Day 20: Write a dialogue between two very different characters, only using speech; no action, internal thoughts, descriptions.

"Hello?"

"Darling, how wonderful to hear from you again!"

"What do you want?"

"Well, honey, you don't have to be so abrupt! What if I wanted to see how you were doing, how would you feel then?"

"You aren't, so I don't care."

"Well someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed today."

"Lydia."

"Oh, alright! I was wondering if you could do me the favor of picking my son up from school? He's a sweet child, but we live rather far from home and I was hoping you could be a dear and-" "Fine."

"Really? Oh thank you sweetheart!"

"You owe me."

"Of course, darling! Anytime! I love you!"
