After learning that Bowser and Dr. Eggman along with their allies have also been caught in the dimensional shattering situation, Mario and Sonic go on a mission to find them. Meanwhile Yami plans his next move.

96 hours ago. On the day moments before Mario and Sonic's worlds collide.

Mario's world

In Bowser's Castle. Kamek is seen walking through the hallway and then into the throne room to speak with Bowser.

Kamek: Master Bowser. I have received some a bit of news lately.

Bowser: (Groans) What is it this time?

Kamek: It seems that Princess Peach is having a party at her castle.

Bowser: Okay and...

Kamek: She's inviting everyone even all her friends....Except for you of course.

Bowser is angered by these words

Bowser: WHHHHHAAAATT!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

He got so angry that the Koopa King breathes fire in the air. Afterwards he heavily starts breathing.

Kamek: C-C-C-Calm down your highness.

Bowser: Calm down? How can I come down if the Peach's is once again having her own selfish party and not inviting me?! That's outrageous!!!!!!

Kamek: What is your suggestions, my lord?

Bowser: Kamek, I want you to assemble my army and get them ready so we can trash their party.

Kamek: Yessir.

Bowser: Bowser. Jr!

Bowser. Jr appears before Bowser as Kamek leaves.

Bowser. Jr: Yes Dad?

Bowser: Junior, makes sure all the Koopalings have their ships ready for take off.

Bowser. Jr: You got it, Dad.

Kamek: Lord Bowser!

Kamek returns to Bowser's room.

Bowser: What is it, now?

Kamek: It appears we have a problem, sir.

Bowser: What's happening this time?

Just as he asks this the ground started to shake.

Bowser: What's happening? Why is there and Earthquake at a time like this?

Kamek: There's something you should see outside!

The ground shakes again as Bowser and all of his minions ran outside to see what's happening then they see a light a distance away.

Bowser: What is that?

The light begins rising towards the sky much to the shock of Bowser's minions.

Bowser: What is that thing?

The light reaches to the sky and begins to start glowing. Once there the light creates a shockwave and starts getting larger and soon creates an explosion as it starts blooming and heads straight towards Bowser's Castle.

All of Bowser's minions: AAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!

And with that Bowser along with his army are caught in the blinding light explosion as the camera goes dark.

In Eggman's base we see Eggman doing some research on his screen. And find something.

Eggman: After one hour I finally found it.

Orbot: What is it boss?

Eggman: It is a strange light that has been going on for a while now.

Orbot: So what is your suggestion?

Eggman: I say we get some investigators to check this out. Orbot get Metal Sonic and Cubot ready in what we're about to find.

Orbot: Yessir.

Just then they hear Cubot's voice.

Cubot: Dr. Eggman!

Eggman: Grrrr!!! What is it?!

Cubot: The Deadly Six, Eggman Nega, Metal Sonic, and Infinite have just arrived.

Eggman: Good we'll need all the help we can ge-

(*Music stops*)

Before the doctor can finish his sentence the ground begins shaking.

Eggman: What the? What is that?

Cubot: EARTHQUAKE!!!

Eggman: Great just what I needed.

Orbot: Eh boss?

Eggman: WHAT DO YOU WANT?!?!?!?!?!

Orbot: You might wanna look up.

Eggman: Looks up. What is that?

The light begins rising towards the sky much to the shook of Eggman.

Eggman: What is that light?

And just like that Eggman along with Orbot and Cubot and his army caught in the blinding light explosion as the camera goes dark.

A few moments after their worlds collided

After this incident Bowser and Eggman woke up in an unknown place. Both of Mario and Sonic's archenemies both wake up at the same time.

Bowser: Ow my head.

Eggman: Who turned off the lights

Bowser and Eggman: Hmm?

Just then they looked at each other and take a moment to awkwardly stare at each other.

Bowser: Huh?

Eggman: Huh?

After that the villains started jumping with excitement.

Bowser: Dr. Eggman!!!

Eggman: Bowser!!!

Bowser: Boy am I glade to see you doc!

Eggman: It's been awhile hasn't it Bowser!

As they talk Kamek and Orbot come in the room.

