"Mom, she has a reason!" Everybody's eyes were fixed on me for an answer now.

"Kya reason hai?" Cabir asked.

"I..I-" How could I tell them the reason? They all will break apart!

"She has a reason, but she won't tell us" Manik said

"Waah! Pehle chale jao..fir bolo reason hai! Reason kya hai? Nahi batana! Kyunki koi reason hai hi nahi!" Mom shouted.

"Mom, listen to me. Jab dad ne itne saal Hume gaana nahi Gaane diya, what did you tell me? Ki Manik, don't hate him, he has a solid reason. When I asked you why? You told me, humesha explanation important nahi hota! Feelings, trust, emotions important hote hai! Shayad woh tumhe batana nahi chahte par hai reason!" Mom looked at him shocked.

And, I was relieved that he doesn't know the reason.

"Mom, ho Sakta hai woh hum me se hi kisi Ko bacha Rahi ho." Cabir added.

Mom stood up and started coming towards me. I was looking down, with tears welled up in my eyes.

"M..Mom..I-" Before I could complete I felt her arms covering my body and the tears which weren't coming out since so long, came out in abundance.

"Mom, I am sorry!" I said in between the tears. I missed this motherly love. I missed this warmth

"Sorry to main Hun beta. Kaise bhul gayi ki tune kya kya Kiya hai Manik ke liye. Agar Abhi Chali gayi thi, toh iske piche bhi koi reason hoga" She broke the hug and wiped my tears.

"Aa beta, baith ja" She dragged me to the sofa and made me sit. Navya, Manik, Cabir, I all were sitting in silence, just feeling the atmosphere.

"Main ap Sab se kuch kehna chahti Hun" I said, breaking the silence.

They all nodded and asked me to continue

"I know, kahi na Kahi ap Sab ke mind me yahi chal Raha hai ki maine Aisa Kyun Kiya, par please, it is a request, let's forget all that. Hum chod dete hai purani Baatien! Let's just, live life like normal!" They all gave me unsure glances.

"Please!" I pleaded.

"Thik hai! Agar meri beti yahi chahti hai to yahi Sahi! Ab hum Sab, is bare me aur nahi discuss karenge!" Mom said and all nodded.

"Are Nandu! Humne to notice hi nahi Kiya!! Tum, pregnant?" At first, I got scared as Navya suddenly shouted but then laughed hearing her statement.

Mom's face dropped again. She was scared and I knew what was troubling her.

"Mom, Navya, Cabir! I was pregnant, jabain yaha se gayi. Tumhari baby shower ke din hi mujhe pata chala tha navu!" Everyone's face lightened up.

"Ek aur bacha! Tumhare ate hi, humari life me itni happiness aa gayi ek sath" Mom hugged me and said.

"John, jao Nandini ke liye juice and fruits lao." She ordered.

"Par mom-"

"No! Ab nahi, ab mere aane wale grandchild ka bhi khayal rakhna hai" I nodded.

"Nyonika...main-"

"Raj, ap!" Mom said. I looked to the right to see dad, who was already shocked seeing me.

I moved towards him slowly and he was continuously staring at me.

"Dad" I whispered. He didn't say anything and I bent down to touch his feet.

"Betiyan pair nahi Chuti! Six months me bhul gayi kya" He made me stand and said.

I hugged him and he cried with me.

"Bahut miss Kiya Manik ne tujhe." He said and I laughed between my tears and said,

"Ab dekhna, pareshan ho jayega mere tantrums se" He gave me a questioning look and I pointed at my baby bump.

He looked at me happily and said,

"Hume to nahi karegi na pareshan!"

"Dad!" I said and we all laughed.

"Manik, ye humara room itna Ganda Kyun hai." I asked entering the room. It seemed as if no body had entered in months there.

"Woh, main Bangkok ke liye Nikal gaya tha na isliye" He said.

He locked the door and hugged me from behind.

"I missed you so much. Ab mat jana kabhi. Warna main sach me mar-"

"Shh" I turned around and said.

"Kabhi nahi Manik" He nuzzled his face in my neck.

We both lied on the bed.

"I was so tired Nandini! I was so lost without you. Kavya hi thi jo mujhe khush Karti thi!" He said and I smiled.

"I missed six months of Kavya!" I said sadly.

"And I missed six months of our baby!" He kept his hand on my belly and said.

"Mumma ne daddy ke liye bahut sari pictures ki hai, taki daddy Ko bilkul Bura na Lage!" I said in baby-ish tone and he laughed

"Nandini, tum bhi na!"

"Ye smile meri wajah se gayi thi. To ab meri wajah se hi ayegi!" I said looking straight in his eyes.

"Ab tum agayi ho to, meri smile, mera romance, meri Masti! Sab wapas aa gayi!" I slapped his shoulder and we laughed

"Kal, ma papa ke pas jayenge! Unhe bhi toh manana hai!" Manik said and my smile vanished.

Chaliye Shanno ji yaha se. I remembered Papa's words.

"Manik, hum India to aa Gaye par Abhi Hume bahut challenges face karne hai! Media, office, ma papa, fab 3 aur hum dono!" I said tensed.

"Toh kya hua! Jab hum dono hai sath, to tension ki kya baat?" I rolled my eyes and we laughed.

Finally, I got my family back. I hope everything will be back to normal soon.
