In the Mansion

It was a bright morning and everyone have gathered in the living room to discuss where to visit..

Mukti: Gobindgarh fort ?

Sid: Ji haan, suna hai wo ek military fort hai..

Manik: Yes, it is..it's related to some Maharajas of Punjab..

Karan ( excitedly ): Really ? Wow..tho hame waha jana hi hai..

Rudr ( annoyed ): Obviously tujhe jaana hai..jaha history hai waha photography aur jaha photography waha Karan Murthy hai..

Karan ( pissed ): Tujhe isse kya lena dena ?

Rudr: Mujhe usse koi lena dena nahi hai, bas tere fikar hai, teri zindagi ka kya hoga !!

Karan ( sarcastically ): Koi nahi bachu koi nahi, tu hai na meri puri zindagi kharab karne keliye..

Rithvik ( angry ): Yar, kithne drama karthe hai tum log..

Karan/Rudr: Mene koi drama nahi ki..

Nandu giggled at it, she kept a finger on her lips when rithvik glared at her..

Viren: Ab bas bhi kar..so its fixed..hum fort chalenge..kyu ?

" Yup "

They went to get ready..Nandu got ready, and she saw a cap in her bag..Suddenly she remembered it was Manik's..He removed it when he started sweating and she kept it in her bag..

She went towards Manik's room and knocked it..Manik opened it and was surprised with her look.." Damn, she looks beautiful in every outfits "

Manik: Tum yaha ?

Nandini: Kyu nahi aa sakthi ?

Manik: Arey nahi, tum andhar ao..

She smiled and got inside and her closed the door..

Manik: Any issues..you never come to my room..

Nandini: Jaise ki mein tumhare ghar mein rehthi thi hai na ?

Manik ( sheepishly ): Acha maan liya..mein tho bas pooch raha tha..

Nandini ( laughed ): You are so cute Manik..

Manik ( horrified ): Nandu..please no cute..you can call me hot, sexy and handsome anything..

Nandini: Yar, why do you guys hate ' cute ' ? Even Bhayyus don't like me calling them cute..

Manik: Kyunki koi ladka cute nahi hotha bas handsome hotha hai..

Nandini: Fine..here is your cap..I came to give this..

She handed him his cap and he smiled at her..

Nandini: Chal teek hai..I shall leave..

He didn't want her to leave but he didn't have anything to stop her..Neither she wants to go but since he wasn't stopping her she decided to leave..But God was with them maybe since Nandini tripped on a empty coke can as it was Manik Malhotra's room and it can never be clean..Manik caught her waist before she could fall but lost his balace due to the sudden trip and fell on the bed above her..They were shocked but soon got drowned in each other's eyes..

Nandini's POV

His eyes were so beautiful. It has the power to make me drown in them..I know I like him but sometime I feel like it's something more. But what..What is it ? My breath got hitched when I saw his eyes travelling to my lips..Does he too feels for me ? He bent towards my face, I dig my nails in his shoulders in anticipation. He ducked his head in my neck and the next moment I felt his cold lips on my neck..Umm..this feeling..it's so blissful..He is the first guy in my life who is this close to me physically and mentally..and I want him to be my last guy too..

Manik's POV

Her lips are the most juicy lips I have ever seen. I bent to kiss them but then I remembered I DIDN'T PROPOSE HER YET..If I kiss her now then she might think that I took advantage of her..I want her to give me the right to kiss her. I can't hurt my LOVE..Love..Yes SHE IS MY LOVE..I thought it was just Like until yesterday night..Yesterday I heard a conversation between the Murthy brothers..they were talking about Nandini's MARRIAGE..They will give MY NANDINI to someone else..No it's not possible..I won't even allow a guy to look at her then allowing someone to marry her is next to impossible..If something like that happens then she would belong to someone else..No She belongs to me..She was, is and will always be MINE..

