Where do you find happiness..??

Happiness is a very tough word. It's just a 9-letters word but then the definition of it hold a lot of importance in one's life. One, always run behind his happiness because that's the only way to remain a saint person.

When you're not happy, you simply can't understand what exactly happens with you. You tend to forget even your surroundings. But, when you're happy, you're energetic, in fact, you're extra bubbly and you don't wanna let go off it.

But, there are some, in our world, who simply waits for their happiness. Because, they don't know how to find it. They don't know from where can they get their happiness. All they do is, believing in their destiny thinking that one day, even they'll be happy.

Though, it doesn't mean they live a life of a depressed soul. They just become someone else until they get to be with their happiness.

Manik Malhotra and Nandini Manik Malhotra are yet to find their happiness. Maybe, they too will find it, soon, very soon.

In Malhotra Mansion

SILENCE..!!

That's the only word could be used to define the great Malhotra's condition. Not just one person, from the senior to junior Malhotra is looking extremely gloomy with silence all over their surroundings.

Raj Malhotra, who was on a leave today as he has seen his daughter-in-law weak, regretted for it. After all, what's the use in taking a leave when the person whom he wants to take care of, isn't present in his mansion. Her bickering, her fights with his son, her delicious dishes, moreover, the way she calls him Grand-pa, everything, is being missed by him.

Nyonika Malhotra, who always found her time best when she's in her kitchen, left that place and preferred to watch something on television thinking that would help her in not to miss Nandini. Alas, that was of no use.

Cabir Malhotra, who tries his best to annoy his little sister and his parents, was sitting like a person who has got nothing to do except for zoning out. He was simply watching the pictures of wild animals that he had taken in his camera to push the time.

Mukti Malhotra, was doing only one thing, studying. She took a pile of books and kept it on her bed and started studying. She believes that no matter what, studying can distract her mind, even if she's happy or unhappy.

While for the main person of Nandini Manik Malhotra's life, was at his office, doing something that he has never done in his life.

In Pace Motors

Manik's Cabin

Manik was sitting on his chair with closed eyes and all he could see was HER. NANDINI. And surprisingly, he had a small smile on his lips.

" Knock " " Knock "

Manik ( annoyed ): Come in...

A person entered inside and stood in front of Manik, making him open his eyes.

Manik ( sternly ): What is it that you wanted to disturb me even after I asked you people to leave..??

Employee ( trembling ): S..sir, Uh, actually..

Manik ( shouted ): What the h...

And he remembered how much she disliked it. He composed himself and managed to glare at the person.

Manik: Varun, you better speak something without stammering..

Varun ( with fear ): Sir, you have a meeting with our foreign dealers.

Manik ( angrily ): Did you lose your mind somewhere..?? Like, which part of my command that you didn't understand..? I've told you clearly that none of you guys need to work today, it's a full day leave for you. And, now you're here with a meeting..!!

Varun: S..sir, none of your employees are present. All of them have gone back home. This is a meeting which you've asked me to arrange for today, 2 days back..

Manik ( scowled ): Let it be, then. If I said I'm not gonna work today, then it means, I won't. So, cancel all the meetings.

Varun: Bu..t sir, they're our close clients. We never cancel our meetings which we used to have with them. And, they were requesting to conduct the meeting today itself.

Manik stood up from his seat, pushing his chair backward making Varun tremble in utmost fear.

Manik ( yelled ): Who's the boss, you stupid. Me..right..?? ( Varun nodded ) Then, who the hell asked you to poke your nose between my clients and me. If they want to have meeting with Manik Malhotra, then they have to go as per my wishes. Or else, the deal is cancelled. Tell them, it'll be done after 2 days, if they can't then Pace Motors won't be a part of their business anymore.

Varun nodded in fear while muttering more than hundred " yes sir " and " as you say ". He was about to move out when Manik, called him from behind.

Manik: You won't disturb me again, you'll go back to your home straightaway. Get it or not, Mr..??

Varun ( nodded ): Ye..yes sir..

And Varun ran out of Manik's cabin while Manik started pacing from here to there..

Manik ( sighed ): Why am I even doing this..?? Why can't I concentrate in anything just because Lilliput is sick. Why do I care a lot about her..?? Why is that, she affects me a lot, like no girl, not even that headache Alya could affect me this much..?? Aakhir, wo hothi kaun mere liya..??

He slumped on the couch in frustration and palmed his face and soon his mind wandered to Nandini making him sigh in relax, all over again.

