In ManPrIa Mansion

Manvik lost his sleep once he lost his mom's touch on him which was there some minutes before and same was the case with Prathik..They need her by their side when they are upset and they wouldn't let her go until they feel they are fine..And so both came out of their room and saw each other and went into the each other's room and checked whether Nandini was there or not but she wasn't there, before they could ask each other they heard her voice..They followed it to see their mom talking with Manik..She was hurt..She had pain in her eyes and went away after shouting at their Father..

The anger which was melted some moments ago returned back and their hands were formed into fists to control it..They looked at each other and rushed to Manik..

Manik looked up to see 2 pairs of raging eyes in front of him..He could read only anger in them..They were bloodshot red..It bloody hurts him to see them in such a condition, as the reason was himself..

Manik ( softly ): Manvik..Prathik..

Manvik ( gritted teeth ): Did we ask you to stay away from our Mom..?

Manik: Manvik wo..

Prathik ( growled ): Yes or No..?

Manik ( sighed ): Yes..

Manvik ( furiously ): Then why the hell were you talking with her..? How much more pain will you give her..?

Manik ( tried to talk ): Listen Manvik..

Prathik ( cuts him ): No, you listen Mr. Malhotra..She is our Mom..Only we have the right to talk to her..You don't have any right..So don't follow her..Just don't talk to her..

They were about to go but turned back to Manik after hearing him..

Manik ( angry ): Why would I stay away from my Wife..She is my goddamn wife..My love..I have the right to see her, follow her, talk to her..nobody can snatch that right from me..not even My kids..

Manik lost his patience..He couldn't bear anyone telling that he has no right over Nandini..He bloody loved her but he couldn't trust her..But does it mean his kids can make him stay away from her..?

Manvik ( growled ): Come again Mr. Malhotra..come again..Your wife..? Your Love..? Oh really..Was she..? Then May I ask you something..If you love someone then aren't you supposed to trust that person..Aren't you supposed to protect that person from this evil world..? Aren't you supposed to be with that person in all their goods and bad..?..Speak up..

Manik couldn't speak anything, he looked at Manvik with a guilt face..His son was right after all..

Prathik ( furiously ): Now, why are you quiet..Don't you want to talk about your right..? You gave her enough pain..You didn't trust her..You trusted those bloody photographs even when she was begging you to believe her..She loved you with all her heart..But what you gave her in return..You gave only pain..Betrayal was the only thing she faced..You pointed your finger at her character..Her character..You know what..We have never even seen her looking at a guy then how could you think that she cheated on you..Why are you trying to go close to her now, when she is trying to get peace in her life..?

Manik just closed his eyes in pain and leaned on the wall..He has no words..Didn't she promise him that she will love him..only him forever..Hamesha was their word..Then how could he doubt her..doubt her Love..?

Manvik ( angry ): You don't have an answer right..Which means you accept you were wrong..So its better to stay away from her, cause you give only pain to her..only pain..

Prathik ( glared ): We don't want you near her..never..

They went downstairs after saying it..

While Manik thumped on the floor in tears..he knew he is at fault but couldn't digest that his sons hated him to this extent..He lost his calm, its true, but can't bear those words which came out of his own sons' mouth..He was used to darkness but he wasn't used to Harshness..

At Night

Lunch was done in their own rooms today cause nobody was interested to have it together or there was some awkwardness..Nandini has cleared her point with Cabir who understood her after knowing how much hurt she was at that time and didn't want to forgive Manik and she knew if Cabir gets to know about she being pregnant then he will tell this to Manik cause no girl could be alone at the time of pregnancy and Cabir wouldn't let her go away..

It was Dinner time and everyone were on the table except Nandini and Mia..She has gone with Mia to help her ( Mia ) take a bath..Manvik and Prathik was sitting on the right side of table with a chair in their middle..While Manik was oposite to Manvik's chair and along with him Fab 4 was also sitting and this time Navya was sitting with Cabir..Rangeela was also sitting with the boys as he was considered as a family member..

Soon the mother daughter came down getting fresh as a daisy, as they both are the ones who can't sleep without taking a bath..While Manvik and Prathik just crash on the bed , they brush their teeth only because of Nandini's shout or else they would have skipped it too..

