In the hospital

Nandini tried to get up, Manik was about to forward his hand to hold her but she showed her hand asking him not to do it which did hurt him..But before she could get down , Eva held her arms..

Eva: How did you land up here..?

Nandini ( avoided eye contact ): Um..I don't know..only..you could tell it..

Eva ( glared ): Nanny...

Nandini ( sighed ): I missed my medicine today morning..

Others looked at her shocked..

Eva ( angrily ): Seriously nanny..I told you not to miss it ever..and here you again landed up in this hospital bed again due to fainting..

Nandini ( pouted ): Sorry..I forgot to have it..I was in a hurry..

Eva ( sighed ): Don't use that cute face of yours now..You really know to melt me..How did it happen when you have your possessive kids with you..

Nandini ( huffed ): They had to bear their nightmare today morning, so they just forgot..

Eva ( smiled ): I knew it, without a reason you wouldn't land up here if your sons are with you..

Nandini smiled..

Nandini: Can I leave now..I just can't take this hospital smell..

Eva ( glared ): Then stop forgetting your medicines..

Nandini just smiled sheepishly and got up but she couldn't walk properly..Manik didn't think about anything..He just picked her up and dashed outside the cabin without giving a damn to her protests..

Nandini ( looked around ): Manik..put me down..listen Manik..everybody is looking at us..

Manik ( shrugged it ): I don't care..

She sighed and by the time they were in the car..He just drove it off..Since Fab 5 came in different car to hospital, they had a car to go back to Mansion or else they should have waited for a cab..

Nandini ( frustrated ): What the hell Manik, why did you leave them there in the hospital..?

Manik ( coolly ): They have a car with them, so you don't need to worry about them..Just take rest..

Nandini ( glared ): Why should I listen to you..?

Manik ( glared ): Because you are weak..

Nandini ( looked at other side ): Its nothing new for me..10 saalon se sehthi hoon ye dard..Chahe wo physically ya emotionally..

Manik looked at her but just couldn't keep looking at her. He just couldn't see the pain on her face. He was the sole reason for it..

Manik ( sighed ): I know it..But I don't know how to mend it..

Nandini ( sighed ): You never knew how to mend..

Manik ( pleaded ): I need a break..at least for 10 minutes..please..?

She looked at him and nodded with a sigh..

Manik ( calmly ): You are the only person who knew me well..I couldn't control myself after seeing those photos..My heart knew that you weren't at fault but the thought of losing you to someone else made me restless..it just angered me..All I was seeing was those photographs getting real in front of my eyes..It was that night when I just witnessed my parents ' another fight..Whenever they fight I just get scared thinking whether we will get apart or not . I couldn't think about a life without you and those photos just increased my possessiveness, my selfishness..So I..I just barked at you..Your pleads..I couldn't listen to it..Those photos didn't leave my mind..The thought of us being just like my parents were not leaving my mind..The darkness that I went through my 18 years of life would return to me..I should become that monster which I never wanted to..And most importantly a life without you being in my life, its better to die..I was just in those thought when I shouted at you..When I..manhandled you..I didn't know what I was doing..I..I..I didn't even know that you left..I was just shattered and after knowing that all those things were done by Madhyam, I couldn't even handle myself..

Nandini was listening to him, she knew whatever happened is because of his impulsiveness..but still the fact that he just readily believed those photos instead of her just pained her..By the time he finished they were in front of the Mansion..

Nandini ( in tears ): And you just believed those photos..you were the one who always told that trust is the most important part of a relationship, then why didn't you trust me Manik..Why..?

She was beating on his chest..All her anger, hurt, pain and frustration came out today..A girl who got pregnant when she was just 19 and had to bear the immense pain of delivery alone who never had support from her husband..It isn't something bearable..It really turned her into a tough lady..

While Manik was bearing it..He didn't stop her..he wanted it to happen..Son she was on his chest crying while he took her in his embrace..being glued to each other after 10 long years just made them feel special..they felt it being in heaven..They wanted only this..A sweet hug and a sweet forehead kiss is something that happens every 10 minutes whenever they are together..

Nandini ( crying ): Why Manik..why did you do it..Do..do you have any idea how much I missed you..How much I longed for you..I will not forgive you..never..I won't..

Manik ( teary ): I am sorry Jaan..give me punishment..I will bear it..I just want you 4 with me..What should I do to get you back..I am ready to do anything..I am sorry..please don't leave me..please..

They were just crying being in each others' arms..After sometime he felt her breathing steady..he looked down at her to see her sleeping while holding onto his shirt..He smiled and kissed her forehead and took her in his arms and got out of the car and took her inside the Mansion, in her bedroom and laid her on the bed..

He smiled and gave a long forehead kiss murmuring " Have a happy sleep baby " which brought a smile on her face making him smile widely..This was the sentence he always says whenever they sleep with each other..

In Evening

Nandini was sitting on her bed lost in deep thoughts when Manik entered with some food in the plate..She looked at him and then looked at her lap..He kept the food tray on the side drawer..

Manik: You need to have some fruits..

Nandini ( coldly ): I don't want it, and you don't need to bother..

He expected her cold treatment..He knew she wouldn't forget or forgive him soon even if she has opened up to him..He sat on the bed near to her and forwarded the fork which had fruit piece..

Nandini ( annoyed ): Didn't I tell you..

Manik just pushed the fruit inside her mouth making her shock..

