Its okay to say goodbye pt 2

Ten years... ten years since I last saw Draco. The bleach blonde boy who stole my heart. I know... that's a long time. But it was worth every minute. Because every day I knew in my deepest of hearts, that I would see him again. I would be able to live in a world where he was safe again.
Voldemort had been killed not long after draco and I parted but we were still unsure about the followers of his group which were now unhinged due to the death of their leader. Narcissa has sent letters every so often in secret about how he was doing. I never sent anything back in case Draco ever found out about our secret conversations but it was relieving for me to hear he was still healthy.
I was reading one of the letters as I strolled down London. I was busy shopping for a dress that day I had found window shopping about a week ago. Dracos mom had sent me a letter of Draco on his birthday. She had put a party hat on him and his cake sat in front of him. Even as an almost thirty year old man, he still looked like a child miserable at his own party. I laughed lightly and grazed my fingers over the picture she provided. It was blurry, letting me know they were still getting used to muggle things, but I loved it none the less.
I took one more step forward but found myself being stopped.
"Oh my god I'm so sorry." I apologized to the black suit before lifting my eyes. My heart stopped. I remembered those blue grey eyes that I looked into. "Holy shit." I whispered.
"Hi, y/n." He smiled
"Draco!!" I screeched. I threw my arms around him and tangled my hands in his hair.
He squeezed my waist and nuzzled his head into my neck. He took a long time to release his firm grasp on me. He just stood and breathed into my hair.
"Every day I dreamed of this moment." His speech was muffled by our closeness.
"I missed you so much." I replied as he finally let go.
"I missed you too. How are you?"
"I'm okay." I never asked how he was because I knew how he was doing.
"That's great. Do you want to come back to my house for tea or something?"
"Oh of course, but I'm kinda looking for something."
"What is it?"
"It's this dress I saw the other day. I saw it in the window but I can't find it."
"We can always come back later. I promise we won't take long."
"O-okay. Sure." I smiled.
Dracos house wasn't huge. It wasn't a castle or a mansion. It was small. It was quiet. The porch light was fazing out, giving a small buzzing sound low enough to only hear in total silence. But after our footsteps and our shuffling of things, it was silent. I wondered why Draco had gone quiet. He was chatty all car ride but now that we've gotten to his house, he was quiet.
"Are you okay?" I asked as he dug into his dress pants pocket for his house keys
"Y-yeah I just... can't find my keys." He shuffled a little more until he felt the metal clank on his fingers
He opened the door and hung his dress coat on a rack by the door.
"Wow. This place looks amazing." His house was mostly on the grey scale but there were some accents of red. I walked around and looked at what he had going and it looked so much different than I thought it would.
"So reds your color, huh?" I smiled as I picked up a dark red kettle from the stove.
"Yeah. I know, probably shocking."
"It really is. Your house is honestly nothing like I thought it would be." I ran my fingers over his marble top island.
"You thought it would be big cold and green right?"
I cringed at the stereotype that I definitely did believe.
"Yeah..." I was upset with my one track mind but decided to put it past me.
"It's alright. I get it. Besides, you haven't seen me since I was seventeen. I'm basically a completely different person. You on the other hand seem completely the same. In the best way possible of course." He walked closer to me and grabbed my hand. I looked down at are intertwined fingers and then back up to his gaze.
"Thank you. You look so handsome by the way. Aged like a fine wine." I giggled.
"I'm glad you still find me attractive."
"I have always found you attractive."
"Well I know but since we last saw each other."
My face dropped when I remembered he didn't know I kept seeing him.
"Draco I have something to tell you."
"What is it? You're not married or something right?" "What? No! Desperately single. Are you?"
"No! No no no. I'm very single as well."
"O-okay... good. I mean... not good but yeah." I pulled the envelope out of my pocket nervously. "Your mom would send me letters and pictures of you. I kept up on everything. I never sent anything back but I know everything."
"Everything?"
"Pretty much. I'm sorry about your dad."
"It's alright. You know I didn't much care for him in the grand scheme of things."
"He was still your dad."
"I know." He nodded. "But seriously. I'm okay."
"That's good. So what's this?"
"The most recent letter. From your birthday."
He opened the letter and pulled out the half blurred picture.
"I can't believe my mom sent you this one."
"It made me laugh so hard."
"Well I have been keeping a secret from you."
"What is it?"
He handed me a small folded piece of paper and I opened it. He walked away into another room and I opened the paper.
Surprise
I looked up with a confused face and saw him holding a box.
"I know you said you were looking for it."
I opened the box and it was the dress I was looking for.
"How'd you know?" I gasped as I clutched the dress to my chest.
"I saw you staring at it the other day so I bought it."
"You saw me?"
"Yeah. I couldn't gain the courage to come over to you though. I was too nervous. I was hoping to give this to you in secret but I guess other plans were made."
"Thank you Draco. It's so beautiful."
"Well I'd hope you say so."
I leaned over and kissed him on the cheek. His face turned red and and he looked at me.
"Oh sorry, was that too much?"
"No! No I liked it. Very much. But you missed."
"Sorry... I just-wait, missed what?"
"My lips."
"Oh... I didn't know if you'd be okay with that."
"I am."
I leaned over and he pulled me into him as our lips touched.
"Still exactly like I remember it." He mumbled as he pulled his lips away just slightly before kissing me again.
The paper in the box crinkled as he pulled me into his lap.
"I missed you." He whispered softly as he kissed me again.
In between kisses he complimented me and I would just smile and laugh.
"So does this mean we are dating? And can be together again?" He asked
"You still want to be with me? Even after all this time?"
"Always. I love you."
"I love you too."
"I'm gonna have to learn so much about you."
"Well we can start right now."
"Okay, favorite color?"