Kamek: Thank goodness you two are okay.

Orbot: Yes indeed.

Bowser: Oh hey Kamek is everything alright.

Eggman: Yeah you too Orbot what happened to us?

Kamek and Orbot looked at each other and made some cringe faces.

Kamek: Well....

Orbot: You see....

Bowser: Well? What is it?!

Eggman: Anwser our questions!!

Kamek: You.... You two won't believe this once you come outside.

Bowser: What do you mean?

Orbot: I think you two should look for yourselves.

Orbot pulls down the curtain from a window to show Eggman and Bowser. While the koopa king and the mad scientist take a moment to shield themselves from the brightness of the sun the are shocked at what they saw.

Bowser and Eggman: WHAT THE HEEEEECCK!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

The villains looked and see several places from their worlds collided into one.

Bowser: How the? What is this?

Eggman: What just happened?

Kamek and Orbot explain what's happening.

Kamek: It appears that our worlds have collided into one all at the exact same time.

Orbot: We're not sure how this happened but all we can say its that it's happened everywhere.

Bowser and Eggman: Everywhere?

Kamek: Yep everywhere.

Orbot: Everyone is probably effected in this.

Bowser: So where's Junior, the Koopalings, and all of my minions?

Eggman: Now that you mention it where's the Deadly Six, Metal Sonic, Metal Sonic, Cubot, and Eggman Nega?

Kamek: Everyone else is fine.

Orbot: Their outside in fact we all woke up a minute before you two did.

Eggman: What a relief.

Bowser: Take us to them.

They manage to get outside where they meet up with their allies.

Bowser. Jr: Dad you're okay!

Bowser: Happy to see that you're okay Junior.

Eggman Nega: I was wondering when you will wake up.

Eggman: Well as you can see I'm perfectly awake.

Everyone takes a minute to talk. Afterwards the villains decided to make the building that their in a base. There Eggman explains to Bowser and their respective allies from their respective universes in what happened.

Eggman: So it seems that light we were caught in all happened at the exact same time in 1 hour and it happened all over in our worlds and than we woke up here.

Bowser: Yeah I think we've pretty much already covered that Eggman so what's your point.

Eggman: Well Bowser, me and Eggman Nega of done some research and did some calculations. After hours of research we come to conclusion that the light that devoured us is the very exact same light that collided our worlds.

All the villains are supposed at what they heard and than took a few moments to think.

Zavok: I see.

Infinite: So it all makes sense now.

Bowser. Jr: That explains why our places from our worlds collided.

Kamek: What should we do.

Eggman and Bowser looked at each other and nodded and turned back to their allies.

Bowser: We're going to have to investigate what's happening.

Eggman: And afterwards we are going to figure out why it happened.

All the villains agreed as the camera zooms out.

Today

In the present day, Sonic and Mario are scene running down sever pathways looking for their archenemies.

Mario: Anything? Because we've searched through the whole area and found nothing.

E. Gadd: No nothing yet.

Sonic: How are the others, Professor?

Tails: We're fine.

Luigi and Tails are seen on the plane with several characters who can fly.

Luigi: We're searching from the sky but we've got nothing.

Wario and Shadow are seen with Knuckles and Donkey Kong searching in their area.

Shadow: Their not here either.

Mario: Darn it where in the world could Bowser and Eggman be? We've been searching for an hour now.

Sonic: As if our problems aren't bad enough look at the skies and the sun.

Everyone looked and see the sun come up and the skies turned from blue to green.

Mario: Aw man the sun is up and the skies are green.

Sonic: That can only mean that 4 days are down and we have 3 more left to go.

E. Gadd: *sighs* Alright everyone head back to base.

Back at the base everyone looks at E. Gadd as he is doing some even more searching. While several people have a conversation.

Cream: So is it really true? We only have 72 hours left?

Mario: Yes I'm afraid so.

Shadow: This Organization Takasuki guys are smooth and I have a bad feeling we'd be running into them very soon. And the more time we waste the stronger they get.

Sonic: Right, Shadow and I have a feeling they might go after Eggman and Bowser and if that's the case I could hardly imagine what their going to do.

