I thought and entered the school.

"Miss Nandini!! You're again late." This Hitler..ugh!

"Sir, I-"

"Manik ne apna lesson sikh Liya, he isn't late...but you! It seems kabhi nahi sudhrogi tum!!" I didn't say anything.

"And by the way! Nandini and Manik, you have two more days, to complete your project. I hope you remember." I nodded and entered the class.

Sir, you talk about completing the project. Yaha, mujhse use dekha tak nahi. Jaa Raha.

"Hi Manik" I said, sitting at the staircase after school. He was working on his laptop and didn't say anything.

Was, was he angry?

No, no! Why will he be angry! Woh to Shaina se..

"Umm..Manik? Are you okay?" I asked

"Yeah" He said still looking at the laptop.

I raised my eyebrows and ignored.

We started doing our work.

"Manik, aj ho jayega kya project complete?" He hmmed.

My anger raised.

"Why aren't you talking to me? What's the problem? Tell me?" I shut the laptop and said.

"Nandini? We have to complete the project. Let's work." He didn't meet my eyes.

"Fine! You work! I am going..." I said and stood up when I tripped and fell in his lap.

"That's what you wanted, didn't you? You didn't want to talk to me, right?" He said tucking behind my hair strand. I fumbled with words and he continued,

"I saw you and Mihir, yesterday!" I looked away.

"Woh, I..I was-" He interrupted and said,

"You don't need to explain yourself! I think, we are done for today! We will meet tomorrow!" He said and left.

I sat there thinking, is he hurt with my act? Is he angry? Usme aur mujhme kya farak Raha?

She must be thinking, I am angry! Angry because she kissed him!

But, she doesn't know the truth

"Beta, aj Manik Ko nahi layi?" Ye meri mummy bhi na.

"Han, woh..use kuch Kam tha mummy" I said and went in the room.

Kal me usse puch ke rahungi! What did he mean at that time?Why did he behave like that?

"Manik ne mujhse break up kar liya!" I said throwing the bag on the bed.

"What? And mujhe tum ab bata Rahi ho?" He said sitting beside me.

"Why do you seem so surprised? Yahi to chahte the tum!!"

"Woh to hai! Par tum nahi chahti thi, so what's the reason you are happy?"

"Agar, Mai usse break up Karti, toh use lagta I am bad par ab mujhe sabki sympathy milegi! He will always be guilty"

"What a mastermind you are!!" He clapped.

"Tumhe ek important baat batani hai! Kal ki party me.."

"What?!! Tum mujhe ab Bata rahe ho? Ab toh aur maza ayega baby!" I smiled

*Nandini*

"Manik, utho!" I said spotting him sitting on the staircase

"Nandini, project complete ho Gaya hai..just check it..!" This man is getting on my nerves.

"Manik, I said, get up." When he didn't listen, I went to him and made him stand. I pulled him and asked,

"Tumne kal jo kaha uska kya matlab tha?" I repeated my sentence twice but I didn't get any answer

I pinned him to the wall. And when he tried to escape, I held both of his hands.

"I asked you something"

"Look at me Manik!" I made him look at me and saw his eyes moist.

"Manik, say something!"

"What do you want to know? Han? What do you want to know?" He turned me around and pinned me to the wall this time.

"Kya Batau tumhe? Yahi ki I am not hurt because you kissed him! I am hurt kyunki tumne socha woh main Hun..and I couldn't protect you nandini! I couldn't protect you"

I held the corner of my skirt tightly. He banged his hand on the wall.

"Manik!"

"Bye Nandini! Mil Gaya na tumhe answer..now go home." He said and before I could say something, he left.

Tumhe kabhi samajh bhi paungi ya nahi Manik? Pehle mujhe pyar ki hope dete ho, fir khud hi use Tod dete ho!
Aur when I start hating you, you make me fall in love with you, all over again!!

I won't let you be in this guilt Manik.

Hi guys! I am so sorry for being so late...it's my vacations still I couldn't update. I was facing writer's block. I tried hard to write but I just couldn't.
