You laid there on your couch in the house you shared with your boyfriend, Mark. You were curled up on your side watching The Office for the 20th time. You were quite comfortable with your body tucked up and a warm blanket over the top of you. Mark was currently filming a video so it was just you and Chica.
It was mid afternoon and for being California it was quite gray outside so your mood was kinda down in the dumps. You sat up and wrapped the blanket around yourself and patted the couch for Chica to join you. She happily expected and gave you a kiss in return.

You cracked a smile at Jim pranking Dwight, it was funny the first 10 times you've seen it and it's still funny now.

You soon heard a loud groan and thumps from the stairs. You looked over your shoulder to see if Mark fell again but it was just him throwing his casual man tantrum.

"You okay love?" You asked.

He walked over and slumped onto the couch.

"No" he grumped.

"What's wrong?" You asked and allowed him the lay his head in your lap. 

You gently ran your fingers through his dark, floofy hair and listen to him rant about how his game kept crashing and that he just wanted to take a break from recording but he was leaving for a convention soon so he couldn't.

"It'll be okay Mark" you smiled and gave him a soft kiss.

"Yeah I know but I'm just tired" he sighed.

"Then let's take a nap" you suggested.

"It's like 5 o'clock?" Mark questioned your suggestion.

"Well yeah but maybe we'll just sleep for the whole night" you shrugged "plus your done for the day anyway"

He nodded. "Let's go to our bed though"

You agreed and got up from the couch. You followed Mark up the wooden steps and into y'all's bedroom. Mark jumped onto the bed and let you cuddle up to him. You heard a loud sigh of comfort from Mark as he settled down into his spot. It wasn't long until you both were sound asleep with each other cuddled up close to one another.

Even though today was a lazy, get work caught up day. It still ended with a good cuddle from your adorable boyfriend.