Ad they talk E. Gadd finally found something.

E. Gadd: What the heck is that?

Mario: What is it, Professor?

E. Gadd: I found some strange location that isn't even on the map.

Sonic: That's probably the place we didn't look. They have to be there I'm sure of it.

Mario: Yeah I'm with Sonic in this one it has to be it.

E. Gadd: If that's the case, then Mario and Sonic this will be your mission to go to that location and find Bowser and Eggman.

Mario and Sonic: Right.

A few minutes later Mario and Sonic immediately ran out of the base and started their journey to find Bowser and Eggman.

At the Organization Takasuki's hideout

Meanwhile Yami is seen watching Mario and Sonic from his orb.

Yami: So it appears that Mario and Sonic are on a mission to find Bowser and Dr. Eggman. Hmmmmm.

We cut to a flashback 72 hours ago where we see Eggman do some research as Bowser watches.

Bowser: Hey Eggman anything yet?

Eggman: No Bowser, Nega and I have researched all day and yet still nothing.

Bowser: I see. But anyways while I was on mission with Zavok we ran into some mysterious creatures which look weird.

Eggman: Wait you too?

Bowser: Yeah why you saw them too?

Eggman: Of course but it's no worry your son and the Koopalings took care of it.

Bowser: Good to know.

Eggman: Anyways I did find something interesting.

Bowser: What is it?

Eggman: Noticed How the sky changes from purple to light blue?

Bowser: Yeah why you ask?

Eggman: Because I've calculated that the sky changes color every 24 hours as the day passes by and I noticed that the sky changes from purple-light blue-regular blue-green-yellow-orange-red.

Bowser: What's your point doc?

Eggman: I'm saying that each time one day passes and each color that changes the sky means.....that our worlds are slowly dying.

Bowser: WHAT!?!?!? There's no way! Please tell me your lying!!

Eggman: I'm afraid it's the truth. We have 7 days and 1 day is passed so we have 6 days left. And the final 3 days is when things will get heating and once the final day comes and the skies turn red that is when the Apocalypse begins and everything as we know will be destroyed.

Bowser: Wh-what?! We gotta warn everyone else of this.

Eggman: Yes indeed you should.

Several moments later Bowser and Eggman told the other villains of this information and are shocked at what they heard.

Bowser. Jr: That is unbelievable!

Eggman Nega: And unacceptable!!

Kamek: King Bowser and Dr. Eggman how do we stop this?

Orbot: If there even is a way to stop this at all.

Cubot: What are we gonna do?

Bowser: Now now don't worry Eggman and I are about to come up with a plan to stop this and restore things to normal.

Eggman: But right now we need to be focus if we're going to get out of this alive so we must join forces and team up and work together.

Bowser: That's right the more we work together the faster we can stop this.

All the Mario and Sonic villains: Right!!

Just then they here a familiar voice.

(*Music stops*)

???: Working together are we? Interesting. Unfortunately it won't work as long as I am here.

Bowser: Who's there? And what are you talking about??

Eggman: Come on out and show yourself!!

???: Hmph. Very then.

A smoke bomb appears and goes off as Mario and Sonic's villains all cough.

Eggman: Grr what was that?

Bowser: Cheap trick!!

Once the smoke clears Bowser and Eggman alongside their allies and armies come face to face with the Organization Takasuki.

The Organization stares down Mario and Sonic's villains.

Yami: So you're King Bowser Koopa Sr. the King the of the Koopa Kingdom and Dr. Ivo Robotnik aka Eggman the Smartest Scientist your respective reputations proceeds you.

Bowser: Who are you?

Yami: My name is Yami, I lead a group called the Organization Takasuki.

Eggman: Just what is this "Organization Takasuki" you have?

Yami: We are dedicated to restoring balance in all existence.

Bowser: Yeah I'm not buying any of that.

Yami: Okay but let's try this: Have you every wondered why your worlds are collided.

The iconic video game villains take a close looks at Yami and realize one thing.

Eggman: It can't be. So the light, the sky changes, the 7 days that was all you wasn't it?

Yami: Correct. We combined your worlds into one because there is something special about it.

