Asad's Cabin

Asad was sitting like a mad bull and was glaring at his brothers like he could eat them raw.

Sid ( whispers ): Bhai, why do I feel like Asad Bhai is gonna make me his food ?

Rithvik ( whispers ): Abey, wo sirf tujhe hi kyu khayega ?

Sid: Kyunki mein hi tho chota hoo, aap dono tho mujhse bade hai. Aur wese bhi aap tho bilkul unke jese hai, TYPICAL KHADOOS..

Rithvik ( glared ): Mein tujhe khadoos lagtha hoon ?

Sid: Ab sach tho chupa nahi saktha Bhaiyyaaa...

Viren: Tu fikar math kar, wo tujhe nahi khayega.

Sid: Wo aapko kese patha hai Bhaiyya ?

Viren: Kyunki Asad Bhai vegetarian hai, aur thu koi vegetable thodi hai ki wo tujhe khane ke baare mein soch bhi nahi saktha..

Rithvik and Sid looked at each other and they looked at Viren and they started laughing forgetting that an angry man was still glaring at them. While Asad was gaping at them like he saw some alien and thought ' Didn't my face turn red yet or what that they aren't scared of looking at my face'. He had enough and shouted

"STOP"

The 3 of them got startled and composed themselves.

Asad: Here I am sitting with such a bad temper and you guys are laughing. What is wrong with you guys ? Do you even know what you guys have done ?

Rithvik: Bhai..aap chilla kyu raha hai ?

Asad: Tho kya mein hasoon ?

Sid: Agar aapko hasna hai tho hasiye na..hamme se koin nahi rokne wale hai..

Asad was glaring at Sid..poor guy..Asad Murthy's glare has got such a power that even tigers would turn their heels back..

Viren: Bhai..We have bagged the project..

Asad: Correction Viren..' We have also bagged the project '

Sid: Bhai, this is not the first time that we are sharing our project with some company.

Asad: You think I forgot ?

Viren: Then whats the issue ?

Asad: Because this time we are sharing the project with our rivals.

Rithvik: Oh come on Bhai, they are not that bad. They are just good in business and trying to get the best position in this business world. If we were not in 1st position, wont we try to get this position ?

Sid: Of course we will..

Viren: So even they are trying the sme.

Asad: You think I care whether they are good in business or not. I only care about our Empire. Our reputation will go down if we shake our hands with our own rivals. But here we are going to do it, I just can't believe it that you guys have got no problem with it.

" Not again "

Sid ( muttered to himself ): Bhai will not understand..( Suddenly he got an idea )..

In the dhaba

The food has arrived. Manik started eating it, he was famished. But our Nandu was staring..uh correction, she was admiring it. She was amazed to see this tiny round pani puris cuz she has never seen such things in London, neither she wanted to eat it, she had always wished to eat it from a dhaba in India.

Manik's POV

I was litterally famished and literally angry with whatever happened it office. So i drived to my favourite place,dhaba. I was about to grab a seat when a sweet melodious sweet got inside my ears. I looked up to find her..NANDINI..what is she doing here...God I was just talking about destiny when I saw her in the morning and see she is standing right in front of me now. Looks like even destiny want us to meet, but she seems shocked. Ofcourse she will be, after all we didn't have a proper conversation in our previous encounter, in fact we were literally ready to pull each other's hair. But she has asked me not to make a fight since she is already tired, so am I. I agreed and we shared the bench. She is soo cute yar, she didn't even know how to order dhaba food, seems like she is new to these foods. Our food has arrived and I was busy in eating n when I looked up to her I saw her admiring the food..wait..WHAT!! Who the hell wil admire food ?

Manik: Hey, why are you admiring it ?

Nandini: This is so cute. Look at it, they are so tiny.

I was gaping at her like ' has she gone mad '. Did she just call that puri 'cute' ? Dude, food is my first Love, In fact I didn't find my lady love yet, coming to the pint, I never found food cute man.

Manik: Nandini..are you alright ?

Nandini: Of course I am, mujhe lya hog..ek second..what did you just call me ?

Manik: Nan..dini..kyu ?

Nandini ( shocked ): How did you know my name ?

Shit ! Aur karlo bewkoofi Manik beta..What will i tell her..Hey I just peeped into the register when you were writing your name in the hospital..Wow and then you get embarresed..jungli billi hai wo manik..

Manik: Oh hello Mr.Attitude..kaha kho gaya ?

