Next day morning manik woke up and saw Nandu is sleeping peacefully hugging him... This was the first time after marriage that they are hugging and sleeping like this... A bright smile crept on his face... He checked her temperature it was OK... Then he kissed her forehead and went to freshen up..

By the time he was back Nandu was wide awake... As soon as she saw him she gestured manik to come to her by spreading her arms ...this surprised manik...he went and hugged her... She broke the hug and wished good morning by kissing his cheeks... Manik had this amused expression on his face..

N:manik can u plzz stay with me today plzz don't go to office na.. I need u by my side

(she told keeping her head on his shoulder while playing with his shirt button)

M:jaan Subha Subha itna pyaar...fever ki waghase u are behaving differently... What happened nandu vaise am not complaining am loving this side of urs... U r showing ur affection and rights on me ..am loving it....ok jaan I will not go to office 2day I will stay with u whole day...

(by saying this he kissed her nose which made nandini blush) 

N:manik I don't know what's wrong I want to spend time with you...

M:ok my queen as u wish.... Hw are u feeling now... Better?

N:yess manik am feeling good...

M:ok chalo I will get us something to eat.. I hve told Ramu Kakha to cook something healthy for u... Till then freshen up..

Manik went down to bring their breakfast and nandu went to freshen up....

Both had their breakfast peacefully feeding each other...

M:jaan medicine tym chalo have it without throwing tantrums...

N:manik plzz na yeh tablets Kitna Gandha taste Karta hai Ewwww....mein tho ulti kardungi

M:Mrs Nandini Manik Malhotra can't believe that u urself is a doctor.. Unbelievable.... Plzz na jaan for me take this na... I will get u big chocolate after this...

(her eyes twinkled as soon as she heard the name of chocolate... Because nandini cannot resist chocolates🤭😉)

N:ok OK OK on one more condition...

M:haa jaan bolo

N:u have to give me a piggy ride on ur back... Then u have to take me on a long ride in the night on ur bike to beach...

(manik was shocked by her demands this was the first time that she was openly demanding things from him... But he was concerned about her health as well)

M:ok jaan piggy ride is done but I can't take u out tonight it's too cold outside u are not well Jaan I can't take risk... But I promise you that I will take u out once u r fully recovered...

(nandu thought it's good to stay in home rather than going out.. What if he comes and harm her maniki)

N:ok doneee

Then she took her medicine.... Manik hoped her on his back for a piggy ride and went up to terrace..and they settled on the swing but instead of making her sit beside him he made her sit on his lap... He thought she will get up or say something... But to his shock she blushed and hid her face in the crook of his neck.. Her hot breaths were sending shivers down his spine...

M:jaan u are behaving differently... What's bothering u tell me Jaan..

N:nothing manik...i just want us to be together Humesha forever.... I want u beside me no matter what... Am just not ready to loose you... Will u be my side no matter what happens manik...?

M:jaan I don't know y all of a sudden u r feeling so insecure... There is no need of feeling this way. ...am always there for u no one can separate us... No matter what happens I will always stay by urside as ur support system ..without even thinking twice u can share with me anything...

N:ur words gave me peace manik....i will tell u everything at the right time but not now...

(manik understood her inner turmoil and thought to give her space )

M:ok Jaan am here right beside u.. When ever u feel like sharing anything just share it... No matter what it is I will not judge you... I will support u in that...

Manan spent whole day talking with each other their likes and dislikes ... After taking a nap Nandu insisted him to order pizza... Manik refused initially but after lot of pestering he agreed to that... They decided to watch some movie till their pizza delivers...

Soon they heard bell ringing sound... Nandu told she will get it and went out... She paid the bill and was about to turn to go but a letter below the pizza box caught her attention she opened it with trembling hands...

M:jaan what's taking u so long...

Nandu immediately wiped her tears and stuffed that letter in her pocket...

N:ntg manik am coming

M:achanak Kya Hogaya nandu..u r looking so pale  ..

She masked her pain behind the smile..

N:nothing am hungry come let's eat..

They had their dinner and went to sleep... Manik slept after placing good night kiss on her forehead.. Nandu kept her head on his chest and was thinking about that letter...
