Blaze: Celica A. Mercury, Sector Seven's phantom Chrono Phantasma.

Daisy: And Xion, Organization XIII's mysterious Number XIV.

Blaze: These two were only born not to live a normal life but to be pawns for an ulterior motive, consigned to a dire fate, and not possessing the right to even exist.

Daisy: But now it's time to see which one out of these two truly has to right to exist and who doesn't. She's Blaze and I'm Princess Daisy.

Blaze: And it's our job to analyze their weapons armor and skills to find out who would win a Death Battle.

Celica A. Mercury

Blaze: The Great Dark War. Also known as the First Great Magic War, in where a powerful monstrosity known as "The Black Beast", wrecked havoc across the land and where various individuals do battle against it to prevent annihilation.

Daisy: Like in most doomed and dired scenarios, it was a hopeless situation. The fearsome monster was so powerful, it wiped out more than half of the world's population. So going against it head on is clearly not an option. Unless you're craving for an early grave like a certain someone with a brooding personality, wearing baggy pants, and carrying a large sword.

Blaze: It was a terrifying age for the living. But hope was not lost when the Black Beast mysteriously vanished for a time.

Daisy: But then the Black Beast returned and thus humanity used anti-BB armaments and with the aid of the Six Heroes and killed that beast for good. And afterwards it releases a magic known as Seithr which is use to live everyday life. So that means everything is at peace right?

Blaze: But like with most stories humans abused their newly formed magic powers. However there are special ones who put them in action not by hurting their enemies. Rather, utilizing their magical talents as supports by aiding and healing their allies. Even in ancient times, the medic is there when you need them. One of those is Celica A. Mercury.

Daisy: But her education was cut-short by the arrival of the Black Beast. And while Celica only got average grades in her studies, she is still nonetheless a gifted mage! Especially in the arts of healing magic.

Blaze: Celica have unparalleled healing abilities that outclasses nearly every mage. Celica can heal other's wounds to the point of mending broken limbs. Though, she can't cure illnesses or poisons. Celica also excels at levitation, allowing her to float in the air and reach hard to reach places.

Daisy: Celica is also capable of casting magic that creates bright spheres of light that can blind enemies. A perfect spell for escaping hazy situations. Like having a madman chasing after you for dear life.

Blaze: Celica can also casts powerful barriers, amplify others magic, is nimble, and possesses sharp intuition, able to accurately feel nearby presences to the point of sensing their souls entirely.

Daisy: So like a sixth sense?

Blaze: Kind of. But what truly makes Celica unique, is the power to nullify the Seithr around her. With Celica's mere presence, she unitentionally causes major disruption to all nearby Ars Magus, preventing them from functioning, as well as neutralized every spell that is produced from Seithr.

Daisy: She's Seithr's worst nightmare. And since her present world mostly relied on Seithr, Celica is deemed a major thorn of society.

Blaze: In truth however, Celica is the product of the Power of Order. Or rather, the living manifestation of it. The Power of Order suppresses the world, granting its wielder the power to nullify the effects of Event Interferences or Divine Intervention. Celica's sole purpose is to oppose Seithr's power and elude fate.

Daisy: While she's the counter for Seithr, it also prevented her from utilizing Seithr-based spells and using Ars Magus. Although Celica knows a thing or two about combat magic, like lightning spells, she avoids utilizing it due to the noise it produces, which scares her. Hey, every girls got to have some fears, right?

Blaze: But she didn't let her fears affect her from taking part in the war against the Black Beast. With a strong resolve, Celica greatly contributed in the war by putting her life on the line in aiding humanity for a chance to stop the Black Beast for good.

Daisy: And after the war ended, in favor to humanity of course, and with the loss of her loved one, it greatly affected Celica to a degree she decided to become celibate. Whelp. It's her loss.

Blaze: And due to her healing abilities, she lived more than a hundred years without aging and illnesses.

Daisy: Her abilities comes with semi-immortality? Nice! Perks for being a healer! As a nun, Celica manages a church like orphanage, and took care three unlucky siblings. All is sunshine and rainbows for a time, but then one of the Six Heroes, the maniacal hipster one, visited the church and leaves a fiery remark on the place and Celica's situation.

Blaze: On that fateful event, Celica lost her life.

