Part-86
"Sanyukta, what is all this?" Randhir asked in a tone full of horror. As he entered the room all he could see was cloth scattered all over the floor. The image was hard for him to digest. What happened to all tidy Sanyukta. This room was a mess, for once making him uncomfortable. Seems like all her clothes from the closet were out in the room.
"I have nothing to wear." Sanyukta cried as she took out another dress and threw it on the floor.
"Says the lady who have hundreds of dress thrown on the floor." Randhir sighed, taking off his shoes he walked towards her meanwhile making sure not to step on any of the dresses.
"Would you like to enlighten me, why all this mess?" He gestured to the clothes.
"We have a party to attend and I have like nothing to wear."
"Party? What party? And most importantly whose party? I wasn't inform." He asked in confusion.
"I'm throwing a party Randhir." She informed him.
"Wow! When did that happen?" He scratched his head. Her words were making him more confuse.
"In the morning." She replied. "I thought we should give Parth and Vidhushi a party. After all they have announced such a big news. Therefore, to celebrate the news we are going to a club. You me Parth Vidhushi and Kaustuki." She purposefully skipped the part where she was to tell him that apart from them one more person Jignesh was also invited. She will tell him when they will get in the car that way there will be no backing out. Hah! Smart move. She mentally patted her back.
"Club?"
"Why are you repeating everything I'm saying with a question mark or a exclamation mark?" She frowned.
"Sorry." He apologized. "But seriously why club? You want to give them a party, fine, I have no problem. We can go to a nice restaurant and have dinner. The dinner will be from your side and that can be considered as party too."
"Dinners are boring." She pouted. "Let Vidhushi do something interesting now, later it will be like bed rest and all."
"Are you sure?"
"Absolutely. I had never been to a club. This will be like a new experience to me." She smiled.
"Then club it is." He too smiled patting her head. She wanted to go to the club, they will go the club. No further questions asked.
"And if you don't mind," She encircled her arms around his neck. "Can I have few shots Mr Shekhawat?" Sanyukta could feel his body getting rigid as she said those words.
"Sanyukta." He inhaled before continuing speaking. "Don't ever call me Mr Shekhawat." He said sternly and firmly. "Never." He cupped her face. "That reminds how you used to address me in the beginning of our marriage and I don't want to remember anything that was unpleasant about our relationship." His tone was softer now, body little more relaxed.
"Hmm." She nodded closing her eyes. The thought of the early days was not something she wish to experience ever again. So much misunderstanding, hasty judgments. She sighed.
"Aren't you being hypocrite Sanyukta." He snaked his arms around her waist, pulling her closer. "You want to have few shots, what about me?" He raised his brow playfully, thus discarding all the past issues.
"You too can have Randhir. I just want you to be safe and not act stupid."
"OK madam." He smiled.
"Now quickly help me find a dress because going to shopping right now doesn't seems to be quite appropriate." She twitched her lips.
"Ask Kaustuki to lend you dress. She has many, I know."
"I can't. Our size are different. You should know this too." She rolled her eye.
"What do I know about all this." He shrugged.
"Oh please Randhir you are well aware of my sizes." She winked clutching his collar and pulling him closer.
"Hmm.. May be I'm not sure." His hands moved down to her hips, his fingers tracing the curves before moving in front up to her breast. "Let me get it confirm."
"Randhir. Stop." She breathed heavily pushing him lightly just to make a correct distance. "We don't want to be late." She knew that it was necessary to stop him or else she will not be able to stop herself. Being a host and getting late to a party was not her thing no matter how inviting the alternative was. She sighed internally.
"I don't care." He huskily whispered again leaning forward.
"But I do." Her hands were still firm on his chest. "Host should not be late."
"Hah! Like they would care."
"Of course. They will."
"Sanyukta.." Her husband definitely got some mood swings today.
"Randhir..." She glared mimicking his tone.
"Fine." He rolled his eyes. "But I'm not letting you go without this." He said quickly pressing his lips with her before she could protest.