I was going restless..I didn't know why she affects me this much..My worry was soon gone the next moment I saw Cabir..He is my best friend..I still remember his words..The Manik Malhotra who doesn't give a damn to the world goes mad only to have her single glance..a guy like me who doesn't sacrifice my sleep for anything or anyone was ready to wake up up early just to see her comfortable, THE MANIK MALHOTRA who never bends his head in front of anyone was ready to APOLOGIZE just to see her smile..Manik Malhotra gets possessive only for his loved ones and here He is getting all possessive for her whom he calls her only a friend..All these wouldn't have happened if it was just a mere crush or Like..it would happen only IF IT WAS LOVE..YES I LOVE HER..I LOVE NANDINI..

I couldn't help but to duck in her neck..She smells divine..I didn't know how but I lost my control and ended up in kissing her neck..Umm..This is it..This is home..She is my PEACE..my LOVE..

Manik looked at her face to see her with closed eyes and a red hue crept on it..He stroked her cheeks lovingly, she slowly opened her eyes, he smiled at her making her smile too..They came out of their trance with a knock on the door..They got up quickly in a awkward embarrassment..

Cabir: Bhai..aap ready hai kya ?

Manik: H..haa..tu..tum jao..I am..coming..

Cabir: Okay..

Manik ( self thought ): Shit..How could I lose my control !! Ab mene kya kiya yar..ek tho ye ithni gorgeous lag rahi thi aur mere saath mer bed pe thi..aur upar se I just realized that I love her..Only I know how much I controlled myself from twirling her and shout I LOVE YOU in the morning..So its obvious that I will lose my control..

Nandu ( self thought ): Pagli..Idiot..Stupid..Daadi ki Rab Ji..ye mene kya kar diya..I like him and I feel like he has full right on me but still I need to control until I understand my feeling properly..it's not just like so what is it ? I want to know that first..I should run..Yah I should..

Nandu just ran from there after opening the door while Manik palmed his face with his hand..

Manik: You lost it Manik Malhotra..tode aur din wait nahi kar sakthe kya ? Aakhir wo teri hi tho hogi na..wo kaise..Manik Malhotra tho impulsive hai..ab ready ho ja..

Everybody got in their bus and left to fort..

They reached the fort..

Karan: Now, this is called historical beauty..

Nandini: I agree Bhayyu..

They entered and took photos. the Murthy siblings were just enjoying their first trip together..

Throughout the journey MaNan avoided each other..They were not over with the kiss yet..They got in the bus to go back home while in between the journey they stopped near a dhaba and had food also..Nandini was not at all feeling good in the bus..

Nandini's POV

We are in the bus on the way back home..But I wasn't feeling good..I was feeling dizzy..I think I got too tired today..

( Rithvik noticed her holding head )

Rithvik: Jaan..kya hua ? Tum sir kyu pakad rahi ho ?

Nandini: Kuch nahi bhayyu..

Sid: Baby..you fine ?

Nandini: Haa bhayyu..

Asad: Tho phir sir kyu pakad rahi thi ?

Nandu: Wo..mein tho bas tired hoon..

Manik: Tho pehle kyu nahi kaha..? Mom..you have something to drink ?

Nandu: Manik, I am fine..

Shivaay: No, you're not..

Nandu: Bhayyu, mujhe bas ghar jaana hai..

(They reached the mansion and Asad just took her in his arms and got out of the bus and entered the mansion with worried people behind him..He placed her on the couch..)

I was feeling nauseated..my throat was getting dry,I couldn't even breathe properly..

Asad ( horrified ): Baby..you got pale

Nandu: Am..o..okay..bh..bhayyu..

My vision was getting blurred..I couldn't even console my brothers and tell them that I was fine..

Karan: Doll..Bhai..she..she isn't breathing properly..

( They were panicking like hell..Manik's breath got hitched seeing her in this condition..he felt like someone is snatching his heart from him )

Rudr ( in tears ): Cutie..pls don't close your eyes..hua kya hai ?

Sid ( crying ): Baby..why aren't you breathing ?

