In the midst of the sun rising, there a man stands in front of the entrance gate to the farm. One fruit is on his mind, and it happens to be the only fruit that he actually enjoys very much.

Mangoes.

Doesn't matter what kind as long as they're sweet and they're mangoes.

Sour ones are okay but not his favorite.

CHAPTER ONE
THE TALE OF KIM TAEHYUNG

There once was a boy who never ate his fruits and vegetables. Whenever his mother or father tries to feed him any sort of fruit he would throw a tantrum that could be heard throughout the whole town. His neighbors complained to his parents everyday.

But on this very exact time of the year, mangoes are in season and its the most important moment of his life. He always goes the store or to farms to bring back home some mangoes.

He always remembers his parents told him about. His discovery of the delicious fruit.

Being young it's very common to cry, however this certain child would cry nonstop, and his parents never knew why or how to stop him from crying. They gave him toys, food, candy, and some fruits. Their neighbors always complained but they understood to a certain level.

So when the baby's aunt came to visit she brought along a fruit basket. However she did not know she was going to change her sister's life. The fruit basket consisted of apples, melon, strawberries, oranges, and mangoes.

When the baby got a taste of the delicious fruit it immediately stopped crying. Everyone was shocked. The whole neighborhood finally heard the baby stop crying and when they realized they came to check on the family.

There they watched as an adorable baby munched on a mango peel. Grinning with the very few teeth he had.

The family had finally found the key to the baby's tears. After finding out this information they started to grow a mango tree in their backyard. But since they take time to develop they continued to by mangoes for their son at the farmers market or stores. Nothing was stopping them from getting mangoes for their son.

As the son grew older his love for the fruit grew stronger. He never got tired of mangoes, it was his comfort food. An injury? Mangoes could fix him. A break up? He was fine, all he needed as mangoes!

You must be wondering who this mango lover is? Well, he goes by the name Kim Taehyung... so when he goes online and meets someone who despises mangoes, all hell break loose.
