The song ended as the auditorium was filled with claps of applause for Manik and at the same time we stopped dancing to the rhythms of music but were swinging ourselves to the rhythm of love, our hands entwined, our eyes hooked in each other and the same was with Cabir and Navya, typical lovebirds you know?

And that's when reality struck me, Freak! Madhyam! I completely forgot about the Madhyam drama, I need to find him, I unwillingly broke the eyelock, and saw a glimpse of sadness visible on his face, indicating he didn't wanted this eyelock to end,this dance to end,this song to end and obviously didn't wanted to leave me.

We both stepped down the stage and on the way,I nudged Navya to get her back from her lovey dovey land with Cabir and she also did the same with Cabir and followed me while Cabir went towards Manik.

"Come, let's search for Madhyam!"

I spoke and she nodded and were moving out of the hall when we saw Madhyam entering the hall with a girl in his arms,probably the girl for his night and he noticed me,winked at me and came towards me. Why the hell is he winking at me?

"Hi Nandini,how are you doing sweetheart?"

He spoke with honey dropping from his voice and I just looked at him with shock. Why is he getting close to me?
And since when he started caring for me? Weird People!

"Er..I am doing great. What about you? Found a girlfriend?"

I replied back to him as he smirked looking down and tightened his grip over the girl while Navya was gaping them with awe.

" All well! Jealous? Are you?"

WTF! Is he out of his mind? Why the hell would I be jealous? Does he need a brain transplant? I mean, this is a limit of shamelessness and stupidity! Even a senseless man can identify that I don't have any connection with him! I mean, My luck is not that bad that I will start envying that girl in his arms, I am more than happy, no luckiest to be in Manik's arms! And that's where my heaven lies now.

"Sorry? But I am happy being where I am."

I spoke with sarcasm filled in my voice as he came towards me and whispered huskily in my ears as Navya's bulged out to hear him.

"If you hadn't been to Ambala, this would have been your position, but never mind, you can acquire this position now also. Wanna try?"

"As I said, I am happy being where I am. I happily reject your offer."

I spoke sternly and pulled Navya by her arms and took her to the other side as Madhyam along with that girl moved the opposite side and I found Manik rolling his eyes and glared at Madhyam, he saw us together, I guess which made his temper rise. He would be such a cute boyfriend na? He has every trait of a perfect boyfriend! Deadly looks,husky voice to make any girl weak on her knees, his heart so pure,his cute antics, his possessiveness, his jealousy...

"Aye! Nandu! Where are you lost?"

Navya interrupted my lost of countless qualities of Manik and I saw Manik along with Cabir coming towards us and I turned Navya to face them.

"What was that bloody jerk doing with you? Tell me, I will break his bones for sure! Cabir, do we have hockey sticks or some weapon? If there isn't then also no problem, my hands are enough, why ain't you telling me something Nandini, speak it!"

He spoke with no pause and I could just try to talk and he was making my every attempt to reply to him unsuccessful and Navya and Cabir suppressed their smile seeing Manik's concern and worry for me, to be honest, I felt good mentally seeing him getting worried for me, this was increasing his respect and at the same time an element called love for him, Yes, now I was sure for the feelings I had for Manik, And It was love.

"Shush! Let me speak baba, Manik, you are impossible, one day you ask me to fight for myself and on another day you are fighting in behalf of myself! I now know how to deal with people like Madhyam, and it's all because of you, so stop worrying and be happy. No violence okay?"

I spoke and he just nodded like a child and that's when I noticed Madhyam leaving that girl, talking to someone on phone and my mind became alert.

"Manik,Cabir, excuse us!"

I spoke out of haste and dragged Navya along with me making her confused and I told about the same while dragging her and we both moved towards the direction, Madhyam went as we saw him standing near a coffee table and we both hid behind a door.

I took out my camera pen and started the recording as I saw a man dressed in black formals with a briefcase arriving in shades.
Madhyam shook hands with the man while I and Navya both were glued to the sight. Madhyam took out plastic packets from his pocket and was forwarding it to that man's hand while the man was forwarding the briefcase.

And that's it! I and Navya ran towards them and gripped Madhyam's  wrist which was forwarding the plastic stuff,earning glares from Madhyam who was all the time looking confused as well as surprised and the man spoke

"Who is she? And why the hell is she interfering in our business? Get out of this you little girls,this isn't your business!"

"This is surely my business, Mr. We are secret agents specially hired to catch you drug dealers who are spoiling the future of our youth. But not anymore Mr. You are exposed! "

I spoke calmly yet sternly and those idiots smirked hearing me making me & Navya all the way confused. I guess I shouldn't had revealed it to them.

"Oh, so these two little girls will stop us ? Joke of the year, isn't it ?"

Madhyam spoke and they both bursted into an unpleasant laughter which was making us more nervous by passing second and we both looked at each other to find sweatbeads popping on our foreheads indicating the level of our nervousness .I did a grave mistake of revealing it to them.

"They ain't alone, We are here with them."

We both heard the voice and turned to look at them to our surprise. A pleasant one actually, Thank God they are here! At the right place and at the right time. Thank You Aiyappa! They were.......