Daisy: (Sniffs) Rest In Peace Celica.

Blaze: But no worries there, this is BlazBlue for crying out loud! Anything bizarre is surely bound to happen in the next couple of time frames! Like bringing someone back from the afterlife in her youth and pre-celibate form! With a copy of Celica's DNA and her memories, the great professor Kokonoe, who is Celica's niece by the way, reconstructed a younger figure of Celica during from where she was an early adult, and brought her back alive in the flesh in a sense.

Daisy: Probably from some sort of mix procedure between science and magic stuff. But details don't matter as long as you're back alive. This time however, Celica is not only a mage anymore, but a "Chrono Phantasma"! A Phantom of Time! The ultimate beings exempted to alternate and parallel timelines! The ill-fated ones! Err... kindly make them understand, Blaze.

Blaze: A Chrono Phantasma is a being exempted to time. Individuals who should not exist in the current time period. Anomalies of sort.

Daisy:

Blaze: These sort are immune from the effects of Phenomenon Intervention, and still retain their memories should reality be altered or overwritten, giving a Chrono Phantasma being the liberty to perceive their fate, having limitless options and possibilities in regards to handling their destiny.

Daisy: Ehh... Sure. They can also disable anything related to Seithr. However, a CP is like a walking time bomb! They will naturally be erased from existence if they push themselves to their limit. Like constantly using their magic and suppressing opposing magic will drastically took a toll on their health, and will eventually shorten their lifespan. Man, talk about a special case.

Blaze: Due to this, Kokonoe comes prepared for countermeasures. She equipped Celica with an Idea Engine (scientific artificial weapons based from magical weapons that boosts the user's combat capabilities, and is equal against Nox Nyctores) in the form of an automaton called; Ex Machina: Minerva, which both protect Celica and amplifies her power. Based from the powerful casuality weapons, Machine God: Nirvana, in which Celica previously had acquainted with, and the Detonator Fluctus Redactum: Ignis, Minerva's functions and capabilities are similar to these two with the exeption of teleportation.

Daisy: Like those two humanoid puppets, Minerva have a will on its own and can automatically move and aids her user during battle even without consent.

Blaze: Through science and technology, Minerva is capable of functioning despite alongside Celica, whose presence interrupts and renders Ars Magus. Minerva is able to stay active due to being an Idea Engine and fuelled by nuclear power. And because of this, Minerva can initiate a suicide attack powerful enough to ravage the planet.

Daisy: But Minerva wouldn't resort to such a drastic measure unless absolutely necessary. And like her sister units, Minerva could modify and transform numerous parts of her body into different types of deadly weapons! Sharp blades, scythes, axes, big-ass razor-sharp claws, cannons, guns, jet propulsive, saws, and many more!

Blaze: Minerva is also strong enough to strike and throw opponents effortlessly into the air, move and react faster than the eye can see, and is made of a tough and durable material which can easily withstand powerful attacks and gunfire, essentially making Minerva bulletproof.

Daisy: Minerva understands her mistress burdens, and does what is necessary to help her and soon became fast friends. Sharing a strong bond like sisterhood. Anyway, in combat, Minerva serves as the fighter and protector while Celica does the healing and support and stuff.

Blaze: Minerva possesses steadfast dedication to her mistress and will ensure her safety above all else. Brashly attacking anyone who Minerva deems a threat to her mistress, even if they have good intentions.

Daisy: Along with Minerva, Celica went on a journey with strong resolve, in hopes of meeting Ragna again. Celica could well-managed with her own set of powers and capabilities. She can levitate for long distances, even flew across the Atlantic Ocean in just a short amount of time! She endured the harsh terrain and climbed over a mountain, is unaffected inside the Embryo, which turns the sane into insane, and healed dozens of people (Ragna, Jubei, some dogs, Jin, Noel, Kagura, and Bullet) with her healing sorcery.

Daisy: Celica is unfazed by the intense heat from the Cauldron, resisted the effects of the Boundary, which corrupts a being's existence and turns them into something else just by entering it, and despite not engaging in most of her battles, Celica is capable of keeping up with the likes of Ragna the Bloodedge and other denizens of her verse.

Daisy: Like with Takemigatsuchi who once dodged this light speed laser.