Bowser: And  just how special is our worlds that makes it okay for you to destroy them?

Yami: I'll give that answer once we capture you. Just turn yourselves in and we will give you the proper peace you need because your efforts of world domination is ridiculous. But it doesn't have to be that way. Surrender yourselves and I'll give you the proper peace you deserve.

Eggman: Yeah like we'd ever listen to someone like you and your not the first people to try and destroy everything at once, punks plus your efforts of "balance" is completely stupid so you shouldn't be talking.

Bowser: You don't know who your messing with besides I'm not gonna sit there and watch our worlds being destroyed.

Yami: So be it.

Yami and the Organization take their fighting stances.

Yami: We'll take you by force then.

Takasuki suddenly disappeared in the blink of an eye much to the shock of all of Mario and Sonic's villains.

Bowser and Eggman: Huh?

They all wonder where they went then out of nowhere Yami appears in between Bowser and Eggman, shocking the villains in the process. Bowser attempts to punch their new enemy but fails as Yami catches his fist and punches Bowser back sending him flying towards a tree.

Eggman: Bowser!

Yami suddenly appears behind Eggman.

Yami: If I were in your shoes I'd be more worried about myself!

Eggman: (Thinking) He's fast!

He kicks Eggman and sends him flying next to Bowser.

Not wanting this to happen to Bowser and Eggman all the other video game villains charges at Yami but Terra, Slash, Nora, and Bulk appeared behind them all sent them flying with just one punch. After recovering Sonic and Mario's villains charges again and all each go after each member of Takasuki. Bowser. Jr teams up with Metal Sonic and goes for Terra and despite landing blows and their best teamwork efforts, Terra beats them ease. Bowser and Zavok go for Bulk however Bulk's brute strength is too much for them. Slash attacks the Koopalings and Deadly Six but despite being outnumbered Slash with no difficulty manages to beat them with total ease Eggman and Eggman Nega are in their mechs while trying to fight Nora but Nora manages to take them out without any difficulty. Soon enough their armies attacked with their full force at the Organization, unfortunately they are nothing but a joke to Takasuki. Seeing that their outmatched, Bowser and Eggman come up with a plan.

Bowser: These guys are too tough.

Eggman: No matter how hard we try we can't win.

Bowser: Hey doc I know your the smartest but I think it's best if we retreat and live to fight another day.

Eggman: You're right, Bowser lets get to it.

Yami suddenly appears before them.

Yami: I don't think so!

Eggman: Oh but we do.

Eggman pushes a button causing smoke to cover the entire area they are fighting in. Giving the iconic villains to retreat a chance.

(*Music ends*)

Once the smoke is clear all of Mario and Sonic's villains are gone leaving the Organization Takasuki left to wonder.

Slash: Grrraaaaaaggh!!! I hate this!!!! I hate it when they ran away like cowards!!!!

Nora: Yeah tell me about it they're actually like a bunch of scaredy-cats.

Bulk: They are probably afraid that we would've destroyed them.

Terra: Sir permission to go after him?

Yami: No let them go, they know they can't hide from us and besides.... They didn't see even half of what we can do. Let's go back to the hideout Mario and Sonic have probably joined up with their friends by now and we need to see what their up to.

Terra: Right.

Yami: Let's go.

They all disappear.

Today

(*Cues: Red Lotus theme-again*)

We cut back to the present day where Yami is done thinking.

Yami: Slash. Terra.

Slash and Terra arrived to Yami.

Slash: What's up?

Terra: What is it sir?

Yami: It's time we make a move get Nora and Bulk ready for action.

Slash and Terra: Yessir!

Meanwhile Bulk and Nora are having a conversation in the other room.

Bulk: Ay yo Nora look at these

Bulk shows off his muscles. Impressing Nora.

Nora: You're as strong as ever I see.

Bulk: Yeah that's a why I work out everyday so I can get stronger.

Nora: I see.

Terra: Bulk. Nora.

Terra and Slash walk in the room.

Nora: What is it now another mission?

Slash: Yes. We have a lead on Bowser and Eggman's location and Mario and Sonic are going to lead us straight towards him.