"As if I was letting you go without this." She fisted his collar tightly pulling him closer.
"I know you can't resist my charm. It just about the time." He smirked in between the kiss, his hands again resting on the hem of her shirt.
"Don't push your luck Randhir." She nipped his lips. "For now just shut up and kiss me properly
--------------------------------------------------
"Are you ready?" Randhir asked buttoning up few last buttons of his not so casual yet casual shirt pairing it up with dark blue jeans making him look absolutely handsome.
"Yes." She smiled turning towards his direction throwing her arms on her either side to flaunt her look.
She was simply dressed in a black knee length dress, fitting her curves perfectly.
After piling almost all her clothing on the floor finally she got something to satisfy her. The dress was thrown somewhere in the corner of the closet. In fact she didn't had the slightest of the idea from where it came but that's all OK till it serve its purpose. For next time she will remember to buy a dress before throwing a party. Some random dress will not work always.
"How Am I looking?" She asked. A slight smirked tugging at the corner of her lips as she saw Randhir's expression. He was shamelessly gawking her.
Moving closer to her, he brought his hand to her caressing her cheeks before pushing the locks behind her ear. "Hot." He whispered making her blush. The smirk she wore a minute ago turned into a shy smile.
That was blunt. That comment of his caught her off guard for a second. She never thought that compliments like hot or sexy were made for her.
"Thank you." She replied, red color still adoring her cheeks.
"Anytime princess." He kissed her forehead.
"Shall we move now?" Randhir asked after minutes of complete silence. "Somebody was saying that host should not be late "
"Yes, but you button up your shirt first."
"Breaking news." He spoke dramatically. "If you look properly you can see they are already buttoned.
"I'm talking about the first three buttons." She pointed her finger to his three buttons. "I'm not liking the way they are revealing your chest." A perfectly chiseled one, she skipped that detail. She don't want anymore ego boost of his.
"Jealous, are we?" He chuckled amusingly.
"No." She denied confidently. "I'm just preserving what is mine." She whispered huskily, her hands roaming against his chest seductively. "Is par sirf mera haq hai." She repeated his lines.
"Stop being childish Sanyukta." He shook his head.
"Randhir please." She pouted.
"Um-hmm." He shook his again.
"Fine." She huffed. "But I will not let you go without this." She repeated his lines again bring her lips to his.
Breaking the kiss she kissed his jaw lines before dropping the kiss on his Adams apple.
"We are getting late Sanyukta." He groaned. Her acts were making hard for him to control his desire. One more minute and he will be loosing his last strands of control.
"Sh!" She kissed his chest and before he could protest further she nipped it gently before sucking the same place earning a small moan from him.
"Done." She announced pulling herself from him. A satisfy smirk was on her lips and her hands crossed.
"Sanyukta?" Randhir questioned furrowing his brows. That smirk was not giving him good feeling.
"Look it yourself." She gestured him to look at the mirror.
With a confused expression he looked at the mirror but he found nothing that could make his wife smirk.
"I can't see anything."
"Okay let me give you a hint. Look where I just kissed you."
Looking closer he found a little part of his chest red. The same place where she just kissed him. What was that? Of course a hickey. This woman. He grunted.
"Hickey?"
"Yep." She nodded.
"So you are buttoning it up now?" She raised her brows.
The frown that was on his face was replaced a sly smile. "Actually no. I'm fine this way."
"But Randhir.."
"What you thought princess a love bite will force me to put on the buttons?" He flicked her cheek. "I would rather like to flaunt it. One more reason I should not put on these buttons. I should tell every lady out there that I already belong to someone." He chuckled winking.
That was more embarrassing now. She can't let him go out like this. She should had thought of that before pulling up that stupid stunt. How can she forget her husband was Randhir Singh Shekhawat.
"You will not do something like this. That will be so embarrassing. Vidhushi and Kaustuki will tease me and I don't want to give them more reasons. They already have enough."
"You should had thought about that before giving me a mark. Come on let's go." He caught her wrist dragging her down.
