(A/N: This story takes place two weeks after the series finale and I've made some changes such as Kanan is still alive and Erza made it off the star destroyer.)

Its been one week since Lincoln has been kicked out of the house and during this week Lincoln was forced to wear a squirrel costume as his family believes that if he wears it he will bring good luck. However Lincoln couldn't take off the costume as the family believes that his bad luck will leak out and if something bad happens to the family while Lincoln is wearing the costume the family punishes him. 

We currently see Lincoln wearing his pajamas walking towards the woods but if you were to look at him you would notice how weak he looks for his age as this is due to him not been properly fed. Lincoln turns his head a little bit and sees the viewers. 

Lincoln: Hey everyone it nice to see you guys again but I wish it was under better circumstances. I imagine y'all are wondering what has happen to me since we last spoke well... a lot of bad things have happen to me. Its been one week since Lynn "ruin" game and since then I've been forced to wear a squirrel costume and couldn't take off even when it hot outside as my "family" would tell me that my "bad luck"would leak out and effect them. They would give me scraps of food. If something bad happen while I was wearing the squirrel costume my "family"  would punish me and by punish I mean they would beat me but not to the point where I would need to go to the hospital and Lisa would give me some healing serum she made. Today I decided to run away from the Louds as I couldn't take the beatings anymore and couldn't risk staying at one of my friends as the Louds would check their first. 

Lincoln finishes talking to the viewers and continues walking towards the woods unaware of what fate has plan for him. Once Lincoln reaches the woods, he lays against a tree to rest and falls asleep almost immediately. Lincoln was sleeping soundly until he heard what sounded like a engine roaring. Lincoln tries to ignore it but the sound kept getting louder. After a few minutes of trying to ignore the sound Lincoln gets up and walks towards where the sound is coming from. Once Lincoln gets to where the sound is coming from he notices a grey triangle-looking ship with three men wearing white armor guarding it. One of men was wearing a orange pauldron over his left shoulder. Lincoln proceeds to hide behind a tree so he wouldn't be seen.

Armor man 1: Remind me again why we're on this backwater planet again?

Leader: We're here to see if this planet has any use to the empire. 

Lincoln continues to watch them until a clicking sound was heard, Lincoln turns around and sees one of white armor men aiming his rifle at him. Before Lincoln could do anything or say anything the white armor man fires a blue energy ring at Lincoln knocking him out. 

A few hours later.

Lincoln regain conscious but notices he is on a cold metal floor, his vision was a little bit blurry once it cleared he realized that he was in some sort of prison cell. 

Lincoln(thinking to himself): Well this is just great.

Meanwhile.

A group of four people and a small orange robot had broken on to the ship.

The first person is a man with copper skin. He is wearing a dark green sweater, grey pants and grey fingerless gloves . He also has a brown beard and brown hair and teal-blue eyes. 

(A/N: In this story Kanan wasn't blinded by Maul and kept his beard. This is the best picture of Kanan season 4 attire I could fine.) 

The second person is a teenage boy has copper skin with blue hair, blue eyes. He is wearing orange shirt with orange pants. 

The third person is a teenage girl, she has tan skin, brown eyes and multi-color hair. She is wearing dark spray painted armor.

The final person is a purple creature with green eyes. The creature is wearing upper chest green armor, green armor on the lower parts of his arms and a yellow spandex. 

Brown haired man(in a mature male voice): Alright you three remember the plan?

The other nod their head.

Brown hair man: Spector 6 (teenage boy) and spector 5(teenage girl) go check the prison cells and try to find the prisoner. spector 4 you and me will hold off the imperials while spector 3 you try get as much information as possible and see what the empire knows about the prisoner.

The group splits up.

The teenage boy and girl arrived at the ship cell block the boy stopped and closed his eyes.

Teenage girl(in a mature female voice): Erza whats wrong?

Erza(in a mature male voice): The prisoner I can sense him he's tired, weak, scared and tired. (opens his eyes) He's on the third cell to the right, watch my back while I get it open.

Teenage girl: Just make it quick bucket heads will be here any minute.

The teenage girl is guarding the entrance to the ship cell block.

Erza walks up to the prison cell and opens it and was shocked to fine what looked like an eleven boy with white hair who is wearing orange pajamas and looked starved. 

Erza: Sabine.

Sabine walk up to Erza.

Sabine: Erza would you hurry(sees the boy) up.

Sabine removes her helmet and her eyes widen in shock. Erza and Sabine walk up to the boy.

Erza(trying to get the boy attention): Hey are you awake?

The kid slowly open his eyes and sees Erza and Sabine.

Kid: Who are you two?

Sabine: We're here to get you out of here.

Erza: Can you run?

Kid: I can try.

Sabine: Good cause your going to be doing a lot of running before we get out of here. 

Soon Erza, Sabine and the kid were running through the ship. The boy was doing his best to catch up to them. 

Erza(pulling out his communicator): Spector 1 this is spector 6 we have the prisoner we're approaching the ghost where are you guys?

Suddenly the brown haired man and the purple creature come around the side of the corner with blaster bolts flying past them. 