Blaze: Judging by the calculations we've found Takemigatsuchi must've reacted to around nearly 2 times faster than light.

Daisy: You think that's insane how about being comparable to Izanami who was struggling to atomize the earth and moon.

Blaze: That would be a kinetic energy of 15 yottatons of TNT.

Daisy: (Sniffs) Should've protected that precious smile of hers, Raggy boy. It seems like these type of girls exist in the anime world nowadays. But only few can match the likeness and the powers of the young and optimistic mage known as; Celica A. Mercury.

Celica: Noel, Jin, Ragna. I was really happy to see your world. It was fun being with all of you. Painful and sad things might happen. But you're all strong, kind, and 'good children'. Don't look back, and don't stop. Just keep looking ahead and walk forward. Do your best and don't lose. Take care.

Xion

Blaze: In his quest to awaken the X-Blade to reopen Kingdom Hearts and start the second Keyblade War, Master Xehanort has made several forces of Darkness known as the Heartless and Nobodies.

Daisy: A Nobody is basically somebody without a heart which is strange because... Oh never mind the series is so confusing.

Blaze: His Nobody, Xemnas is the leader of an organization of 13 Nobodies with their goal to awaken the X-Blade. This was Organization XIII. But despite having 13 people they SOMEHOW have a 14th member. This was Xion.

Blaze: Regardless Xion was introduced as a shy girl and is partnered up with fellow Organization member, Roxas.

Daisy: They even been on wacky adventures together and kicked some ass with the same Keyblade.

Blaze: Xion's Keyblade is called the Kingdom Key which lets her unlock doors, fire lasers, and cast magic.

Daisy: She can use fire, ice, thunder, wind, create barriers, and cure her wounds, she can even create a armor made of light and take the form of a light speed laser and shoot dozens of pillars of light from the sky.

Blaze: With these powers Roxas and Xion were quite the dynamic duo and even made friends with Axel who is also a member.

Daisy: They even sat on the roof at the top of a tower and ate some delicious sea salt ice cream with Axel. Aww this is the best trio ever.

Blaze: Oh yeah..... Because it's not like anything bad is going to happen am I right?

Daisy: Oh no... I know that voice.

Blaze: Despite her experiences in her life Xion was actually created as a replica.

Daisy: Alright bear with me here. You see Roxas was a Nobody to a boy name Sora who stabbed himself to save Kairi and was restored to life those actions created Roxas. Roxas was the only member to wield a Keyblade which is the power they needed to forge the entity known as Kingdom Hearts, but they didn't trust him so Xion was created to watch him. Sad story I must say.

Blaze: This was a reason why Xion resembled Kairi, also during this time Sora was sleeping for a year after the events of the first game and so on and Xion is something that's preventing him from having his memories.

Daisy: Is that the reason why she also has Sora's Keyblade?

Blaze: Well yes it's a replica after all so it does make sense.

Daisy: And to top it all of Xion has 4 transformations which gives these giant armor things.

Blaze: Each of these forms all contain Sora's memories from when he traveled across the worlds and contains Sora's signature moves like Sonic Blade, Ragnarok, Ars Arcanum, and Limit Break.

Blaze: Roxas's heart was able to travel across Radiant Garden and back to Keyblade Graveyard in a matter of seconds to move that fast he'd have to move 17,225,083 times faster than light.

Daisy: The Keyblade beams have been shown to travel across multiple stars, so yeah they are REALLY fast.

Blaze: Xion's also held her own against other Keyblade Welders like Sora, Kairi, and Lea who's Axel's original.

Daisy: Sora was able to fight off Hercules and Zeus who can move hundreds of stars. That's damn insane and even better along with Mickey and Aqua, Xion was able to block off attacks from Xehanort Replicas. Yeah she may be shy but she's proven to be just as powerful as her friends Roxas and Axel and boy they sure make the best trio and completing multiple missions. Isn't that so amazing. I don't care what you say the Seasalt is the best trio in the series.

Blaze: Unfortunately their dynamic trio didn't last. Because Roxas and Xion are both replicas created from Sora the Organization can only keep one. Horrified after finding out she was a pawn and realizing the reason why Sora couldn't wake up, Xion nearly in completion as a replica asked Roxas to end her.