"Randhir please. You know I can't stand up to their teasing and I don't want to ruin my night."
"Fine." He sighed. "I'm just doing it because I care for you." He said buttoning up his shirt.
"Thank you so much." She smiled throwing her arms around him.
"But there will no next time."
"Got it." She nodded.
-----------------------------------------
"Where is Kaustuki?" Randhir asked settling inside the car.
"Actually Randhir she is not coming..."
Before Sanyukta could complete her sentence Randhir interrupted her. "Why is she not coming? Is she OK?" He asked worriedly.
"God! Randhir."
"I know I'm god." He smirked again interrupting her.
"Shut up." She rolled her eyes. "Let me speak and till then try to keep your narcissistic comments to yourself."
"Hard. But I'll try."
"Kaustuki is not coming with us. She is coming with her.. friend."
"But it was supposed to be a family night."
"Friends are family too, just like Parth is to you."
"Whatever. I just hope she reaches on time. Does she know where we will be going."
"Yup. Informed her already."
-----------------------------------
"The place look crowded." Sanyukta examined the club as she got out of the car with Randhir behind her.
"Today is Friday. No wonder the place is crowded."
"I don't like crowd. I should have planned this some other day. A week day would have been much better." She twitched her lips.
"Don't worry. It will be all OK." He kissed the side of her head wrapping his arms around her waist and pulling her closer to him.
"Vidhushi is already in. I got her text." She said before Randhir could ask her any question.
"So much for not being late." Randhir chuckled.
"It is all because of you."
"What have I done now." He frowned.
"I don't want to argue right now. So let's just shut up."
As they entered inside the club, they were greeted with high volume music and people having time of their life.
"I can't find them." Sanyukta sighed looking for Parth and Vidhushi.
"Neither could I. This place is huge."
"Oh! Wait I guess I spotted them." She pointed her finger in a random direction. "They are near the dance floor."
Randhir gaze followed her finger, the direction where she was pointing and he too spotted Vidhushi and Parth along with Kaustuki and a guy who was standing too close to Kaustuki much to Randhir disliking. Randhir could notice even Parth has frown on his place directed to the guy.
"Who is the guy beside Kaustuki?" Randhir asked in a low harsh tone.
"Oops! Did I forget to tell you this." Sanyukta pressed her lips trying to be the innocent one.
"Forgot to tell me what?" He narrow his eyes.
"That may be Kaustuki was bringing a friend who was a boy and that means he might be her boyfriend." She nervously bite her lips.
His gaze landed on her lips, if situation would have been any different then she would have kissed her hard but for then he had other matters to discuss.
"Boyfriend?" He repeated to know that what he heard was correct or not.
"Mm-hmm." She nodded.
"I'm not gonna leave him." Randhir balled his fist. "How dare he."
"Calm down Randhir." Sanyukta rubbed his arm. "He is just a guy your like. Give them a chance. He might be nice person."
"But Sanyukta here we are talking about my baby sister." His voice was somewhat calm.
"Your baby sister who is a legal adult. She can do whatever she wants to. You can't stop her Randhir." Sanyukta explained.
"I know but I care for her. What if he hurts her."
"Then you will be there to kick his ass and love your sister but let her enjoy this phase and that's why we are meeting him to see how he really is."
"Hmm." He nodded.
"At least Kaustuki is more intelligent than me. I know she will not do what I did." Sanyukta whispered.
"Sanyukta none of it was your fault." He pressed her head against his chest. "It was.."
"Sh! We are not talking about that."
"Hmm." She nodded.
"Jignesh seems a nice guy." Sanyukta muffled with her head still pressed against his chest.
"So you know the name too. No wonder you set up all this."
---------------------------------------
"Stop giving him that look Parth. You are scaring the poor guy already." Randhir and Sanyukta heard Vidhushi murmured to Parth as they made their way to them.
"Hey." Sanyukta greeted them breaking Parth stare.
"Hey." Vidhushi waved and Parth nodded. "Did you informed Randhir about our extra guest." Vidhushi whispered to Sanyukta.