Manik was gaping at her..He has never seen her wearing such dresses until today morning..But he didn't know that she wears such short night dresses too..Manvik and Prathik noticed him ogling at their mother..They looked at each other and then rolled their eyes..

Nandini came and sat on the middle seat which was reserved for her by her sons..Mia went and kissed Manik's cheeks for which the boys just rolled their eyes while Nandini didn't look at it..She neither want her daughter to gets sad nor want Manik to think that she is liking the father-daughter bond..

Mia came back and sat on her usual seat, that is her mother's lap..Nandini smiled at her, even the boys..The boys were hell scared when they saw her going to Manik, they thought she would forget their mother and somewhere down the line even Nandini was scared that Manik will take her away but has no problem if she wants to sit on her Dad's lap cause she never had such blessings before but Mia is one of the precious daughter one could ask for..Yes, she did wish for a dad like no one but it doesn't mean she will forget her mom..She too knew how much their mother has to bear to protect them, to feed them..

Everyone started to eat..Fab 4 was looking at the food in amusement..Manik couldn't believe what he was seeing..Mia is a kid who won't look at her food but the surrounding while eating got confused after seeing Fab 5's shocked faces..

Mia: Dad..what's wrong..?

Hearing her Nandini got a bit surprised cause Mia was addressing Manik as Dad and she hasn't heard it when she addressed him for the first time..She hid her tears and looked at fab 5..

Manik ( confused ): Uh..noth..nothing..

Mia ( curious ): Then why are you all confused..? Abhi Mamu..kya hua..?

Abhi ( smiled ): Mein shocked nahi hoon..tho phir mujhse poochke kya milegi tujhe..?

Prathik ( annoyed ): Arey yar..Cabir Mamu..aap bathao..any problem..?

Cabir ( stuttering ): Uh..wo yeh food..Its..Haan..Its Indian..We didn't know that you guys eat Indian foods..

Manvik ( sarcastically ): Wow, we are Americans so we shouldn't eat Indian foods..Like really Mamu..grow up..when will you learn to lie..You don't even know to lie properly..

Fab 4 looked at him in shock while Mukbhi and Navni was just giggling..

Mia ( chuckled ): Mamu..don't you dare to lie in front of them..They will catch you..

Cabir: But how..?

Prathik: One should look into other's eyes when they speak..

Manvik: So you know whether its truth or not..

Fab 4 gaped at the boys..They looked at Nandini who was smiling at her babies..It was the same thing that Nandini believed in..She used to find out easily whenever any of them speak any lie and so she told them how was it possible for her..Manik smiled knowing his kids will be growing up into respectable people..

Mia ( curiously ): So Mamu..now tell..

Alya: Nahi Mia..its about the food only..We are seriously surprised..

Nandini who understood by now why they are surprised seeing the food decided to spill the truth..

Nandini ( fed Mia ): All these are Manvik's and Prathik's favorites..And Mia's favorite is over here..

Manik looked at Nandini with widened eyes and then at Manvik and Prathik who have already started eating Paratha with Chicken Pepper..which was his favorite too..Of course they were shocked cause whatever food was kept there,in that half of them were Manik's favorite and half of them contains others'..

Dhruv ( whispered ): Buddy, sach mein tere bete tujhpe gaye hain..in every aspects..

Manik grinned at it..no matter what..every father gets happy whenever they see their children having same habits or character of theirs..

Everyone continued eating..Nandini was feeding Mia and eating which was adorn by everyone..It was her routine..Nandini has pampered her more cause a daughter is always Daddy's princess but Mia didn't have her Dad beside her so she became Mumma's princess..

Navya served to Nandini's plate more as both were eating from same plate..Alya noticed something..

Alya: Nandini..Why aren't you giving her the fry..She is eating only curry with Paratha..

Nandini ( confused ): She is having the fry..See this..

Alya ( forwarded the chicken fry ): No Nandini, I was talking about..

She was talking and forwarding the fry but got horrified hearing Mia's shout..

Mia: No...Please Chachi..Don't bring it towards me..

Alya ( horrified ): Umm..Sorry..but what's wrong..?

Mia took a tissue near her nose and hid in Nandini's chest while Nandini just consoled her..While the boys were shaking their head in disbelief..

Prathik: Kithne nakhre karthe ho tum.?

Mia ( made a bad face ): Aapko sirf khana khaana aatha hai na tho khaiye..