At night

In MruNi's Apartment

Mrunal was preparing juice for both Nandini and herself when she heard some sniffs making her sigh in disbelief, again.

Mrunal: Stop crying, fluffy..

She turned to Nandini, who was sitting on the slab and rubbing her nose every now and then with her handkerchief.

Nandini: Mein nahi royi..

Mrunal handed Nandini, her juice.

Mrunal ( sarcastically ): Haa haa, tum nahi royi. Wo tho bas PaNi hai..kyu..??

Nandini started shedding more tears..

Nandini: Tum..tum mujhe daant kyu rahi ho..?? Tumhe..mein achi nahi lagthi hoon..hain na..??

Mrunal cursed herself for even being sarcastic in front of Nandini, for now. She moved towards Nandini and hugged her..

Mrunal: Fluffy, agar mein iss dunya mein mere parents ke alawa kisise pyar karthi hoon tho wo sirf tum aur choti hai, phir bhi tum mujpe shak kar rahi ho..kithni buri baath hai yeh..

Mrunal made a sad face while Nandini was wiping her own tears.

Nandini: Mujhe..patha hai. Par, tumne mujhe daanta kyu..??

Mrunal: Arey mene kab daanta tumhe..?? Mein tho bas tumhara line copy kar rahi thi.

Nandini ( sniffed ): And I hate it, when you copy me..

Mrunal ( sighed ): Acha teek hai, aaj ke baad, no copying..khush..??

And she smiled making Mrunal too smile.

Mrunal: Chalo, fatafat ye juice peeyo..

Nandini ( pouted ): Mujhe orange juice pasand nahi hai.

Mrunal ( glared ): Fluffy, ab koi bhi tantrums nahi chalega. Healthy juice peena zaroori hai..

Nandini ( sniffed ): Nahi peeoongi..tum kya karoge..Mein uncle ko phone karke bathaoongi ki tumne mujhe daanta..

Mrunal ( slapped her head ): Arey meri jaan, rona bandh karo aur ye peeyo..tere hi bhalai keliye keh rahi hoon..

Nandini ( cribbed ): Par mujhe orange pasand nahi hai..

Mrunal: Arey orange zyada healthy hai, in fact, jisko coffee pasandh nahi hai unko orange zyada healthy hoga..

Nandini ( bad face ): Mein bhi doctor hoon, isilye ye sab mere saath nahi chalega..

Mrunal held her head and thought for another way to make her drink the juice.

Mrunal ( excitedly ): Oye, tujhe patha hai, tera Grumpy Coffee ko bhi orange juice pasandh nahi hai, tune bathaya hi nahi ki aajkal tu apne husband ke diet follow karthi hai..

And that did it's work.

Nandini ( freaked out ): Haw...mein uske diet follow hi kyu karoon..

Mrunal palmed her ears but the glass of juice from her hand slipped to Nandini's hand and she drank it in a go making her ( Mrunal ) smile in victory.

Nandini ( grinned ): I drank the whole thing..

Mrunal pulled Nandini's cheeks and kissed them..

Mrunal: Good girl..Chalo, let's sleep..

Nandini ( pouted ): Ithni jaldhi..??

Mrunal: Haan, kal hum dhono ko jaldhi utna hai..

Nandini ( confused ): Kyu..??

Mrunal ( grinned ): It's going to be fun-day for us..

Nandini ( grinned ): I'm in...

Mrunal and Nandini laid on Mrunal's bed to sleep as they don't sleep separately whenever the either one is sick or upset.

In Malhotra Mansion

The Malhotras were having dinner but with a very gloomy mood. Mukti and Cabir looked at each other grumpily and ate their food just because they didn't want to be awake in hunger for the whole night.

Manik looked at his food and then the seat beside him where Nandini used to sit, with a very pissed face. He wanted to shout at someone for making him feel all these kind of new feelings.

Mukti ( sadly ): Mujhe Mrunal Di ko bulana hi nahi chahiye thi..

Cabir ( glared ): Tune hi tho bulaya aur ab grumpy hoke kya milegi tujhe..?? Waise bhi jaane kyu diya tumne, bas thoda sa bhukar hi tho tha..

Mukti and Nyonika looked at each other and then at Manik in awkwardness at that question. According to Cabir and Raj, Nandini is having a common cold and when she's sick, her mood swings.

Manik ( glared ): Cabir, khana khake sojao..

