This is Skeleton Alexander (Mark) Morte. The skeleton is actually the second part of Death, who used to be the number one strongest Death Lord in the Infiniverse. Skeleton Mark is the seventh strongest Death Lord in the Infiniverse. The second half of him represents part, while Skeleton Mark is the one that represents good. The second half is supposedly gone from the Infiniverse, but no one actually knows.
