But, the question is, will they go crazy just because they realized that they're in love..??

Just because, they realized they fell in love with the most unexpected person..??

I have no answer for it, because falling in love and being crazy for it is something alien to me, but definitely, Nandini Manik Malhotra has gone crazy..!!

Mrunal stared at her best friend in utter shock. She was simply staring without blinking her eyes and her jaws dropped down.

Oh, what would have happened..?!

Nothing much, firstly, her best friend walked into her bedroom and hugged her or precisely squeezed her like she was some lemon and then, she jumped on the bed and started jumping like a rabbit but at the end, she got down and sat on the floor while pouting sadly..

What exactly happened to her Fluffy..??

That was the only question roaming in her mind..

Mrunal, stealthily, sat beside Nandini without making any noise and stared at her face..

Mrunal: When did it happen..??

Nandini was still lost in her own world. So, Mrunal smacked Nandini's head which brought her trance..

Nandini: Ouch, kya hai khooni..? Aisa koi martha hai kya..?

Mrunal: Of course, I do. Par bath ye hai, when did it happen..??

Nandini ( sighed ): I don't know. I was also thinking the same..when did it happen..??

Mrunal ( frowned ): Mathlab, you don't know. Like, you didn't feel any kind of pain..?

Nandini: Nahi..wait..what..

Nandini looked at Mrunal confusedly..

Mrunal: Arey, didn't you feel any pain..??

Nandini ( frowned ): Why would I feel painful..??

Mrunal: What do you mean by that..?? Of course, you would feel painful, when you hit your head..

And, Nandini, again stared at Mrunal in confusion..

Nandini: Hit my head..?? When did I even hit my head, dude..?

Mrunal: Well, after seeing you, anyone could say that you hit your head somewhere or else, you simply lost your mind somewhere..

Nandini glared at Mrunal, who was waiting for an answer from her..

Nandini: Like seriously..tujhe ye sab pagalpan lag rahi hai..??

Mrunal: Aur nahi tho kya..like, firstly, you hugged me like we were seeing after a year and then, you started jumping on this poor bed and then finally you kept your not-so-beautiful a** on this beautiful floor, na jaane kaunse type ke muh se, like you lost your favorite candy..

Nandini glared again..

Nandini: I thought of sharing it with my best friend but nahi, my best friend is a khooni then how can she listen to my sukh-dukh kahani..

Mrunal: Hai..?? Sukh-dukh kahani..now, what's that..??

Nandini pouted sadly again and held Mrunal's arm and kept her head on her shoulder..

Nandini: I fell in love with Grumpy Coffee..!!

The next second, Nandini was pushed back to her place and Mrunal held her shoulders and shouted..

Mrunal: Kya...??

Nandini nodded..

Nandini: You heard me right..

Mrunal's jaws were dropped down but then like how Nandini expected, her best friend started to dance like a crazy woman..

Mrunal: Oh my God..I can't believe it..Meri fluffy ko pyar hua..Oh God, take my life only after I see her marriage..aaha, marriage tho ho chuke hai, so only after I see her baby..God, I need to call Dad and inform it..arey, choti ko phone karna hai..

Mrunal was about to take her mobile when Nandini pulled her on the floor which did hurt her. hard..

Mrunal looked at her in surprise to see her best friend's sad face.

Nandini ( pouted ): Kyunki, wo Grumpy Coffee hai jisse mujhe pyar hua, jo mere contract hubby hai..

Mrunal sighed in defeat and turned to Nandini who was still pouting sadly..

Mrunal: Fluffy, ismei kya burai hai..

Nandini: Burai hai na, ye shadi real nahi hai. Grand pa tho mujhse unke bete ko pehle wale jaise banne keliye kaha hai and I'm getting an idea how old Grumpy coffee used to be, jaise wo pehle wala banega, mujhe usse chodna padega tho phir mein kaise usse pyar kar sakthi hoon. I did wrong. Agar ye bath Mom ya Grand pa ko patha chalgaya na, phir wo dhono mujhe buri samjhega, Cabir Bhai aur choti tho mujhse dhoor rahenge, Abhi Bhai, Arijit Bhai aur Shravan ko mujhse nafrath honge..

Mrunal moved closer to her best friend and pulled her in her embrace and made Nandini to look at her..

Sometimes, she has to behave like Nandini's mother..!!

Mrunal: Ab mere bath sunn, kya tum tumhare Grumpy coffee se pyar karthi ho..??