Daisy: (Sniffs) And now they are forced to fight to the death. That's... so heartbreaking...

Blaze: The price was utterly high and ultimately Xion's life ended and returned to Sora, and all memories of her were all but forgotten.

Daisy:

Blaze: However it turns out the villains were not done with her yet, after Master Xehanort was revived the True Organization XIII has been former and Xion was among the 13 replicas.

Daisy: And was basically a robot forced to fight to the death once again.

Blaze: However, Sora eventually saved her by saying her name showing her that she truly was forgotten.

Daisy: Hell yeah! Finally some good stuff! And thus Xion betrayed the Organization and joined the Guardians of Light to stop Xehanort from using Kingdom Hearts to destroy everything.

Blaze: Once the battle was over Xion finally got to live a life alongside her best friends and new friends as a normal person.

Daisy: Because the true power in Kingdom Hearts is your friends and that's exactly what Xion has.

Xion: Good-bye, Roxas. See you again. I'm glad... I got to meet you. Oh... and of course... Axel, too. You're both my best friends. Never forget. That's the truth.

Daisy: It's time for a DEATH BATTLE!!!!!

Destiny's Pawns

On a mountain Xion is seen with her hood on sitting looking down and is very sad. Celica came by and spotted Xion.

Celica: I wonder what who's that. HEY!

She ran to Xion to wonder who she was.

Celica: Excuse me but who are you and what are you doing here? What's wrong.

Xion was silent for a moment before finally responding.

Xion: I just want to be left alone. Can you please leave.

Celica: Oh well... Listen I understand you wanna be left alone but you're in my town's territory and I'd appreciate it if you find someplace else otherwise your a trespasser.

These words made Xion stand up and suddenly teleport.

Celica: What? Where'd she go.

Shocked, Celica looks around for Xion, only for Xion reappeared behind her with her hood off and pointing her Replica Keyblade at her.

Xion: I thought I told you to leave.

Celica jumps out of the way and levitates in the air and calls upon her Machina.

Celica: Ex Machina: Minerva!

Minerva appears by her side when Xion jumps in the air attempts to strike Celica, Minerva blocks it much to her confusion. The two briefly clash in the air before taking their fight back to the ground. The two continue clashing until Minerva uses Lance Quiche to ram Xion forcing her to use her Keyblade to block. Celica takes advantage of this and and throws a flash bomb at her sending the Organization member flying in the process. Xion recovers and responds with her own magic.

Xion: Fire!

She shoots several fireballs to which Celica and Minerva dodge the shots and start landing several combos on the Keyblade Welder doing massive damage, but Xion knocks them away and fires a Keyblade beam at them sending the sorceress and her partner to the ground. Xion stops attacking hoping Celica would give up and settle this peaceful.

Xion: Come on. I don't want to take this any further, so please let's stop this and go our separate ways so there won't be anymore bloodshed.

However Celica refuses to listen and catches Xion by using her Overdrive called Regelite.

Celica: Too late for that!

Minerva throws Celica in the air and and violently blitz Xion before knocking her to the ground. The former Number XIV uses lightning but Celica responds with her own lightning spell as both spells briefly clashed. Before Xion could react a blast was shot at her.

Celica: Take this!

Minerva fires several blast at Xion. Celica and Minerva levitate in the air fire more shots to pin Xion down not giving her time to react. Once Sora's replica was pinned down Celica prepares to finish her off as Minerva charges up a huge attack.

Celica: It's over. Fire Minerva!

Minerva fires a large laser at the duo's enemy. Realizing what's about to happen Xion closes her eyes and points her Keyblade upwards as the large laser hits her causing a massive explosion. Celica and Minerva do a fist bump thinking they when suddenly a blinding light appears as Xion emerges revealing her survival and in a shield of light shocking the duo.

Xion: I hope you're ready for this!

Xion dashes towards her enemies knocking them away before Celica could react Xion dashes all around the battlefield sending pillars of light everywhere doing some massive damage to them. Celica creates a barrier to block Xion's further assault and regenerate from the attacks. Both go into Unlimited Mode increase all their stats and ram to Xion who knocks them away and transforms into her Final Form. The two replicas fly across the battlefield clashing attacks as their battle creates entire shockwaves on that entire battlefield.

