It was a normal peaceful day in the mushroom Kingdom and after weeks of not fighting Bowser nor hearing about Dr.Eggman. the Mario bros, Sonic and Tails decided to relax however there was a problem.

THEY WERE BORED TO DEATH....

"I'm so bored...........is this how your life is sometimes Mario?"Sonic asked while lying comfortably on the couch.

"No, usually the exact moment I'm bored that's when something goes wrong and I get something to do." The Italian plumber replied.

"Hmm...interesting. Yo Tails, you got the computer started up?"

"No Sonic, there's a problem."

"What's wrong?"

"The computer's infected with a virus."

"Say what?!"

"I can turn on the computer, but things are going crazy thanks to the virus, I can't even launch an application properly."

"How did  the computer get infected with a virus?" Sonic asked.

"I don't know, downloading so many stuff on the computer all night!" Tails snapped at Sonic.

"Hey, those stuff I downloaded were for important reasons." Sonic said in defense.

"Really?, so downloading minecraft at an unprotected website seems to be the best option?"

"What do you mean unprotected website?"

"I'm checking your search history, and it looks like you downloaded it on a website with security issues. The download process was alright but the game had a virus with it."

"Oh no!"Mario said." Tails can you get rid of it?"Mario asked."

"Well actually, you can't remove a computer virus, you can only temporarily stop its activities with an anti virus." Tails answered.

"Ok, well install the anti virus  then."

"Unfortunately, the Internet's down."Tails said.

"Huh?"

"Unless you buy another Internet package."

"Mamamia!, I don't have enough money on me."

"We're doomed!"Sonic said.

"Don't worry I'll try to see if I can do something, I think I might be able to solve this problem, no sweat.

     2 hours later................

Tails enter where Mario,Sonic and Luigi were in.......the kitchen.

"Were you able to fix it?"Mario asked drinking a glass of water.

"No, The virus is extremely tedious to remove and the chances of me doing that is one out of five."

"Huh?, the computer's infected with a virus?"Luigi asked."How did that happen?"

"Well....let's just say Sonic was up all night last night downloading useless junk from the internet and that's how the computer got infected."

"So you're saying it's my fault."

"Yup."Tails said smugly.

"Well at least the computer has some interesting things on it other than your boring research projects."

"Hey! I'm doing that for science."

"Not my problem." Sonic said with a bored expression on his face.

"But you should be worrying now, because if nothing gets done about this virus the computer's gonna crash."

"What?!!"Mario,Luigi and Sonic said in unison.

"Yup, some applications on the computer are starting not to work."

"Oh no!!" Mario panicked." I can't afford to buy another computer."

"But don't worry I'm still working on it......hopefully I'll get ride of the virus."

"I hope so..."Mario said.

Meanwhile..........................................

In another world.............

In a lab known as Sci lab. Some scientist were working on a machine said to change and enhance the net. After almost 3 months the machine was complete and ready to work but they had to test it. An official from the government sector came to Sci lab for an important visit which is to see this'net project'. So after a first look. He started his survey.

"So Mr . Hikari, what machine is this and what does it do?"

"This is the next gen net project we're working on. We're trying to merge the net to the real world, so in order to do that we came up with this. The machine projects whatever it captures on the net and brings it to the real world in a form of a hologram, let's say netnavi for example. " Mr Hikari said pointing to the machine.

The machine was actually a large room with a oval door and inside the room was well built metallic floors, transparent walls and wirings all around it with antennas and receivers on top probably for the net connection.

"So are you done with this project?" The official asked.

"Yes,I'd say 95% done it's just left with a few things and then we're done." Mr.Hikari said. But there are some areas we must exercise caution, some parts of the machine isn't stable and if tampered with can cause uncertain results.

"What about your other project?" The official asked. Adjusting his sunglasses.

"Oh you're talking about the one I've recently made."Mr.Hikari said." Please come. Mr.Hikari took thr official to a room. " this is the'Copybot 2.0'"

A scientist who was still working on the robot places it in front of the official. The robot was cream in colour, the body shape  resembled that of a human and had  the same height as a 16 year old with a green circular lens covering it's face serving as the eyes.

"This is an improvement of the previous copybots made in Dencity. What makes this copybots so unique is that it runs on an extremely powerful battery which can last for months, it's powered by solar energy and the bot is equipped with self defense features which is only activated once a navi  jacks into it and takes its form. It's movement abilities are also boosted and the robot is made out of a very strong metal making this the perfect copybot."

"Impressive Dr. Hikari, this fine invention is extraordinary."

"It is indeed and it's going to help develop the field of the net gen society."

At the far back behind the door of the lab was a boy looking through the lab looking at the copybot. He had brown spiky hair with a blue bandana around it with a red circle divided in a stylish way on it, a red shirt with white long sleeves and black and yellow shorts with roller skate shoes. It was the scientist's son, Lan Hikari.

"Wow! That copybot is so cool!" Lan said with shock and amazement as he stared at the robot." Isn't it Megaman."

"It sure is."Megaman in his P.E.T. (PErsonal Terminal)

"I think that's the reason why dad brought me, y'know to test the copybot using you."

"Hm..now that I think of it you're
right." Megaman said.

Back inside the lab......

"I want to know how it's like when a navi jacks into it."

"Ok, Lan! can you come over here?" Mr.Hikari said.

Lan walks into the lab and goes towards the copybot. He looks at the copybot closely admiring it.

"Ok, with Lan's navi Megaman once it jack into it the copybot 2.0 the self defense features will activate. Lan  if you will please.

"Ok."Lan takes out his P.E.T and flashes it in front of the copybot.

"Jack in Megaman Execute!"

Megaman jacks into the copybot as the machine takes Megaman's form.

Lan looks at Megaman in amazement as Megaman now taking control of the copybot starts moving around to get use to it.

"Amazing!" The official said." It will be great if there is more of them."

"This is our first prototype, we'll be making more of them later on."Mr.
Hikari said." Lan! You can make Megaman jack out now."

"Megaman jack out!"Lan said.

Megaman jacks out and goes back into the P.E.T.

"Thank you for your time Mr.Hikari." The official said putting some of the things he saw on paper and putting it back inside a document in his briefcase. After talking with the other scientist he left.

The scientist in the lab continued with their work.

Mr.Hikari turned to his son." Thank you Lan." "You're welcome Dad. Can I help you with anything else?"
"I think you've been enough help for today so why not go home?"

"Ok."Lan said as he starts to run out of the lab."Bye Dad." He said waving.

"Bye!" He said waving back.

Lan exits Sci lab, boards a bus and after a few minutes arrives in his hometown 'ACDC town'.

Lan walks to his house, greets his mom who was busy cooking dinner and goes to his room.

"Phew what a day." Lan said as he flopped on his bed." I'm beat. After all that netbattling and helping dad with his project."

Lan got up and sat in front of his PC. "Hey Megaman wanna check on the net and see what's going on?"

"Ok."

After 30 minutes of checking the net.........

"Lan!,Dinner's ready!"

"Coming mom!"

Lan makes Megaman jack out and goes to the kitchen and has his dinner. After Dinner he goes back to his room.

"Boy!, today was a really busy day wasn't it."

"Yup."

Lan  lies down on his bed." It's getting late." He said looking at the clock, it was 7:04pm."Goodnight Megaman. "Lan said as he turned off the lights and went to sleep.

"Good night Lan."