Nandini nodded..

Mrunal: Kya tumhare Grumpy Coffee ko tumhareliye pyar hai..??

Nandini stared at Mrunal like she had grown some horns on her head..

Nandini: Like really..?? Why would he even fall for me..?? Don't you know how much he hated this marriage..??

Mrunal gave her a " really " look..

Mrunal: The same guy, who tries everything that he could just to get close to you is having problem with this marriage..?? Well, I would have agreed to it thinking he's just messing with your feelings like so...

Nandini ( glared ): Dare you accuse him, I'll even destroy your first night with my jeeju. I know my Grumpy Coffee isn't a jerk..

Mrunal smirked at Nandini..

Mrunal ( faked sadness ): Mathlab ab, pehle grumpy coffee baad mein Mruno..dekh li teri dosthi mene..

Nandini ( shrugged her shoulders ): Tujhe drama karna hai tho karlo..bohath dekh li hai mene ye sab..

Mrunal made a bad face at it..

Mrunal: Acha fine, ab baaki suno, if he never had anything for you, then why would he even come to that haunted palace, just because you didn't tell him about it..??

Nandini ( casually ): Because, he cares for me..bathaya tha usne ki he was scared. Par, ye sab friendship mein bhi ho sakthe na..Like, I care for you, you care for me..

Mrunal, palmed her face..

Mrunal shook Nandini's shoulders which made her to get out of her trance.

Nandini ( sighed ): You're wrong..

Mrunal: Not again..

Nandini got up from the floor but Mrunal held her hand which forced her to look at her..

Mrunal: Fluffy, you'll be a fool to think that he doesn't love you..

Nandini: Nope, I'll be a fool if I even tried to think that he loves me back..Ab, tum utho, yaha beitke kya karoge, kahi bahar chalke outdoor cooking kare..

Mrunal stood up and folded her hands near her chest and made a poker face.

Nandini ( annoyed ): Don't make that face..

Mrunal ( glared ): If you want me to smile then I need my fluffy's real wala smile..

Nandini: Arey, why would I smile without any reason..

Mrunal: Because, you don't even cry even if you have a reason..

Nandini glared at Mrunal who was no less in glaring at her back..

Nandini ( sighed in defeat ): Mruno..jo tumhe lag rahi hai wo sach nahi ho saktha..

Mrunal: Par, kyu nahi ho saktha..

Nandini: Kyunki mein kisiko hurt nahi karna chahthi hoon just because I fell in love..Let it be, don't force God to change our destiny..chalo, ab..No more emotional blackmailing..I hate when you get upset with me..

She pouted at the end making Mrunal to sigh.

Mrunal ( nodded ): Okay..as you say..

They smiled at each other and Nandini got out of the room..

Mrunal ( smirked ): Agar meri fluffy ko pyar jeeju se hua hai tho usse uska pyar bhi milega, agar nahi mili tho Mrunal Singhani zinda rahke kya faida..Chalo Mrunal beta, kaam pe lago..par karoongi bhi tho kya..kaise jeeju ka pyar fluffy ke samne dikhaoon mein..

She kept her finger on her chin and started to think when suddenly her mind started to work, like finally..!!

Mrunal: Wah Mrunal..wah, tu tho genius nikli..kya idea hai, ab mein bhi tho dekhoon kaise inkar karegi meri budhu behen..

She too got out of the room with extra energy in her..

God knows what she has planned for her best friend's future..!!

In Kune Waterfalls

Everyone were enjoying their time with the scenic beauty of waterfalls. Nandini was capturing beautiful pictures in Cabir's camera but her mind and heart wasn't with her. It kept on traveled to Manik and her feelings for him..

Nandini ( muttered ): Damn it, Nandini.. Kya zaroorath the ye sab mein padne ke..Zindagi hi kharab lag rahi hai ab..

She diverted her attention to the waterfalls again to take pictures. Soon, she felt a presence behind her and she didn't need to turn around to know it.

His minty breathe was enough for it..!!

Nandini: Ab kya hua, Grumpy Coffee..??

She asked without turning back, with her concentration in the camera..

While, Manik stood surprised..

Manik: How did you know its me..?

For the first time, she felt her tongue tied..!!

Nandini: Uh..bas..aise hi..

His presence got more closer that he caged her while keeping his arms on the railings, as they were not so near to the waterfalls but were behind the safety line..

Manik ( whispered ): Bas aise hi ka mathlab..??