"Yup and he promised that he will be on his best behavior."
"I hope Parth behave too. I'm tired of this stare game."
"Forget about them. They are big boys. You tell me how are you doing?"
"Better than before. You know it feels amazing."
"Ladies.." Parth interrupted their conversation. "Can we move from here and sit somewhere. You can continue your gossip there." He rolled his eyes.
"Rude." Vidhushi huffed but Parth just shrugged in response.
"So Kaustuki when are you going to introduce this friend of yours?" Randhir asked as all six of them made themselves comfortable.
"Uhm.. Bhai." Kaustuki gulped before introducing him. "This is Jignesh."
"Jignesh who?" Only Sanyukta knew how patient he was being then.
"My boyfriend."
"I'm Randhir. Kaustuki's brother." Randhir forwarded his hand for a shake. Kaustuki heaved a sigh of relief give Sanyukta a thank you smile which Sanyukta returned with smile of her own. Hush! Everything was going fine.
"Jignesh Patel, sir." Jignesh took Randhir hand and shook it. A amused expression crossed Randhir's face as Jignesh referred him as sir but he refrained himself to correct him. They are not going on first name reference so soon.
The rest of the night went well with everybody enjoying and Randhir being protective brother here and there. Sanyukta would just rub his arm or glare him when she thought he was crossing the line.
"Let them dance Randhir. It's OK."
"Are you sure Sanyukta?" Randhir eyed the shots kept in front of her. Vidhushi Parth Kaustuki and Jignesh were on dance floor leaving the couple alone. They had their share of dance after Sanyukta insisted she wants to try something alcoholic.
"Absolutely." She nodded gulping the liquid in a go.
"Eww. This taste gross."
"Told you." Randhir deadpanned.
"But I like it." Sanyukta grinned.
"Enough Sanyukta." Randhir took the glass from her hand as she was about to take her third shot.
"But this is good." She pouted.
"Next time. Enough for today."
"Sanyukta?" A tap on Sanyukta's shoulder interrupted their banter.
"Yes. That I'm." She introduced herself to the man standing in front of her. "But who are you." She narrowed her eyes trying hard to remember the face. He look familiar but she can't remember who was he. The tall fair guy with golden brown hair.
"Ouch." He mocked hurt keeping his hand on his chest. "I'm Aryan. Did that ring a bell?" He introduced himself.
"Aryan Harshwal?" She asked still quite unsure.
"Yes." He smiled.
"Oh god you have changed a lot."
"I can same for you." He said pulling her in a hug.
"Ahem!" Randhir coughed to gain their attention. The sudden presence of a guy was not at all liked by Randhir.
"Oh Randhir this is Aryan my college mate." Sanyukta introduced him making a distance with Aryan. She was not a 'hug-any-random-person' kind.
"And Aryan this my husband Randhir."
"Hey." Aryan forwarded his hand.
"Hi." Randhir just smiled wrapping his arm around Sanyukta possessively. Sanyukta noticed his attitude but decided to keep shut.
"You got married and did not invited me."
"Actually it was sudden." She shrugged. Boy! Why was this guy showing sudden interest in her life. Never in the college he was interested in her.
"May I have a dance with the beautiful lady." Aryan forwarded his palm.
"I don't dance." She lied. Of course she do but she was in no mood to dance with him.
"Just once dance. It will not harm you." Sanyukta helplessly looked at Randhir who gave her a small nod.
"Fine. But just one." She said placing her hand on his.
Randhir banged his fist on the table as he saw them walking. This Aryan guy was not giving him good vibe or it was just his possessiveness. He shrugged the thought away as Vidhushi and Parth joined him.
"Who is with Sanyukta?" Parth asked directing towards Sanyukta who was currently dancing with Aryan
"Some college friend." Randhir replied flatly. He was in no mood to discuss about that man. He just wanted the song to get over so that Sanyukta could come back to him.
