Based on the movie Victoria and Abdul (The scene where Victoria asks Abdul to teach her how to speak Urdu)

Queen Victoria = Queen Marinette

Abdul = Chat Noir

Chat is from the country Miracula

Queen Marinette sat up straight in her chair and looked at her black-clad servant in the eye. "Chat Noir, I want you to teach me Miraculnese."

Chat Noir blinked. "Miraculnese?"

"Whatever it is you speak."

Chat hesitated. "...Are you sure?"

"Of course I'm sure," said the Queen as she nodded her head.

"Why would you want to learn my language, Your Majesty?"

"Well, I'm the Empress of Miracula! Look," Queen Marinette excitedly pulled out a book from her desk. "I've even ordered a book! I want you to give me private lessons."

Chat Noir looked at the Queen's beaming face and chuckled softly. "I can't teach you Miraculnese, Your Majesty."

Queen Marinette's smile vanished. "Whyever not?"

"You're the Empress of Miracula. You should learn...Miraculin!" At the Queen's confused face, Chat explained further. "There are two main languages in Miracula. But, Miraculin is the most...noble." Queen Marinette still looked confused. "In Miraculnese," Chat Noir said as he grabbed a pen and paper, "You...write...like...this." As he spoke, he drew little pictures on the paper that reminded the Queen of little animals. "This one," said Chat as he pointed to a creature that reminded her of a ladybug, "represents creation. And this one," the servant pointed to what seemed to be a black cat. "Represents destruction. You know, my family supposedly descended from this one."

The Queen's eyebrows furrowed. "But how? Isn't it just a language?"

"Yes, but the language has a legend behind it."

"Legend?"

Chat Noir nodded eagerly. "Yes! It's is believed that these creatures were once gods that created this world. They also created us—people—to be similar to their creator."

"Does that explain your name?"

"Yes! Well, done Your Majesty."

Queen Marinette smiled proudly. "Thank you, Chat Noir. Out of curiosity, which creature do you think I descended from?"

Chat Noir thought about it. "I would say creation. You are very resourceful and quickly catch onto things."

Queen Marinette nodded in approval. "Thank you. Please, would you tell me what the other creatures represent?"

"Of course. This one represents protection, this stands for illusion, this one transformation, and this one subjugation."

"How interesting. So, what does Miraculin look like?"

"Like this—" Chat Noir drew some characters that looked more like the letters that the Queen was more accustomed to. "'Ako ma Queen Victoria'," He said.

"'Ako...ma...Queen Victoria'." Said the Queen slowly. "What does it mean?"

"I am Queen Victoria."

"I see."

"How about this? 'Ako ma Keisarinn fo Miracula."

"'Ako...ma...Keisarinn fo Miracula? So that would mean 'I...am...'"

Chat Noir beamed. "'I am the Empress of India! You are a good and fast learner'."

"Thank you."

"Last one for today. 'Lufredonw boj, Princesse'."

"Lufre...?"

"Lufredonw."

"'Lufredonw boj, Princesse'. What does that one mean?"

Chat Noir shot the Queen a smirk. "'Wonderful job, Princess."

Queen Marinette frowned. "Princess? But I am a Queen!"

"Where I come from, the word Princess is a term of affection."

Marinette blushed. "Oh. Well, in that case, thank you Chat Noir."

"Of course, Princesse."

so Chat (Abdul) is wearing an all black assemble with green accents (basically what Abdul is wearing in the movie, just black and green), he has his mask and a sash that substitutes as his belt. His eyes are normal (still green, minus the cat pupils and stuff) Queen Marinette is wearing what Queen Victoria's wearing, except that it's all pink.