Cabir ( sighed ): Bhai, aap tho usse miss nahi karoge par iska mathlab ye nahi ki mein apni behen ko miss nahi karoon. Uske bina sab kuch boring lagtha hai..

Mukti ( nodded ): I know right, Bhai. Unke aane se bas kuch hi din hogaye par mujhe tho aisa lag rahe hai jaise hum dhono pehle se hi ek doosreko janthe hain. Unke bina ye ghar, ghar nahi lag rahe hai ab..

Nyonika ( sighed ): Koi nahi, hum kal hi jaake usse milenge..

Cabir and Mukti's faces lightened up in joy while Manik too looked at his mom with a grin but then hid it..

Grumpy Coffee is still not good in showing his emotions out..!!

Raj: Haa yahi teek hai, mein bhi aaonga..aur agar ho sake tho, usko leke hi wapas aayenge..

Mukti ( jumped in her seat ): Yayy...!! Bhabi ke saath masthi din hai kal, phir..

Nyonika and Raj smiled at their kids. Soon, they were done with their dinner and retired to their bedrooms.

In MaNan's Bedroom

Manik was lying on his bed with closed eyes but sleep was far away from his eyes. He turned from his left to right and right to left but it was of no use.

Sleep still didn't knock at his eyes..!!

Manik ( frustrated ): Now, I can't even sleep.

He got up and took his laptop and tried to work. Tried..!!

He tried badly, but..!!

Even that didn't work..!!

" Mujhe sona hai.."

" Dekh Grumpy Coffee, ek tho ithna rath hochuke hai aur mene ithne saara kaam karke washroom se aayi hai, sirf sone keliye aur ab oopar se tum ho ki mujhe ye black book ke definition sikha rahe ho, arey mere bhi apne thareekha hai bath karne ka, ab ye samaj nahi aatha tho muh bandh karke kahi sojaa na.."

And he closed his black book, oops, his laptop with a frustrated sigh which escaped from his mouth. He laid on his stomach and covered his ears with a pillow but he could hear only her voice.

Manik: Let me sleep..I need peace..!!

He shouted at himself but seems like God isn't with him, today. He sat straight once again and rested his elbows on the bed and closed his eyes and he smiled seeing her face at the back of his mind.

In MruNi's Apartment

Nandini looked at Mrunal's sleeping figure and smiled in content. She turned to her right and took a photo which had her parents' photo and smiled again.

Nandini: Papa, Ma, patha nahi kyu, par aaj mujhe neend nahi aa rahi hai..Kash aap yaha hothe tho mein aapke saath bath kar pathi..

She was gazing at her parent's picture when she heard some sound coming from the living room. With her scrutinizing gaze, she got out of the bed without disturbing Mrunal and moved out of the room, only too see everything dark.

She walked a little more ahead and soon, something caught her sight which horrified her.

Nandini ( whispered to herself ): Bhagwan ji...ye mein kya dekh rahi hoon. Bhooothhhh..mere ghar pe, haww...aaj kya honewala hai, arey mein Ma aur Papa se bath karthi hoon par iska mathlab ye nahi ki jo koi bhi zinda nahi wo sabko aap mere paas bhejdenge. Arey, meri zindagi mein kithna kuch baaki hai ab, par aap usse pehle mujhe aapke paas bula rahe hai. Ab Grumpy Coffee ka kya hoga..

And there again, her eyes went teary. She moved towards the BHOOTH with cautious steps and took a vase from the tea-poi..

Nandini: Arey Nandu, bhoot ke paas body nahi hoga na tho mein kaha hit karoongi..?? Koi nahi, ek try tho kar sakthi hoon na..

And she tried only to earn an " ouch, my arm.."..

Nandini ( excitedly ): Whoa, the trial worked..Par ye aawaaz thodi pehchan-se kyu lagthi hai mujhe..

She saw the figure moving towards her and she was about to hit again when that figure held her making her shock..

Nandini: Aa...

Before, she could shout more and wake Mrunal,her mouth was palmed by the figure..

Figure: Jaan loge kya, Lilliput..??

And she palmed her mouth in shock..

Nandini: Oh hello Mr. Bhooth, tumhara awaz mere Grumpy Coffee ke jaise kyu lag rahe ho..??

Instead of a sudden reply, the figure switched his mobile torch..

Figure: Kyunki ye tumhara Grumpy Coffee hi hai..