Bulk: Well well. Looks like we're gonna kick that turtle and scientist's behinds like last time.

Terra: Let's go there's no time to waste.

(*Music stops*)

Meanwhile Mario and Sonic are staring at distance away as they see Bowser's Castle and Eggman's Lair are mixed into one.

Mario and Sonic: Whoa..

Sonic: Wow Yami and his gang really did a good job combining all parts of our worlds.

Mario: Yeah no kidding they really did a number on Bowser and Eggman's bases.

Sonic: Come on Mario let's get going, Takasuki could be here any minute now.

Mario: Right, Sonic. Let's a-go.

Sonic and Mario head straight for their archenemies's fortress.

Once they make it to the fortress Mario and Sonic begin their search to reach Bowser and Eggman only to notice that several minions of Bowser as well as Eggman's robots are keeping a look out.

Mario: Sonic there's a lot of enemies all over the place, so let's be quiet and not get spotted.

Sonic: Got it.

The two mascots make their move by going through by hiding from spot to spot while trying to avoid enemies. Once they get to the first area Mario prepares for a plan.

Mario: Be right back.

Mario puts on the Vanish Cap and turns invisible. Mario walks through several enemies because they don't noticed him do to being invisible. Mario manages to get to then entrance giving Sonic a thumbs up letting him know the cost is clear. The Blue Blur ran next to the plumber who's invisibility ran out but they managed to get out of there without being spotted.

Once in the second area they are few steps close to reaching the castle/lair.

Mario: We're almost there.

Sonic: Right let's go.

Before they can leave however the alarms goes off

Alarm: Red alert! Red alert! Intruders have infected the area all troops engage targets and lockdown the facility!

Sonic: Darn it how did they find us.

Mario: Looks up. Uh Sonic look.

Sonic looks up as well and found a camera 24 feet above them.

Sonic: A camera how did we not see that?!

Mario: I don't know but I think we have worse problems right now.

The video game duo look ahead and see the door closing.

Mario: What are we gonna do?

Sonic then comes up with an idea.

Sonic: I got it Mario grab my hand and hold on to your hat.

Mario didn't understand at first but he quickly realized what Sonic is talking about and did what he said.

Mario: Okay I get!

Sonic stands at the ready.

Sonic: Here we....GO!

Sonic runs at his maximum speed as enemies try to stop him but they couldn't keep up with the Blue Blur. Mario screams as Sonic is boosting through enemies and obstacles.

Mario: WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!

Sonic: Save your breath Mario cause it's about to get crazy!

Sonic continues speed running through anything that gets in his way. The door begins closing.

Sonic: Darn it! The door it's closing!

Mario: Go go! Don't stop!

Sonic jumps in the air and air boosts his way in at the very last second and made it inside.

Sonic: Whew just made it.

Mario: Sonic look out!

A laser is coming towards the duo at light speed, luckily Sonic with his own light speed was able to dodge it with a quick step.

Sonic: Close shave!

Mario and Sonic: Whoa!

More lasers starts coming at them but good thing Sonic dodges them all by quick-stepping. Afterwards they boost through the robots casing the lasers and made it to another area.

Sonic and Mario take a moment to catch a breath.

Mario: That was close nice work Sonic you piled through those enemies like their nothing.

Sonic: Good thing I'm no stranger to light speed heck one time I calculated above light speed.

Mario: Alright we gotta move.

Before they could continue they here two familiar voices.

???: Stop right there!

???: I should've known someone would break in here.

The voices turned out to be Bowser and Eggman who is in his Egg Mobile.

Bowser: Who would've thought that we be seeing you here, Mario!

Eggman: What he said except in my case it's you, Sonic!

Mario and Sonic begin their conversation with their enemies hoping to cooperate with them.

Mario: Bowser, Eggman please listen you guys are in great danger!

Bowser: Hmmmm... The only danger I see is you!

Sonic: Can you guys just shut up and listen? If you don't leave now you're going to be in real trouble.

Eggman: Hahahaha! The only ones who are going to be in danger is you.

Instead of listening, Bowser and Eggman charge at Mario and Sonic, leaving the heroes no other choice but to fight them.