Viren: Angel..if..if it's some sort of prank na..then don't..you know we are getting scared..

Rohit: Bacho..be quiet..let me check her..

They moved and Rohit started checking her..

Om: Bhai..she..she is closing her eyes..

Shivaay ( crying ): Nanni..nanni..pls aankhe bandh math karna..

( Mukti gripped manik's hand..he looked at her without any expression and looked back at nandini )

Nyonika ( terrified): Hua kya hai rohit..?

Arpita ( in tears ): Rohit..kuch tho bolo na..

Rohit: I think it's some allergic symptoms..

Om: Allergic ?

Rohit: yh, is she allergic to something or some food ?

Asad: Haa..she..she is allergic to corn..

Shivaay: yah..food allergy..only that..

Rohit: Did she have something related to corn ?

Rudr: Kuch nahi khaya tha..waise bhi she always takes cares of it..

Dhruv: Humne aaj parathas aur vegetable khaya tha..wo bhi koi corn nahi..

Cabir: Guys..we even had soup..and most of the soups contain corn related stuffs like cornstarch etc..

(It striked the Murthy brothers hard..They panicked more..)

Rithvik: No, this can't happen..its high.highly dan..dangerous..

Om: Where is th..the Epinephrine ?

Shivaay: Nanni ke bag mein hogi..Let me check..

(He ran like a maniac along with Om and started searching her room.)

Om ( hiccuping ): Bhai..kuc..kuch mil nahi raha hai..

Shivaay: Nothing..nothing is gonna happen to her..She is our strong sister..

(There was one more soul who was searching for it..Manik was searching it without speaking anything, he had no expression on his face..He saw a bag on the couch, he grabbed it and found the auto injector..)

Manik: Shivaay..Om..

They turned to see the injector in Manik's hand..

Manik: Is..is this the..the thing ?

Om ( took it from him ): Yes..yes..this is the thing..come..

(They ran downstairs to see Nandini more pale..she was even turning blue..It pricked their heart..They gave it to Rohit, he injected it in her muscles quickly.. )

( After 10 minutes her body started regaining color and she started breathing properly )

I got my breathe back..I felt like something heavy was lifted off my body..I was totally in Asad Bhayyu's arms..Sid Bhayyu was near my feet while my bhayyus have surrounded me completely..I smiled faintly at them, the next moment I was in Shivaay bhayyu's arms..I wanted to tell them that I was okay but I was too weak for it..I could see Manik who was standing there in tears..I smiled at him yet faintly before falling in a deep slumber..

End of Nandini's POV

Om ( panicked ): She closed her eyes..chachu..Bhai..

Rohit: Relax..relax..she is just sleeping..its just after effects of the injection..

They breathe a sigh of relief..Rithvik took her in arms and climbed upstairs and placed on her bed in her bedroom..The brothers sat on her bed around her..rest sat on the floor but didn't move away from her..They were worried if they moved then someone will snatch her away from them..Viren and Karan were holding her hands..

Nyonika: Beta..wo so gayi..ab tum log jaake fresh hojao..mein rukhthi hoon yahan..

Asad ( still looking at Nandu ): Nahi Nyonika Mom..aap jaayiae..

Rithvik ( same ): Ji..hum hai yaha..

Anjali: Teek hai, pehle fresh ho jao na..

Viren: Hum karenge..aap sab sojaiye..

Raj: Rehne de bachon ko..bacho..sona zaroor haa..yaha kaka se kehkar bisthar lagtha hoon..

They left the brothers in the room who were not even ready to look at anyone other than their baby sister..

Manik just went to his room and lied on his bed..He didn't even got freshen up..All he could think about was her..He just realizd he LOVES her then how could he think of losing her..Hell he can't even see a dream on it..It would be a nightmare..He turned to left and right to get some sleep but no..all he could see was her paled face whih he saw moments back..he was crying silently..He can't lose her..She had turned out to be HIS LIFE..
