it was the days where the sky was coloured a hue of purple in which they felt the most excitement, having the rush of adrenaline return after so long. the surrounding air of the filthy workshop smelt of cheap liquor, gasoline and burnt cigars, but they didn't seem to care; rather they indulged on the feeling. just the thought of them rebelling against the world was what kept them going. knowing deep inside that the sins they were committing right now would never be forgiven by anyone, ever.

they were juggling their life between late night crimes and pointless hookups because they had learnt how to cage up their hearts and eat away their feelings, so under the foggy sky stood the town's youngsters; the biggest rebels of their time — or so they claimed. but even though they pulled through with their narcotic bones and bedraggled minds, they were still young lover boys with deleterious hearts and intoxication rushing through their delicate veins.

the taste of the low-quality alcohol made them relish in a lot of things; seemingly everything apart from regret. it was them against their spirit of youth and lust which (according to them) was a completely normal teenage thing that every child their age craved, a lot. some were fortunate enough to allow themselves to wallow in the pleasure, whereas others weren't so lucky. but, to their dismay, their young minds couldn't figure out the slight difference between love and mere want. and it would be at that exact moment of realisation when things in their life would start to get different, very very quickly.
