Dr. Eggman: Overhaul, the Japanese Yakuza Crime Boss of Shie Hassaikai.

Bowser: And Diavolo, the Italian Mafia Crime Boss of Passione.

Dr. Wily: These two are primary examples of how to run a crime organization in secret but they do it so well that they are willing to tear down the people closest to them to do it.

Bowser: But which ruler of the criminal underworld will prove to be superior? I guess we'll know soon enough. Their Eggman and Wily and I'm Bowser.

Dr. Eggman: And it's our job to analyze their weapons armor and skills to find out who would win a Death Battle.

Overhaul

Dr. Eggman: In a world where 80% of the population possesses superhuman abilities called Quirks there are bond to be a conflict between heroes and villains.

Bowser: There are two types of villains.... There are those who run rampant on the streets and those who hide in the shadows waiting to strike. But did you know that there is also a third time or villain.

Dr. Wily: Kai Chisaki was at one point a young orphan who grew up in an orphanage before being taken in by the boss of the Yakuza group known as the Shie Hassaikai.

Bowser: Chisaki looked up to the Boss like a father figure and became part of their group and was doing pretty well.

Dr. Eggman: Until one day Chisaki came into contact with someone who possessed perhaps one of the dangerous Quirks to have ever existed.

Bowser: You might be thinking: Who is this dangerous person you might ask and what Quirk that they have is so dangerous. Is it a Quirk that has the power to warp reality, time travel, or change the laws of physics or maybe the person has the power to create a repeat of those devastating events from that one video game about anime wafius fighting to save the world where the red head mentor dies in the 9th chapter. You know that one video game Shadow and Zero like so much so that they managed to demand that they'd be the hosts of every episode they appear in. A bunch of simps.

Dr. Willy: Nope the person is actually a 5 year old girl named Eri.

Bowser: Oh. Nevermind then. Don't see how she can be a problem but okay.

Dr. Eggman: Don't let appearances fool you she may be a toddler going from 3 to 5 years old, but deep within Eri is probably the closest thing to the world's dangerous ticking time bomb.

Bowser: Okay so remember that one movie where one of the characters goes back in time and accidentally erases himself from existence? Yeah she has powers like that except over 9000 times worse.

Dr. Wily: Eri was actually the Boss's granddaughter whose Quirk is called Rewind which basically uhh rewinds things be it people or anything else so much so that it could actually erase a person out of existence which is exactly what happened to Eri's father as a result her mother just dropped her off to the Shie Hassaikai and turn tail and ran.

Bowser: Yeah the girl appeared to be so terrifying that Chisaki decided to use her as a pawn believing that all Quirks are diseases so he knocked his boss unconscious and took over the organization and began experimenting on her.

Dr. Eggman: And that is how Chisaki became Overhual. He possesses the Quirk of the same which can use some devastating abilities.

Bowser: Oh yeah with just a single touch of his finger he can obliterate half of someone's body in an instant and by touching the ground he can destroy anything that comes into contact.

Dr. Wily: But he can also heal wounds and return them to the point where it's no longer damaged.

Bowser: The crazy is thing is that he can also fuse with other and be able to use their quirks like look at this dragon hero transforming chick Overhaul just merged her and become a goddamn Kaiju.

Dr. Eggman: But if he's not using his Quirk, Chisaki is surprisingly pretty agile, and possesses one of the most dangerous weapons in his arsenal the Quirk-Destroying Bullets. This drag should it come to contact with a person they destroy their Quirk factor and as a result are Quirkless.

Bowser: How.... Does that even work?

Dr. Wily: Well it was created using Eri's blood through the inhumane experiments he used on her.

Bowser: Yikes that's pretty dark right there that's some horror film stuff right there, glad my son isn't here to see it.

Dr. Eggman: Chisaki saw Quirks as nothing but a disease and humanity's biggest downfall so he made those drugs in an effort to destroy as many as they can using Eri as his pawn.

Bowser: Too bad the anime main protagonist entered the chat and he alongside several other heroes busted his hideout with the intention of rescuing Eri.

Dr. Eggman: Deku would also use his full power and keep up with Shigaraki who was able to catch and reflect 6 light speed lasers from Star and Stripes jets.

Bowser: Hell Shigaraki took hits from her and she's been able to clear away dozens of clouds, create a massive crater in the ocean, and make this massive explosion.

