I am back with another update of this story.

The reception party was going on in full swing.

Cabir was busy in flirting with Navya and the rest of the family members were busy in attending the guests.

Manik and Nandini were seated beside each other.

Nandini - Manik aapse ek baat puchu???

Manik looked at Nandini and said- Manik apke Dad... I mean Daddyji kahi nazar nahi aarahe hai.

Manik on hearing his fathers name got a bit angry.

Manik - Nandini... Let's not talk about it.

Nandini - Kya hua Manik Maine Kuch galat to nahi kaha. Agar aisa hai to I am sorry.

Manik - Nandini.... Tum...

Manik's words were cut in the middle by Nyonika.

Nyonika overheard the conversation between Manik and Nandini.
In order to prevent Manik from loosing his cool and saying something stupid in front of Nandini, Nyonika called out Nandini's name.

Nyonika - Nandini... Beta Zara yahan aana.

Nandini - Ji Mummyji.

Nandini went to Nyonika and said-Kya baat hai Mummyji?

Nyonika - Nandini Beta. Bura mat maanna. But I want to say something very important to you.
Manik ke saamne kabhi bhi Uske Dad ki baatein mat karna. Aur isse Pehle ki tum reason Pucho to let me tell you that I am not the right person to tell it.

Nandini - But Mummyji....

Nyonika - Nandini Beta.... Tum Agar chahti ho ki Manik Khush rahe to please I request you ki meri baat maanlo. Kabhi Manik ke saamne Uske Dad ka zikr bhi mat karna. I hope tum samajh gayi ho???

Nandini was confused but still she nodded her head in a yes.

Nyonika - Aur Haan. I am sure Manik tumhe sab kuch bata dega now that you both are married. Just give him a little time.

Nandini - Ji Mummyji. I promise... Mai Manik se kabhi bhi nahi poonchungi Daddyji ke baare me.

Nyonika - Thanks for understanding Beta.

Nyonika kissed Nandini's forehead and said- Waise you have a very beautiful voice. I am highly impressed.

Nandini smiled and said - Thanks Mummyji.

Nyonika - Ek secret batau???

Nandini - Secret??

Nyonika - Haan. Tum itna Acha guitar bajati ho aur sing bhi karti ho. But tumhe pata hai Manik ko to gaana bhi nahi aata. I mean bahut hi besura gaata hai wo.

Nandini and Nyonika looked at each other and laughed.

Nyonika - But I am sure tum uski life me apne Sur bhar dogi.

Nandini nodded with a smile.

Nyonika - Ab tum jao Manik ke paas warna wo yahan aajayega.

With this Nyonika went to attend the guests and Nandini went back to Manik and sat beside him.

Manik- Kya hua??? Mom ko kya baat karni thi tumse?

Nandini - Kuch nahi bas aise hi.

Manik - Nandini tell me..

Nandini - Wo actually Mummyji mujhe apke secrets bata rahi thi.

Manik - Mere secrets??? What secrets???

Before Nandini could say anything, Cabir and Navya came to them.

Cabir - Tum dono yahan kya baatein kar rahe ho??? Zara Hume bhi to batao...

Manik rolled his eyes and said- Kyu ???? Tu jaanke kya karega?

Cabir - Arey... Kya karunga Matlab? Aage chalke mere kaam aayengi ye baatein. Akhir mujhe bhi to shaadi karni hai.

Cabir said this looking at Navya who was standing beside Nandini.

Manik - Acha to tujhe ladki mil hi gayi finally tere standard ki.

Cabir- Mere standard ki to nahi hai. But theek thak hai. Chalegi mujhe.

Nandini - Waise aapko Kaisi ladki pasand hai?

Cabir - Bhabhiji mujhe to ek sundar ladki chahiye thi, Jo mujhe samjhe , mera sath de aur mujhse dher saara pyaar kare.
But har kisi ki kismat Manik jaisi thodi hoti hai. Mujhe ladki pasand to aayi but Uski aankhein ullu ke jaisi hai, aur baal aise lagte hai jaise chooho(rats) ne katre ho. Aur nose aisi hai jaise kisi ne road roller chala diya ho face pe.

Aur thodi si moti bhi hai.

Navya got furious on hearing this and without thinking anything said-Excuse me... Mai tumhe kis angle se moti lagti hoon. Kuch bhi bakwaas mat karo tum.

Manik, Nandini and Cabir immediately looked at Navya and Cabir smirked.

Nandini- Navya tum kyu gussa horahi ho. Ye tumhari baat thode hi na kar rahe the. Ye to us ladki ki baat kar rahe the jo inhe pasand hai.

Navya then realised that she had overreacted .

She knew that Cabir was talking about her but still he didn't take her name and she in anger blurted out the truth.

Navya looked at Nandini, Manik and Cabir .

All three had a questioning look on their faces.

Navya- Mai abhi aayi.

Saying this she escaped from there.

The three of them looked at each other and laughed.

Nandini to Cabir-Ab zyada mat hasiye aur jaake baat kijiye Navya se...

Cabir nodded and left.

As Manik was about to continue his talk with Nandini, a man came to them and said- Hello Beta kaise ho???.

Manik on hearing the voice immediately got up and looked at the man and got extremely furious.

The man had a smile on his face.

He came forward and was about to hug Manik when Manik extended his hand to stop him.
