Hi guys...

Here is another update of this story.

Nandini felt extremely happy to see Manik in the car.

But Manik kept himself busy in his mobile and not even spared a glance at Nandini.

They reached Nandini's home.

All her family was ready to welcome them at the entrance.

Nandini got down and hugged her mother.

Swati too hugged her back with equal warmth .

Swati - Kaisi ho meri bachchi???
(How are you my child?)

Nandini - Mai theek hoon Mom. Aap theek ho na?
(I am absolutely fine Mom. R u alright?)

Swati- Haan. Ab tujhe dekh liya to mai bilkul theek hoon.
(Yes. Now that I have seen you, I am more than alright)

Nandini then hugged her father who came hearing Nandini's voice.

Vivek - Kaisi ho Beta.
(How are you?)

Nandini - Mai bilkul theek hoon. Infact bahut hi Khush hoon.
(I am fine. Infact I m very happy)

Vivek -Nandu Beta tujhe Khush dekhkar meri Saari chinta dur hogayi. Waise hamare Damadji kaha hai?
(All my worries are gone seeing you happy)

Nyonika and Manik too got down the car.

Nyonika exchanged greetings with everyone.

Then she looked at Manik who was still busy in his phone.

Nyonika whispered in Manik's ears- Manik apne in-laws ka aashirwaad nahi loge.
(Manik won't you take blessings of your in-laws?)

When Manik looked at Nyonika, she pleaded him with her eyes.

Manik took blessings of Preeto and Swati.

Manik unwillingly bent down to touch Vivek's feet but Vivek stopped him.

Vivek - Ye kya kar rahe ho Beta. Tum hamare Damad ho. Tum pair mat  chuo mere.Tumhe to gale lagana chahiye .
(What are you doing son?
You are my son in-law.
You don't have to touch my feet.
I have to hug you instead)

Saying this he hugged Manik.

Manik forced a smile and hugged him back.

Preeto- Ab andar bhi Chalo. Kya Saari baatein yahi karni hai?
(Let's get inside. Do you want to do all the talking here itself?)

Vivek - Haan Haan Chalo.
(Yes. Let's go)

With this everyone went inside and settled in the hall.

Nandini looked here and there.

Swati - Nandu kise dhoondh rahi hai?
(Nandu what are you looking at?)

Nandini - Mom Navya kaha hai. Dikhayi nahi derahi.
(Mom where is Navya?)

Swati - Abhi yahin to thi. Pata nahi kaha chali gayi.
(She was right here sometime back. I have no idea where she is now)

While Nandini and Swati were talking, Navya came from behind and covered Nandini's eyes with her hands.

Nandini - Navya kya kar rahi ho???
(Navya what are you doing?)

Navya - Arey yaar Nandini tumne itni jaldi kaise Pehchana ki mai hoon?
(How did you recognise me so easily?)

Nandini - Aisi harkat sirf tum hi karsakti ho.
(You are the only one who is capable of doing this)

Nandini turned towards Navya and hugged her.

Navya- Nandu...I am so happy to see you.

Mujhe tumse bahut si baatein karni hai. Chalo mere sath.
(I have so many questions to ask.Let's go.)

Saying this Navya took Nandini with her to Nandini's room.

In the meantime,

In the hall-

Preeto - Swati Puttar Damadji aur unki Maa ke liye chai nashta lekar aao.
(Swati bring some tea and snacks for our son in-law and his mother )

Swati - Ji abhi layi.
(Ok. I will bring it )

Saying this she went to the kitchen to bring tea and snacks for Manik and Nyonika.

Nyonika - Arey nahi Maaji hum nashta kar chuke hai. Please Ab takaluf mat kijiye.
(We already had breakfast. Please don't bother)

Preeto - Arey ae ki gal Hui. Aap log vyah ke baad pehli baar hamare ghar aaye ho . Mana mat kijiye.
(How is this possible? You have visited our home for the first time after marriage. Please don't say no.)

Nyonika didn't want to cut Preeto's words so she said Ok.

Vivek observed that Manik was too silent.

Vivek - Manik Beta tum Kuch bologe nahi. Mera Matlab hai ki jabse aaplog aaye ho tabse chup chup se ho.
(Manik won't you say anything? I mean you have been silent since the time you came)

Manik - Ji mai kya bolu??? Mai...
(What should I say? I..)

Manik looked at Nyonika.

Nyonika came to his defence and said- Wo kya hai na Bhai Sahab Manik bahut hi kam bolta hai.
(Actually Manik doesn't talk much. He is kind of reserved type.)

Preeto -

Aadmi Jitna kam bolta hai utna hi buddhiman hota hai.
(An intelligent man always talks less)

Hamari Nandu bahut hi kismat wali hai Jo usey Manik jaisa jeevan saathi Mila.
(Nandini is so lucky to get Manik as her life partner)

Bahut hi Khush rahegi hamari bachchi Manik ke sath.
(Nandini will always be happy with Manik)

Nyonika -
Ji bilkul.
(Yes. Ofcourse)

Aap befikar hojaiye.
(You be rest assured about this)

Manik Nandini ko bahut pyaar se rakhega aur uska dhyan rakhega.
(Manik will always look after Nandini)

Kisi cheez ki kami nahi hone dega usey. Shikayat ka mauka nahi dega aap logo ko.
(Nandini would get whatever she desires. )

Haina Manik???
(Isn't it Manik?)

Manik - Yes. Ofcourse.

By the time Swati came with tea and served it to Nyonika and Manik along with Preeto and Vivek.

Swati -
Hume to pura vishwas hai aap Par.
(We have full faith in you.)

Aur Waise bhi Samdhanji aap hongi na Nandini ke sath. Agar usse koi galti hojaye to daant dena.
(Besides you will be there with Nandini. Feel free to scold her if she does any mistake)

Nyonika - Arey nahi. Nandini bahut hi pyari aur samajhdar bachchi hai. Mujhe nahi Lagta ki daantne ki zarurat hogi.
(No. Nandini is a very sweet, wise and a responsible girl. I don't think such situation would ever arise .)

Par...
(But)

Swati - Par??? Kya baat hai Samdhanji. Koi problem hai kya?
(But??? What's the matter? Is there any problem?)

Nyonika - Problem to nahi hai. Bas ek baat thi Jo kehna hai Hume.
(There isn't any problem as such. But we need to tell you something)

Vivek - Haan kahiye na...
(Yes. Please let us know)

Nyonika - Baat darasal ye hai ki Manik aur Nandini hamare sath nahi rahenge.
(The thing is that Manik and Nandini won't be staying with us at our home.)

Manik ne decide Kia tha ki shaadi ke baad wo Nandini ke sath alag rahega.
(Manik had decided that he would stay with Nandini seperately).

Swati - Alag rahega Matlab???
Kaha rahenge Manik aur Nandini?

Nyonika - Mumbai.

Swati - Par kyun??
(But why?)

Preeto - Koi gal nahi. Damadji jaha rehna chahte hai rahe. Isme hum kya bol sakte hai.
(No problem. Manik can stay wherever he wants. What can we say about it.)

Swati - Par Maa...
(But Mom...)

Preeto - Par war Kuch nahi. Ye unke parivar ka mamla hai tu beech me mat bol.
(No ifs and buts. It is their family matter. You shouldn't interfere)

Nyonika - Samdhanji aap chinta mat kijiye. Koi bhi problem nahi hogi. Aur rahi baat Nandini ki padhai ki to she can continue it in Mumbai)
(Don't worry. There won't be any problem)

Vivek - Theek hai jaisa aap theek samjho.
(Ok . As you say.)

Swati was not convinced but still she kept calm.
