Yoongi sat in his office, his eyes glued on the laptop and a file in turn. Suddenly, a boisterous figure barged in, followed by the door banging shut. The male didn't have to glance up to know who it was, because he was aware that only one annoying person- his maternal cousin would do this.
He closed his eyes and pressed his lips into a thin line to not get angry with his cousin because he knew it was useless and he was in no mood to waste his energy.
"Hyung, why are you back to work so soon?" The over-enthusiastic male questioned his cousin, taking a seat across from the CEO.
"Kook, what do you want?" Yoongi questioned in return, having no intention to answer. He began reading the file without paying attention to the male.
"Hyung, how is Hana?" Jungkook asked, playing with the paperweight placed on the desk while his attention was fixed on his cousin.
Yoongi sighed, this time letting go of the file and looked up at the younger. "I can't believe I got married to a crazy girl."
He couldn't help but think about their discussion during their first meeting.
"Are you single?" Hana asked Yoongi, whose brows furrowed at the question. What type of question was that? Of course, he was single. If not, he wouldn't have agreed to this meeting with his father's friend's daughter.
"Yes," He responded nonetheless.
"Do you hate talking?" She inquired again. What type of questions was the girl asking anyway? He thought she would ask some sensible questions. It wasn't like he was experienced in these meetings, but still, he thought so.
"Not really." He responded again, to which Hana nodded her head. "That's perfect. I'm talkative, so I need someone to listen to me. I can assume you must be a great listener. Anyway, is it okay if I say that I like someone?"
Oh! He did not see that coming. If she liked someone then why was she sitting here with Yoongi? Was she forced?
"If so, why don't you talk to your parents about this? Are they against your relationship?" Yoongi questioned. He somehow felt like he was a villain and that was the reason why he spoke this much for the first time.
Hana sighed, "They don't like him. They think I'm crazy. Oh, by the way, we aren't in a relationship. It's unrequited love." She responded with a shy smile, her cheeks turning crimson.
"Oh!" That was all Yoongi could respond. He no longer knew what he should say. He glanced around the terrace, enjoying the breeze hitting his face which oddly soothed him.
He was about to ask her if they could go downstairs and join their parents because he could see they had nothing else to talk about and he was certain that they wouldn't get married. He was noways getting married to someone who loved another guy. Before he could speak, she interrupted her thoughts.
"I won't mind getting married to you. My dad talks highly of you, and I have never heard rumours about your relationship or something. So we are good to go. But are you okay if I love someone else too?" She blinked her eyes innocently and Yoongi wanted to shout at her. How could that be okay? He was a possessive person.
It wasn't like they were in a romantic relationship or something, but he was sure that they might have a better relationship in the future. Atleast they could be friends, and he didn't want her to love someone else.
"But-"
"Don't tell me you would be jealous of my favourite idol." She glared at him and raised a brow as if she were questioning his intentions.
"Huh?"
"The love I was talking about is Kim Taehyung. Don't tell me you don't know him." She questioned again as she continued to glare.
Yoongi's jaw dropped at that. Kim Taehyung, the idol? She loved him? Was she crazy? She acted as if she was in love with a normal human and not the man who had fans worldwide.
"Okay!" He just responded without thinking, and he did not know how his life was about to change with that one acceptance.
"What do you mean by crazy?" Jungkook questioned. "She didn't look crazy to me at your wedding though."
"She is a huge fan of Taehyung," Yoongi responded with a sigh.
"You mean the idol Kim Taehyung? Your classmate and best friend Kim Taehyung?" Jungkook questioned, almost yelling in excitement. Don't judge him, he was a fan of Taehyung too.
"Sadly, yes!"
"And does she know you both are best friends?" Jungkook questioned again.
"Never in this life, she will know that. I'll make sure of that. Because she is crazy and once she knows about this, she won't let me live peacefully."

So, that was the first chapter. How was it?
Well, idk if this book would have too many chapters or not. All I know is, I'll keep the chapters short.
I have my exam in a month and my job is about to start after 15 days. In short, vacation is over.
I had to edit Undisclosed Secrets, but somehow I did not feel like doing so. That is a serious book and I needed something fun and fluff because I'm having severe mood swings (bcz of exams).
So yeah, that is how I came up with this storyline. This book won't have angst, I'll try to keep it that way. Just fluff and cliche.
