"Sir .. We've reached" the driver said and I looked outside then at her annnd she was nervous yet
again.

"Jaan.... kuch nhi ho ga ... relax " I said to her in a soothing voice.

"Mannikk" she stretched my name sadly.

"Yes baby" I said while caressing her soft cheek.

"Achi wali feeling nhi aa rhi hai .... " she looked here and there continuously biting her lip.

"Kuch nhi ho ga ... mai hoon na ... aur andar Mumma bhi hain " I said while rubbing her arms and she
relaxed a little.

"Mumma hain??" She questioned in a quiet tone and I nodded and she relaxed a bit more.

I opened my door and came out and was immediately welcomed by camera flashes.

NANDINI'S POV

I was feeling very nervous.

I was still lost when my side of door opened and there stood Manik.

He's so pretty.......

My inner self swooned and I myself was in daze.

He gave me his hand and I clutched it tightly and stepped out of the car.

As soon as I was out my sight was blinded by bright flashes of camera and I hid my face in Manik's chest and he clutched my waist and whispered in my ear.

"Be confident Jaan" I looked up and gave him a shaky smile. He kissed my forehead with a reassuring smile.

As we moved towards the entrance all the media people came forward but were stopped by the guards. I came
more close to Manik he held me securely and posed for a minute and I smiled a bit.

As we entered the hall it was as all the eyes were on us but I tried to be confident. All the girls were
looking at me with anger in their eyes and I frowned.

I was looking here and there when a man in his 50's came forward and hugged Manik and patted his
back.

"And who might this pretty lady be??" He asked while turning towards me and I smiled at his vibrant
and genuine happy tone.

"This is Nandini Murthy. My girlfriend" Manik said and my eyes became wide.

"Oh ... really .... Manik my son I am so happy for you" he said giving him a firm pat and I stared at
them totally clueless.

I squealed in my mind and did a happy dance.

Manik sai to baad mai baat karoon gi.

"Nandini he is Mr.Shah ..... my mentor" Manik said while referring to the man and admiration was
clear in his voice.

"Hello. Nice to meet you Sir" I said shyly while forwarding my hand.

"Nice to meet you too pretty princess. Enjoy the party." He said while shaking my hand and left after
giving a loving pat to my head.

"He is soooooo nice Manik" I said while smiling brightly and now my mind was at ease.

Manik smiled at me and started moving. When I looked there I saw his family and MUMMA.

We reached them and I immediately hugged Mumma.

I twirled a bit in front of her and asked -

"Kaisai lag rhi hoon mai ??" I asked in a excited tone.

"Bilkul princes lag rhi hai meri guria.... par meri guria kai manners kahan hain??" She said lovingly at
first and then her tone became stern and I bit my tongue and faced Nyo aunty and Raj uncle.

"Sorry...... Hello uncle aunty" I said sheepishly and smiled.

"Array no problem bachay .... " nyo aunty said and hugged me and kissed my forehead.

"Idhar aao meri pyari doll.... kitni pyaari lag rhi hai" Raj uncle said and I smiled shyly while hugging
him.

"Cabir bhai aur Dhruv bhai nhi aay ?" I asked looking for them.

"Nahi beta .... wo log apni apni wife ko date pai lai k gay hain" Nyo aunty said and I nodded in understanding.

"Come. We have to meet other clients and people " Manik said while moving the other direction his hands were placed firmly on my waist.

"Pehlai pani peena hai " I said and he nodded while moving towards the drinking area.

"One glass water" Manik said in a serious tone and I looked at him funnily.

I poked at his chest and asked -

"Why so serious??"

He just smiled at me mischievously and I looked at him confused.

"Kiya??" I said with a sass.

In next second his hands were on my waist and he jerked me forward towards him.

I was looking at him with wide eyes and he was looking at me with a heated expression.

We were lost in our own world when....

"Well well well... What do we have here??" Said a voice and I immediately looked towards the
source to see a man of about Manik's age looking at us and my breath hitched.

It was not his face but his eyes that seemed so familiar and was forcing me to think of my darkest
time.

But he was not my tormentor but the look in his made me disgusted and I controlled myself to not to
loose myself.

"What do you want Madhyam?" Manik said rudely while moving closer to me and clutching me
tightly.

"Well hello to you too Malhotra " Madhyam said with a arrogant smile.

He was continuously staring at me and it was making me uncomfortable.
Manik just rolled his eyes at him and practically plastered me with himself and I was thankful for that.

"Well who is this beautiful and sexy lady? " he said eying me and making his tone husky and I gagged mentally.

"Aapko koi problem h, mai jo bhi hoon " I said in a angry tone. I don't like him one bit.

He is competing with My Manik.

No wayss....

Mere Manik Jaisa koi nhi h!

"Looks like I disturbed you pretty girl??" He said and tried to be charming.

"Yes you did.. now will you please excuse us" I said confidently and Manik was looking at me stunned.

"He is soooooo disgusting " I said in a whisper to Manik and he dazedly nodded.
