Bennett's POV 

"LEO!" I shouted as he and Caspian stumbled through the door.

"Mate," He breathed out as relief washed over his tired face.

This reminded me of the first time we had met Caspian's mysterious brother. He was all battered, bruised and bloody. Lovely.

"I am so glad you are safe." Leomaris whispered against my neck as he scooped me up into his arms.

"At least you're back now, come on let me clean those cuts." I said as I helped him over to a chair.

I don't know where this feeling of belongingness came from whenever I was around Leo but I liked it, he made me feel complete again. I studied his injuries and glanced to my right where Jonah was doing the same but with Caspian.

"What happened then?" I asked.

"They threatened us and then attacked." Caspian said whilst trying to pull Jonah into his lap.

"Six of them didn't really have a chance against us. We were trained by the best warriors in the pod." Leomaris added proudly.

"Are they still after the crystal then?" Jonah asked.

"Yes but we need to get it to a safer place. If the Zambezis manage to find the house then they won't stop until they get the element." Leo replied.

"What is your kingdoms element?" I asked.

"Air, that's how we cast the wave to get you two back to shore." Leo tilted his head slightly and looked me up and down. There was an awkward silence as he looked to me then Jonah suspiciously.

"What?" I asked confused of the look he was giving us.

"They were waiting for you, weren't they?" He said whilst standing up, "Two of them by the rocks?"

"How did yo-" I was cut off by Leo shouting.

"They almost got them Caspian! Why didn't I see it, of course they had warriors waiting, they knew we would send them away from us out of immediate danger." Leomaris growled pacing back and forth fists clenched.

"How did you know?" I tried again.

"Jonah's leg is cut most likely from the rocks and that wouldn't have happened if you did what we said and Bennett, you have wood stuck in your hand. Two more warriors joined in fighting but why didn't they just come with the other group? They had a different job to do and that is to bring the mates of the Princes to their leaders."

"They are not just after the crystal anymore Caspian."

"What do we do now?" I asked Leo.

"I don't know. We need to wait for word of the Kingdom."

Jonah's POV

"Caspian!" I giggled as he kept licking my neck as I was trying to watch TV. Trying is the word here. After what Leomaris had told us about the warriors wanting Bennett and I too, both brothers have been on high alert. Leo won't put poor Bennett down who is carried everywhere and Caspian is being very affectionate.

"Jonah," Bennett called to me "Can you come here please?"

"Coming." I called back.

I went to stand up however Caspian had other ideas as he picked me up with one arm rested me on his hip and walked off towards Bennett. Oookay then.

I smiled to myself and rested my head on his shoulder enjoying how much care he was investing in me today. I could get used to this I thought just as we entered mine and Bennett's art room. When we first moved into this house it was used as a study but we decided to use it as an art room as there was a good amount of light coming through the French doors that led into the garden.

"Have you started on your project yet?" Bennett asked me from where he was staring at a blank canvas.

"Only a tiny bit." I shrugged, we had all the summer holidays to do it.

"I started a drawing of a rock pool, nothing much." That was the first day I had met Caspian and he had dragged me off that rock.

"I'm really stuck for something to do." Bennett sighed.

"So am I really, I need to go back to the beach if mine is on marine life but that's not really an option right now with what's going on."

"Suppose not, I'll search something for inspiration." Bennett said as he starting typing on his phone.

"Good luck, I'm going to add more colour to my drawing." I said whilst picking up my sketch book. Again Caspian lifted me into his arms and walked towards my bedroom. I dropped my sketch book onto the bed and opened a draw to find some pencils.

"Why do you do this Jonah?" Caspian asked from where he was sitting against the headboard of the bed.

"Umm do you have schools in the ocean?" I asked curious to what they would do everyday.

"Yes but not like you humans, ours is different."

"How so?"

"Younger mers learn practical skills like tracking, how to control certain abilities, fighting and defence. They are also taught about humans and the ocean world." Caspian said whilst running his fingers over my drawing of the rock pool.

"Sounds better than what we have to be taught. But I go to a different type of school now where I just do art like drawing, painting and making sculptures, things like that."

"It looks real Jojo, you are very good." He said whilst nuzzling my hair.

"Thanks Caspian," I smiled nuzzling him back "I was drawing this the day you pulled me into the sea." I laughed.

"I know I was watching you. I wanted you so I pulled you in." Caspian smirked.

"-And knocked me out in doing so."

"Sorry Jojo, I didn't mean to do that actually." He smiled.