He whispered in her ears and she cursed herself because she was losing her sanity due to his touch..

Nandini: Just like that..

She turned to her right a bit, to face him who stood confused..

Manik: What..??

Nandini: Bas aise hi ka mathlab, in English..

He glared at her for her not-so-funny joke..

Nandini: Kya grumpy coffee..aur koi kaam hi nahi tumhare paas..mathlab, thoda enjoy tho karo na..

Manik ( shrugged his shoulders ): Aur kithna enjoy karoon. I'm enjoying myself..

Nandini ( muttered ): Haa haa..enjoy hi tho kar rah ho tum, mujhe yaha phasake..hey bhagwan, aapki bachi pe thoda tho rehem kar..

He leaned more to her face and tried to listen to her self talks..

Manik: Tum mere alawa kisise bath kar rahe ho kya..

He checked her ears and the hem of her shirt..

Nandini ( frowned ): Kya kar rahe ho, Grumpy coffee..??

Manik: I was checking for bluetooth. Akeli tho bath kar rahi ho tum..

Nandini ( rolled her eyes ): I was talking to God..

Manik ( chuckled ): Tum bath karoge tho wapas answer bhi milega kya..

Nandini: Jab dil acha ho tho bhagwan kya chahthe hai wo bhi samaj aaega..lekin tum nahi kar paoge, aakhir dil hey ki repair karne ki cheez..

She chuckled at her own words while he glared at her and pulled her by holding onto her belly making her surprised..

Manik: Tho, tum hi karlo ye dil ke repairing..karoge kya..

She looked in his eyes and could see some kind of longing in his eyes. Like, she could feel he wanted to be with her..

Alas..!!

She got out of that thought, again..!!

Nandini: Dil ko teek karna hai tho, apno ke sath waqt guzarna hai, jo tumhe khush rakhna chahthe hai..

She pointed her finger at his family, his parents who were talking with each other while looking at some or the other thing, Mukti, Cabir and Shravan running behind each other while Arijit and Abhimanyu were watching them running and laughing..

This made him to smile..!!

He turned to look at her, who was smiling at Mrunal, who joined Mukti..

Manik: Tho tum kya ho..

It was more like a question for him..

Who's she to him..??

She turned towards him to see n' number of questions in those eyes. She, smiled at him..

Nandini: Mein..?? Tum nahi janthe ho kya..arey, beewi hoon..

She spoke casually and looked in her camera to stop herself from confessing it out that how much she loves him..!!

If its Nandini, then she's not among those who thinks boys should confess first. She, simply dares to confess her feelings, without waiting for him..

But, her fate wasn't as per her taste. She fell in love with Manik Malhotra, who was just a contract husband, which forced her not to open her mouth..!!

Manik, looked at her lost in thoughts..

Manik ( thought ): Sirf beewi ho kya..?? Mom is Dad's wife but then that wasn't the only thing they shared between them. There's a lot of love in between them. But, in between us, it's just a name sake husband-wife relationship. Kya hum dhono ke beech aur kuch nahi hai..??

He nodded in No..She, again started to capture the pictures..

Manik: You capture photographs, like a pro, you know..

He admired the photos that she took on the camera..

Nandini ( smiled ): I know, aakhir Pops ne hi tho sikhaya mujhe..wo bhi bachpan se..

Manik ( frowned ): Pops..?? You call your father, Papa right.?? Phir ye Pops kaun..??

Nandini ( grinned ): Yup, Papa is my father while Pops is my Papa's best friend. Papa ke jaane ke baad, Pops ne hi meri aur choti ki responsibility liya..

Manik ( frowned ): Then..why wasn't he present on our marriage day..??

This halted her in tracks. She looked at him to see him looking at her curiously. What would she say, the truth..??

She didn't know how to say it..!!

She has never shared about her life with anyone, apart from Mrunal. But with Manik, everything was different. She has even shared about her parents with him.

Nandini: He's someone from out of India..Isliye nahi aaya..meri life hi complicated hai Grumpy Coffee, tho phir, shadi bhi aisa hona chahiye..

She kept it short..!!

She knew, she won't be able to lie to him anymore, so she decided to make everything safe without lying to him..

Manik: Tum bohath kuch chupa rahi ho mujhse, hai na..??

She stared at him, who was giving her only a smile..

Nandini ( smiled ): Kabhi ye bath suna hai kya, har ek muskurahat ke peeche ek kahani hai..??

