Bowser: And Cinder Fall, right-hand-woman to Salem and current host to the Fall Maiden.

Dr. Eggman: What do you get when you cross two young abused children who desperately wanted help only to have a society that abandons them and treats them like trash and those same children snapped and decided in retaliation to turn society to nothing but ashes with a single touch?

Bowser: I'll tell you what you get! You get what you fucking deserve! He's Eggman and I'm Bowser.

Dr. Eggman: And it's our job to analyze their weapons armor and skills to find out who would win a Death Battle.

Tomura Shigaraki

Dr. Eggman: Welcome to a world where the supernatural is normal where 80% of the human population possesses some unique abilities known as Quirks.

Bowser: I know what you're thinking: "Yay people can finally escape reality and be the superheroes from Marvel and DC comics and finally live a happy and peaceful life." And to that I say this: You really think living a superhero world will actually give you a peaceful life? Well ya couldn't be more wrong as there are people in this world that are not living the best life as you kids these days describe it.

Dr. Eggman: Tenko Shimura's life was anything BUT perfect, he grew up in an abusive life thanks to his father.

Dr. Eggman: I hear you. Anyways Tenko lived out his life through utter Hell.

Bowser: One day little Tenko found that he's related to a hero in the form of his grandmother Nana Shimura. Too bad the piece of shit excuse for a dad found out and proceeded to beat him.

Dr. Eggman: To Tenko's father a hero is someone who would rather abandon their child just so he can go out and save strangers. That's the type of hatred that boiled in his veins.

Bowser: Still doesn't justify child abuse though man I wish I can adopt him. Anyways little Tenko was crying his eyes out wanted to destroy everything related to his abuse little did he know that his wish actually came true.

Dr. Eggman Young Tenko awakened his Quirk Decay but in the process killed his entire family.

Bowser: But hey at least he killed that bastard of a father.

We see Tenko kill his father.

Bowser:

Dr. Eggman: Feeling guilty of having massacred his whole family Tenko left the streets with nowhere else to go hoping for someone to reach out a helping hand. Sadly that never happened until a mysterious man in a suit showed up. The Legendary All For One. All For One gave him a helping hand when no one else would.

Bowser: You're probably thinkin', "Oh, what a swell guy." Except he was not! All For One was brewing some plans for world domination and needed a pawn to carry them out. So, he gave young Tenko his Quick at the age of 5 even though Quirks don't manifest past age 4 so he can be the father he always wanted even though he wasn't.

Dr. Eggman: And after grooming Tenko to embrace his hatred and gave him the hands his dead family members All For One gave him a new name from then on Tenko Shimura died and was reborn as Tomura Shigaraki.

Bowser: And this is where the fun begins, Tomura can use his Quirk to turn literally anything he touches to dust.

Dr. Eggman: And thanks to his training from All For One, Shigaraki is pretty agile shockingly and just a heads up and in order for him to use Decay he need to activate it from all 5 fingers and needs to be in physical contact with a thing or person he's touching.

Bowser: He could probably do more but due to Decay requiring to hit one person I don't think it would be as effective.

Dr. Eggman: Actually that was an issue but after receiving training from Gigantomachia for 2 days straight, not only does Shigaraki gain impressive agility and speed but he also has more control over decay to the point where either 1 or 2 fingers are needed to activate Decay he can even spread it to those where he's not touching it.

Bowser: So I guess as long as his hands are intact Shiggy can do whatever he wants right.

Dr. Eggman: Yeah and thanks to his training Tomura has more control over his Quirk so it won't spread out of control.

Bowser: Oh ho but that's not all way later on he got a super boost and gained some new powers and had to go to surgery by Dr. Garaki to amp up his body to new heights.

Dr. Eggman: According to Garaki as Quirks evolve and get stronger as such they become more difficult to control this was the Quirk Singularity Doomsday theory.

Bowser: Which is basically a theory that kills humanity if left unchecked All For One knew this and after he got hid ass kicked and imprisoned by the world's greatest hero All Might, AFO made sure that Shiggy inherited his ultimate Quirk.