Manvik ( sarcastically ): Jaise ki tujhe khana khaana nahi aathi..

Mia ( whined ): Mom..

Nandini ( glared ): Manu..Prati..

ManPr ( attitude ): Fine..

Nandini looked at Alya and saw her with tensed look and she was just looking at Mia..

Nandini ( smiled ): Alya..it's okay..don't get tensed now..

Alya ( sorry face ): I am soo sorry Nandini..I really don't know what's wrong..Its that..

Nandini ( smiled ): Its just you were trying to give her that fry right..( she nodded ) Don't worry..She can't take it's smell too..

Dhruv ( confused ): But why..?

Mia: Because I am a Vegetarian..

" What "

Manik's daughter is a vegetarian..God..Manik can even die for Non-Veg food and here his daughter is a vegetarian..This was the reaction of Fab 4's..While Manik who couldn't digest it first got to know something and that is " Like Mother Like Daughter " He smiled at it..

Cabir ( shocked ): Nandu..tu ne meri Bhanji ko Vegetarian bana diya..

Nandini ( surprised ): What..mene kuch nahi kiya..mein tho isse Manu aur Prati ki tarah hi paala hai..Jab mene isske muh mein chicken daala tho isne spit kiya aur ro rahi thi..Poori din mujhe mehnath karni padi iski rona bandh karne keliye..

Manvik ( chuckled ): I seriously don't get it..why do you have problem with chickens Mia..?

Prathik ( teased ): Arey tujhe nahi patha..Mia baby manthi hai ki mare hue koi cheeze kha nahi sakthe..

Manvik ( hi-fied with Prathik ): True buddy..

Mia ( glared ): Haa tho..you eat all these dead chickens..yuck..how do you even eat them..I feel like puking..

Manik remembered Nandini saying the same whenever he praises about chickens..He smiled thinking that if his sons are like him then his daughter is just like her..

Soon they were done with the dinner and Fab 4 bade good night to NavNi and went to bed..Nandini asked the workers to complete the work and sleep soon and she switched off the lights and went upstairs..

In Mia's room

Nandini was about to enter when she heard some giggles from the room..She peeped into the room to see Mia on top of Manik and blabbering while Manik was patiently listening to her and caressing her hair with a smile on his face..Nandini got tears in her eyes..It was a scene which she always wanted to see and today that dream came true..She went away without disturbing them..

In Nandini's room

She went inside and saw her baby boys on the bed simply staring on the ceiling..She sighed..It was expected..They can't sleep alone whenever they are upset..They want to sleep with her, only then their mood will get good the next day..

She moved to the bed and sat in between them..Soon both of the heads were on her lap..

Nandini ( smiled ): I don't want you guys to talk anymore about it..Leave that..We don't need to think about it..But remember one thing..No matter whatever he has done with me..But he is your Dad..so never disrespect him..If you don't want to talk then just keep silent but don't insult him, don't use harsh words..I don't want my babies to hurt anyone..Okay..?

They looked at her and nodded..They knew she doesn't want them to be any brat so they listen to whatever she says and moreover they knew hurting him means hurting her, cause she still loves him..

Manvik got up and took her hand bag from the drawer and took out something and gave it to her and Prathik gave the glass of water..She looked at them with adoration..

Manvik: We knew you would miss your Medicine..

Prathik: Have it Mom..You can admire us later..

She smiled and gulped it down and settled on the bed..

Soon sleep took them over..Nandini was still awake..She wanted to check on Mia..So she gently got up and went to Mia's room and peeped in it to see whether Manik was there or not..He was gone and Mia was asleep..She went inside and pulled the duvet over Mia and kissed her forehead making Mia smile and whispered " Good night Mom "..She smiled and whispered back " Good night baby "..She went away and entered her room and joined her sons and closed her eyes..After some minutes she felt a rough pair of lips on her forehead which stayed on it for sometime..She knew His touch..She opened her eyes after he went away..A drop of tear came out of her eyes.." I still Love You Mani.." She whispered in her heart..

Manik stood outside the room and whispered " Medicine...? "

Next Morning

Fab 5 got up early as they didn't want to miss any of their memories now cause it will be with their Angel, His Jaan..

Fab 5 moved downstairs with Abhi and stopped in the middle of staircase after hearing something..They got surprised..