Dr. Wily: That requires an energy of over 178 teratons of TNT.

Bowser: And the dude Overhaul was able to match Deku and even take massive hits from him.

Bowser: And to add insult to injury the main Shigaraki took his drags and his arms and is unable to use his Quirk which means he's unable to awaken his Boss. That's a huge L right there.

Dr. Wily: In the Kai Chisaki's goals have finally fallen apart and all that's left is a broken body with no soul.

Bowser: Until he apparently apologizes to Eri, which I don't see how that's going to work but okay.

Overhaul: Why doesn't anybody... see the big picture?! I'm going to tear down this entire world! Destroy its very foundation! You're all blinded by some outdated sense of what's right! You're just pretending to be heroes! I WON'T LET YOU STAND IN MY WAY!

Diavolo

Dr. Eggman: Naples, Italy may seem like a incredible beautiful place but deep within that could be no further from the true.

Bowser: Yeah like every other seemingly peaceful city there's always something deep within them all like the secret Mafia gang Passione, and it's secretive boss that so secret he will make sure no one knew his identity. His name was Diavolo.

Dr. Wily: But before he was a crime boss he was a baby born to a criminal mother in prison.

Bowser: Because she still had years left in her sentence Diavolo was sent back to Sardinia to live with the priest in his mother's hometown. You're probably thinking "Oh yeah he's totally having a good life despite Mom being in jail." Except that's not what happened.

Dr. Eggman: Diavolo was a strange kid as quite frankly no one knows why he became this way as many people have found him very strange in his youthful years his past truly does remain a mystery and to this day no one knows why Diavolo became who he is today.

Bowser: What we do know is that somewhere around the line he kidnapped his mother who had just finished her prison sentence and buried her alive then he proceeded to set her, the priest, and everyone else connected to his past all so he can ensure that no one stands in his ultimate quest for power.

Dr. Wily: Despite being listed as one of the casualties, Diavolo disappeared and went into hiding to obtain power by any means necessary. After taking a trip to Egypt Diavolo found mysterious Arrows but unique Arrows.

Bowser: So he sold them off to a familiar old woman and got a lot of money that was more than enough to form his secret crime organization Passione all while ensuring his identity stays a secret and killing anyone who dares try to discover it.

Dr. Eggman: And remember those Arrows he sold earlier? Well it turns out those aren't just ordinary Arrows. More than 50,000 years ago a meteorite crashed landed on Earth during that time a man who wished to obtain a power of a god used the meteorite as material needed to make these Arrows once they chose someone and pierce someone with it that person can develop a Stand. A physical manifestation of the soul.

Bowser: Stands are basically spirts that you can summon like a Pokémon and use their abilities to attack a Stand can be strong or weak depending on the user. And since Stands are made of so much incredible energy they can only be seen by other Stands and Stand users and can only be hurt by other Stands and users.

Dr. Wily: However some Stands can be seen by normal people depending on the nature or the Stand or the strength of the user.

Dr. Eggman: Outside of the typical superhuman, strength, speed, durability, being able to jump to new heights, and hit foes barrage of fist attacks, Diavolo's King Crimson gives him the ability to cut and erase time.

Bowser: Time, huh? Thanks for the-

Eggman and Wily proceeds to slap Bowser before he could finish.

Bowser: Ow! Well his time erasure can not only destroy time all around the area but he can move while the opponent moves in slow motion.

Dr. Wily: From the perspective of a normal person it would seem like they had just warped to another location but in reality they had already moved their steps without them noticing. See King Crimson can erase time for about 10 seconds if someone was to go up their stairs from their perspective it seemed like they moved up the stairs pretty fast but in reality Diavolo literally obliterates 10 seconds of time meaning they walked up those stairs but they don't remember how they got there.

Bowser: He can use Epitaph to see into the future for 10 seconds and predict his opponent's next move or what the outcome would be and change it.

Dr. Eggman: However should someone outmaneuver his prediction or time skip be it blood drops he will leave himself opening.

Bowser: But that doesn't matter because for many years he's been ruling over the Italy's criminal underworld for many years.

Dr. Wily: Until he discovered he had a daughter named Trish.

Bowser: Basically he met a nice hot ass woman and went on a date with her and like any other normal man Diavolo couldn't help himself but fuck the shit out of her asschecks he accidentally went to far and as a result he ended up popping out a daughter.