Manik: Huh..kahi nahi..wait..did you just call me Mr.Attitude

( Lo now its time for our Nandu to get caught )

I was shocked and angry. She called me attitude..like seriously..I was about to burst on her but then bit her LIPS and turned her head to other side...GOD..dont they look like my dream girl's lips..The most luscious lips that I have ever seen..I never found any girl this attractive like her..Is she my dream girl..Manik get a grip, this is jungli billi, your girl will be a soft hearted one..

Nandini : Umm..Wo ,it was a slip of tongue..you know.

Manik( came out of his thoughts ): Like really ? You think I am dumb to believe you ?

Nandu: Haa I did call you like that, I didn't know your name and you were just showing your attitude on that day so I could name you that..

Manik: You know you are unbelievable. Koi aese naam kisi ko rakhega hai kya ?

Nandu: Mein rakhthi hoon.

Manik: Of course, you wil..after all..forget it..

Nandu: As if I am dying to talk to you..

( But nandu was in a big dilemma..she was eating dhaba food for the first time, so she didn't know how to eat it..Will we eat only puri first..and will we drink the water..what..u will drink it ? )

I was annoyed at her but i staling glances of her too. I looked her through the corner of my ears. She was still looking at the food..I had enough..

Manik: Why are you still admiring it ? ( he was annoyed like hell )

Nandu: Nothing. I am not bothering you..

Manik ( angry ): Like seriously ?

Nandu ( tired ): Didn't I tell you am tired. I am not in a mood to fight..PLease...

ManiK ( calmly ): Nandini..you are here to eat it..not to admire..

Nandu ( cutely ): wahi tho nahi ho rahi hai.

Manik ( confused ): What..

Nandu: Okay don't laugh..( manik nodded with a smile ) I don't know how to eat it..will we eat this puri alone and drink this water separately ?

Manik couldn't hold it and started laughing..Nandu pouted angrily looking at him..

Nandu: See I told you not to laugh but you..fine..ughhhh..leave it..

Manik ( composed ): Ohk baba..I am not laughing..but look we will eat the puri along with water, you wont drink the water separately.

Nandu: Ooo...I didn't know..

Mnaik: Shall I show it ?

She nodded at him in excitement.She still didn't have any practice..Manik took the puri and showed her how to eat it. She was looking at him eating like she was supposed to mark his ability in eating..

Nandu: Wow, you eat like this..Let me try it.

She took the puri and dipped it in the water and started eating it. She was chewing it so cutely that Manik couldn't help but to stare at her in awwe...

" She is such a BABY " he thought

Manik: Wese, why didn't you ever try eating it if you were this excited ?

Nandu: Because they dont have dhabas like these..

Manik: They ?

Nandu: The london people..

Manik : London ? Why are you talking about London people now ?

Nandu: Huff..I am from London Mr...? Your name..

Manik ( smirked ): Why don't you say directly that you are interested in knowing me ?

Nandu ( understood ): Are you gonna propose me ?

Manik ( shocked ): What ?

Nandu( smirked ): What? You should be my boyfriend if I am interested in knowing you ? But hey You need to propose me first..I am not an easy nut..

( Manik was gaping at her and she was smirking at him..suddenly they both started laughing )

Manik: God you embarressed me...

Nandu: Who told you to tease me..

They were still laughing..Well they didn't realize that they were strangers and and they were fighting till now. But isn't it the way how soulmates behave..The could fight with each other, call names and embarrass them..but they will be the best friends forever in life..Manan was also one of them.

Nandu: You are not that bad.

Manik suddenly stopped laughing and looked intensely at her.

Manik: Is that so ?

Nandu: Hmm..maybe you are not that expressive and I couldn't understand the real you.

Manik: Maybe..( he smiled ) Manik..

Nandu: What ?

Manik: My name..Manik..

Nandu: Whoa..but I never asked..you know

Manik: Yeah I thought I should tell

Nandu smiled at him

Suddenly Manik gave his hand to her. Nandu was confused.

Manik: I dont find everyone beautiful, but you are, not just your face but your heart too..and I love to make friendship with such peopls..so , mujhse dosti karige ?

Nandu was stunned to hear such a compliment from a stranger..but was he really a stranger..He helped her in getting that child to hospital and noe even taught her to eat dhaba food, no he is nomore a stranger..She smiled and gave her hand.

Nandu: kya mein trust kar sakthi hoon ?

He was baffled to listen such an innocent question from her.

Nandu: When I make friends I dont look the heart but i check whether I will be safe with them or not, so can i trust you ?

Manik ( smiled whole heartedly ): I will protect you till my last breath..

Nandu smiled at him and removed her hand from his hold..
