Nandini entered Navya room to find it a complete mess while she sat in middle angry with a face that seem she was about to cry.

Nan: Navya...
She called out with wide eyes.

Navya looked in her way and walked to her angrily.

Nav: Finally you are here. Kahan thi tum, tum jati ho na I need you on my side and still tum humme akele chor ki chali gaye. Nandu tum kaise chali gaye hum...tum...
She almost cried while Nandini was beyond guilty.

Nan: I am sorry Navya. I promise, I will make upto you please don't cry I am sorry.
She said wiping her tears while making her sit on bed.

Nav: Kuch time me mehndi start hogi aur fir sangeet hai aur hum tehyar bhi nai hai. Cabir ji and sab log yahan..
She kept on jabbering while Nandini moved around the room to get thing sort out and arrange her lehenga and jewellery.

And Maria sat next to Navya carefully listen her sad story of How Nandini ditched her being her only bestfriend then too.

While her face expression were worth to watch as she agreed with Navya nodding making Nandini glare at her on which she would show her small teeths.

Cabir's place,

He was standing infront of mirror arranging his precious hair like some hero until Manik entered all red in anger.

Cabir : Do you realize you have come here to attend my wedding and not for your personal work.
He taunted while Manik sat on the bed with a sighed busy in his phone.

Cabir: Little importance towards me will not kill you.
He said dramatically while Manik frowned looking at him and rolled his eyes muttering Dramaqueen.

Cabir: As expected.
He smiled sarcastically and next what he said gain Manik attention.

Cabir: My brother was asking for Nandini's details, I think he has crush on her or he surely has...yup
He said looking from the mirror while hearing this Manik body turned rigid and his face turned angry.

Man: What ?
He almost yelled on the poor groom who was adjusting his buttons.

He turned around raising his eyebrows while Manik gritted his teeths, soon Cabir confused face turned into a smirked as he sat next to Manik.

Man: I meant what that means, nothing more.
He explained himself knowing well the man sitting next to him will definitely get all right ideas and he would be his death if get to know about Nandini.

Cabir : I think he has fallen in love and will probably tell my aunt about the girl and then you know na that exchange of number and all arrange marriage things happen.
He continued with his fake acting while Manik was beyond angry by now.

Man: Tell that man to stop getting ideas about Nandini. They won't have anything together. Before that Abhimanyu will kill him. He is too possessive about his sister.
He said folding his hands into angry fist.

Cabir: I think not Abhimanyu but Manik Malhotra is going to kill him for sure.
He replied rasing his eyebrow as a challenge while Manik stood up to leave.

Cabir : I saw the way you ran behind her so would you like to explain because I have never seen Manik Malhotra running behind a girl it's rather opposite you know ?
He stood in his way pretending to think hard for a reason scratching his scalp while Manik glared at him.

Man: It's nothing what you are thinking, things are already complicated so stop making them more for me.
He said while Cabir just raise his hands in defeat.

Cabir: Not to offend you but that girl definitely means alot to you.
He said walking back to admire himself while Manik shook his head leaving the room to which Cabir smiled from the mirror.

Murthy Mansion,

Mukti paced around the room thinking of all possibilities until she messaged someone.

I want to meet you. Tom 10.00 am you know where.

She press the send button sighing loudly.

Was it the best decision or not she thought after sending the message.

Until immediately she got a reply.

To which she stared.

Navya place,

Nan: You are finally ready and look beautiful.
She said grumpy after hearing here continuous jabbering about past 3 years and more, stories where Nandini had ditched her for a movie or some fancy party blah blah blah....

There was no stop for her today.

While Maria slept on the bed playing on Nandini mobile.

Nan: Navya I am sorry. Okay ? Now will you stop or should I just run away.
She shouted on her as her mouth wasn't shut for even applying lip stick.

Navya : See if you would be sorry sachi wala then wapis bhagne ki baat nai karti.
She accused her in return to which she pulled her hair.