Manik ( frowned ): Mom used to say it..

Nandini ( smiled ): Do you believe in it..??

Manik: I..don't know..

Nandini: Well, I do believe in it..Jab koi muskurathe hai, tho iska mathlab ye nahi ki wo khush ki wajah se hai, uske peeche bhi wajah hogi, ek kahani, apni kahani, koi apni kahani ko bahar dikhathe hai, muskurahat dekhe hi patha chalega, while some hide it, you wouldn't even get their story, because the smile looks so beautiful and happy..

Manik ( softly ): And you too have a hidden story behind this smile of yours..

She smiled at him and nodded. And this time, he knew she needed it. He leaned forward and kissed her forehead which forced her to smile..

A smile of content..!!

Manik: You make me speechless, why..??

Nandini: Do I..?? Well, mein hoon hi ek taareef karne ki cheez..

He chuckled hearing her and she too smiled with him..

" Agar aap dhono ka romance hogaya tho can we get back to our home.." they turned to find Shravan smirking at them. Manik glared at him while, Nandini already got out of his grip and moved towards the girls and started walking..

Manik: Ek din tu pitega Shravan..

Shravan: Aw, Bhai ka romance khatham hogaya..Bhai, room mein jaakar baaki enjoy karne Bhabi ke saath..

That was it, Manik ran behind Shravan till they reached their van while others enjoyed the show going on..

In the Farmhouse

Everyone were sitting in the living room, except for Nandini, who was in her bedroom to get changed. She was taking time more than required and this made Manik to frown, while someone was in guilt..

Of course, it was Mrunal..

Mrunal ( thought ): Bappa, aap mujhe maaf karna. I know, I know, I'm the most stupidest and worst friend anyone can have, par mujhe ye sab karna padtha hai, warna fluffy kabhi bhi ye accept nahi karega ki jeeju bhi usse pyar kartha hai..

Soon, everyone heard someone sniffing. They turned their attention towards the stairs to see Nandini walking down while rubbing her nose which has turned reddish, with a towel. Her eyes puffed and cheeks were in red.

Seeing her, Mrunal cursed herself more. While, Manik got up, immediately and moved to her..

Manik: Lilliput..what happened..??

She stopped wiping her nose and then gave a faint smile to him..

Nandini: Kuch nahi..*sniffs*..wo mujhe..*sniffs*..bas running nose..*sniffs*..hai..

Nyonika got up and made Nandini to sit on the couch while Manik occupied the other seat..

Raj ( concerned ): Nandu, bas running nose nahi lag rahe hai, beta..sach sach bathao..

Nandini ( smiled ): Arey nahi..*sniffs*..Grand Pa, bas running nose hi hai..aur *sniffs*..headache..I'm allergic to cold air *sniffs*..aur aaj ham waterfall dekhne..*sniffs* gayi thi na..isiliye hua..

Manik ( angrily ): What the hell, Lilliput..

She glared at him..

Manik ( glared ): Now, don't talk about the phrase, even when you're sick. Mathlab, agar tum allergic ho tho batha nahi sakthi..?? We wouldn't have gone to such a place. Aur lonaval hai hi aise jagah, tum pehle kyu nahi bola..

Nandini smiled at Mukti's guilty face..while others were also staring at Nandini with worried faces..

Nandini: Nahi Choti..*sniffs*..galathi meri thi..*sniffs*..I can go out in cold air par..*sniffs*..ears cover karke rakhna hai but then today..*sniffs*..I went out without earmuffs..

Cabir ( pissed ): Like really Nandu, kaise bachpana hai yeh..you should have taken car of it, agar hume se kisiko bathaya tho yaad dilathe the..

Nandini: Arey nahi..*sniffs*..I couldn't find my..*sniffs*..earmuffs..patha nahi kaha rakha mene..*sniffs*..I had brought it with me..par nahi dikh rahe hai ab..

At this comment, Mrunal made the most innocent face but she was smirking inside, at the same time, guilty..

Mrunal: Yar fluffy, tumne mujhe bathaya kyu nahi earmuffs ke barein mein, we could have bought a new one from here..

Nandini: We were late..*sniffs* na..so, bathaya nahi..Chod na..*sniffs*..I'm totally fine..

Manik gave her the most deadliest glare to her and she gave a sheepish grin to him. He said nothing, but simply rose to his feet and picked her up in his arms..

Nandini: What the..*sniffs*..kya kar rahe ho..*sniffs* Grumpy coffee..