Dr. Eggman: And after months of surgery Shigaraki's body evolved past to the point of singularity to the point where he can fight up to enemies around All Might's level and and now has the All For One Quirk.

Bowser: This Quirk is the most broken Quirk ever it allows the user to steal Quirks and used them for themselves they can even pass on Quirks to other people. You know that one thing the Avatar does but evil? Yeah it's basically that here.

Dr. Eggman: With the All For One Quirk, Shigaraki gain several new powers and abilities.

Bowser: He can fly, regenerate from half his body being destroyed or down to the skeleton, he can also fly, shoot out radio waves, laser beams, cast lightning, create forcefields, reflect attacks, use fire, use gloop to teleport, search for his opponents, you name it Shigaraki has all of them and many MANY more.

Dr. Eggman: Shigaraki can also combine the Quirks at his despoil all of to form more devastating and powerful attacks.

Bowser: Shigaraki had all the power that he needed to achieve his goals and he's willing to get blood on his hands in order to achieve it. He's battled against powerful opponents like Endeavor, Re-Destro, Bakugo, and his arch-nemesis Deku who with all of his One For All Quirks combined he can use 120% which is way above heavy hitters like All Might who would be 60 times stronger in his prime.

Dr. Eggman: This is the same Deku who alongside clear away this massive storm alongside Bakugo which is massive bigger than the island they were on.

Bowser: And while fighting America's number one hero Stars and Stripes, Shigaraki not only reflected 6 light speed lasers but caught them with his bare hands.

Dr. Eggman: Stars and Stripes once caught the reflected one of the lasers but literally bend it like a sheet of paper. You'd probably have to be around FTL speeds in order to do something like that.

Bowser: Hell in the same battle Shigaraki took dozens of hits from her and she was able to a massive crater, push away the ocean, and disperses the sky. Damn Shigaraki is like a damn cockroach who refuses to die.

Dr. Eggman: Despite being more enemies Deku's intentions are to save Shigaraki from his hatred and All For One's influence.

Bowser: Uhh you gotta be kidding me with that Talk no Jutsu.

Dr. Eggman: Well think about it all of Shigaraki's life he had never received a true helping hand All For One only reached out just so he can use him selfish reasons so perhaps that maybe just maybe Tenko Shimura isn't truly gone.

Bowser: Only time will tell I guess.

Shigaraki: I understand how fun it is to destroy something you hate but that's not happening here.

Cinder Fall

Dr. Eggman: Welcome to Remnant a future fantasy world where famous Hunters and Huntresses battle monsters known as Grimm.

Bowser: I'm pretty sure everyone is screaming in joy because they can be awesome hunters but I'm pretty sure they are forgetting that no matter what world we are in we live in a society.

Dr. Eggman: Such is the case for Cinder Fall. Cinder grew up in an orphanage and her life was screwed from the start.

Bowser: Remember Cinderella? Yeah she's basically that except she went through 100 times worse. Going from being bullied by children, neglected by adults, and worked like an absolute slave.

Dr. Eggman: Fortunately she was adopted by a Madame who owned to the Glass Unicorn hotel in the City of Atlas. Unfortunately this just made her life much worse as Cinder was forced to work over 9000 times harder than she originally did and if she misbehaved at any moment she will be shocked with a collar behind her neck and forced her to repeat the words "Without you I am nothing."

Bowser: What?! Over 9000?! Oh boy talk about that piece of shit of a mother and those step sisters too they are the worst. Boy I seriously wanna kill that so called "family" so bad.

Dr. Eggman: Cinder actually agrees with you and she stole a Huntsman's sword to do so but the owner of said sword said that it won't do her any good.

Bowser: Because killing people who absolutely deserved it is apparently wrong. Tsk well the guy was more than willing to help Cinder out so I'll let it slide.

Dr. Eggman: He and Cinder continued to train in secret so she can become a Huntress and gifted her his sword.

