement for their welcome while Preeta was admiring him.

Ho Ho Ho Ho

Karan was shown holding his two munchkins in his hand...His eyes held tears..He gently kissed the forehead of both of them.

He placed them in the craddle and went near Preeta who was exhausted...He kissed her forehead and pulled her in his embrace.

Later, once Preeta was discharged from the hospital Karan and Preeta named their kids Kartik and Kiara...Their eyes were like Preeta's and their smile was like Karan's...They were a bank of cuteness.

...Flashback over...

Karan broke his chain of thoughts and looked at Preeta, who had fallen asleep in his embrace, she sure was dead tired and so was he.

He pulled Preeta down on the bead making her lay down while she was asleep, and covered her with the blanket...He himself entered the blanket, took Preeta in his embrace and fell asleep.

...Screen froze on the peaceful faces of Preeran...