Mario: I guess it looks like they won't listen to reason.

Sonic: Then let's force them to.

Mario and Sonic reach Bowser and Eggman and begins their battle. Eggman is chasing Sonic while shooting missiles at them to which Sonic dodges. Meanwhile Mario clashes fist with Bowser in a rapid succession.

During the fisticuffs Mario grabs him by the talk spins him around and throws him.

Mario: So long-a, Bowser!

Bowser is sent flying to a corner meanwhile Eggman continues shooting Sonic from his ride but Sonic dodges them and Homing Attacks Eggman and knocks him towards Bowser. Mario and Sonic stand in front of the villains.

Mario: What's the matter?

Sonic: Need a hand?

Eggman: No we don't!

Bowser: Because we already have one!

Eggman launches a boxing glove rocket while Bowser throws a fire ball the two attacks finally hit Mario and Sonic and sent them flying in the process.

With their enemies preoccupied, Eggman and Bowser quickly recover.

Bowser: Nice try!

Eggman: We're not going down that easily!

Bowser charges how fire breath and shoots it at their archenemies. Sonic and Mario barely manages to dodge it but their feet are touched by the flames, they all decide to switch enemies Bowser goes for Sonic and Eggman goes for Mario. Eggman fires multiple missiles at Mario but Jumpman pulls out his hammer and deflects them away like their tennis balls back at him forcing Eggman dodge meanwhile Sonic and Bowser exchange a flurry of blows.

Bowser blocks Sonic's kick and punches him in the face hard. Sonic counterattacks with a punch and uses his speed to and goes a Spin Dash to do an overhead attack sending sending both characters spiraling to the the opposite direction. Bowser manages to grab the Blue Blur's Spin Dash and throw him at Mario who was still fighting Eggman sending both heroes to the other side of the area they are fighting on, the impact cause smoke to come out.

In the smoke Mario puts on the Vanish Cap and gives Sonic the Power Flower turning them both invisible in the process. Eggman uses his scanner to find them.

Bowser: Where'd they go? They were just here a moment ago!

Eggman searched and the results say nothing.

Eggman: Huh. Looks like they got away.

Bowser: Come our and fight us you cowards!

Bowser and Eggman recover only for Mario to do a Super Jump Punch on Bowser.

Mario: Cowards?!

Eggman looks only for Sonic to Homing Attack him from behind.

Sonic: We don't run away from fights!

The villains fly in the air and Bowser does a ground pound to the ground and create shockwaves briefly pulverizing Mario and Sonic getting rid of their invisible forms in the process.

Bowser and Eggman charges their attacks Bowser's fire breath and cannons respectively and they at their enemies as Mario attempts to pull out another power up but the villains fired and overpowers them and seemingly engulfs in flames. The villains sigh in relief.

Bowser: Finally.

Eggman It's over.

Bowser and Eggman: Huh?'

But much to there surprise Sonic and Mario survived due to the Metal Cap and Power Flower that turned their entire bodies metal. Angered Bowser and Eggman desperately fire their combination blast three more times, but Mario and Sonic didn't even flinch.

Eggman: Oh come on!

Bowser: Just lose already!

The metal on the heroes's bodies wore off and turned them back to normal. The video game protagonists then charge at the video game antagonists and punches them both to a wall.

Sonic: Do it now!

Mario: Yeah!

Sonic charges up his Spin Dash as Mario picks him up and sets him on fire with Firebrand and charges. Refusing to lose Bowser and Eggman decide to use their technique.

Bowser: Not yet! Let's go Doc!

Eggman: Right!

Bowser gets into his shell spins in circles and uses his own fire set himself on fire as Eggman in his ride picks him up and charges. Mario and Eggman use Sonic and Bowser and clash as they all yell.

Mario, Sonic, Bowser, and Eggman: HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!

The clash then creates a massive fiery explosion that covered the entire area they were fighting on. Once the dust settles it is revealed that Mario and Sonic emerged victorious (despite having a few burnt marks) over their archenemies once again as they look at the defeated Bowser and Eggman on the ground.