Finally Navya was ready and was asked to get along with her aunt to reach venue and start the mehndi ceremony.

Navya : Hum Nandini ki saath aagaye.
She refused her aunt request as she waited Nandini too get ready

Nan: No Navya you should get going, moreover I am waiting for Mukti bhabhi call too. And what if your in laws come soon. You should be there and start applying your husband name in your hands.
She teased her while doing her eyeliner.

Navya : Haha very funny but you better reach soon varna aaj tumme nai choruge.
She threaten while Nandini laughed showing a thump up as she left carrying her embroidery heavy lehenga with difficulty.

Nan: Maria get up lets get you ready.
She said to her who was busy playing game of her mobile.

Maria: Only 5 minutes more.
She said showing her five fingers shifting herself to other side of bed making Nandini sighed in defeat.

She moved to the landline phone to call Mukti.

Phone conversation,

After few rings finally Mukti picked up the phone.

Mu : Hey...
She greeted Nandini being distracted.

Nan: Hi... Please tell me you are not on your way to venue.
She asked crossing her fingers behind with both eyes close.

Soon realization drown into her on realizing what she meant.

Mu: Not exactly but I will reach soon.
She said being unsure about her soon.

Nan: Good pick me up from Navya place while you leave, Maria is too there with me.
She said wearing her bangles while Mukti on other side got nervous.

Mu: Nandini it will take time for me too reach there, I will send the driver to pick you up as your brother is not using his service for today.
She said reading the files in a treasure hunt from Abhi study room.

Nan: Fine but why didn't you come for haldi ?
She asked the most obvious question while Mukti looked away sighing she replied.

Mu: Your brother had kept me occupied.
She said opening the drawer of his huge study room with infinite files.

Nan: Ohh...
She said in a tease while Mukti cut her off.

Mu: Nothing what you are thinking, we had a fight and that made me late.
She said suppressing her anger for Abhi.

Nandini on other side shut her mouth and asked

Nan: All is good now ? You guy are good isn't it ?
She asked with a worried voice.

Mu: Nandini I need to talk to you about something important wait for me there okay ?
She sighed cutting the call not giving her a chance to continue.

At the venue,

Nandini and Maria reached there as they got down from the Car they were greeted by a worried Manik who was waiting for them since when.

Man: Where have you two being ?
He asked moving towards them.

Nan: Traffic.
She said while Maria moved behind her lehenga as the real reason was, she was not ready to get up from the bed.

After Nandini nth number of attempts she got up to get ready.

Man: Traffic ??
He questioned her as even in traffic it wouldn't take this long to reach here.

Nan: Yes do you think I will take so long to get ready.
She said dramatically while Manik chuckled.

Man: Nope but I doubt as you look exceptionally beautiful.
He praised her while Nandini giggled moving Maria ahead.

Man: And my daughter look like an Angel.
He said picking her up as she hid her face in his embrace.

She agreed to come until in bribe Nandini told about the design of mehndi which attract her attention because she was not aware of something like that before.

Maria: Papa I too will put mehi.
She said the incomplete word making Manik confuse.

Nan: Mehndi....we have to apply mehndi, Mr Malhotra you are making us late.
She said showing fake anger while Manik shook his head in disbelief and Maria clapped her hands in excitement.

The guest had already arrive while the ceremony was going in full fledged.

With people laughing, dancing, women palying drums while other applying mehndi.

Nandini looked around with her eyes shining to the craziness and sound.

Nan: This is call full fledged punjabi wedding.
She said with excitement.

Man: Well your friend is not Punjabi and it's their side function.
He said making Nandini glared at him while he looked innocent as according to him he didn't say anything wrong.

Nan: Thank you for informing.
She said getting offended while Manik nodded being confuse.

Maria : It too noise noise.
She said covering her ears.

Man: I will keep her with me.
He said while Maria nodded in agreement.