Bowser: Too bad her stepfamily discovered this and punished her severely so in retaliation she killed them and hit her with these words: "Because of you I am everything."

Bowser: That's some hard core karma right there but it only makes sense that an abusive parent would die like a bitch.

Dr. Eggman: The Huntsman was in shock that she did this.

Bowser: Now you would think that he would actually help her since you know the look on her face screams I want help please give me support but nope he fought her and then died. Yep society failed her.

Dr. Eggman: With nothing else left Cinder left the placed she was abused at and at some point encountered Salem the Master of the Grimm she joined her since she likely had no where else to go and assisted her in her goals.

Bowser: Due to her training as a child she obviously had combat experience under her wind with hand to hand in sword combat.

Dr. Eggman: Auras with all the people of Remnant, Cidner has Aura, which is the physical manifestation of one's soul. Typically, Aura comes in many different varieties but usually grant the user the same effects.

Bowser: Hell Cinder can manipulate the elements like fire, weather, and ice.

Dr. Eggman: This is only possible because of her Maiden abilities. Maiden are people who are the hosts of a vast magical power that has existed in Remnant for thousands of years. Their powers are derived from Ozma. And there are only 4 types of Maidens in existence corresponding to one of the four seasons Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall.

Bowser: Cindy's currently the Fall Maiden and she can use her elemental abilities to weaponize them to make tornadoes, fly, and many more.

Dr. Eggman: Cinder later on obtained the Shadow Hand after losing her original arm in a previous.

Bowser: This new arm gives her new abilities like stretching, can regenerate if sliced off, and even steal other Maiden abilities.

Dr. Eggman: However the downside to this new arm is that can't use Aura and the process of regrowing her arm is a painful process.

Dr. Eggman: She's also comparable to other Maiden's like Winter who reflected this light speed laser.

Bowser: She even completely destroyed her Aura. She's also almost comparable to foes who can destroy entire mountains and even islands.

Dr. Eggman: Such as when Salem launched a pool of grim sludge into the sky, which punches a hole through Atlas' shield based on the size of the floating island she must've produced energy of around 407 gigatons of TNT.

Bowser: I don't know if Cinder could be comparable to the feat Salem performed but given that she's battled and beaten foes who have around similar island level feats I'd say it's possible.

Dr. Eggman: And despite her egotistical personality, Cinder is a pretty intelligent opponent being able to outthink her enemies.

Bowser: Yeah it's clear that she going to be the world's deadliest woman or die trying. Until then say your prayers when you cross her because Cinder Fall will make sure you are nothing but ashes.

Cinder: I want to be strong. I want to be feared. I want to be powerful.

Dr. Eggman: Alright the combatants are set and we've run the data on all possibilities.

Bowser: It's time for a DEATH BATTLE!!!!!!

Society In Ashes

In a manga style page sets the scene: The Fall Maiden herself is sitting in a carriage smiling as she leads a large army Salem's Faction through a large forest we cut to another panel of Salem's right hand woman reading a map that leads to Kolosten (from Honkai Impact 3rd) and they are about 60 miles away from their destination. However we cut to another panel of the army being ambushed by the Paranormal Liberation Front we cut to a final panel that shows an all put war between sides especially with Nomu and Grimm at their sides this caused drastic devastation in the area they were fighting on.

The scene then becomes animated as we see the leader of the Paranormal Liberation Front himself, Tomura Shigaraki watching from above on a Nomu. Meanwhile Cinder Fall is seen flying through several of her enemies and spots Shigaraki. Taking notice of the Maiden, Shigaraki fires several blasts at his oncoming foe only for Cinder to dodge and grabs Tomura by the neck and knocking him off the Nomu she then demands answers as to why he's attacking her.

Cinder Fall: Who are you and why are you here?

Shigaraki laughs at Cinder's attempts but nonetheless answers her question while also preparing for his counterattack.

Shigaraki: Fool. You and your minions are now match for me, Tomura Shigaraki.

