Chapter 22: Offer

We woke up early that day and to make ourselves more productive, Anna and I decided to grill our food. Alam namin na mas magiging mahirap na ang pagdadaanan namin sa sandaling lumabas kami sa kuwebang iyon.

Nang matapos kong mag-ihaw ng sa akin ay pinag-ihaw ko na rin si Tavion na nasa labas na, ganoon din si Anna na tapos na ring ihawin ang sa kanya.

Kapwa kami nakaupo ni Anna at tanging naroon lang sa iniihaw naming pagkain ang atensyon nang magkatitigan kami sa isa't isa.

I put down the small bamboo stick with Tavion's food. "Why are we even toasting these foods for them? This won't give them nutrients."

Natawa si Anna at binitawan niya na rin ang iniihaw niya para kay Caleb. Those vampires would never appreciate us, grilling foods for them. Dahil mas gugustuhin lang nilang uminom sa mga leeg namin.

"We are just wasting our efforts. They can even survive without eating," dagdag ni Anna.

Kami na lang ang kumain ni Anna at hindi na namin inisip ang dalawang magpinsan. Dahil kung tutuusin ay dapat higit kaming malakas bago namin alukin ng almusal ang mga bampirang iyon.

When I saw Tavion and Caleb approaching inside the cave, I immediately stood and walked towards them. Nagtataka ang mga mata nina Tavion at Caleb, pero ang atensyon ko ay naroon lang kay Tavion.

I grabbed his wrist and started to pull him outside the cave. "Have you seen a river? Bring me there."

"What?"

"I think I saw a river there-" mas hinila ko pa siya hanggang sa tuluyan na nga kaming makalabas ng kuweba.

Nang kapwa na kami nakatayo ni Tavion sa labas ng kuweba, ang mga mata ko ay diretsong nakatitig sa harapan na para bang makikita ko agad ang ilog na sinasabi niya. "Let's go."

"Why are you suddenly-" nakakunot na ang noo ko nang lumingon sa kanya.

"Gusto kong uminom ng tubig."

"Oh," tumango siya. "This way, my lady."

Nagawa niya pang ihawi ang kanyang kamay sa ere para ituro sa akin ang direksyon ko. I was thinking if he's just slow or pretending not to notice that I was about to offer myself to him.

Nakasunod lang ako sa paglakad ni Tavion at hindi na nagsasalita habang kung anu-ano na naman ang ikinukwento niya sa akin.

"We're not going to that same river, right?"

He chuckled. "Of course. It is a different river."

Baka akala niya ay nakakalimutan ko pa ang pagtatapon niya ng apat na katawan sa ilog.

Nang makarating na kami sa ilog, nanatili lang akong nakatayo sa bukana niyon habang pinagmamasdan ang marahang agos at linaw ng tubig. Tavion was standing beside me while looking at me.

"Do you want me to taste it first?"

Yumuko na siya at sumalok sa tubig. At uminom siya gamit ang isa niyang palad. Nakataas na ang isa kong kilay sa kanya habang pinapanuod siya.

Sa tingin niya ba ay ang katulad kong lobo na lumaki sa kagubatan ay sensitibo pa sa tubig na mula sa ilog?

I wasn't looking at him, but at the river waiting for me. "Aren't you going to join me?" tipid ko lang itinagilid ang ulo ko para salubungin ang kanyang mga mata.

"Iris. . ."

Hindi ko na siya hinintay dahil tumalon na ako sa tubig. It took Tavion a minute to process his situation, before I saw him starting to strip all his clothes as well.

Siguro nga ay sa lobong katulad ko ay hindi na bago sa akin ang makakita ng hubad na katawan ng lalaki. To werewolves like me, it's common to witness a naked body, mapababae man o lalaki iyon. We lived in the forest and we could transform anytime we wanted.

Sanay na akong makakita ng hubad na katawan. And I couldn't look down of every werewolf body, dahil maging ang ibang nilalang ay hinahangaan ang katawan ng mga lobong sanay sa hirap ng kagubatan. Pero nang makita ko si Tavion na matikas na nakatindig sa tabing ilog na walang kahit anong saplot sa katawan, bigla kong nakalimutan ang mga nasaksihan kong katawan noon pa man.

Natigil ako sa paglalangoy sa gitna ng malawak na ilog habang ang aking mga mata'y naroon lang at naglalandas sa bawat detalye ng kanyang katawan.

Akala ko ay hindi na ako magugulat sa sandaling makakita akong muli ng katawan ng lalaki, ngunit nang sandaling katawan na ni Tavion ang nasa aking harapan, tila nawala ang lahat ng lamig ng tubig.

My wolf overwhelmed my whole system, screaming inside my mind that I could be the predator, devouring a vampire to quench her own thirst.

When Tavion was about to join me in the river, my predatory skills as a white werewolf didn't want to be hunted by a man with perfectly sculptured body with those crimson eyes, instead I just found myself above him with my white werewolf form, growling at him.

It wasn't just my golden eyes and bared fangs that were exposed right at that moment, but Tavion's burning red eyes and fangs, he was grinning at me as he tried to tilt his head.

He was waiting for me to mark him.

Tavion's naked body was already on the ground with my werewolf legs pinning his chest to keep his place, and when I was about to lower my head to reach his grinning face, my body returned to human form, revealing my naked body with beads of sliding droplets of water from my skin to his.

Our breathing started to get heavy as our eyes glittered in two different colors. If vampires' famous spot is their mate's neck, most werewolves love to give their mates a mark on the chest.