Dr. Eggman: Fearing that his daughter could lead to anyone discovering his identity, he sent out one of his gang teams to escort his daughter to him so he can kill her.

Bowser: Talk about shitty father and too bad for him that these are good guys he's dealing with so in retaliation they betrayed the Passione organization to hunt him down.

Dr. Wily: Diavolo's determination to stop them to keep his identity a secret no matter what but luckily his Stand is one of the most powerful Stands in history.

Bowser: That means he should be comparable to the likes of Jotaro's Star Platinum and Dio's The World. Star Platinum has been stated to be faster than light and is even comparable to Silver Chariot who sliced a beam of light.

Dr. Eggman: And that was Chariot with his armor he's much faster when his armor is taken off yet despite this Stands like Magician's Red was able to use his flames to to take him out.

Bowser: And King Crimson bodied Chariot without issue and even crippled it's user Polnareff.

Dr. Wily: Star Platinum should also be comparable to Heavy Weather who could destroy the ozone layer. If we take this statement literally this would mean it would have enough energy of around 9 gigatons of TNT.

Bowser: Diavolo should be nearly close to comparable in battle since he's battle the likes of Giorno.

Bowser: Oh man! That's the worst way he could've gone out 'cause now he's gonna be dying over and over and over...

Dr. Wily: In the end while Giorno takes over as the new boss of Passione, Diavolo will forever die in the death loop with his original death being a mystery for all of eternity such is the power of Golden Experience Requiem.

Diavolo: A little boy like you should learn to temper his parvada least he's punished! I'll even stripe you of any chance to regret your actions you brat! GO EMPEROR CRIMSON!!

Verdict

Dr. Eggman: Alright the combatants are set.

Dr. Wily: And we've run the data on all possibilities.

Bowser: It's time for a DEATH BATTTLLLLEEEE!!!!

Fracture

We see the Shie Hassaikai Compound in broad day light as the time on bottom left of the screen says it's 8:00 A.M. about 30 minutes before the Heroes an the Police Force begin their Shie Hassaikai Raid operation to rescue Eri. Inside we see all the dead bodies of the all the Yakuza members as Toga and Twice secretly managed to sneak away as they see a shadowy figure walking over the bodies as we cut to a shot of the Boss of the group, Overhaul with Eri and Chrono as they hears the screams of the members dying

Chrono: Boss. Is it the heroes?

Overhaul: No... He's here.

The 3 of them watch as the shadowy figure reveals to be the Passione Mafia Boss himself, Diavolo. The sheer sight of Diavolo was more than enough to make Eri shiver in fear.

Diavolo: So you're the Yakuza crime boss that was trying to uncover my identity 2 days ago, Kai Chisaki.

Chisaki gives Chorno the nod that orders her to lock Eri in her room. While responds to Diavolo.

Overhaul: That's not my name anymore and yes I needed to know who you are so I can find this Arrow you keep and take it from you.

Diavolo: Then you will die.

After Chorno locks Eri in her room he charges at Diavolo.

Chorno: That's funny because you're the one who's going to die you-

However before he could finish he is impaled by the Passione Boss's King Crimson but due to him not being a Stand user he couldn't see it. After dropping Chrono's dead body, Overhaul appears unfazed.

Overhaul: A shame it had to end this way. Oh well I can always recruit new members but first I will have to deal with you first.

Diavolo unfazed by this threat challenges the Yakuza Boss.

Diavolo: Then by all means come and try.

Kai immediately to create a small shockwave way of his Overhaul Quirk to which Diavolo dodges and lands safely. The two crime bosses exchange blows as Overhaul not wanting anything to happen to Eri attempts to knock him away but Diavolo cuts time and appears behind him and punches him through the stomach and sends him flying to the area where he fought Deku, Mirio, and Nighteye. As blood comes out of the hole in Overhaul's chest, Diavolo approaches him completely disappointed in his seemingly easy victory.

Diavolo: That was too easy I expected more.

But much to the Italian crime boss's surprise the Japanese crime boss uses his Quirk to regenerate completely healing from his intruder's attack as he laughs.

Overhaul: In that case I'll make sure not to disappoint.

He uses his Quirk again to make the ground shatter and have dozens of spikes aimed at Diavolo who jumps out the way however a spike is just seconds away from piercing him.

Diavolo: King Crimson!