Manik: Shut up, ek tho teek se bath bhi nahi kar paa rahi ho aur phir bhi stubbornness ko choda nahi. Chup chap raho, warna tujhe bathroom mein phek dhoonga mein..

She pouted sadly which he ignored and took her upstairs while others didn't think of getting shocked but got themselves busy in their own concern for Nandini..

Cabir: Muku, tum jaake Bhai ki madad karo..Abhi, let's get some heavy blankets for Nandu, usse zaroorath padegi aaj..

Arijit: Haa Muku, tum jao and I'll get some new earmuffs for Nandini..

Shravan: Okay, so I'll help Nyonika Aunty to get something hot for Bhabi..

Raj: Chalo Muku, hum oopar chalke dekhthe hai..

Mrunal was watching everything silently with a sweet smile on her lips..

He glared at her and she, immediately shut her mouth..

" Bhai, why don't we take her to the hospital.." said Mukti while entering inside along with Raj..

Nandini ( sighed ): Koi mere bath suno..*sniffs*..

Manik was about to speak again when Raj sat beside Nandini..

Raj: Nandini, tumhe doctor ke zaroorath hai, isiliye batha raha hoon na..

Nandini ( smiled ): Haa Grand Pa, mere..*sniffs* samaj mein aayi..par bath yeh hai..*sniffs*..I do have medicines with me..

Manik: What..?? Tum doctor ke paas bhi gayi kya..akele hospital gayi iss halath mein..

Nandini palmed her face..

Nandini: Mein kahi bhi nahi gayi..*sniffs*..I take this medicine whenever I get this allergy..*sniffs*..so, I carry it with me wherever I go, samjhe budhu coffee..

Manik glared at her while the duo chuckled hearing her..

Mukti: Acha Bhabi, did you take your medicine, then..??

Nandini ( nodded ): Of course, I did..*sniffs*..isiliye tho mein neeche aagayi..*sniffs*..I'll be fine within hours..

Manik: Good, tho tum yaha beitho, bahar bohath tand hai..

" Buddy, earmuffs bhi hai yaha.." Arijit entered inside along with the rest of the family..

Manik: Thanks buddy..

To which, Arijit glared at him and he bit his tongue and gave an apologetic smile..

Cabir: Bhai, change her blankets, these are much heavier. She needs heavier one for today..

Nyonika gave her a glass of hot drink but Nandini's concentration was on the care that she was getting from the family and at Manik, whose face was filled with worry.

Manik covered her with the new blanket and she started to have her drink..

Nandini ( thought ): Why are they so worried for me..?? Mere aur unke beech kya rishtha hai..?? Arijit Bhai didn't even like me, par aaj kya hua..Aur Grumpy coffee tho aise worried hai jaise ki meri jaan nikal rahi hai..Was I wrong in judging his feelings for me..Ugh..I'm going crazy..

Mrunal ( thought ): And now, its time for Step 2..

Shravan: Ab kaise feel ho rahi hai, Bhabi..??

Nandini smiled at him..

Nandini: I'm fine..aap sab jaake sojayiye..*sniffs*..you all are really tired..

This made Nandini to look at him in a jerk..

Suddenly, Mrunal's mobile started to ring and her eyes twinkled in joy. She, attended the call without making noise..

Everyone moved out of the room and this made Mrunal's job easier. She moved further to where Nandini was lying..

Mrunal: Fluffy, tere liye ek call hai..

Nandini ( frowned ): Mere liye..?? *sniffs*..Kaun..??

Mrunal ( grinned ): Dr. Aadit Sharma..

Nandini widened her eyes in shock..

Manik: What the f***..

Manik was glaring at Mrunal, who immediately kept the mobile in Nandini's hand..

Mrunal: Arey he's a friend of Fluffy, he cares for her..Chal, mein jaathi hoon..

Before Nandini could ask more, Mrunal moved out of the room..

Nandini ( muttered ): How come..*sniffs*..he's calling me..??

Before she could attend it, Manik snatched the mobile from her..

Nandini: What the..

She, suddenly lowered her volume after realizing Aadit was still on the call..

Nandini: Grumpy coffee, *sniffs*..phone wapas dhe..

Manik ( pissed ): Kyu..??

Nandini: Kya mathlab hai aapka..*sniffs*..honey bee hai phone pe..

Manik ( angrily ): Like really..?? I told you to stay away from him..

