At jungle

Manik and Nandini reached the place where some smugglers killed an elephant and cut its tooth for smuggling.

Nandini:- (whispered) See I told you they are smugglers. Poor elephant.

Manik:- (whispered back) What the hell are the forest inspectors doing? Couldn't they see the smugglers entertaining the forest?

Nandini:- We have to go back and inform them.

Manik:- But we came so far. Do you remember the way we came from because I can't remember.

Nandini:- I have a mini compass in my pocket.

Manik:- Wow you came here with full preparations. I was a fool to follow you here.

Nandini:- If you are done then let's go.

Manik:- Yeah let's go.

They were going back when they both fell in another hole and the smugglers got alert. They came running there and caught them. They tied them together and informed their boss.

Boss:- Seems like they came here for camping. Idiots, why didn't you check before coming here? What if they went back and informed the police?

Smuggler:- Sorry boss. Now what should we do with them?

Boss:- We can't take any risk. Kill them.

Smuggler:- But boss, even if we kill them more people will come to find them here. Then what would we do?

Boss:- You are right. Wrap up, we are leaving this place immediately and take them with us. We will think about them later.

They all got busy to gather their things when Manik said,

Manik:- Because of your jungle adventure we are going to die.

Nandini:- I don't think so.

Manik:- What do you mean?

Nandini:- I have a phone in my pocket.

Manik:- Do you think we will get a network here?

Nandini:- Is it a movie going on that we won't get a network? Stop your bullshit and try to get it from my front pocket. I can't reach there.

Manik tried to reach her front pocket but he accidentally touched her waist.

Nandini:- (angrily) Pervert, remove your hands.

Manik:- I am sorry. As you know I don't have eyes on my behind so I can't see.

Nandini:- Damn it.

Manik again tried to put his hand in her pocket and this time he successfully pulled out her phone.

Manik:- Got it.

Nandini:- Now text Navya.

Manik:- She would see your text?

Nandini:- If she is not dead she will definitely see my text.

Manik:- Let's see.

Manik somehow typed it and texted Navya.

On the other side

Everybody went to sleep. Navya was still tied with a chair with a hanky stuffed in her mouth and Cabir was monitoring her when she got a text from Nandini's number. Navya made noise so that Cabir remove the hanky but he said,

Cabir:- Seems like your boyfriend is texting you. Late night chat, how romantic! But I am not going to open your hands. You have long nails. What if you scratch me like a wild cat.

Navya again made noise which irritated him.

Cabir:- What???

She again made noise so Cabir said,

Cabir:- Don't tell me that you want to use the washroom now. Come on I am a boy and I can't take you to the washroom like this and if I open your hands you will definitely run to the jungle to save your buddy.

Navya wanted to bang his head with some pillar. This person is hellishly irritating. She again made noise.

Cabir:- Seems like you need to use the washroom urgently. I am removing the hanky but please don't bite me.

As soon as he removed the hanky Navya shouted loudly,

Navya:- You duffer, I don't have any boyfriend. Nandini must be in danger and texting me for help. Now untie my hands immediately.

Cabir untied her hands. She pulled out her phone from her pocket and read the text.

Navya:- See she is in danger. Oh god, what should I do now?

Cabir:- What happened? Let me see the text.

Cabir read the text and said,

Cabir:- We have to inform the police immediately.

Cabir called the police and explained the situation. They also assured him that they are taking action as soon as possible.

In the jungle

Manik:- What do you think? Will they come on time or not?

Nandini:- If the police don't make it on time Navya will definitely come to save me.

Manik:- What would she do alone?

Nandini:- Maybe she won't be able to do anything but she will definitely try her best to save me.

Manik:- You are sounding so confident even in this worst situation.

Nandini:- As much as I know her, she is not a person who leaves her best friend in danger. She is a person who stays and faces everything together.

Manik:- Cabir's personality is also the same. But that prankster has a record of being late.

After some time the police came. They warned the smugglers to surrender but they started firing on them. Nandini was so scared that she closed her eyes and hugged Manik tightly. Manik was also scared but he couldn't do anything as they were tied together. The police also started firing and many smugglers were dead. At a point the smugglers took them as hostage and pointed their guns on their heads.

Smuggler:- Let us go otherwise we will shoot them.

The police:- Leave them and surrender yourself.

The smugglers weren't ready to surrender at any cost. Suddenly someone started throwing stones on the smugglers. They backed off to save themselves and taking this opportunity the police shot the smugglers and rescued them. Cabir and Navya immediately came out from the bush and untied them. Yes they were hiding in the bush till now and they only threw the stones on the smugglers.

Manik:- Why did you come here?

Cabir:- Navya couldn't wait for the police to rescue you so we had to come.

Nandini:- Thanks Navya.

Navya:- (angrily) Ab dost ko thanks bologi? (Now you will thank your friend?)

Nandini:- Okay sorry.

Navya:- Dosti main no thank you, no sorry. Got it?

Nandini:- Yeah.

The police came to them and scolded them.

The Police:- You shouldn't have come here alone. Do you know how risky it was?

Nandini:- I am sorry.

The police pointed towards Cabir and Navya and said,

The police:- And you two. Who told you to come here and interfere in between? What if they shot them?

Navya:- I am sorry but I had to save my buddy.

The police:- It's not a movie where you had to show your heroic adventures.

Before Navya could argue with the police Cabir covered her mouth and said,

Cabir:- We are very sorry. We assure you that we won't do such things in future.

The police:- Okay, you can go now.

Cabir helped Manik to walk and they all came back to the camp.
