nandini looked at aliya and then at manik......seeing his questioning eyes....she started narrating the conversation happened with her mother and at the end burst into tears........while everyone were shocked at the turn of events......they were almost blaming her for the crime she never did......mukthi had a guilty look on her face as she abused her when she was nowhere at fault.............

mukthi ( guilty ) : nandini.....i .....i am sorry........

fab4 were shocked to see mukthi apologizing......though they were angry on mukthi...they knew why she reacted that way.......her past has made her into a hard nut for the outer world......it transformed her into a rude person.......her past was so brutal that she used to get nightmares every day.....she used to dread trusting others......she completely shut herself from the out side world........though her panic attacks stopped long back the doctors told them that there might be some other behavioral issues which includes extreme aggressiveness , being over protective of her loved ones , anger issues especially with strangers etc............

nandini looked at mukthi and observed her behavioral changes......she understood that mukthi was going through an emotional trauma....kyuki jab ek insaan ke saath koi hadsa hota hai tho uss insaan pe kya beet rahi hai vo sirf vo insaan jaan saktha hai jo vaise hi hadse se pehle guzar chuka ho ya abhi bhi guzar raha ho........that is why nandini understood her condition.....

not wanting to make mukthi uncomfortable nandini smiled faintly at her as if accepting her apology..........

cabir : guys....ab yeh socho ki aage kya hoga........

dhruv : inn dono ke life khatre main hai cabir.....i am sure even if they protest now also their parents will do their marriage as it is the only option to save their children.......

aliya : lekin aisa kya hua hai ki......they are hell bent on getting them married........

navya : pata nahi lekin hum itna zaroor jante hai ki kuch na kuch bohot bura hua hoga ki unhone  yeh kadam liya........

nandini ( weakly ) : ab shayad iss se nikalne ka koi rasta nahi..........

manik : ek rasta hai.......

nandini looked up hearing his voice......his voice held such an intensity that it forced her to look at him.......she never admitted but the way he looked at her made her feel such feelings which she never felt before......the way his eyes bore into hers as if searching some thing......as if asking her to share her pain.....as if wanting to discover the real her not the one she is showing.....but she knew she will never be able to share her pain......she will never bring that nandini again.......she will never feel for some one.......she will never forget her past.....and she will continue to carry her guilt and her deepest and darkest past till the end of her life........

nandini ( coming out of her thoughts ) : kya.....

manik : contract marriage........

nandini ( in a whisper ) : contract marriage......?

manik : haan....this the only solution to our problems.......

navya : lekin tum dono ke parents nahi manenge..........

manik : haan vo accept nahi karenge....lekin agar unhe pata hi na chale tho......

nandini : matlab....

manik : our contract marriage will be a secret.....unkeliye we will be married for a life time.......lekin our contract marriage will last for only six months.....in these six months we will act like a couple in front of them....i know vo new York jaa kar bhi they will keep tab on our movements......iss liye we will stay in the same house like a married couple for six months....kyuki agar unhe yakeen aa jaye ki hum sach me iss relation ko chance de rahe hai to they will stop keeping a watch on us......and after six months main apne raaste aur tum apne............soo....?

nandini : aap sahi keh rahe hai.....shayad yahi sab keliye accha hai......i am ready........

manik : tho i have called my lawyer papers arrange karwane keliye......and also to discuss the rules.......

cabir ( confused ) : rules.....?

manik : of course.....ab ek saath ek hi ghar mein rehna hai tho....we should set some rules right...........

nandini nodded at him........

manik : so isliye.....my lawyer would be here any time ........

and just as he completed like a command his lawyer entered..........he directly went to manik and greeted him respectfully while manik just nodded his head in acknowledgement....* arrogant you see😏....*......he took his seat..........

manik : so my first rule is.......we will not have any relation between us not even friendship.....we will just be strangers living in the same house till the end of six months........

nandini nodded.........

manik : you will be having your own room......and humari shaadi ke baare main kisi ko nahi pata chalna chahiye......dad said i will be joining your college.....so we should not have any interaction......they should only know you as nandini murthy....not as my wife nandini manik malhotra..........

and just as he finished his sentence some thing stirred inside him......nandini manik malhotra.....why does it sound so perfect.......he liked...no actually loved calling her this........he felt proud of calling her his wife..........but he decided to shrug his feelings * dekthe hai kab tak bhaage ha ye apni feelings se😜😎🙈....*

manik : i have no other conditions so it's your turn........

nandini ( blankly ) : i have only one condition.....shaadi ke baad....no matter what we will not have any right to interfere in each other's life......we do not hold any kind of rights on the other person and will stay away from their personal life.........

manik was kind of baffled listening her.....the way she said that sentence showed how much she wanted him to stay away from her life....but her eyes.....they were screaming at him to stay........to know what her past was......to discover her.....

manik ( turning towards the lawyer ) : so i hope you will arrange the papers real soon....( in a dangerous tone )....and mind it no one should know about it........

lawyer ( petrified ) : yes sir..... the papers will be done before your marriage.......

manik : good....you can leave now.........

cabir as if he was waiting for this chance.....he immediately stood up......

cabir : main isse bahar chod deta hoon........

cabir took the lawyer outside.....and spoke looking at him......

cabir : listen tumhe mera ek kaam karna padega.......

lawyer : jee sir......

cabir : ..........................* ab sab kuch abhi bata thodi bata doongi......it will be revealed after their marriage...;)*..........

lawyer ( petrified ) : lekin sir.....agar manik sir ko pata chal gaya tho......

cabir ( coolly ) : tho vo tumhara aur mera murder kar dega......

lawyer ( hell scared ) : kyaaa !!!

cabir ( laughing ) : aree nahi yaar......main sirf mazak kar raha tha......don't worry i will handle him..........

the lawyer sighed in relief.......* bechara cabir ke mazak ki wajah se ise heart attack aate aate ruka hai😎.....*

the lawyer immediately left from there in his car....bechara jaan gaya hoga ki cabir ke jokes uski life keliye haanikarak hai......

inside........

just as lawyer left with cabir manik got up........and every one too stood up.........

manik : so six months it is.........

nandini looked in his eyes.......she couldn't stop herself from looking into his eyes......

manik : it was nice meeting you soon - to - be MRS.NANDINI MANIK MALHOTRA.......