Unknowingly, his hands came in contact with the screen and he pressed on the option "speaker"..

" Nandini..are you there..?" they heard Aadit's voice and Nandini palmed her face while muttering abuses for him..

Manik ( muttered ): Iski tho mein..

Nandini: Hi Aadit..

Manik glared at her and she glared at him back while snatching the mobile from him..

Aadit: Thank God Nandini, I was calling out for you for the past 2 minutes, were you fine..?? I heard from Mrunal that you came back to India but you still aren't fine, isliye ab baaki treatment delhi mein chal rahe hai..

Manik ( frustrated ): She's fine, dude..

Nandini stared at him disbelievingly while Aadit fumed from the other side..

Aadit: What the..Was that..Mr. Malhotra..??

Manik: Nope, you just spoke with Manik Malhotra..And you called up my wife in late night..What the hell do you need, Mr. Sharma..??

Aadit ( fumed ): I was speaking with my friend..

Manik: Your friend is my wife..aur meri beewi se bath karne se pehle mujhse permission lena chahiye..Now, have a worst night..

He hung the call and met Nandini's angry glares..

Manik: What..??

Nandini: Great..such a beautiful question just after shouting at my Boss..let me ask you something, aise bhi kaunsi cheez hai jispe honey bee ne apne aankh daala jo tum usse ithna nafrath karthe ho..??

Manik ( annoyed ): Tumhe tho kuch samaj bhi nahi aaoge, phir kahoonga bhi kyun..??

Nandini ( casually ): Tum kaunsa mere koi bhi bath samajthe hai, phir bhi mein chup nahi beithi, tho why don't you say it..kam se kam mujhe uss honey bee se punishment tho nahi milega na, just because you talked with him rudely..

Manik: So, you have problem that I talked with him rudely..

Nandini: Of course, I do. It's me who always gets punished because of you. He becomes a godzilla when someone angers him. Mujhe kuch zyada hi work karna padega hospital mein ab tumhari wajah se, aur agar wo phirse phone kiya tho mein kya bolungi..

Manik ( shouted ): Keh dhena that I don't want him near you..

Nandini ( frowned ): And, why is it so..??

Manik ( irritated ): Lilliput, don't make me angry..

Nandini: When are you not angry..Hamesha angry man jo ho tum..

Manik: Really..?? Is that why that chipku has such a sweet name while I have a grumpy name..

Nandini: Did Manik Malhotra sound so grumpy and Aadit Sharma so sweet to you..??

Manik ( irritated ): I was talking about the names that you give me..

Nandini: Haa tho, he flirts with me so I gave him that name..What's the problem in it..??

Manik ( shouted ): Because, I don't like it..

Nandini ( frustrated ): Why..?? No matter how much I hate him for being a flirt, but he's a good human being, then why the hell do you hate him so much..??

He snapped his head at her on hearing it. Hearing her praising Aadit made him more possessive for her..

What if she wants to be with Aadit and not him..??!!

That did scare him, he still doesn't know what his feelings are named but he surely knows, she's special for him and he can't see her with anyone else..

Manik: Because, you're Mine, Mrs. Malhotra..All mine..!!

He said while pinning her to the bed and hovered above her making her to shut her mouth. She stared at him with her jaws dropped down while Manik was breathing heavily. His eyes turned aggressive..

Manik ( angrily ): You're only mine, mine to flirt, mine to like, mine to care, mine to pamper, mine to touch and mine to love..!!

Saying it, he crushed his lips on her's, who got shocked again. Because, she was getting kissed..

He kissed her so aggressively like he was letting out all his frustration, his insecurities through that kiss. He wanted to make himself believe that, no matter whatever happens, she's going to remain his..

While for Nandini, she was simply shocked. Hell, this was her first kiss. The kiss that she wanted to have with her price charming. She always dreamt to kiss her Love and today it's happening..

Not when she knew that she loved someone who doesn't love her back..!!

Not when she knew that she loved someone who's only a contract husband for her..!!

Not when she knew that she loved someone who's family considered her a part of them but she felt like, she was cheating on them..!!

She couldn't stop him..!!

She knew he's angry and this kiss is due to his anger. And she's dead scared that he will even regret it which she won't be able to see in his eyes..

Having her first kiss with the love of her life but then seeing him regretting won't be a pleasant sight for any girl. Even if, she's a girl like Nandini..!!

He broke the kiss while panting heavily and that was when the realization dawned upon him..