With my eyes giving its endless glow, Tavion Lancelot Gazellian allowed me to left him my mark on his chest as he caressed my head and his tight embrace around my waist. Pero nang sandaling malaman niyang tapos na akong magbigay ng marka sa kanya, hindi na niya hinayaang manatali sa ganoong ang posisyon namin.

Tavion Lancelot Gazellian switched our positions, laying me naked on the ground as he towered me with his body. Nawala na ang liwanag na nagmumula sa araw na tumama sa aking katawan, all I felt was his shadow and those light glistering lining tracing the every side of his body.

Kusang umangat ang isang kamay ko at tinulay niyon nang dahan-dahan ang nagniningning na katawan ni Tavion. And he was there, looking at me with my every single movement.

When I finished tracing his arms to his shoulders and now with both of my hands on his chest, half of my body pulled itself to give him a gentle kiss, and his lips answered me with those delicate movement. But my hands didn't waver as my fingers now were making its way from his jawline to his lips.

Tavion grabbed my hand and pulled it closer to his cheeks with his eyes closed, but the moment he opened his eyes again, filled with that familiar passionate glimmer of red fire, and in a moment I just felt his fangs on my wrist.

I gasped as laces of my blood spilled between my wrist and his mouth. I could hear his every gulp, the movement of my blood from his lips to his mouth and to his neck. And when he noticed that there were traces of blood spilling, he gently pulled my arms and he started licking every drop of my blood from my upper arm back to my wrist.

Ramdam kong kusang umaangat ang sarili kong katawan na tila gusto nitong sundan ang bawat galaw ni Tavion.

And I didn't wait for Tavion to pull me closer to him or joined me lying naked in front of him. Because I got on my own as he was still busy savoring my wrist, I curled my legs around his waist, looped my other arm around his nape, and pushed myself closer to him. I gave him kisses above his head.

Natigil si Tavion sa pagbibigay ng atensyon sa palapulsuhan ko nang mag-angat siya ng tingin sa akin na ngayon ay nakasampa na sa kanya. Yumakap na ang dalawa niyang braso sa baywang ko, making us feel each other's heat.

I could feel the heaviness of my breathing as I witness how my chest moved with difficulty. Our eyes were locked together as if nothing could ever tear us apart right at that moment.

"I want it here," hinawi ko na ang buhok kong nakalagay sa kaliwang balikat ko.

Tavion obediently nodded as he moved my hair from my left shoulder. Mas inihilig ko ang ulo ko para higit pagbigyan si Tavion bago ko inilapit ang labi ko sa kanang tainga niya. "Make me yours, Tavion."

When I whispered him those words, both of his hands wandered slowly at my back, as if it was soothing me, or preparing me for the next pain that I'd feel for having him inside me.

I gave him a gentle bite on his earlobe as he kept on drawing circles and giving me those teasing nerves with his fingers, already familiar my back with every inch of my back. Ramdam ko ang mainit niyang paghinga sa leeg ko at ang mga bulong niya sa akin.

How could he even chuckle at this moment? "I've been waiting for this, Iris," he whispered.

Mariin akong napapikit nang iparamdam na sa akin ni Tavion ang dulo ng kanyang pangil sa aking leeg. He slowly guided the tips of his fangs, giving me shivers, to inform me that he was about to bite me.

My embrace tightened as he chose to trail my neck through his tongue down to my shoulder. I guided his head with my fingers dug into his hair, and I allowed him to caress me with his tongue until he satisfied himself and traveled back to my free neck.

And when I was expecting him to own me with his fangs, Tavion made a quick movement, that I didn't even realize that we were not near the river anymore, but under one of the biggest trees inside that forest.

We were in the same position, with my legs curled around his waist with his back leaning on the huge bark of the tree. But he quickly straightened himself with those fiery red eyes, and started to approach me, Tavion's mouth was slowly opening his mouth as his fingers dug into my hair pulling me closer to him, and when he finally sunk his fangs into my neck, my eyes opened with my mouth letting out a small gasp.

Tavion buried his face in my neck as he embraced me tightly with his arms.

"T-Tavion. . ."

One of my hands was on his hair while the other one was on the bark of the tree, with my werewolf's nails clawing it.

I should feel that pain, having the sharp thing piercing my skin, but all I felt was pleasure, asking and searching for more. I never thought that the feeling of my mate with our flesh giving each other's heat would give me so much happiness.

Tavion's gentle touch, whisper, and even with his slightest movement made me feel ecstatic.

When he felt that I've wanted more of him, Tavion freed my neck with both of his hands sliding slowly at the curves of my body. His hands stopped at my waist as I allowed him to lift me.

He whispered, "I love you."

I couldn't even utter another word, but all I did was bit his earlobe to give him a message that I love him, every part of him. At katulad niya'y gusto kong markahan ang bawat parte niya.

One of my hands went down as I pushed myself to him. Nakatingala sa akin si Tavion habang ang mga mata nami'y hindi mawalay sa isa't isa. Both of our eyes were igniting in colors of anticipation, waiting to capture each other's warmth.

As he lifted me, with my hand searching for his, slowly, our mouths parted together with gasps of our names, and oaths of endless pleasure for each other. My werewolf's nails grew long as I guided myself on the bark of the huge tree, clawing it out of our desire.

Our eyes never left each other's gazes. I could the feel mixture of water and sweat all over our bodies. And the sound of his whisper and my soft moans as I felt him making me feel complete, filling me, giving me that delirious sensation, like hypnotic music- addictive music that I always wanted to hear.

I was gasping with my head tilted to the sky, the hundreds of birds from that innocent tree flew wildly, with the leaves falling down to our bodies; I looked down again, and gave Tavion a kiss on his forehead, still with our rhythm that now, we vowed to offer each other.