And suddenly he blasts Cinder off him and knocks her several feet before she could make her next move a wave of Shigaraki's Decay is suddenly heading towards her forcing her to dodging her as she floats in the air she witnesses the area she was standing in turn to dust giving Cinder a clue on how her opponent's abilities work.

Cinder Fall: So that's his abilities huh very well then.

Cinder flies at Shigaraki at full speed using Aura as the appropriates of All For One and Salem clash and butt heads to which in this brief moment would allow Tomura to shoot Cinder away with his radio waves causing the Maiden to fall to the grow. Tenko meets her but  is met by Cinder using a fury of fire blasts from her hands once she's finished she begins looking the area for her attacker when he appears behind her, Cinder quickly impales her with her fiery glass sword impaling him in the chest.

Cinder Fall: I got you know.

However the current League of Villains leader laughs at this.

Shigaraki: Please... I know 2 people who can use flames better than you, Cinder Fall.

After grabbing her arm, Shigaraki blasts her away with an air work blasts and heals from the wound given to her. Cinder gets back up and retaliates by throwing her ice attacks at her enemy but Shigaraki dodges and even uses a few Quirks to counter his enemy's attack. Just as Cinder was fly in the air to use her next attack, the archenemy of Izuku Midoriya uses Rivet Stab to rap around and pin down the archenemy or Ruby Rose and uses a combination of Quirks to dogpile her as he continues his monologue.

Shigaraki: Pitiful little Cinder. You will learn to fear me sooner or later.

Cinder closes her eyes as she responds to Shigaraki.

Cinder Fall: Tsk. No, Tomura. You're the one who will learn to fear ME!!

With her Maiden powers, Salem's right hand woman breaks free from All For One's apprentice's grasp and manipulates the weather changing the course of the battlefield. The two villains abandoned by society fly in the air once again and launch a fury of attacks at blinding speeds creating massive shockwaves across the battlefield. Cinder stretches her Shadow Hand that contains a fiery fist to which Shigaraki decays with eaae but Cinder regrows it though it was she flies up and charges at Nana Shimura's grandson.

Cinder Fall: Get the Hell out of my way!!

Shigaraki flies as well and responds by saying.

Shigaraki: You get out of my way! I will be the one to meet him at Kolosten first!

The two then clash and bring themselves into a deadly hand lock as they scream at the top of their lungs so much so that we see flashes of their appearances throughout their respective franchises from their childhoods to their first appearances to now. Both are trying so hard to turn each other to dust which as a result they ended up turning their surroundings to dust and ashes. We see Cinder having cracks on her body as a result of Shigaraki's Decay while Shigaraki is seen covered in burns as parts of his skin fall off and turn thanks to Cinder's elemental abilities. Eventually the resulting clash sends them both flying backwards as they fall to the ground battered and bruised. Hearing her allies fight with all her might against her enemy's allies, Cinder doesn't give up as she barley stands up.

Cinder Fall: I refuse to let you get in my way of meeting the Overseer, Tomura! NOW BURN!!!

As Shigaraki gets up he is hit with a massive flames with Cinder using all of her might. She sighs seemingly winning until she hears a familiar laugh as Shigaraki completely regenerates.

Shigaraki: You failed and there's nothing you can do to stop me, Cinder Fall.

Cinder Fall: GO TO HEEEEEEELLLLL!!!!

The Maiden once again uses all of her remaining strength to burn the Successor of All For One but it proved to be futile as Shigaraki simply uses Rivet Stab and impales her 5 times causing her to cough blood and fall on her stomach. Shigaraki then violently jumps on the still-living Cinder 8 more times. 2 times on her buttchecks breaking the bones within before jump on her back 2 times breaking the spine and jumping on her face 4 times all this while he lets out a maniacal laughter. He then stops and grabs his defeated and brutally bloody foe by the back of her neck with 4 fingers hovering him above the battlefield where their respective armies are fighting on as Shigaraki starts monologuing.

Shigaraki: I told you that you would learn to fear me sooner of later. Now everything you know and love will fall. Do you wanna know why? Because...