He just kissed Nandini..!!

He just kissed his Lilliput when he himself was unaware of his feelings for her..!!

He looked up at her, whose eyes were closed breathing heavily with her hands on her chest as if to control herself from holding onto him..

Slowly, she opened her eyes to meet his pair of orbs which were looking at her in concern..

Is it happening, the regret for their kiss..??!!

That was the only question roaming in their brain when they looked in each other's eyes after breaking their kiss..

Suddenly, Manik got up from her and moved towards the balcony without saying anything while she dipped her head in the pillow and pulled her hair..

Nandini: For the first time in my life, your Aiyappa just made my life unknown to myself, Ma..

She spoke while scratching the pillow in frustration.

While, Manik stood outside the balcony pacing from here to there..

Manik: How..How could I kiss her..?? How could I simply kiss Lilliput without thinking about her feelings. But..she's my wife..so, haqq bantha hai na..but then, we don't have anything between us, phir..Damn it, Malhotra..you spoiled everything, what would she be thinking about me, now..

He roamed his fingers in his hair in anger and stared in the sky to calm himself down..

Manik: Okay, just..be calm..okay..be calm..I'll apologize..yes..I'll apologize..

He spoke to himself and got inside the bedroom and looked at Nandini nervously only to see her head in the pillow and he assumed that she was sleeping.

Manik ( sighed in relief ): Thank God..sogayi..warna kis muh se bath karoonga mein..

He moved towards the bed and laid on it and closed his eyes. He couldn't hold her just after their awkward kiss..

But, sleeping with her in his arms, became his habit, though..!!

He opened his eyes and wrapped her in his arms..

Manik ( thought ): I need peace, after all..!!

He slept after kissing her forehead and that was the moment, she opened her eyes..

Nandini ( thought ): He's still holding me while sleeping..Kya mathlab hai uska..Doesn't he regret it..??

She too slept while thinking about it..

Next Day

Nandini, didn't wait for Manik, instead, she woke up early, in fact, she couldn't even sleep properly last night. She moved towards Mrunal's room and entered inside.

Thanks to Mrunal, she never locks her room or else Nandini would have broken the door just to enter inside..!!

Nandini: Mruno....

She sat on the bed and started chanting Mrunals' name, who was sleeping soundly..

Nandini: Mrunal Singhania..

Mrunal sat up in a jerk and looked at Nandini with her drowsy eyes..

Nandini: How do you manage to look like a bhoothni every morning, yar..??

Mrunal: Did I sleep in your room, last night..Oh shit, Jeeju kaha hai..?? How could I even think of sleeping with you, damn..

Nandini pushed Mrunal hardly, who hit her bump on the bed itself and this helped her in getting out of her sleep..

Mrunal: What the f*** yar..it hurts witch..

Nandini: Good for you..

She turned her head the other side and Mrunal stared at Nandini's face to see her expression quiet annoyed..

Mrunal: You were sick right..

She got up and checked Nandini top to bottom..

Nandini: If you're asking mentally, then yes, I'm sick..That's why I came to you, a Psychiatrist..

Mrunal got confused but then her eyes twinkled in joy..

Mrunal: Fluffy, kal rath kya hua..mathlab, jeeju ne kuch kaha..ya phir kuch kiya..

She was expecting Manik to confess about his feelings because she knows that he loves her best friend. Not just Mrunal, the whole family knows it but only Manik Malhotra and Nandini Malhotra have no idea about that fact..

Nandini ( softly ): Yes, he said and did something..too..

Mrunal got all excited..

Mrunal: Really..Kya kaha..aur kya kiya..

Nandini: He said, I'm all his..his to flirt, his to like, his to care, his to pamper, his to touch and his to...love..!!

Mrunal was jumping on the bed. Her excitement level has touched the nth level..

Mrunal: Phir..phir kya kaha unhone..

Nandini: Phir kuch nahi kaha..bas kiya tha..

Mrunal: Acha..kya kiya jeeju ne..??

Nandini finally looked up at her and pouted..

Nandini: Grumpy coffee kissed me..!!

And, Mrunal widened her eyes in shock while Nandini simply stared at her with all the expectations that she had, and it happened though..

Mrunal just fainted..!!

Nandini ( sighed ): Ye tho faint hogayi..Ab mein kisse shari karoongi apni problem..?!

She pouted sadly and waited till Mrunal can get her consciousness back so that she could let all her frustration and anger out..