He cuts and obliterates time and manages to move out the way and reach a safe distance. Once time resumes, Diavolo charges at Overhaul as he turns around and charges as well. Two of the villains voiced by Kellen Goff in the English dub versions both yell at each other at the top of their lungs as King Crimson pulls put his fist while Overhaul does the same and the clash attacks creating shockwaves in the process in the clash Overhaul while clashing with King Crimson could not see it due to not being a Stand user so he's confused at what he's hitting.

Overhaul: (Thinking) What is that?

The Stand grabs Diavolo and throws him up in the air but Overhaul manages to cling to the wall and send another way of destruction at Diavolo however, Diavolo uses his Epitaph wnd already see the attack coming.

Diavolo: King Crimson!

Times proceeds to be obliterated as Overhaul moves in slow motion jumping towards him as Diavolo simply walks out of the way as he begins his monologue.

Diavolo: In this world of King Crimson you're powerless here, you are quite impressive for someone who isn't a Stand user. But....

King Crimson lefts it's hand and prepares to land another blow to Overhaul.

Diavolo: It's time for you to PERISH!!!

When time resumes he once again impales Kai in the chest causing him to bleed out once again.

Diavolo: You're too slow!

However Overhaul laughs.

Overhual: You Italian fool my target wasn't you in the first place! It was this ground!

Chisaki manages to put his hand on the ground and send them both flying in the air out of the Shie Hassaikai Compound much to Diavolo's surprise.

Diavolo: What?!

The destruction can be heard from Eri who is still locked up in her room scared. Meanwhile Overhaul recovers from his wounds and dives at Diavolo.

Overhaul: Let me tell you something right now scum!

Chisaki then starts hitting him with a barrage of spikes many of which Diavolo blocks with his Stand but some of the rocks manages to cut him. The Yakuza boss then dives down to make his next move on the Mafia boss.

Overhaul: The world can only have one king!!

He then creates a massive spike and slams it down in King Crimson.

Overhaul: And I'm that king!

Just as Overhaul is about to slam his opponent to the ground Diavolo gets angry.

Diavolo: Japanese scum how I wish your parents had never brought you into this world... cursed worm.

Overhaul starts to see Diavolo resisting and within a blink of an eye Diavolo cuts time and appears behind Chisaki much to the latter's surprise.

Diavolo: YOU'VE GENERALLY ANGERED ME!!!

King Crimson once again punches Overhual in the chest and smashes him through his massive spike before crash landing back into the hideout back in Eri's room as she watches in horror as Overhaul now has one arm remaining as he once again heals the wound in his chest but before he could regenerate his arm, King Crimson in a split second chops off his other arm rendering his Quirk useless.

Overhaul: Damn it all.

As Chisaki begins to panic now knowing he can't restore his Boss, Diavolo approaches him with his Stand behind him.

Diavolo: You said the world can only have one king right? That is true EXCEPT I AM THAT KING!!

He starts brutally punching the now powerless and defenseless Chisaki and on his knees in the head ad blood starts spilling all over the cause as a horrified Eri watches as Overhaul screams. Once Kai is all battered and bruised, Diavolo prepares to finish him off.

Diavolo: Time to die like the weakling you are! Begone wretched dog!

The Stand user punches Overhaul through the chest one last time as the later coughs out blood and being unable to heal.

Diavolo: I, Diavolo am king! Now and forever!

Overhaul's eyes turn white in shock as he collapses to ground dead. After killing Chisaki he then gives his glare at a terrified Eri realizing that if she lives, she'll be able to tell the world his identity. Diavolo then approaches Eri who is backed into a corner.

Diavolo: Sorry little girl... but...

He uses King Crimson to grab the poor girl by the neck.

Diavolo: I will eliminate all who are at risk of discovering my identity. Goodbye.

With these cold and brutal words Diavolo finally snaps Eri's neck instantly killing her and putting an end to her misery before Diavolo finally drops her corpse on her bed.

Diavolo: Finally. Now all that's left to do is deal with Bucciarati and his men then I will be free to rest knowing that my identity is safe.

Satisfied that all those who are at risk to expose him Diavolo bust down the door with his Stand and leaves as the screen cuts grey.