She widened her eyes more after seeing the person through the flashlight..

Nandini: Grumpy Coffee..?? Aap bhooth nikle..??

Manik glared at her while she still was looking shocked..

Manik: Jo insaan zinda hai wo kaise bhooth ban sakthe hai, Nandini..

Nandini ( still shocked ): Tho phir aap kaun..?

Manik ( irritated ): Tumhara kamra kaha hai..??

Nandini: Huh..??

Manik: What huh..?? Where's your bedroom..??

Nandini ( glared ): Mein kisi bhi ladke ko apne kamre mein nahi le jaa sakthi. Waise bhi kya patha, tum bhooth hi ho aur Grumpy Coffee ke chehra le liya..

Manik looked more annoyed. He pulled her by waist and stared in her eyes intensely making her gulp..

Manik ( whispered ): Do I still look like some random ghost to you..??

She was drowned in his eyes and nodded in No making him smile.

Manik: Ab bathao, tumhara kamra kaha hai..?

She pointed her finger towards her bedroom and he was about to walk inside her bedroom when suddenly, he stopped in the middle and carried her in his arms which startled her..

Nandini ( annoyed ): Grumpy Coffee, kya kar rahe ho..Choti bachi nahi hoon mein..

He ignored her comment and got inside the bedroom to see it dark.

Manik: Switch on the lights, Nandini..

Nandini: Kyu..??

Manik ( sarcastically ): Hume antakshari khelna jo hai..

Nandini ( glared ): Antakshari khelne keliye lights ke zaroorath nahi hai, bas aawaaz acha hona chahiye, waise bhi tum kabhi bhi khel nahi sakthe, jiske paas Mountain ke aawaaz hai wo gaana kaise ghaa sakthe..

Manik ( stunned ): Mountain ke aawaaz..??

Nandini: Ab jo insaan har waqt chillathe rehthe hai, uska aawaz mountain jaise hona chahiye na, extremely horrendous..

Manik ( angrily ): Ab tujhe mere aawaz horrendous jaise lagthi hai..

And she started crying making him worried. He took long strides and reached to her bed and kept her on it. He switched on the flashlight and soon found the switch board. Switching on the lights after closing the door, he turned to Nandini who was sniffing while wiping her tears. He moved towards her and sat beside her..

Manik ( softly ): Nandini..

Nandini ( sniffed ): Mujhse..bath math karo..

Manik ( sighed ): Nandini, meri bath tho sunn lo..

Nandini ( sobbed ): Kaha na mene..bath math karo..tum bure ho. Har waqt mujhe daanthe rehthe ho. Agar mein tumhe..achi nahi lagthi tho..aaya hi kyun..?? Chale ja..

Sighing at her, he held her hand and she pushed his hands off it. He tried to hold it again when she pushed him again and finally, he grabbed her shoulders and pulled her to him, which did nothing but she started beating him with her tiny hands.

Manik: Nandini...

But, she kept on beating him and this time he raised his voice on her..!!

And, she cried again..!!

Manik ( palmed his face ): Nandini...I'm sorry. Please, meri bath sunn lo..please..

She got out of his hold and glared at him still with her eyes flowing like a river. He moved closer to her and held her hand and pulled her to him which made her fall on him and they stared in each other's eyes.

He, slowly wiped her tears which didn't have an end.

Manik ( softly ): I'm sorry. Mein jantha hoon, mene tumhe daanta, aur mujhe daantna nahi chahiye tha, par tum tho janthi ho na ki mein zyada gussa kartha hoon. Ab agar tum saath mein ho tho wo bhi kam hojayega..

She looked at him innocently and for the first time, he had a feeling to trust her. He wants to have a belief in her that this time, his heart is getting fixed with it's right partner.

He caressed her cheeks making her relax in his arms..

Nandini ( sniffed ): Iss baar maaf kar rahi hoon..parr aage se expect math karna..

He smiled at her and she dropped herself on the bed making him frown..

He liked the way she fit on his body, perfectly..!!

Suddenly, she looked at him in a jerk..

Nandini: Tum yaha bhooth banke kyu aaye ho..??

Manik ( sighed ): Nandini, mein bhooth nahi hoon. Tumne aise socha hi kaise..

Nandini: Arey, mein horror movies mein dekhi thi jaise dark hojaye aur yaha, waha se aawaz aayenge aur phir..

Manik: Bas..

She got startled and looked at him with a pout and he immediately took her in his arms..

