Firstly, you do not need me (or this tutorial) in order to write. As soon as you write, you are a writer.

But....

Sometimes we need a bit of help translating our great ideas onto a page.

This tutorial will provide some 'training wheels.' Once you're on your way, you'll develop your own style and methods.

FIRST: like all art, you need a few ingredients beforehand. Your paint. So get ready because you'll need a lot of it. I am a pantser (meaning that I don't plan my stories in a strict manner), but many people start out as plotters (starting a story with a clear outline). Pantser or Plotter, the ingredients are the same. I just keep mine in my head. But let's get yours written down first.
