Avoid mistakes if any

Post lunch Manik resumed his work . While Nandini had her lunch wen she felt hungry at early evening. Than she was resting wen the small girl in her neighbour came to her for asking help in her studies.

Nandini very happily explained her the concept that she dint understand and than helped her in her studies. The lil girl was so much happy with Nandini's company that she completed her remaining study being at Nandini's place only.

It was evening around 6 wen all the men's came back from work. Noticing them Nandini waited for Manik. Soon Manik came n seeing each other both smiled fully. Manik came in n Nandini closed the door and both hugged immediately after being away from each other for so long. Breaking the hug Manik looked at her attire and said softly

Ma-alag lag rhi ho tum

Nandini smiled and said

Nan-haan I needed a chng so padosi mei jo lady hai na uske sath gayi thi market. I got it from there only

Saying this she took the tiffin box from Manik n came back with a glass of water for him by the time Manik had sat down to relax.

Handing him the glass Nandini got those new clothes that she bought for him. Nandini sat infront of him n took the empty glass from him .

She showed him those clothes and said

Nan-aur yeh tumhare liye

She cupped his left cheek with her ryt hand and said

Nan-tumhe bhi zarurat hai na so I got this for you.......kaise hai?

Manik checked those clothes and realised the material to be the softest so he said smilingly

Ma-aache hai. Aur tumhare liye

She showed him her dress that she is wearing and said

Nan-yeh hai na

Ma-bas ek hi

Nan-kafi hai aur ek pehle wala hai na it's more than enough.

And she smiled to the fullest while Manik was noticing that how can she be so comfortable in this life bt he still dint realise that his love for her was enough for her to live her life.

Looking at him staring her Nandini clicked her finger in front of him and asked softly

Nan-kya dekh rhe ho

Manik nodded his head and laid down on her lap while Nandini started stroking his head. Nandini started checking his hand that if he have same wounds like the previous day bt there was nothing so she was a lil relaxed.After a long silence she asked

Nan-so kya kaam mila aaj......tumhe bus Toh mil gayi thi na......aur tumne lunch kiya na aacha tha khana.

Manik hold her other hand n rested on his chest and said

Ma-haan I got the bus khana bhi khaya yummy tha

Nan-n kaam

Manik looked at her and then said looking everywhere bt her

Ma-construction site pe kaam hai on daily wages

Saying this he removes money from his back pocket and said

Ma-here aaj ki earnings

Nandini felt very bad that he have to work as a slave that to on wages bt she controlled her tears as according to him they make him weak.

Inspite of taking the money she took his hand and kisses it gently. Wen her soft lips touched his palm she realised that his palms have got rough from soft just in 2 days she placed his palm on her cheek n than supported it with her shoulder and again they got silent.

After sometime Nandini said to Manik

Nan-chalo Manik tum fresh ho jao Change kar lo fir thodi der baad dinner krte hai

Manik was so tired after working for the whole day that he was feeling lazy to get up bt that was needed so he got up with pain in his entire body and walked to Change by the time Nandini quickly filled warm water that she had kept for boiling for his bath just like in the morning.

Manik was changing by that time Nandini had laid down the bed sheet so that they can sleep and then quickly came to reheat the food and side by side laying the plates glass and water.

Manik chngd into his new shirt pant wiping his hair and saw Nandini making rotis for them.

He sat near the stove and Nandini served him veggie and then gave him a fresh hot roti and told him to eat while she was rolling another roti. Manik took his first morsel and forwarded to Nandini who was busy in making roti. Wen she saw his hand she looked at him and than his hand with a morsel so asked through eyes " what"

Ma-have......take

Nandini ate from his hand and was chewing it while Manik took his first bite. Like this Nandini served him hot rotis and Manik feeded her and himself . Than she served rice and they both had from one plate only .

Manik realised that inspite of having plain food he was at peace and he knew wat is the reason for that . "Nandini" While Manik was lost in thinking this Nandini noticed that manik's hand were shivering while eating and she understood that he worked beyond his capacity that is why his hands are shivering and her heart cried more

They finished eating and then Nandini started wrapping up the kitchen while Manik washed his hands and came on the bed sheet waiting for her

Nandini came up and sat beside him and they laid down. Manik rested his head on the pillow while Nandini was abt to lay down bt seeing only one pillow he asked

Ma-tumhara pillow kaha hai

Nandini gathered her hair so that it doesn't distrub him and said laying down keeping her head on his heart

Nan-yeh raha mera pillow.