Manik: Uh, wo you made me feel uncomfortable.

Nandini: Mein..??

Manik: Haa..wo..I..I don't watch..horror movies..

Nandini ( palmed her mouth ): Haww..Tum horror movies nahi dekthe ho..?? Par kyun..??

Manik ( sternly ): Ab uskeliye bhi wajah hona chahiye kya..??

She was about to shed tears when he saw it and he in an instant kissed her eyelids..

Manik: Okay, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I forgot that I shouldn't shout at you..please don't cry..

Nandini ( rubbed her nosed ): It's okay. Par mene royi hi nahi..

He chuckled at her cuteness..

Manik: Haa, tumne royi hi nahi, mein tho bas aiveyi bol raha tha..

She simply nodded..

Nandini: Aur tumne bola hi nahi, tum horror movies kyu nahi dekthe ho...Haww..don't tell me you're scared..

He looked here and there..

Manik: Wha..t..Scared..?? I'm..not..scared..

Nandini ( frowned ): Tho phir tum stammer kyu kar rahe ho..Ma hamesha kehthi thi, ki jo insan stammer karthe hai, unke baathon pe bharosa nahi karna chahiye, kyunki wo jhoot ho sakthe hain..Mujhe jhoot pasand nahi hai..

He snapped his head at her, who was making faces at him which showed how much she hates lies..

Manik: Tum apni Ma, baap ko janthi ho..?? Mathlab, tum orphan ho na..??

But this time, instead of getting to see a casual look on her face, he saw her eyes getting welled up..

Nandini: I'm an orphan..

It was more like a whisper to herself, as if she still couldn't believe that she was an orphan. He wiped those tears which wasn't even known to herself.

Nandini ( softly ): Grumpy Coffee, tumhe patha hai, meri Ma bohath khoobsurath thi. Like, she was the epitome of beauty. Especially, her eyes, it had only warmness in them. Mujhse bohath pyar karthi thi. Aur mere Papa, wo tho mera superhero tha. Mere har ek wish unkeliye important tha. Wo hamesha kehthe the ki " Nandu, you wish is your Papa's command so never hide something from me, jo bhi chahiye wo milegi meri bachi ko.." He was everything to me..

Manik looked at her and this was the first time, he saw her speaking something emotionally. He could understand how much painful it's for her..

Manik: What happened to them..?

Nandini ( sniffed ): They left me, in this cruel world, all alone. Ma passed away due to her allergic attack. She was highly allergic to eggs and we always used to take care of it but one day, none of us were at home and she ate a piece of cake which had egg in it, she loved pastries to no extent. But, she wouldn't have thought that it was the last..bite of her..cake.

Manik held her close to his heart. He now knew, how much Nandini would have affected after seeing Nyonika in pain because, it reminds her of her mother..

Nandini ( sobbed ): Aur phir, Dad, he too left me soon. Mein bhagwan ji se katti hona chahthi thi par Ma ko pasand nahi hai isiliye mein unse abhi bhi naraaz nahi hoon.

Manik pulled her more into his arms and kissed her forehead..

Manik: You're seriously something, Nandini..

She looked at him with a frown and he just gave a smile to her..

Manik: Tum nahi samajpaoge, mujhe bhi zyada kuch samaj nahi aaya..

Nandini ( bad face ): Tum iss dunya ke sabse ajeeb insan ho..

Manik ( chuckled ): Aur tum iss dunya ki sabse normal insaan ho, hai na..??

Nandini ( casually ): Wo tho mein hoon..

He so wanted to glare at her but then he didn't want to see her shedding tears again.

Manik: Chalo, ab sojao..

But, Nandini wasn't in a mood to sleep. She rested her right elbow on his chest and looked at him which took him in surprise as their faces were so close to each other.

Nandini: Grumpy Coffee, tumne bathaya hi nahi, tum yaha kya kar rahe ho..??

Manik ( nervously ): Mein...uh, mein yaha...mujhe yaad nahi..

Nandini ( confused ): What..??

Manik: Arey, mujhe yaad nahi mein yaha kyu aaya hoon. Mein tho bas, drive kar raha tha aur patha nahi gaadi yaha ruka, ekdum achanak se..patha nahi kya hua tha..

And she looked at him with a very bad face making him grin sheepishly..