Mario: Well Sonic we beat them again like always.

Sonic: Yep that's right.

(*Music ends*)

Afterwards Bowser and Eggman recover but complain about their loss.

Bowser: This I just straight up stupid! I can't believe we lost again!

Eggman: Unbelievable! We were supposed to beat you this time!

Mario: Uh I'm sorry I didn't get that memo. You've lost like more time than I can count.

Sonic: We beat you every time. Like I think we beat you so much you lost count there.

Bowser: Grrr that changes nothing.

Eggman: Tell them Bowser because we don't give up.

Sonic: Oh brother.

Mario: Whatever can you please listen now?

Bowser: And why would we listen to you?

Eggman: Whatever it is I don't care!

Mario and Sonic: Have you heard of the Organization Takasuki?!?!?!

Those words shocked the villains.

Eggman: (Thinking) Oh no!

Bowser:  (Thinking) They saw those guys too?? Oh man this is bad news.

Just the Bowser. Jr, Metal Sonic, Kamek, Orbot, Cubot, Koopalings, Zavok, Deadly Six, and Eggman Nega arrive.

Kamek: Master Bowser! Doctor Eggman we heard you are in a situation.

Orbot: So we came here to help.

Bowser. Jr: Hey what are Mario and Sonic doing here?!

Bowser: No time to explain!

Eggman: Gather everyone of our armies and prepare for evacuation!

Eggman Nega: Why?

Just then an explosion came from the side of the wall as everyone looks in shock.

(*Cues: Sasuke's Hatred*)

Out of the smoke comes the Organization Takasuki themselves.

Yami: It's been a while Bowser and Eggman.

Mario: Yami!

Sonic: So this was another of your plans huh!

Yami: I must say that I thank you Sonic and Mario for leading us here.

Mario and Sonic: Huh?

Bowser: Aha! So that's why you came here so you can have those guys find us again weren't you!

Mario: Hold on wait a second we didn't know he was following us!

Yami: It doesn't matter. What matters is that we need King Bowser and Dr. Eggman.

Eggman: And what exactly do you need us for?!

Yami: You'll find out once we capture you.

Takasuki disappears

They all look for them.

Bowser: Again?

Just then Yami appears out of nowhere and kicks Eggman in the face.

All: What?!

They all try to fight of the villain organization but they were not the same as before.

Mario: Wow. Gets hit. These guys are tougher than before Gets hit again.

Sonic: Yeah no kidding. Gets hit. I can't even touch them their way too fast. Gets hit again.

Takasuki speed blitzed all of their enemies in less than 1 second flat. Not letting them do anything. At all.

Eggman: Darn they must've gotten even more powerful than before!

Yami: Chuckles. Trust me you didn't even see half off what we can do.

The Organization turn their eyes with the left side on red and the right side blue and red and blue aura surrounds them.

Mario: Oh no!

Sonic: Oh shoot!

Takasuki charges up their energy and shoot out a large laser.

Organization Takasuki: YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!

The blast created an explosion that destroyed Bowser and Eggman's fortress as all of their armies ran out. In the aftermath of the explosion, Mario, Sonic, Bowser, and Eggman got out but the explosion did some serious damage to them. Just as they are about to leave Takasuki appears in front of them.

Yami: Seems your fresh out of options.

Mario, Sonic, Bowser, and Eggman: Huh?!

Yami grabs Bowser and Eggman by the necks and lifts them up in the air

Yami: Give up. You lose.

Unfortunately Bowser and Eggman suddenly disappeared much to Yami's shock.

Yami: What?!

They all looked around and found nothing, shortly afterwards Mario and Sonic disappeared as well.

Yami: Darn it.

Slash: They just up and vanished.

Bulk: An their armies are gone too.

Nora: Great. Just great.

Terra: Sir what do we do?

Yami: Don't worry. I have a plan.

Meanwhile it turns out Mario and Sonic along with Bowser and Eggman are transported back to the resistance base.

Mario: What?

Sonic: We're back at the Freedom Fighters base.

Bowser: Uh where are we exactly?

Eggman: I don't know.

