"What are we going to do now ?"
Ryder asks his voice and body shaking with fear.
"Don't worry Ryder, someone will come back looking for us. God will help us." His mom Gaby replied giving him a reassuring smile which seemed to calm him down and ooze away all his fear.

The waves hit the ship again. The unsinkable ship Seaduction. Powerless against the fury of the ocean. The ship tilts towards the right and everyone aboard the ship loses their balance. His mother tries to protect him from hitting his head on the railing of the ship hitting her own head on the railing in the process and losing her consciousness. Ryder's hand hit the railing and a shot of overwhelming pain ran through his whole body.

The waves hit the ship on the other side and the ship tilts to the left as everyone slides towards the left. Ryder hit the railing hard. Almost losing his consciousness
The ship tilting more and more to the left as the waves keep hitting it, the damage to the ship increasing,
with yet another wave the ship tips over with a huge splash as His dad jumps off with Ryder in his arms as the ship falls.
His father still trying to find something to save themselvesselves.
He spotted a plank floating towards them and silently thanked God.
He let Ryder hold the plank as he fought to be awake.

To his dismay as his father held onto the plank the plank started sinking due to the weight of the grown man.

Ryder still trying to be conscious didn't know what was happening.
"Ryder," Dad begins.
"Ye..yes dad ?" He asks his voice hoarse, his eyes showing nothing but pure terror.
"Ryder promise me that you will take care of yourself." His dad said a lump forming in his throat.
"What do you mean by that dad ?" Ryder asks confused and finally loses the battle of being conscious as the dark envelopes him.
His father lets go of the plank, sacrificing himself to save his son.
