I was bored and decided to make a new OC.  So, I present to you... Saturn!

She is 100% NightWing.  Just because she is greenish, that doesn't automatically make her a hybrid.  Also, she is not evil!  I know she kind of looks that way but she isn't.  She is fierce and spirited, a lot like Tsunami's personality.