"It's okay Casp." I giggled.

We stayed like that for a while enjoying each others company whilst I added bits of colour to my drawing. Caspian was led on his front at the end of the bed examining various things he had found in my room, but right now he was trying to solve a Rubik's cube. I was admiring how his shoulder muscles flexed and moved as he turned different sides. I flipped over to a new sheet of paper and began sketching. I shaded where the natural shadows were creating beautiful definition until he turned over onto his back and looked at me. I blushed and hid behind my sketch book hoping he didn't realise I was drawing him.

"What's that Jonah?" He asked sitting up and shuffling forwards.

"Nothing!" I squeaked and slammed the book shut. Caspian smirked and made a grab for it.

"It's nothing!" I tried again and made a dash for the door, however my legs got tangled up in the bed sheets and I fell straight on my face.

I heard Caspian's deep laugh as he hooked and arm around my waist and with the other pulled the sketch book from my grasp.

"Nooo!" I wailed and struggled to get out of his death grip. Soon I gave up and buried my flushed face in his neck avoiding his gaze as I heard the pages turning.

"Jojo, do you really look at me like this?" Caspian's voice was soft.

"Mmh yeah." I murmured.

"I'm very lucky I have you mate." He whispered lowering us onto the bed.

Caspian was running his soft lips over my collarbone and up my neck taking deep breaths.

"My love." He murmured bring his face up to mine. His eyes flickered down to my lips slowly and his hands ran through my hair before he kissed me. I hooked my fingers in the waistband of his shorts pulling him down on top of me. I spread my legs for him and wrapped them around his waist. Caspian made purring noises trailing his hands down my sides until he got a little more confident and dipped them below my top running his hands over my warm skin.

"Caspian." I moaned as he nipped and sucked on the soft skin on my neck leaving his mark. I could feel his second set of sharp teeth dragging over my skin that sent shivers of lust down my body. I could feel is hard length pressing into my stomach that made me tilt my hips upwards looking for friction.

"Wanna mate my love." Caspian whispered as he started grinding our erections together. I couldn't help but whimper at his deep voice that had turned some what huskier. He carefully lifted my top over my head and discarded it behind us. I looked up at Caspian whose eyes were that beautiful bright gold with so many undertones. We both were breathing heavily as he kissed and sucked on my swollen lips. I ran my hands down his perfect body until I got to the waistband of his shorts. I slowly dragged a few fingers just below earning that soft purring noise from Caspian I loved so much.

Caspian was rubbing soft circles on my hips as he pulled down my shorts never breaking the kiss. My heartbeat quicken as I realised what he wanted. Did I want this? I know we're mates and everything but I didn't want to just give myself up to him. But then again, I kind of did...

I pulled off Caspian's shorts in a quick movement so now he was completely naked and just after Caspian did the same with my boxers. His hand was just grazing over my hardness making me gasp underneath him and his piercing gaze roamed the whole of my body. We've seen each other naked before but not like this, this was different.

"Beautiful mate." Caspian whispered breathlessly. I looked up at him through hooded eyes as he planted small kisses down my chest. I panted in anticipation resisting the urge to groan at everything he did to me. His touches, kisses, bites, movements everything I loved about him. Wait, love?

Caspian taking me into his mouth snapped me back into the moment as my back arched off the bed as his big hands locked around my waist pinning me to the mattress.

"Ahh , Casp," I panted as his head bobbed up and down before he sucked intently on the head of my shaft.

My hands were fisted in his dark locks and my legs were splayed wide open giving him even more access. I gasped as he flicked his tongue across the slit and swirled it around the head sucking harder. He continued this for a while making me moan and withering in pleasure beneath him, until my stomach tightened and my breathing came out in short pants.

"Casp," I moaned "I-I'm gunna cum."

Before I could release Caspian had his lips attached to my neck trailing upwards before he smashed his lips to mine. I moaned as I wrapped me legs around his waist rubbing our lengths together. One of Caspian's hands took hold of our shafts pumping them slowly to start with running his thumb over the sensitive head that had me bucking my hips trying to increase the pace.

"Jojo, um I-" However Caspian was cut off as Bennett burst threw the door.

"Jonah look wh- OHMYGODIMSOSORRY!!" Bennett yelled as he flew back through the door slamming it behind him.

"Oh no." I groaned covering my red face with my hands.

Caspian only laughed and snuggled me closer to him.

"At least he knows what is mine." He smirked.