Manik: If you keep on speak then I will keep on push these fruits inside your mouth..

She opened her mouth to speak and Manik did what he just said. She sighed and kept quiet. Soon he finished the whole fruit plate..

While Navya had gone to pick the kids from the streets. The boys smelled the trouble. No matter what, their mother never let anyone else to pick them up without informing them, and that too it happens rarely..

Soon after reaching the Mansion they just climbed upstairs and reached her bedroom. Manvik opened the door slowly thinking if she is sleeping, but what they saw inside was quiet surprising. They saw Manik feeding juice to Nandini..The boys looked at each other in shock but decided to stay outside without disturbing them, they wanted to know what actually is happening..

Manik: Take some rest Nandini..

Nandini ( sighed ): If you think by doing all these things you would earn my forgiveness, then you are wrong..

Manik ( smiled ): I didn't trust you but I did understand you because you understood me more than anyone in this world..And I knew why you are giving these cold looks, you know why am doing it..

Nandini ( irritated ): You never took care of em when you were supposed to manik, so don't do it now..

The boys were just trying to understand the situation..

Manik ( pained ): You are right..I wasn't here when I was supposed to be with you, because I never knew it, but now I know you are in pain so I won't leave you alone..

Nandini ( sighed ): This isn't the first time I am losing control on My BP level..

" What "

MaNan turned to find shocked boys..Nandini's eyes went wide..

Nandini ( bit her lips ): Mar gayi..

They barged inside the room and went near Nandini..

Manvik ( tensed ): Mom..what did you say..?

Prathik ( worried ): Mom, did you lose the BP control..?

Nandini ( lied ): Um..no..no..it..it was just..haan..the BP level changed..nothing to worry..

The boys glared at her but then turned to Manik who was looking at Nandini in shock..She looks so scared and even lied..

Manvik: What happened to her..?

Manik looked at Nandini who was pleading him not to say it which made him understand that Nandini Manik Malhotra is damn scared of her own babies..He could just hide his smile..

Manik ( lied ): Uh..nothing..she is fine now..

Manvik ( annoyed ): God, stop lying you two..

Prathik ( shouted ): Will anyone tell us something..

Manik ( sighed ): She lost the control on her BP level..and..

Manvik ( shouted ): And..?

Manik: She..fainted..

" WHAT "

The boys ran to Nandini and sat on her either sides..

Manvik ( in tears ): Mom, are you fine..

Prathik ( choked ): Mom, did you hurt somewhere..

Nandini ( hugged both of them ): Nothing happened to me..I am fine..I didn't get hurt..

They broke the hug and started checking her to see if there is any marks..

Nandini ( sighed ): Baby, I am fine..I didn't get hurt..

Manvik ( glared ): Jhoot math bol Mom..

Nandini ( nodded in No ): Meich sach keh rahi hoon..I did faint but I didn't get hurt..

Prathik ( annoyed ): Mom, for god sake stop lying..please tell us, is it paining somewhere..?

Manik saw the situation was going out of control as the boys weren't listening to her at all..He went near them..

Manik ( calmly ): She isn't lying..She didn't get hurt..

Manvik ( angrily ): How can you be so sure..? You weren't there when she was fainting..

Manik ( glared ): I was there..She fainted and fell on my lap..ab tho yakeen karo..

The boys looked at him and nodded and then looked at Nandini who was looking shocked..She didn't know that she had fainted in his arms..

Prathik ( confused ): But how did you faint mom..? You never skip your medicines..

Nandini looked tensed again..Manvik noticed it..

Manvik ( curiously ): Or did you miss it Mrs. Nandini Malhotra..?

Nandini just closed her eyes..

Prathik ( glared ): Mom..

Nandini ( sheepishly ): I forgot to take my medicine today morning..

The boys looked at her in extreme anger..

Manvik ( shouted ): What the hell mom..? You skipped your medicine..

Prathik ( frustrated ): We told you..we told you not to skip it..God..we forgot to ask you today..you are behaving childish..

Manvik ( annoyed ): You knew that you should never skip your medicines..

Prathik ( screamed ): But no, you would never listen to us..now why are you quiet..

They turned to her to find her holding her ears..

Nandini: I am sorry..I just forgot..But I promise I won't repeat it..Today your principal came and the medicine just slipped out of my mind..so sorry..

Manvik ( controlled himself ): Uss principal ki tho mein..chod..mom..I am warning you..if you repeat it again then I won't talk to you for 10 days..got it...

Prathik ( irritated ): What 10 days..I won't even come in front of her for 20 days..

Nandini ( sighed ): Acha fine..I won't repeat..I promise..

They just nodded..

Manvik: Better..now..did you have medicine..

Nandini ( nodded ): I did..soon after the lunch I had it..

Prathik ( nodded ): Fine, you need to have some fruits..

Nandini ( shrugged ): Its not needed..

Manvik ( glared ): You are not asked Mrs. Malhotra..You are ordered to..

Nandini ( annoyed ): Yar..I am a human being..I can't eat a lot right..I just had fruits 10 minutes back..

Prathik ( raised his eyebrow ): You would never take fruits if you aren't forced..Then what happened Mrs..?

Nandini ( avoided eye contact ): He made me eat..

Manvik ( curiously ): He..?

Nandini ( nodded ): Yeah..Your Dad..

The boys looked at her in surprise and looked behind but there was no one..Manik had already left the room..Nandini just looked at the ceiling blankly while the boys looked at each other..