As Shigaraki continues his monologue we see the members of the Paranormal Liberation Front completely annihilating all of Cinder's forces causing the Maiden who all she can do is look on in horror and terror as tears fall from her right eye. Shigaraki then finishes by using the same line Cinder has known since childhood.

Shigaraki: Without your master... you're NOTHING!

Tomura then executes Cinder Fall by putting all of his fingers together activating decay as she could do nothing but let out one final scream at the top of her lungs as her brutal misery finally comes to an end. Shigaraki then tosses his decayed opponent to the side as when the remains hit the ground they crack into pieces. Shigaraki still in the air hears the cheers from the Paranormal Liberation Front warriors as all of Cinder's forces have been wiped out. Satisfied with his victory he manically laughs in villainous triumph as the screen pauses and enters a freeze frame depicting a manga style panel outro titling "THE END..."

KO!

Bowser: Damn he really gave her last minute PTSD with that line right there talk about cold.

Dr. Eggman: This was a pretty complex matchup as both Shigaraki and Cinder are pretty formidable in their own way.

Bowser: Both have hand similar experiences and are pretty skilled due to years of training of All For One and Salem.

Dr. Eggman: However that's where the similarities end there as Shigaraki just about had the tools needed to take the victory.

Bowser: For starters Shiggy's healing factor his broken like as one of his Quirks could regenerate from half the bot being destroyed, lost limbs, and even comeback from nearly being reduced to a skeleton while Cinder's Shadow Hand does have regeneration that's only the case for one arm as the rest of her body not so much.

Dr. Eggman: Plus thanks to his arsenal of Quirks, Shigaraki can simply overwhelm Cinder. While Cinder is quite versatile thanks to Maiden abilities, the All For One possesses hundreds of stolen Quirks this means that Shigaraki would have dozens upon dozens of options to counter and overwhelm Cinder with his incredible amounts of power.

Bowser: And speaking of power Shigaraki can go toe to toe with Deku who cleared that large storm alongside Bakugo.

Dr. Eggman: Based on the size of that storm the energy needed to blow away this storm would require an energy of around 78 teratons of TNT.

Bowser: Over 198 times more powerful than Salem's launching that pool of Grimm breaking Atlas's shield and mind you this was us splitting the calculation and half and not using the full calc or including All Might's 60 times multiple or Deku's recent 120% power boost which would've made the power gap even wider and considering Shigaraki can take a hit from something that strong too you can beat your ass that Cinder would have a hard time trying to land a fatal blow.

Quick heads up: Star and Stripe's attack that Shigaraki survived has an energy of 178 teratons of TNT thus wielding the power gap.

Dr. Eggman: Cinder is not just short on power she really can't keep up with Shigaraki either.

Bowser: Sure Cinder could scale to Winter who deflected a light speed laser but Shigaraki not only reflected one laser but 6 of them and caught them with his bare hands and Star and Stripes not only caught a light speed laser but she literally been shaped it and transformed it's size!

Dr. Eggman: And considering he can keep up with Deku who thanks to aims and multipliers should probably be much faster than that this means that Shigaraki can fight at FTL speeds while Cinder could only fight at relativistic speeds at best.

Bowser: Cindy is smarter than Shiggy as she's definitely outsmarted her opponents time and time again but even intelligent fighters like Deku and Endeavor have struggled mightily against him. And lastly while both technically would need one hit to end the fight and turn the other to dust Shigaraki had more than enough tools needed to make sure that happened. In the end it was only a matter of time before Cinder falls vulnerable enough for Tomura to land the finishing blow.

Dr. Eggman: Cinder Fall may have been one of the most deadliest foes in all of RWBY but when faced against Shigaraki's raw power, speed, versatile of Quirks, and better regeneration meant that more often than not, her fate was sealed.

Bowser: Tomura had shiggy-handedly Maiden clear that Cinder has fallen.

Dr. Eggman: The winner is Tomura Shigaraki.