Nan: But she want to apply mehndi.
She disagreed while Manik looked for Maria answer.

Maria: After sumtime (sometime).
She said frowning looking away hiding her face more in Manik.

Man: You carry on I will get her to you after sometime.
He said going away while Nandini stood there looking as he moved away.

She moved near Navya as she saw her sitting next to her amma and mother inlaw.

On seeing Nandini, Navya glared at her while she smiled innocently.

Navya : Again late.
She said angrily

Nan: The design looks so lovely. Right aunty.
She changed the topic sitting next to her.

Shweta : Indeed it's beautiful.
She agreed putting her hand on Navya head lovingly and kissed her forehead on which Nandini smiled eyeing Navya who blushed more become red tomato as she saw Cabir looking in her way as he stood just little away.

Navya : Thank you mummyji.
She said becoming red.

Shweta walk to attend guests while Cabir smirked giving her a flying kiss making Navya flat.

After sometime she said,
Navya : I wish you too get same loving, caring family and husband. I pray to matarani everyday.
She said looking at Nandini who was admiring her mehndi design as she sat next to Navya applying the same.

Just then Manik came in her view while she looked towards him rewinding her words.

As her cheeks heated up.

Nan: I too wish the same Navya.
She said looking in her way and then again at Manik who too was looking at her.

She signal him about Maria who just then came towards her carrying ice cream happily offering her.

Maria : We are sharing...
She said smiling offering them as she sat between them.

While Nandini laughed kissing her cheek as Maria gave her little ice cream from spoon.

Murthy Mansion.

Mukti was still out here searching for something in Abhimanyu study room.

Until she froze as she heard someone opening the door.

And there stood Abhi eying her angrily as he exactly knew what she was doing.

Abhi: I thought you had a function to attend.
He said walking in while Mukti moved behind keeping the file on the table which she was reading lately.

Mu: I was about to leave.
She said scared while Abhi nodded showing her the way out.

Abhi: I didn't knew you started spy business too behind my back.
He said sitting on his chair while relaxing his back.

Mu: I wasn't doing something wrong okay ?
She said shuttering while Abhi glared at her making her move behind.

Abhi: I had a long dramatic day, so just leave
He said in a tried tone

Abhi : Wait and next time after spying keep the things properly back. I like my files properly organized.
He said seeing the disorganized files kept untidily while Mukti simply nodded being embarrassed after getting caught red hand.

She walked out cursing her fate nth time until she rushed in her room to get ready in hasty.

After getting dress up in next 15 minutes she rush down carrying her purse and phone.

Never in her life she had dressed so fast.

Moving down she saw her husband sitting on bar stool making himself a drink busy watching football match.

Mu: You too are invited.
She said moving towards him while wearing her heels in way.

Abhi: I am expecting some company.
He said looking at her from head to toe.

Abhi: You look beautiful, reach before the ceremony get over.
He said moving towards her before drinking his left over drink.

Mu: Don't drink much.
She said holding his hand as he moved towards their room.

Abhi: Trust me I need to be way more sober by end of the night.
He said kissing her cheeks

Mu: Abhi, I am sorry I shouldn't have gone through your stuff like this in your absence.
She said holding his hands while he laughed lightly

Abhi: You should be sorry and you shouldn't get in my private space Mukti because if I get into yours then it will become difficult for you to breathe too. You still have no idea what kind of person I am.
He said angrily while Mukti was beyond scared after his continuous threats.

What if he has already come to know about her meeting tomorrow or if not then what will happen when he get to know about that how is he going react and act with her.

She moved away from his hold while he chuckled holding her hand back while pulling her towards him.

Abhi: You are lucky that I love you.
He said pecking her lips while going upstairs until he turned again and said making her surprise.

Abhi: There is a surprise for you. Come home soon with our small family sweetheart.
He said smirking while Mukti stood in dilemma.

What he was upto now.