Sabine and the purple creature pull out their blasters while Erza and brown haired man pull out their lightsabers and start deflecting the blaster bolts back at the white armor soldiers.

The kid watches as the group kill the white armored soldiers. The kid then notices was on the floor dead with his blaster still in his hand, the kid turns his head backs towards the group and sees more white armor soldiers coming. Seeing that they need help the kid grabs the blaster and fires it. 

He shoots the group of soldiers in the head and kills them instantly. The group turn around and stare at the kid in amazement.

Purple creature(in a rough male voice): Whoa where did you get this kid?

Sabine:Tell you later right now we need to get back to the ship.

More white armor soldiers were coming and began to open fire. The group and the kid run back to their ship while dodging blaster bolts. 

Once the group was on board the ship the door closed behind them and made there escape.

Erza(getting the kid attention): Hey kid! (The kid looks at Erza) Mind telling me how you got there?

After a long painful and hurtful story the boy looks at Erza who just look at him in shock.

Erza(shocked): So your family kicked you out because they believed your bad luck?

Kid: Yeah, they kept me outside a whole week while they ate a full meal and slept in their nice soft warm beds inside their warm house. While I was forced to sleep outside and ate what ever scraps of food they gave me. 

Erza: You can stay here with us and seeing that you could shoot well you would fit in with the rest of the crew.

Kid(smiling at Erza): Thanks.

Kid: Oh if your wondering my name is Lincoln. 

Erza: Erza Bridger. Let me introduce you to the rest of our crew.

The two boys went to the main part of the ship, inside the main part of the ship was the brown haired man, the purple creature, Sabine and a green skinned woman wearing a yellow and brown jumpsuit, a sliver pistol on her left side, a pair of goggles on her head. She also has two tail like appendages on her head. 

Green skin woman(in a mature female voice): Wait this is the prisoner that was on the transport and help us take out the stormtroopers?

Erza: Yeah, he was captured when the empire found his home world in the unknown regions. Everyone this is Lincoln. (pointing at the brown haired man) This is Kanan.(pointing at the green skin woman) This is Hera. (pointing at the purple creature) This is Zeb. (pointing at Sabine) and this Sabine and this is our ship the Ghost.

The orange droid begins to ram into Erza right leg.

Erza: Oh and Chopper.

Lincoln: Nice to meet you all and I would like to thank all of you for saving me.

Hera: Your welcome but unfortunately since your from the unknown regions we have no way to get you back home to your family.

Lincoln face darken when Hera mention his "family"  Erza saw this and acted quickly.

Erza(smiles nervously): Uh chopper why don't you take Lincoln to the kitchen and help him get something to eat. 

The crew notices this and had questionable looks on their faces. Chopper looked at Hera and she nodded. 

Chopper rolls out of the cockpit with Lincoln following him.

Here: Alright Erza you know something why did Lincoln get all gloomy when I mention his family?

Erza: The reason why Lincoln was captured by the empire is because-

Erza didn't finish as Lincoln voice cut him off.

Lincoln(standing at the entrance of the cockpit): My "family" kicked me out of there home.

The Ghost crew (except for Erza) was taken back by what Lincoln said.

Zeb: What do you mean your family kicked you out?

One explanation later.

After Lincoln was done telling his story the Ghost crew felt sorry for how Lincoln was treated by his "family" and were ABSOLUTELY LIVID for how Lincoln former "family" treated him. Erza and Kanan were trying not to let their anger get the best of them. Lincoln heads to the kitchen to get something to eat. 

Sabine: I can't believe that Lincoln parents and siblings did that to him.

Erza(with a hint of anger in his voice): Yeah me neither.

Kanan: Erza calm down, I know hearing what happened to Lincoln brings back memories but he needs people that can take care of him right now. 

Erza(sighs): Your right Kanan and i'm sorry. It's just how his parents and siblings viewed him as a object of luck and instead of their brother/son makes me angry. 

Zeb(cracking his knuckles): Same here I would like to go to the kids house and have a nice long chat with his family. 

Hera: Right now that's going to have to wait Zeb as we need to get back to Yavin Four and tell Mon Mothma about this. 

The other nod their heads

Kanan(getting Erza attention): Erza. (Erza looks at Kanan) I know what Lincoln is going through reminds me of what you went through so I want you to be Lincoln brother. 

This surprises the other members of the crew.

Erza: Are you sure Kanan? I mean me and him aren't exactly the same and he'd had siblings and i'm only child, i'm not sure that going to work.

 Sabine: He's got a point Kanan.

Kanan: I know but Lincoln needs someone to be by his side like a brother and which is why i'm asking you to do it so Lincoln can someone to look up to. So what will it be?

Erza: I'll do it.

Hera: Exiting hyperspace in 3...2...1.

The ghost exits hyperspace in front of a blue and green planet. 

Hera: Sabine send the clearance codes so we can land.

Sabine: On it. 

Sabine sends the clearance codes. Hera then turns her attention to Erza.

