AFTER 6 MONTHS-
8 months had passed since Nandini's pregnancy was detected. Their babies could arrive any moment now. Yes! Nandini is pregnant with twins. The doctor didn't determine the gender of the babies though, but the mere news of two kids had overwhelmed Manik already.
"I'm finalizing everything now, you choose fast!"Manik said to nandini.
He hired a professional architect from Italy who would design the entire bedroom for their babies. He was showing nandini the colours and designs of the baby-rooms.
"But Manik, we can't simply waste the money like this! We don't even know whether there are two boys, or two girls, or one girl and one boy?" Nandini said as the matter of fact.
"Who's wasting money sweetheart? The designs they're showing are not inclined towards any particular gender, look." Manik showed her a crme toned room, with brownish toned furniture.
"Excuse me, Mr Husband?" nandini said raising her eyebrow.
"Yes, wify?"  Manik said proudly.
"What are we doing here? Designing a home for Mom-Dad's retirement? These colours are so boring and dull that the babies will hate it!"nandini said confidently.
"Really?" manik had no knowledge about what he was doing.
"YES! I have seen many baby-rooms, they're painted in bright colours, they smell good, there's hardly any furniture because babies don't need it till they're 2 or 3. And the room you're showing here? See, it also has a rocking-chair! As if there's a grandpa shifting in."nandini said.
"Okay...okay, I got it. I'll talk to the architect and then decide."Manik said.
"What? You didn't talk to architect? Whose designs are these then?"nandini asked
"These are my own discovery online. I'm yet to talk to the architect."Manik said proudly
"God! Manik, please don't make a blunder this time..."nandini said irritately
"I promise you, sweetheart." Manik kissed her forehead and leaves.

After 14 days
manik was strolling in tension in the hospital corridor.

Neonika: beta don't worry everything will be good.
Manik: mom..!! There are two babies,I hope nandini and babies will be healthy. (Meanwhile a nurse came)

"congratulatios sir!! You're now father of a baby boy."Nurse told Manik .
"A boy? What about my other baby?" Manik freaked out.
(when Nurse was about to say something doctor came outside.)
"Congratulations Mr. Malhotra your second baby is also a boy" Doctor said.
"Again a boy?No girl?" Manik was overjoyed but a little disappointed bcoz he wanted a daughter.
(Manik goes to Nandini's room where she was laying on the bed)
"baby look we are now parents of two boys.you wanted a son and see god fulfilled your wish twice.we made twins.wow.!!"manik chuckled.
( nandini was still not healthy enough to speak so she just smiled)

After 2 days
they returned home from hospital-
Manik came to his room. Nandini was laying on the bed and babies were in another room with nyonika as nandini needed to proper rest.

Manik held nandini by her waist gently.pulled her towards him and hugged her tight.
Nandini : "manik tell me the names"
Manik: "names of what?"
Nandini : "Names of babies,for heaven's sake!" being irritated
Manik : "ummm..didn't think about boys names bcoz I thought we would have daughters or at least one daughter,you have anything in mind?"
Nandini : "yeah..I knew I'll have a son for sure.so I thought about Akshan.
Manik : "hmmm..intelligent wife..!! And we will name the second boy 'Aksh' what say ?"
Nandini-"but Mani its too similar to 'Akshan' something else may be. "
Manik:"No..! I want them to sit together in the school in exams.If they will have similar names.they'll have adjacent roll no. and they can easily copy from each other.perfect.!"
(smiled to see nandini's weird expressions)
Nandini-"God  Manik you are a father not a child.."(nandini told irritately)
"Hold on what about 'Abhaas'.?
Manik-"yeah it's also good but there will be less chances for them to cheat"(manik laughed)
Nandini-"End of the discussion manik,Abhaas is final.Akshan for the elder one and Abhaas for younger"
Manik-"I don't know,choose whatever you want and then tell me,I can hardly distinguish who's elder,they both look same."
Nandini: "manik! Don't talk like that,they're different okay?Akshan is the one wearing pink tee and Abhaas is wearing black tee."

Manik: "what? You made my son wear Pink? Seriously? Where is Akshan,I am going to change his clothes."
manik hurriedly got up from the bed and rushed out the room.his manliness couldn't see his son in pink."

AFTER 6 MONTHS-
The babies were learning to crawl and manik was forcing them to speak,'Dad' something that he was desperate to hear from the babies but they're adamant and none of them spoke anything at all,they just babbled.They always giggled and smiled when nandini was around. The babies were much more attracted towards their mom.and manik felt immense jealously.

Manik: I don't like it.(manik folded his arms as he was sipping coffee.)