Nandini: Tumhe patha hai, mein phirse bol rahi hoon, you're so weird. Mathlab, ekdum achanak se gaadi ruk gaye jab tum wo drive kar rahe the aur oopar se wo yaha ruke the, like, Sherlock Holmes ke book hai kya..

Manik ( bored look ): Arey tho sirf Sherlock Holmes hi ye sab keh sakthe kya..?? Mein bhi Manik Malhotra hoon..

Nandini ( casually ): Tho..?? Doctor Watson tho nahi..

Manik ( frowned ): Kaun Doctor Watson..??

Nandini ( irritated ): Ab ye bhi nahi patha tumhe..?? Dr. Watson was a character of the canon of Sherlock Holmes..

And he slapped his head in frustration..

Manik: Meri Lilliput, tum mere di..

Nandini ( stunned ): Wait what..?? What did you just call me..??

Manik looked here and there but she forced him to look at her..

Nandini ( angrily ): What did you call me..??

Manik ( smiled nervously ): Li..Lilliput..Arey tum..dikhne mein bohath..choti ho na..isiliye..

And there again, she started shedding tears..

Nandini: You find me short..My height is just cute, okay..

Manik ( panicked ): Arey Nandini, tum rona bandh karo. Mein tho bas mazak kar raha tha. Waise bhi, tum mujhe Grumpy Coffee bulathi ho par mein tho kuch kehthe bhi nahi, huh..

Nandini ( sniffed ): Kyunki tum ho hi ek grumpy insaan. Hamesha coffee peeke har ek insan pe chillathe rehthe ho, isiliye tho mein bulathi hoon aise..Par, mein konse angle se short dikhthe hoon tumhe..??

Manik ( wiped her tears ): Acha teek hai, maan liya, tum Lilliput nahi ho..khush..???

She gave a grin to him making him sigh in relief..

Manik ( murmured ): Patha nahi, ithne tantrums lathi kaha se, ab aisa hai tho jab ye pregnanat hogi thab kya kya nahi karegi yeh..

He widened his eyes just after saying it..!!

What the hell, did he just mean that he'll make her pregnant..???

He slapped his head once and twice..

Manik: Manik Malhotra, you're literally behaving like a gone coffee..Iss Lilliput ne tho dimaag hi khaa liya mera..

He looked at her only to smile. There, she was sleeping, snuggled in his warmth and he caressed her cheeks while dropping a kiss on her forehead. Soon, he too slipped into a deep slumber..

Next Morning

Peace is always an important part of one's life. Happiness leads you to peace and some find it in someone's arms and that someone could be your LOVE.

Manik opened his eyes lazily and stretched his arms and yawned. But then soon, his gaze fell on his chest where someone was lying and he freaked out making the person murmur..

" Sone dho mujhe, koi.." and he looked at that person's face and sighed in relief after knowing it was his Lilliput.

Manik ( muttered ): I didn't know that I was a bed for my Lilliput..

He took her hair strands in his hands and tucked them behind her ear and looked at her face which looked so serene and peaceful making him smile. He looked at her and then closed his eyes.

Manik: She's my peace..!!

He opened his eyes again and looked at her and then his surroundings and roamed his eyes all through her bedroom.

He smiled, seeing it..!!

And then, his gaze fell on her portrait making his breathe hitch in his throat..!!

Manik: Wild cat can be a mesmerizing kitten too..!!

Soon, he felt some movement on his chest making him aware that she's going to wake up, soon. And like he said, she opened her eyes and stretched her arms..

Nandini: Mruno...tum aaj zinda nahi ho kya..??

But then, she felt something hard beneath her instead of her soft bed. She touched it and found out that it was a body and she was about to shout..

Nandini: Aa...

Her mouth was palmed and she looked at the person only to widen her eyes..

Manik: Tum chilla kyu rahi ho..??

Nandini: Grumpy Coffee, tum yaha kya kar rahe ho..??

He stared at her with a dumbfounded face..

What is she, an alien who jumped onto Earth by mistake..??

She shook him by his shoulders and he got out of his shock..

Manik: you really don't remember anything..??

Nandini: What do you mean..?? Subah subah kya bol rahe ho..Aap mere bed..

And she looked at her surroundings and then it clicked her mind too. How she spent her time with her Grumpy Coffee, most importantly how she shared about her mother's death. She jerked herself from him and sat on the bed with a pissed face.

Nandini ( frustrated ): Tum mere ghar pe kya kar rahe ho, huh..??

He too got up and glared at her..