Hera: Erza go wake up Lincoln as command might want to talk to him about his planet and how he was captured by the empire.

Erza nods his head and leaves the cockpit. Erza enter his and Zeb room where Lincoln was sleeping on Erza bunk bed. Erza slowly approaches the bunk Lincoln was sleeping on and gently shakes him when that didn't work he shakes him a little bit harder which woke Lincoln up. Lincoln slowly opens his eyes and see Erza standing next to him.

Erza: Hey why don't you come with me to the cockpit.

Lincoln nods his head, Lincoln gets off of Erza bunk and follows him to the cockpit. When Lincoln and Erza made it to the cockpit Lincoln was greeted to the sight of the green and blue planet.

Lincoln( amazed): Whoa.

The other members of the ghost crew look at him and smile. 

Sabine: That's right you never been off of your planet.

Lincoln: Yeah, Earth technology is kinda of limited and the only other place my people have gone to is our moon. 

Hera: Well don't worry your going to be staying with us in the rebellion so you'll get to see plenty of other planets.

Lincoln(confused) Rebellion?

Sabine: That's right we didn't tell you about the rebellion or the empire.

Hera: You see Lincoln seventeen years ago the Galactic Republic the government that was supposed to be aiding the galaxy whenever it was in times of need collapsed and the Galactic Empire rose through the ashes. 

Lincoln: How did it collapsed?

Kanan: The Clone War.

Lincoln: What's the Clone War?

Hera: The Clone War was fought by the Galactic Republic and the Confederacy of Independent Systems a new rising government that wanted to control the galaxy. They used battle droids while the republic used clone troopers cloned from the DNA from one man that was used to help defend the republic. For four years the republic and the separatists fought against each other in battles and then one day everything changed.

Lincoln(wanting to learn more): What happened?

Kanan: The clones had inhibitor chips in their heads and were given the order to wipe out their Jedi generals that the clones fought side by side with during the clone wars.

Hera: If your wondering what Jedi are they were the peacekeepers sworn to keep and up hold the peace throughout the galaxy.

Kanan: They used the force to help those in need and the force is what give the Jedi their powers as it binds the universe together. 

Lincoln: You seem to know a lot about the Jedi.

Kanan: I was a Jedi apprentice during the Clone Wars and when the purge happened I lost a lot of good friends and my master. Only me and a handful survived. 

Lincoln: I'm sorry about your loss.

Kanan: It's okay but we're going to have to cut our history lesson short as we're approaching the rebel base. 

Hera: Erza when we get there can you show Lincoln where the showers are and see if you can find him some clothes to wear.

Hera(looking at Lincoln): No offense but you kinda smell and you wearing pajamas won't make a good first impression. 

Lincoln: None taken.

Forty minutes later.

Lincoln walks out of the showers and after drying off, he is now wearing a orange jacket with a dark blue shirt underneath it. Along with black pants with thin yellow lines on the side, he was wearing brown boots with some sliver on the front and side. 

Lincoln(thinking to himself): Leni would have an heart attack if she saw me like this. 

???: Hey Lincoln. 

Lincoln turns his head to see Erza walking towards him.

Lincoln: Hey Erza, thanks for getting me some new clothes to wear. 

Erza: No problem. Now then Mon Mothma and the other rebel leaders would like to talk to you about how you were captured by the empire. 

Lincoln nods his head and follows Erza.

Three hours later. 

Lincoln explains to the rebel leaders about who he is and where he comes from and how he was captured by the empire. How he was thrown out of his house by his family for being bad luck some of the rebel leaders were heart broken while the others were furious about how Lincoln family treated him and made him sleep outside and fed him scrapes of food. After explaining everything Lincoln and the ghost crew were ask to leave the command center while they decided on Lincoln fate. 

After leaving the command center Lincoln and the ghost crew are waiting outside waiting on the rebel leaders decision. 

Lincoln: I hope they allowed me to stay. 

Zeb(patting Lincoln shoulder): Hey don't worry about it kid if anything they would be crazy not to. 

Erza looks at Lincoln with a sympathetic look but he notice a green blinking light coming from Lincoln neck. 

Erza: Hey Lincoln what's the green light coming from your neck?

Lincoln (groans): My former sister Lisa has a habit of experiencing on me and my other former siblings saying it's all in the name of science and I have that this is a tracking device that she put in my neck to track me.

Hera: When the rebel leader finish deciding we'll take you to the medical center to remove it as the last thing we need is the empire discover that signal from that tracker. 

Mon Mothma(walking towards Hera): General Syndulla.

Hera: Yes senator.

Mon Mothma: We have decided on Lincoln fate.

Mon Mothma walks towards Lincoln.

Mon Mothma: We have decided that you can stay and help the rebellion fight against the empire. General Syndulla and her team will help train you in combat and how to fly our star fighters. I expect that you will do your part as well. 

Hera: Don't worry senator we'll teach Lincoln the ropes and catch him up to speed.

Mon Mothma nods her head and heads back inside the command center.

Erza(smiling) Well Lincoln welcome to the rebellion.

Lincoln smiles back.
