Person:- Excuse me, who are you? And who's Manik?

Nandini:- (shocked) Manik it's me, Nandini.

Person:- Sorry lady, I think you are mistaken me with someone else. I am Parth, Parth Samthaan.

All were shocked hearing him, Nandini immediately broke the hug and said,

Nandini:- (crying) Manik what's wrong with you? Can't you recognize me, I am Nandini, your Nandini.

Cabir:- Yes Manik can't you recognize us? I am Cabir, your friend. She is Mukti my cousin and that's Navya. We all are childhood friends.

Parth:- Sorry guys, I really don't know who are you all. I have to go, please excuse me.

Nandini immediately held his hand and said,

Nandini:- You can't go like this Manik. I won't let you go.

Parth:- listen you are serious mistaken me with someone else. Do you want to see my NID card? Wait.

Saying this his pulled out his NID card for wallet and showed that to all.

Parth:- See? Now please let me go.

All were shocked seeing his NID card. How's this even possible? Two different people have same face, is it a movie going on or it's really happening? It was too much for Nandini, she couldn't handle anymore mental pressure and fainted. But before she could fall on the ground he immediately held her and shouted,

Path:- Hey, what happened to you?

He patted her cheeks but getting no response he said,

Parth:- (panicked) someone call the ambulance please.

At Hospital

Doctor:- She fainted because of sudden nervous breakdown. Does she has any previous record of any mental disorder?

Navya:- yes doctor. She was suffering from PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) from a few years.

Doctor:- I think she wasn't taking her medicines from a few days and was taking extra stress. By the way who's Manik? She is continuously taking his name even in her unconscious state.

Cabir:- Doctor actually he was her fiance and she used to love him a lot. But she lost her in an accident few years ago and since then she is suffering from PTSD. Today something bad happened with her, she saw someone who exactly looks like him. In fact we all are shocked seeing him.

Doctor:- look guys I know it will sound odd to you all but it would be better if that person stays with her for a few days. She is still in trauma and isn't in a condition to accept the truth. If we force her it may cause her brain hemorrhage.

Mukti:- But doctor he is a stranger. Why he will be agree to act like Manik?

Doctor:- I don't know dear. I have done my best now it's depends on you. Excuse me.

Saying this doctor left there and Navya said,

Navya:- guys we don't have any other options, let's request him and try to convince him.

Cabir:- I still have doubt if he is our Manik or Parth?

Mukti:- whatever it is, we have to talk to him. Bhai you have that Dj's phone number right? Call him and ask for his address.

Few hours later

Nandini slow opened her eyes and found herself on the hospital bed. She tried to sit down but a pair of arms stopped her.

Person:- Hey Nandini, you are still too weak. Please lay down, you need rest.

Nandini:- (with teary eyes) Manik….

Parth:- Yes Manik, your Manik. How are feeling now?

Nandini immediately hugged him tightly and said,

Nandini:- you won't leave me right? You won't leave me. Promise me that you won't leave me again.

Parth:- I promise Nandini, I won't leave you ever. Now happy?

Nandini:- (crying) where were you? Do you know how much I missed you? Do you know how much I cried for you? Everybody said you have leave me and you won't come back ever. Am I bad girl that you left me like this?

Parth:- No Nandini. You are not a bad girl. It's just I had some work here so I had to come here. But I promise I won't leave you again.

Nandini:- (cutely) Nandini promise?

Parth:- Nandini promise….

Outside the room

Navya:- Thank God he agreed to our proposal.

Cabir:- I couldn't believe it that he is an actor but now seeing him acting like Manik I am surprised. He is a great actor.

Mukti:- But guys how many days we will give money to do acting? Nandini have to face the reality right?

Cabir:- For now let's not talk about it. See how happy she is!

Navya:- True love never dies.

Few days later

Nandini was discharged from the hospital. She was strictly said to continue her medicines and a therapist was appointed to council her regularly. Parth was with her all the time but he was actually feeling sad to betray her. What will happen when she will get to know the truth? Will she hate him or leave him? In those days he really started developing a soft corner for her and he really can't effort to take her hatred. He didn't know why he feels some unknown connotation with her as if he knows her very well, as if he has meet her before too. But he always keep his feelings away as today or tomorrow he has to go away from her.
Today is Mukti's wedding and all were busy arranging things and make the day memorable for the couple. But don't know why Nandini was not getting any good vibes. As if something bad was waiting for her again. But she surppress her feelings and getting ready to attend her friend's wedding. After a long time happiness has knocked her life and she can't destroy it.

Nandini:- Manik look this jewelry is looking good with my outfit right?

Parth was scrolling through his phone when he looked at her and kept spellbound seeing her beauty. She was looking absolutely gorgeous in her pink lehanga. Seeing no response from him, Nandini shook him and said,

Nandini:- Where are you lost Manik? Are you even listening to me?

Parth:- (dreamily) beautiful….

Nandini:- What?

Parth:- I mean you are looking beautiful today.

Nandini:- (rolling eyes) oh please I look beautiful always, say something new.

Parth:- (laughed) self obsessed, aren't we?

Nandini:- (giggled) yeah. Okey you go to the venue till then I will check on Mukti if she needs any help.

Parth:- okey.

Parth went to the wedding venue only see a boy standing there and talking to Cabir and Navya. Seeing him coming Cabir said,

Cabir:- Parth meet my friend Dhruv, Dhruv Vedant. We are college friends.

Cabir was continuously saying about Dhruv and their friendship mostly their memorable incidents but he forgot to notice the confused look on Parth's face. Suddenly he started seeing some blurry vision of someone pushing him down from the cliff. He held his throbbing head tightly and stumbled back.
