Your P.O.V

You sat at the desk in you an Mark's apartment. Your head in your hands. The laptop crashed and you had an 1000 word essay that was more than half typed. It was just gone. You were doing college online.
"Babe just take a break." Mark said

"That's the thing Mark I can't because I just did and then the laptop crashed and now I'm even more behind than I was before." You said choking back tears of frustration.

"Hey babe it's okay don't cry." He said coming over to hug you. You cried into his shoulder until he pulled away from you.
"Hey you do what you need to do I can get you whatever you want." He said.

"Aw thank you. Can you get me some tea please?" You asked.

"Of course." He said kissing the tip of your nose.
You took a deep breath and then started on your essay. Mark came back a few minutes later with your tea.

"Here you are m'lady." He said bowing.

"Thanks." you giggled.

You got back to your laptop, typing away. Mark was lying on the couch and about fifteen minutes had gone by.

"Ugh (y/n) when's your next break? I'm bored." He whined

"Give me about a half hour okay?" You said

"But I want you to be done now." He said approaching you. You spin your chair in his direction.

"How bout this. If you can be patient and let me work for a half hour, I'll let you do whatever you want with me." You said winking. His eyes grew wide.

"Whatever I want?"

"Whatever you want babe." You giggled.

"Okay come to our room when your done!" He said running in there.

You were working on the essay when you would occasionally hear Mark come out for a quick minute to get something and then go back to whatever the hell he was planning.
A half hour had gone by. You clicked save and realized you were half way done.
"Mark I'm done!" You shouted so he could hear you from the bedroom.

"K hang on a sec."
Soon he came out to guide you into your room. Before you walked in he pulled you close to him and kissed you passionately. Then he opened the door to your room. You were completely surprised. He had a bunch of comfy blankets on the bed and there were two bowls of ice cream on each of your bed side tables and there were movies laid out across the bed for you to choose from. The entire room was lit by a few candles.
"Awwww Mark." You gushed.

"Yeah I figured you'd be tired after your essay and just want to relax.... So I tricked you." He said kissing your cheek.

"Aw. Well thank you for tricking me. I love you."

"I love you too." He said then he scooped you up bridal style and dropped you on the bed. Then he jumped on you tickling your sides.

"Mark! Stop!" You said laughing uncontrollably.

"This if for taking so long today!" He said still tickling you.

"Hey it is a hard essay!"

"I know I'm kidding." He planted a soft kiss on your lips.
For the rest of the evening you guys watched a movie and ate ice cream and snuggled. And then you had to start typing again. But you brought your laptop in your bedroom so you could still be with Mark and watching movies but you'd also be getting work done.

*ONE HOUR LATER*

"I'm finally done!" You said as you fell back onto your pillows.

"Finally!" Mark said throwing his arms in the air.

You got back to cuddling with Mark. Eventually you guys ended up falling asleep in each others arms. Aside from the shitty school work, it was a pretty great day.