We see a bottom text that reveals that the heroes and Police Force arrived 30 minutes later to begin the operation to rescue Eri only to find the dead bodies of all the members of the Shie Hassaikai and it stats that upon finding Eri's dead body, Deku and Mirio were absolutely devastated knowing that their mission to save Eri was a failure as they couldn't make it in time. Meanwhile Diavolo managed to escape back to Italy without a trace preventing any hope the heroes have of avenging Eri thus the Shie Hasssaikai Raid operation ended in failure before it even began.

Lastly a "The End" screen reminiscent of the "To Be Continued" screen from JoJo pops up, closing the fight out.

Bowser: I know I'm a villain and all but dear God he didn't have to do Eri like that, seriously he could've at least given the poor girl a quick death.

Dr. Eggman: These two are pretty tough opponents with several advantages over the other.

Bowser: Damn straight Overhual was much stronger and more powerful scaling him to Deku and Bakugo's storm punch as well as Shigaraki surviving Star and Stripe's attacks just for the sake of using the high end and compare all that to Heavy Weather having the power to destroy the ozone layer Overhaul would be 8537 times more powerful and 19,289 times tougher than Diavolo. So with this in mind Diavolo would have a hard time trying to land some meaningful damage because Chisaki was way too tough not too mention he has a healing factor and with all his destructive capabilities all Ovwehaul needed was one hit in so why did he lose?

Dr. Wily: Well in order to even land a hit in Overhaul would have hit Diavolo first and thanks to the massive speed gab between them that's easier said than done.

Bowser: Overhaul may be potentially as fast as Deku who in comparison to Shigaraki who reflected and caught 6 light speed lasers potentially putting him at the FTL range but that's no where near close to being as fast as Star Platinum who is not only stated to be faster than light but has been able to react to The Sun who can shoot out multiple light speed beams as well as The World and Silver Chariot who literally cut a beam of light.

Dr. Eggman: Looking at the interval Silver Chariot's sword swung relative to the light beam, it must've moved over 1511 times the speed of light.

Bowser: That's 251 times faster than any speed feat Overhaul scales to even if we use All Might's 60 times multipler and Deku at 120% to make the speed much faster that's still won't compare at all Hell Silver Chariot without the armor is WAY faster than before so much so that Stands like Magician's Red was able to keep up using wits and that's the type of speed King Crimson can speed blitz no problem especially once he erases time.

Dr. Wily: Simply put Diavolo would be way too fast for Chisaki to keep him and while sure Polnareff was able to figure how to counter time erasure through his blood drops that still did little for him and even if Chisaki can come up with the same strategy he would not be fast enough in time to react even if we give him the aims and abilities he had when he merged with other people that would not matter.

Bowser: Plus Overhaul's Quirk-Destroying Drug would not work on Diavolo because he doesn't have a Quirk and Quirks don't operate the same way Stands do on top of that he's not a Stand user so he can't actually hurt King Crimson let alone see it and even if he could the massive speed gab prevents him from landing a hit on him.

Dr. Eggman: Too be fair Chisaki definitely has more range than Diavolo so he can easily keep the distance between the two and attack from a far however that wouldn't really matter because Diavolo's better speed combined with time erasure he can certainly get close enough to ensure Chisaki is in King Crimson's range.

Bowser: And also not to mention thanks to Epitaph Diavolo can see future for at least 10 seconds so he'd be able to predict what Overhaul is about to do and stop him from doing it.

Dr. Wily: So this means that Chisaki doesn't have anyway to exploit any weaknesses that Diavolo might have had and also in order to use his Quirk he needs both of his arms without them he's pretty much vulnerable.

Bowser: Yeah there's no way Diavolo would not be able to figure especially thanks to his experiences with Giorno who with Golden Experience has similar if not better abilities than Overhaul

Dr. Eggman: And thanks to his superior speed and time abilities Diavolo would certainly be fast enough speed blitz Chisaki and chop his arms of before he knows what hits him.

Bowser: And once those arms are gone Overhaul can't use his Quirk and has no means of fighting back which means that at that point he's basically vulnerable. Game Over. GG. RIP. That must be embarrassing.

Dr. Wily: Chisaki was definitely the tougher and more powerful adversary but Diavolo's superior speed, impenetrable defense, and overwhelming Stand powers were more than enough to obliterate the Shie Hassaikai Boss.

Bowser: So Overhaul the reason why Chisaki got Diavol-owned was because he couldn't Stand up to King Crimson.

Dr. Eggman: The winner is Diavolo.