Manik: Tumhe abi thak yaad nahi aayi kya..Mein kal se yaha tha..

Nandini ( irritated ): Wo tho mujhe yaad hai, par yaha kar kya rahe ho..??

Manik ( pissed ): Socha, ek movie dekhoon, isiliye aaya hoon..

Nandini ( glared ): Acha, Mumbai ke movie theaters kisne jalaya jo tumne socha MruNi's Apartment mein aake movie dekh sakthe hain..

He looked at her in shock. What happened to her..?? She looked more angry now. Yesterday, she was crying for every small things and today, she was getting pissed for some or the other matter.

Manik: Tumhari problem kya hai..?? Kal tho ro rahi thi aur ab gussa kar rahi ho..??

Nandini ( irritated ): Mein rothi nahi hoon. Aur ab tum bina wajah hi mujhse lad rahe ho jab mujhe tumse gussa hona hai. Mere kamre mein, mere bed pe aaye ho..Tumhe patha hai, mene aaj thak kisi bhi ladke ko allow nahi kiya mere room mein ghusne keliye..

Manik: Mene kahi ghusa hi nahi. Tumne khud permission diya hai mujhe..

Nandini ( pissed ): Tumne mujhe utake yaha laya tha aur ab mujhse lad rahe ho, problem kya hai..?

Manik ( frustrated ): What's your problem..??

Before they could fight more, they heard Mrunal's voice from outside.." Fluffy, tum kaha ho.."

Nandini ( shouted ): Mein y...

He palmed her mouth while looking at the door with a horrified look on his face..

Manik: Have you gone mad..?? You're letting Mrunal in when I'm still present in your room..

She pushed his hand away..

Nandini ( irritated ): Tum kya koi chor ho jo Mruno se ithna darthe ho..?? Waise tumhari bhi galathi nahi hai, Mruno har subah bhoothni jaise hi dikhthi hai, patha nahi sothe waqt kya karthi hai ki har subah witch jaise shakal hi banake rakhthi hai..

He looked at her with a disbelieving face while she has already reached near the door to open it and he ran to her and pinned her on the wall behind the door..

Nandini: Grum...

Manik ( angrily ): Shut up..ab tum roo ya nahi, par mere bath sunn pehle. Mrunal mujhe yaha nahi dekhna chahiye..kyu, kaise, ye sab math poochna, kuch bhi karke tum mujhe usse hide karogi..

But instead of crying, Nandini looked annoyed.

Nandini: Ek tho subah mein tumhe apne kamre mein dekh rahi hoon aur tum mere faida uthake kal mujhse mere parents ke barein mein jaan bhi liya aur ab tum mujhe meri bestie se jhoot bulane ko keh rahe hai..

Manik ( stunned ): Tumhara faida uthake..???

Nandini ( scowled ): Aur nahi tho kya..?? Agar seedha poochliya tho nahi bolungi, isliye kal mujhse sab jaane ke koshish ki kyunki mein P...

And she stopped in the middle after realizing that she was about to say that she was on her PMS..

Manik ( smirked ): Kyunki tum..??

Nandini ( pissed ): Stupid..duffer..tum sirf grumpy nahi balki annoying coffee bhi ho..

And he started laughing, while she looked pissed. They heard Mrunal's voice again and Manik glared at Nandini..

Nandini ( smirked ): Nahi karoongi..tho..kya karoge tum..??

Manik ( smirked ): Agar nahi karogi tho, tumhari wo bestie ke samne hi tujhe kiss karoonga..

She widened her eyes and palmed her mouth..

Nandini: Tum mere prince charming ka haqq churaoege..

Manik ( pissed ): What..!!

Nandini ( glared ): Mujhe kiss karne ka haqq mera prince charming ka hai..

Manik ( angrily ): Ek aur baar tum apne prince charming ka naam lo aur mein kiss karke dikhaoonga..

She gulped in fear and soo heard Mrunal knocking on the door much to her worry..

Nandini ( thought ): Ab mein kya karun..Mruno se mein jhoot kaise bolungi, meri bestoe se aajthak mene jhoot boli hi nahi..iss grumpy coffee kya kya karwarahe hai mujhse..

Manik ( smirked ): Kaha kho gayi..??

She looked at him in extreme anger..

Nandini: Tumhe tho mein zaroor dekhloogi Grumpy Coffee..

And she opened the door to see a shocked Mrunal while she gave a nervous smile to her in return..!!