Randhir clenched his jaw as he noticed Aryan hand going little down than necessary. He could feel that Sanyukta was getting uncomfortable under his touch bit she was too nice to say anything to him or may be too drunk. He rolled his eyes. Aryan touches were too intimate for his liking. Without giving second thought to his action he marched towards them pulling Sanyukta in his secure embrace.
"Sorry." Randhir apologized not meaning it really. "Time's up. Now I would like to dance with my wife." He said emphasizing the word wife.
"Sure." Aryan faked smile walking off the dance floor.
"Randhir." She screamed in joy throwing her arms around him. He could clearly tell she was drunk but yet she look cute.
"Yes princess?" He asks drawing circles on her back.
"Aryan was an amazing dancer."
"I'm better than him." He deadpanned.
"He is hot."
"I'm hotter."
"Why are you comparing yourself with him." She frowned.
"I'm not. You are."
"No I'm just stating things. It's you who are comparing."
"Come on Sanyukta I think we should go home." He don't know why but there was a sudden urge to take her home and keep her to himself only. Was he being jealous? May be he thought. He has all right to be. He can't see his wife with anyone else. Let people call him possessive as if he care.
"No." She shook her head.
"We are going if you like it or not." He growled clutching her wrist and dragging her out.
"We are going." Randhir announced to the group. "Parth can you please drop Kaustuki?"
"Yes I will but why so suddenly."
"She is drunk so I think she should just rest now." He gestured to Sanyukta.
"Sir." Jignesh interrupted. Don't worry I'll drop Kaustuki."
"Parth will be dropping Kaustuki. End of discussion." Randhir snapped. He has enough of the jignesh drama for today. Enough of being nice for the day.
"If we are going back home then I'm driving." Sanyukta huffed as Randhir dragged her out.
"You don't know how drive remember?"
"You taught me yesterday remember?" She mimicked his tone.
"No one learn driving a car in a day."
"I do because I'm genius." She smirked. "Give me the keys." She said reaching for his jeans pocket.
"Sanyukta you are drunk and drunk driving is illegal and not safe."
"I'm not drunk." She slurred. "You don't want me to drive because you love your stupid car more than me."
"You know that's not true."
"So let me drive." She grinned forwarding his palms.
"Tomorrow promise."
"Pakka wala?"
"Yup. Now come on sit inside."
-----------------------------------------
"We are home." He said parking the car.
"So what I'm not going out." She was sitting on the passenger sit with her arms crossed.
Randhir frustratingly sighed running his finger in his hair. This woman has more mood swings when drunk. Whole ride was like a headache for him.
"Sanyukta enough of the drama. Move out." He was standing on her side waiting for her to come out.
"Nope."
"Now don't blame me afterwards. You asked for this." Soon Sanyukta was on his shoulder making everything looks upside down for her.
"Put me down." She yelled.
"Will you walk willingly?"
"Nope."
"Sorry than." He chuckled walking inside.
"Randhir put me down or I'll puke on you." She threatened.
"Warm shower, two three bottles of perfume and I'll will be fine. So go puke on me." He shrugged.
"Are you serious?"
"Totally."
"You are gross."
"Whatever suits you."
"Go change now." He said dropping her on the bed. "And no more argument on this."
"Fine." She nodded walking to the closet to pick out a shirt of his.
Again a mood swing. He raised his brow amusingly. Drunk Sanyukta was really cute.
"Unzip it for me." She said.
"Sure thing."
Dropping her dress Sanyukta threw a T-shirt over shoulder. The T-shirt was huge enough covering her mid thighs.
"Done." She said hopping on the bed.
"What about your bottoms."
"Nah! I'm to lazy to wear something. I want to sleep." She yawned.
"You can't sleep like this."
"Of course I can. It's not like I'm not wearing anything under this T-shirt. I'm wearing my panty. See." She pulled up her shirt to show him.
"No matter how cute you are but you are giving me headache now." He said hiding his amusement.
"And please don't as if you haven't seen anything. Just let me sleep."
Drunk Sanyukta was more bold than the sober one. Randhir chuckled pulling her down making her head rest on his chest. "Sleep." He kissed her forehead.
