"So, you've all packed your things?" Peach asked the contestants, who gave her positive responses. "Okay then, let's proceed outside. We can start the Final Results!"
Everyone ran outside to the exact place where Peach had welcomed them twenty weeks before.
"I'm about to announce the winning team," Peach stated. "Is everyone ready?"
The contestants looked at one another, and no one knew what to expect.
"The team with the most overall points is... The Green Bombers!" Peach grinned. "Luigi, Iggy, come up here please."
The two winners excitedly went up the porch steps, mentally preparing their winning speech.
"Hey everyone!" Luigi started. "I can't believe Iggy and I actually won this Mario Party-"
"I'M SO HAPPY!" Iggy screeched, interrupting his teammate. "I'd like to thank Luigi for not being a deadweight, and the rest of you for not doing as well as we did!"
"ANYWAYS," Luigi said. "It's unbelievable that we won, not that I doubted our team or anything. But since we did win, I just want to say that these weeks I've spent with you all were grand and very competitive."
"YEEEAAAHHHHH!!!" Iggy began bouncing off the walls and knocked over some of Peach's precious pottery, all while laughing like a maniac. Peach was too amused to get upset.
"Thank you, Green Bombers," she spoke. "Now please exit the porch, for I have more to say."

"Our Mario Party has come to an end," Peach sighed. "It has certainly been fun... Sharing my beach house with the eight of you for twenty weeks..."
"Thank you Peach, for making my first Mario Party experience a great one," Rosalina said. "I am sure that we will continue to see each other very much in the future."
"Same here!" Luigi added. "I'll definitely be around for the next Mario Party, whenever it may be."
"And you'll never see me again, except for in your nightmares..." Iggy cackled.
"Thanks for the hospitality, cousin," Daisy smiled. "You might wanna consider giving me this place though."
"This was a difficult Party," Yoshi admitted. "But, I don't regret being a part of it. I'm excited for our next Mario Party or whatever!"
"You all feel sentimental, but I just want a BOWSER Party to happen," Bowser's grin was impossible to ignore.
"I'm a bit sad because I don't know when I'll ever see any of you again!" Birdo sniffed.
"I don't see any of you that often, so I really cherished these moments in Mario Party 9.5," Pauline stated.
"To those who I see practically everywhere, see you soon. And to those who I rarely see, I'll miss having you around," Peach couldn't help but laugh a little. "Do you see that boat in the ocean? It will take you to the Mushroom Kingdom, and you can all part ways once you arrive there. So, I bid you farewell. You really made these past twenty weeks enjoyable ones."
Peach exchanged goodbyes with each of the contestants before watching them leave on the boat.
"Oh, what should I do now?" she asked herself. "For the first time in a very long time, I don't have anything to do." However, Peach was soon proven wrong.
"Princess!" Mailtoad cried out, rushing to Peach. "You have mail! It's an anonymous letter!" He handed Peach a plain white envelope.
"Thank you, Mailtoad," Peach took the envelope and opened it.
"You're welcome as usual, Princess," Mailtoad said. "Now, I have to deliver these letters to other people." He was gone just as suddenly as he came.
Peach unfolded the letter and began to read it aloud.
"Princess Peach," she started. "You are invited to be present in Mario Party 10..."
And that concludes Mario Party 9.5.
The end of this book brings me a bittersweet feeling. For six months I've rushed past the week and into the weekend, worrying about if I could post a minigame and who would participate in it. Just like you, I had to be extremely active here for this story to push through the way it was supposed to. And well... I'd consider it successful. I'm satisfied that I thought of and completed a book idea that I can call my own.
This isn't news to you guys, but this is the first time I ever did something like this. This is the first and probably only interactive book I'll make. So umm I have absolutely no clue if I'm good at making these kinds of books or not.
Also I've mostly been quiet about it, but I've noticed people copying various elements of this book. Now I won't put anyone on the spot because that would just be plain inconsiderate. But PLEASE ask me for permission first, and give me credit.
And that brings me to another point. As you already know, I won't be creating another Mario Party. However you are welcome to make one in the same style as this as long as you ask me for permission and give me credit! Okay, I'm sorry if the last part of that sentence sounded repetitive. But who knows? I might join your Mario Party.
Congrats to the winners and to the people who won prizes, but more importantly congrats to those who were contestants of this Mario Party. The eight of you had to undergo almost half a year of minigames, many of which likely interfered with your real lives. You also had to deal with me, your hostess who constantly nagged you to be active enough to participate in the weekly minigame. I've tried putting myself in your positions, and I'm not surprised if you found this Mario Party a difficult one to be a part of. At the very least, I hope you enjoyed it. I put a lot of effort into this book, just like I do with all of my other books.
Speaking of which, I'd appreciate if you read my other works. I've completed Mushroom High and The Lives Of Mario And Friends. I'm still working on Camp Tanooki and Randomness With Mario & Friends!.
Before I officially declare this book "complete", please look at the drawing of Princess Daisy I made a few days ago, which is in the multimedia. Yes, that is my everyday real life handwriting on the drawing. And I know this drawing is irrelevant to MP9.5 but I just want feedback for my art.
So, thank you for even bothering to look at this book to begin with. Each one of you is a reason that this book turned out well. I genuinely hope you liked this book, and that you continue to read my works.