Xion swings her two blades and knocks Celica and Minerva away but Minerva responds with another barrage of attacks. The Nobody attempts to shake off the Machina but she and Celica realize something.

Celica: This power...

Xion:Could it be....

Celica and Xion: That she's just like me?

As they say this Xion fires two keyblade beams and summons more light beams from the sky as Celica and Minvera responds by marking large blasts of magic that can be seen up in the sky. Xion and Celica both back to normal fall from the sky but Celica is the first to gain consciousness when Minerva catches her.

Celica: Minerva.

Xion opens her eyes and wonders if it's over.

Xion: Is it... over?

However Xion is impaled in the back by Minerva's claws.

Celica: Yes it is over for you!

As Celica says this, Minerva makes multiple cannons pointed at Xion.

Celica: I'm so sorry it has to end this way but....

Lasers are being charged.

Celica: I promise to make this quick. Sayonara.

Minerva fires a huge laser at Xion who screams loudly as this happens, however the Nobody doesn't give up.

Xion: No.... Not.... Today!

Xion breaks out of Minerva and Celica's grasp by using pillars of light as shields to knock them away. Xion then fires one last Keyblade beam and fires a large one at her enemies. Celica screams as she and Minerva are disintegrated completely. Xion lands back on the ground and sighs in relief as she heals her wounds.

Xion: I'm so sorry. Please forgive me.

Xion cries as all the lasers she caused during the battle disappeared as she continues to watch the sunset with tears flowing through her eyes showing remorse for her fallen enemy.

Daisy is seen crying.

Daisy: (sniffs) Man. That was sooo sad!! Why?!?! Why does this have to end in violence they both are so tragic.

Blaze: Now now, I feel you but now's not the time right now. Celica was an incredible fighter especially when using her Minerva, but Xion has the skills and tools she needed to insure a victory.

Daisy: Celica may be capable of a few magic spells on her own none of them can do some crazy shit the way Keyblade welders can like she wasn't summoning pillars or anything like that not to mention many other spells.

Blaze: Even if Celica could figure out Xion's limited supply of magic there isn't much she can do before it would eventually replenish.

Daisy: Hell she can't even touch her sure she could scale to Takemigatsuchi who was able to move almost 2 times faster than light, that's nothing compared to Roxas traveling across galaxies and Sora firing his Keyblade beam at multiple stars which are 8 million to 7 billions of times faster.

Quick heads up: Where beings Celica scales to can through the boundary basically making her move through time and space with the argument of infinite to immeasurable speed even if we consider that accurate Keyblade welders like Aqua can move around in the Realm of Darkness which according to her has has "no time" so it doesn't make that much of a difference.

Blaze: On top of that while Minerva was definitely Celica's best defense and strength it could not keep up with Xion's raw destructive power not to mention her forms give her much greater defense thus giving her the opportunity to over power Minerva and leave her vulnerable.

Daisy: And speaking of power this is the part where she takes the cake yeah sure Celica and Minerva could be comparable to Izanami who's feat we calculated to be about 15 yottatons of TNT this makes sense considering how Minerva performed a far stronger feat like that planet level explosion she did with it almost destroying the world.

Blaze: However Sora can go toe to toe with Hercules and Zeus who moved entire stars which is the maximum power output of over 422 ninatons of TNT! Much more powerful than anything Minerva was capable off.

Daisy: And don't forget Xion battles not just Sora but also Kairi, Lea, Saix, Xemnas, and even more Xehanort clones all at once.

Blaze: While there are some mentions of some hat multiversal in BlazBlue, Xehanort with the X-Blade is also at that same level so overall even if we equalized both of their stats it wouldn't really matter thanks to Xion's more versatile magic. Celica and Minerva put up an incredible fight and are most certainly a deadly duo, however Xion has the speed, power, and magical spells and skills needed to claim this victory.

Daisy: It was sad but it looks Xion definitely had the key to make this battle BlazBlue.

Blaze: Are you crying again?

Daisy: (Sniffs) Yes! I'm crying again! It's so sad that two tragic clones had to duel it out and the way it ended makes it even more sad!

Daisy cries as Blaze confronts her.

Blaze: There there, let it out. It's okay.

Daisy: (sniffs) Oh God! Why?!

Blaze: The winner is Xion.