Nandini: "Like what?"(nandini said in confusion and babies were playing around her.)
Manik) 
"whenever I'm playing with the babies and you enter,they totally forget me!This kind of attitude isn't acceptable..." manik said and makes a baby face.
Nandini :"Oh god,manik you  act even younger than them especially when it comes to me."
(nandini smiled and babies smiled back)
Manik got up and wrapped his arms around her waist.

Manik-"Sweetheart when it comes to you,I can't tolerate anyone grabbing your attention more than me,not even my own sperms,I mean babies."
he kissed her on her lips and the babies watched with atmost interest and attention.

Nandini: "Manik stop!"nandini pushed him,as she saw the babies,staring at then with weird expressions,As manik backed a few steps.one baby started crying.
Nandini:"ohh come here Abhaas,baby what happened ?"
(nandini picked him up.seeing this other baby also started crying.)
Manik:"see..even they don't like that you pushed me away.hey you crying like a girls,be a man son.!!"
(manik picked the other baby up and nandini looked at him with weird expressions.)
(In the evening mukti calls nandini)
Mukti :hey nandu! Congratulations babes! I'm sorry I couldn't visit you guys and my babies,how are they ?how is manik?Are you guyzz at home?I'll come soon to meet you."
Nandini:" hy mukti relax breath breath.so many questions at once?I'm fine,the babies are fine and so is manik."
Mukti: Hmnmm..what is he doing?
Nandini: "Nothing.teaching babies how to become a man..!!"
Mukti:"oh...already pushing all the manliness in their bodies."
(they both giggled over the phone)
Manik:"who is this?"(manik interrupted)
Nandu:"Its mukti do you wanna talk?"
Manik: "of course"
(nandini puts the phone on loudspeaker)
Manik:"hey mukti.!! How are you lady bheem?"
Mukti:"All good & just coming mumbai tomorrow and see you tomorrow"
Manik:" yeah sure...bye see you.."
(they disconnectes the call)

NEXT MORNING-
Nandini was in bathroom. And manik was still sleeping.babies were playing around him. Akshan climbed on manik's face so manik freaked out so he woke up with a jerk.
Both babies were frightened.manik rubbed his eyes and was brought to his senses by nandini.
Manik: "I am sorry babies.Dad didn't want to scare you.come here you both."
(manik picked up both babies and started playing with them. Nandini left the room to get milk for babies from the kitchen)
when she came to her room she saw manik happily playing with babies and babies were also enjoying his company.)
Manik: "It's so beneficial to have kids you see?"
Nandini:"why?"(confusingly)
Manik: "because TV is not working and they are perfect entertainment"
Nandini : "manik!!they're your kids not some toys"(Almost
screaming)
Manik: "yeah baby thats why I love them so much and you much more"
Nandini: "I love you too"
(and when they're about to kiss there was a knock on the door and it was mukti.)
Mukti: "hey love birds!! Sorry to disturb you"(mukti winked)
Manik: "Shut up you.brat"(hugged mukti)
Nandini :"How are you mukti?"
Mukti:"I am very well and I can't wait so tell me where are your babies?"
(nandini directed her the babies room which was attached with their room and mukti without wasting a second went )

AFTER SOME TIME
(mukti came down from babies room playing with them and babies also liked her company)
Mukti:"My god your babies are so adorable,so cute"

Manik :"of course they're mukti they are my sons after all and I've taught them,whenever you see a beautiful girl always smile and be happy to put a fantastic impression,so that girl can't resist herself to kiss you"(manik winked and smiled)
Nandini:"now don't start your gyan here manik"
Manik : okay..!! (made a face)
Mukti laughed and they all shared their some past memories for some more time and mukti left.)

AFTER FEW DAYS
early in the morning nandini was inside the bathroom,bathing while manik was keeping an eye on babies and getting dressed for the office.
As he sprayed deodorant on his boby.the babies started laughing may be they liked the sound of spray. Manik sprayed again,they laughed again so this spraying went on for a few mints.
Nandini:"manik,what the hell is happening?" nandini screamed inside the bathroom.
Manik:"what?you like it? Manik asked babies and babies giggled.manik sprayed on babies too and they loved the cold touch on their tiny bodies.
Manik emptied two bottles of deodrant and he picked up another bottle and spraying it too,the babies were clapping by now.
(meanwhile nandini came out of bathroom)
Nandini: "Oh.god manik what is this smell "
Manik:" nothing its just perfume baby they liked it."
(nandini smelled the babies and yelled at manik)
Nandini: "ohhh.my god manik its hazardous for babies didn't you know Mr father?"
Manik:"Nope sorry I didn't."
Nandini: "leave it get me their soap and shampoo,I'm going to wash the babies again."
Manik: "Careful! Don't wash one baby twice"manik laughed and left the room.
Nandini: "Shut up..!! Manik" (smiled to herself).

That's how their life with  some Nok-jhonk and many new experiences.
