Five Months Later...

"Can you believe this Max? Five months and we're still searching for Cogsworth!" Duke exclaimed. Taking a sip of his coffee, Max set down his newspaper and sighed as he gazed up at the skyscrapers of New York City. He and Duke were currently eating breakfast outside a café. "Can I get you anything else for you two?" the waitress, a calico with a broken tail, asked kindly as she came over to the table. Licking his lips, Duke answered, "Some more doughnuts please." Max groaned.

"Coming right up. Oh, and that guy wants to talk to you guys," the cat added, pointing over at another table before leaving. Confused, Max and Duke looked over to see a small figure in a jacket and jeans. A fedora was covering his face. But once he sensed that he was being watched, he reached up and pulled off his hat, revealing a white rabbit...