Manik immediately wrapped his hand around her and both laid down silently playing with each other's fingers. After sometime Manik asked

Ma-tumne yeh kapde kaise banai

Nan-kaal paise diye the na tumne ussi se i buyed this. Kaal raat ko I realised that you need more clothes tum kaam pe jaate ho na isliye. So aaj yeh side pe lady hai na hamari padosi uske sath meri aachi dosti hogai hai she helped me in gng market and all so I got it.

Manik kissed her head and again silence prevailed btwn them. Soon Manik dozed off due to tiredness. Once Nandini felt his even breathes she raised her head and saw him fast asleep.

She came out of his grip and tears immediately made its way. She quietly got up and warmed some cooking oil and came back to him.

She folded his pant till his knees and checked the oil wen she felt that the oil is bearable warm she started applying on his legs with her fingers and started gvg him a gently massage crying silently.

Gvg a proper long massage on his legs she came near his hand and again started applying it downwards from his elbow till his fingers . Co-incidentally as she finished massaging his hands Manik turn in sleep n Nandini got a chance so she lifted his shirt and massaged his back too. She kissed on his tattoo and continued to give him a massage. Manik being dead tired was in deep sleep that he dint realise Nandini's touch.

Once she was done she stood up and kept everything on its place and came back. She picked up his clothes that he wore today and washed his jeans as he will need that in the morning.

She laid down beside him adoring him and slept unknowingly. Next morning was the same until Manik left for work. After he left Nandini with her neighbour visited the market she bought fresh vegetables and one fruit and also stitched one more pant for Manik as he needs that. Along with that she bought a massage oil for Manik so that she can give him a proper massage wen he is fast asleep.

Rest of the day was normal and their days were passing like this only Manik tried to start his plan bt whenever and wherever he thought and hope that today he will get a start of it he failed bt he never gave up.

2 months passed like this only. Slowly slowly Manik was starting to be happy. And he got use to his work so that was not a problem while Nandini had completely adjusted herself in that environment. She was happy that Manik is moving on. Every night she use to give him massage and also started saving money from manik's earnings. She in her free time gave tutions to the kids in the village and they all became friendly with each other.

Now whr Manik is working at the construction site at that site ppl use to come from other villages too and today In that village there is a festival so all the ppl have to go there so there was a half day at work so after 2.30 their working hours were over.

Now that he had half day so today there was no bus service to drop him back so he had to walk all the way back to the village.

Here at other side  of the road a silver Mercedes was gng by wen some bikers surrounded that car and forcefully pulled out the owner of the car who was in his mid 60's and started lightly slapping him throwing his glasses and all. His driver tried to help him bt they punched him n made him fall at one corner of the road.

To the bad luck of owner he was carrying a crore rupees with him. Those theif started forcing him to give him the brief case bt that money was very important for him and he was begging those men's to let him go bt they dint agree.

Here Manik was passing by there only wen he noticed all this chaos happening. He saw that one men among them was gng to punch that old man so he rushed and immediately fisted that punch saving the owner.

He started fighting among them men's. Punching kicking he started beating everyone. Getting scared those men's ran away while Manik dusted all the dirt from him and checking his hands as his knuckles were paining slightly.

Then he picked up the driver and his glasses and said to that old man

Ma-sir aap k glasses

Owner-thank you beta

Manik gave him a faint smile and was walking away wen

Owner-sunno beta

Manik turned to him and came near

Ma-ji

Owner-bura na Mano Toh ek baat puchu tumse

Manik bobbed his head to continue while the owner asked

O-kaha rehte ho

Ma-yahan pass Mei ek gaon hai waha pe.

O-tum gaon k lagte nhi ho

Ma-ji Mei nhi ho gaon ka

O-toh yahan kya kr rhe ho

Manik remained quiet and the man understood that it's too personal so he asked

O-tumhara naam kya hai

Manik looked at him and said being lost

Ma-naam woh hi toh banana hai

The man understood that he needs help so he said

O-kya kaam krte ho

Ma-pass Mei ek construction site hai wahi pe

O-mere yahan kaam karoge

Manik eyes shined bright while the man removed his card and said

O-salary bhi aachi dunga.....aur kaam bhi Aasan hai.......yeh mera card hai agar offer manzur ho toh kaal aajana office Mei....

Manik took the card and thanked him. They were gng away to their own path wen the men again turn to him and asked

O-waise kya naam bataya tumne aapna

Ma-Manik

O-Manik? Thik hai bye

Ma-bye.

And they left towards their own destination. While walking Manik read the card and understood the man to be rich enough and also work is good and he offered good salary too so he was just thinking.

With all this he reached home whr Nandini was waiting for him. As they entered in both hugged each other tightly.
