Professor Mark: Well, first I must say that Earth Prime is the one from the first Universe, the one you are in right now and reading this. All others are Alternate Earths. The reason why villains like to destroy the Earth, is because some of them just seen it as the ultimate evil crime. Others see humans as inferior beings, and other villains are just mad and have no real reason why to destroy it. Some of them are cliche.

The second question asked if there is any way to destroy the Infiniverse. The only way to destroy the Infiniverse is to destroy the first Universe, but that is absolutely impossible. The first Universe created a barrier that surrounds the entire Infiniverse, and protects it from the Dark Space. The Dark Space is where nothing exists, so anything that exits the barrier will immediately be deleted from all existence and timelines. The only one that can destroy that barrier, and everything inside it is Melanchulus, the snake-like being that lives in the Dark Space and is powered by all evil in the Infiniverse. Other than that there is no way to destroy it, even if you destroy all other Multiverses, you can't destroy the first Universe.

Professor Mark: The answer to that is simple. Imagine nearly all information in the Infiniverse, crammed into one brain of a being that is able to handle it without exploding, and that would show you have smart I am. Unfortunately there are somethings I am not allowed to reveal due to Infiniversal Laws. Or telling someone would cause them any of this effects: madness, anger, death, and many more negative effects, that would be considered worse than death.
