After some time an ambulance came there and took them to the hospital. Manik's condition was very serious so he was directly taken to the emergency room. Nandini was crying badly.

Nandini:- God please save him. I love him so much. If something happens to him I won't be able to live. Please god please....

Meanwhile a Nurse came there and asked,

Nurse:- Are you a patient's relative?

Nandini:- Why?

Nurse:- We need signatures of any family members or relatives in this form.

Nandini:- Okay, give it to me.

When Nandini was returning the form Nurse said,

Nandini was shocked hearing that but she didn't react. She was continuously crying.

She couldn't complete it and hugged him tightly.

Nandini:- He had an accident.

Aryaman:- (shocked) Where is he now?

Nandini broke the hug and said,

Nandini:- They took him to the emergency room.

Aryaman:- Don't worry Nandini. He will be alright. But now you need a fast aid.

Nandini:- I don't need anything Aryaman. Please make sure that he is alright.

Aryaman:- Okay okay stop crying and tell me do you know any relatives of his so that we can inform them.

Nandini:- No but I guess I have his girlfriend's phone number. He called her from my phone.

Doctor:- he is out of danger now. We will shift him to the ICU after a few hours.

Nandini:- Thank god. Can I met him doctor?

Doctor:- Not now dear, he is still unconscious.

Nandini:- Okay.

Doctor left. Aryaman said to Nandini.

Aryaman:- Now Manik is out of danger. So let me give you fast aid.

Nandini:- Okay.

Aryaman did her fast aid. After a few hours a nurse came and inform them,

Nurse:- Patient is conscious now and he wants to meet Nandini.

Nandini:- Okay.

Nandini went inside the cabin and saw Manik was lying on the bed with lots of bandages. Seeing Nandini, Manik tried to sit but failed because of pain and weakness.

Nandini:- What are you doing Manik. Keep laying down.

Manik:- Are you okay, Nandini?

Nandini sat beside him and said,

Nandini:- Don't you think I should be asking this question? Anyways I am absolutely fit and fine. By the way, why did you risk your life and push me out of the bus?

Manik:- If I haven't saved your life then also my life would be in danger.

Nandini:- How?

Manik:- If something happened to you, your brother won't leave me in a single piece.

Nandini:- Oh that's why you saved my life? I thought you were very strong and brave but you are such a kitten. You totally disappointed me. I don't wanna talk to you.

Nandini stood up to leave showing her fake anger but Manik held her hand and pulled her towards him. Nandini couldn't balance and directly landed on Manik's chest. Their faces were so close that their noses were touching each other. They were lost in each other's eyes. Suddenly Nandini felt something on Manik's chest. When she removed that she was surprised.

Nandini:- Manik, that's our friendship pendant right?

Manik:- Yes.

Nandini:- You still have it?

Unfortunately they couldn't talk more as she heard Aryaman's voice which was coming from outside of the room. Nandini immediately stood up and looked here and there to find out the matter.

Aryaman:- Hey lady, you can't enter the ICU like that. Its against our hospital rules.

An old lady entered in the room shouting loudly,

Lady:- Oh just shut up. Gayatri Malhotra doesn't care about any damn rules.

Manik:- (shocked) Sweetheart, you here?

Lady:- Oh god, what happened to my baby?

Manik:- Sweetheart, please relax, I just had a small accident that's it. I am absolutely fine now.

Lady:- Am I blind? I can see bandages on your whole body and you are saying that you are absolutely fine.

Aryaman:- Oh hello, who are you?

Lady:- Stop interrupting in between. Can't you see we are talking.

Grandma:- You have seriously lost it. Let me call the doctor to fix your brain.