E. Gadd: You're back at the Freedom Fighters base.

Bowser: Uh Okay.....

Eggman: What happened to our armies?

Luigi: The Professor transported them as well.

As Luigi says this Bowser. Jr and Eggman Nega appear.

Eggman: I see.

Bowser: So why are we hear?

After a few minutes of explaining Bowser and Eggman get it.

Bowser: I see so if we want things to go back to the way they were then we'll have to team up.

Eggman: In that case let me show you the data I've been collecting for the past 4 days.

48 hours ago

We cut to a flashback from when Eggman is seen next to Bowser and Bowser. Jr Eggman Nega, Kamek, Orbot, and Cubot.

Eggman: Oh no.

Bowser: What is it doc?

Eggman: Nega and I have been analyzing those guys the yesterday and their readings are off the chart take a look.

When they look they are shocked at what they saw.

All: WHAT?!?!

Bowser: This-this can't be.

Eggman Nega: I'm afraid so these guys possess an incredible amounts of power far beyond anything we've ever since.

Eggman: With just one person they could take out an entire universe. Put them all together and they can solo all of existence.

Bowser. Jr: And what about their speed.

Eggman: Their speed is unknown but the best I can say is that it's BEYOND anything Sonic is capable of. As fast as Sonic is even he can't keep up with them even if he uses his super forms he still can't keep up with 1% of their speed. They are so fast you can't even see them.

Bowser: Wow their so strong and I'm a bug in comparison.

Eggman Nega: Trust me it's not where it ends. These guys are perfect masterminds throughout their 1000 years of experience they have an IQ of infinite.

All: INFINITE!?!?!?!?!

Eggman: Yes infinite even us normal geniuses like Nega and myself are idiots in comparison.

Bowser. Jr: Uh excuse me but if you said their 1000 years how are they still alive and how come their not in an old age appearance.

Eggman: That we don't know but we can say that they didn't age as much. Their leader appears to be at 32 (Yami) the his second in command right there, she appears to be 30 (Terra) that man right there appears to be at 29 (Slash) the other woman is at lest 28 (Nora) and the big Hulk-like guy is at Bowser's height but his appearance is 28 as well (Bulk) so as you can see Jonior they are over 1000 years yes but their appearances remain the same.

Bowser. Jr: Ohhhhh. I get it.

Eggman Nega: Who ever these guys are they must be up to no good.

Eggman: We'll keep searching until we can find more information.

All: Got it.

12 hours later

Eggman is seen with Eggman Nega doing more research and found out what's going to happen on the final day

Eggman and Eggman Nega: OH NOOOO!!!!!!

Bowser: What happened?

Eggman Nega: I we've just figured out what's going to happen on the day the skies turned red.

Bowser. Jr: Okay what is it?

Eggman: On the Apocalypse Day they will open a portal and teleport to another dimension, once there, they will use the power of all existence to whip out everything and turn it into nothing. Even time and space in the Past, Present, and Future. They will be powerful enough to destroy all that exists.

Kamek: I can't believe it!

Orbot: It can't be!

Cubot: I'm scared now!

Bowser. Jr: Oh no we're all gonna die!

Bowser: Is there anyway we can prevent this.

Eggman Nega: They only way is that if we stop those guys before it happened.

Bowser: Okay they may be tough but we'll find a way to SMASH them. But we might not be able to defeat them all in time,

Eggman: Even if only one person has the power of all existence they still have the power to destroy everything.

Bowser: Then we'll have to fine a way to destroy them all at once.

Eggman Nega: Don't worry we'll figure this out.

Bowser. Jr: Figures out? We're in a race against time!

Eggman: Which is why we have to work faster than we've every done.

All: Right.

Today

We cut back to the present day where all the Freedom Fighters are shocked at what they heard.

Peach: So your saying with that much power they can still destroy everything??

Eggman: Yes I am afraid so.

Knuckles: Then let's not waste time like this we've got to defeat them now!

Bowser: Hey man I agree but these guys are tough but they are beyond any level we're at.

Mario: We won't give up there has to be a way.

Sonic: Despite us basically a bug we have to show them that strength just doesn't come from numbers.

All: Right.
