So here it is. I had rough idea for my sister marriage which will be after two years may be 😂😂as she has no plan for it so I penned for Manan. Well I didn't get the perfect pics! 😞😞 But something is better than nothing.

Manik's pov

I looked at scenere face. Her eyes are swollen because of crying continuously. Her chest is moving up and down near my chest because of heavy and even breaths is taking. Her fingers are wrapped around my index finger which she was holding tightly while other hand has her lolla toy but still her other hand was opening and closing it's fingers to hold my t-shirt which I'm wearing. I'm lying beside her cuddling her close to my heart. I can still hear her silent sobs and hiccups which is taking in deep sleep.

Her legs are were on waist which were trying to trap me so that I won't go anywhere. I pecked her open mouth lips from which drool was coming out. I kneads her hairs and think about how much pain is written in her destiny. God knows what will happen when she'll get to know about her pregnancy complications. I won't let this come into her mind. Not soon. She moves a little and turns her back to me. I pull her close and hugs her back.

My innocent baby.

She cried a lot. Today one more relation came to her but it also had done a sin which my child hearts can't tolerate.

I don't how she'll react once she'll be awake but one thing I know I'll not let her fall.

Above all her dad! No! He is not her dad. He can never be! I've to protect with that man.

She moves towards me and opens her eyes slowly.

“Utth gaya Shona?”

She nodded in her half sleep state which is more like drunk state.

“Dinner karega baby?”

She nodded in yes again and hides her face on my stomach.

I pulls her to my lap and said, “feeling light?”

I've to talk to her about Harshad. She needs to talk.

She again nods playing with my Black thread which I'm wearing.

“Kuch baat krni h mery bachy ko?”, I asked tucking her hair behind her ear.

She looks at me then again at thread twisting it around her fingers. It means she don't want to talk about it then I won't disturb her little heart and mind.

“Hmm. Toh baby silent mood me hai?”, I asked playfully pulling her nose to which she rubbed it on my shoulder.

“Toh mujhy baby ko manna hai? Isn't it?”

“Par kaisy? Kaisy baby? Socho socho?”, I said rubbing my stumble cheeks with her soft one.

She wriggled her eyebrows said, “Chubta hai!”

I laughed and laying her down on bed said hovering over her, “Acha? Par mujhy maja aata hai!”

I rubbed more and finally she giggled pushing my face.

I nodded and took her down where everyone was waiting for us except Harshad.

Dad was sitting on head chair with mom on his left,cavya, mukbhi, nia were sitting on left while me, Nandini and dhrlya was on right. A chair was empty beside Nandini and Nandini was looking at it continuously.

As I said she wants her brother. She won't say but needs him.

She don't know that Harshad hasn't left so I called ramu kaka and told him to call Harshad from his room.

As he went Nandini tugs my shirt and said, “Monstu.”

I hmmed smiling knowing what she's going to ask.

“Bhai..  yahi hai?”, She asked hesitantly.

Before I could say anything dad said, “Mere bety ko uska bhai chiye tha na so I didn't let him go.”

Wait what?

When did he stopped Harshad?

“Yes Nandu. Your idiot Monstu was pushing him out of mansion but we stopped him! Only for you!”, It was Cabir who was trying to butter my baby.

“Thank you.”, Nandini had a big smile on her face.

I would have told the truth but looking the twinkle in her eyes knowing someone other than me did something for her, made her truly happy which her eyes were speaking, I skipped the thought.

Ramu kaka came back and said Harshad is not ready to come down.

I have to call him!

I never thought a day will come when I'll have a dinner with him but things change, people change that's what life is.

All looked at me expecting me to call him even my baby.

“What? Why guys are looking at me like this?”

“Manik! Apne best friend ko ni bulega?”

This Cabir! I'm gonna kill him someday. He very well knows that Nandini don't know about my and Harshad problems and he has to say this!

As expected Nandini looked at me and said playing with my fingers with a smile, “Monstu! You never said that you and bh.. bhai.. are bff”

I glared Cabir to which he suppressed his laugh.

“Actually baby.. we don't..”

“You are not?”, She asked with a sadness.

I know she is someone who will never be happy she'll get to know about Harshad and my enmity.

I nodded smiling to her. “We are.”

I nodded and stood glaring Cabir.

I went to Harshad and found him looking outside from the window.

Whenever I see him all I remember is what he did with my baby but then his sorry face came to my mind. May be I should give him chance because in a way I don't have the rights to give anyone second chance when I couldn't give it to myself.

Ignoring the thoughts I went inside.

“Baar baar sochne se sab kuch badlta ni.”

“But at least yeh ahsaas toh hota hai ki gunaah kitna bada hai.!”

I went down followed my Harshad.

Nandini smiled at me but her smile was different. There was a hint of naughtiness in her eyes. I looked dad and Cabir who blinked their eyes which means they diverted her mind and she is not thinking about the darkness of her life.

I passed by her kissing the top of her head and sat on my seat when I heard a crack. I looked everyone and shrugged.

I looked Nandini who was laughing crazily then looked at my seat where three eggs were hatched as I sat on it.

I looked everyone who were laughing at me.

“You naughty little kitten!!!”, I shouted and about to catch her when she stood and ran outside in the garden.

I followed her and all ran to save her.

All spread in the garden.

I was about to catch her when dad came in between and hides her. She showed her tongue and hugged Dad.

“Eww!! Monstu did eww!”, Laughing she made fun of me and ran.

I followed her but this time Abhi came in between. I glared him but he hides her more.

“Sorry dude! Sister comes first!”

She again showed her tongue laughing crazily and all laughed with her.

She then ran to mom who hugs and hides her from me.

“No touching Manik!”, Mom warned and I made a bad face.

Tapping my foot I went to change my pajamas.

Badla toh lunga!

I changed my pajamas and came down all were in the garden.

I looked for Nandini and found her feeding her puggy and new kitty.

She was patting their head. I smiled evilly and sneaked to kitchen and took an egg.

I went back to garden.

Ok so everyone has arranged dinner in the garden.

“Baby! Monstu k pass ni aayega jaan?”

She smiled and came running into my arms.

Out of nowhere dad shouted, “Manik! Stop all this!”

My words left incomplete as he hatched an egg on head.

Before I could react more eggs were thrown on me bye everyone.

I ran to Cabir who is having dozen of eggs and hatched on his face.

A minute later all were drenched with eggs except Harshad and mom.

All were laughing.

Dhruv brought guitar and Dad started singing.

“Nanhi. Ab ni khelna hai. Chalo come back.”, I scolded her but ignoring me she went to Harshad.

Harshad smiled and bends a little for her. She poured the juice on his head and smashed cake on his face.

“Thank you.” She smiled to him, “Bhai.”, Harshad took her in hug and kissed her forehead..

“Anything for my baby girl”

I coughed to make them realize my presence. Both broke the hug and Nandini comes to me while that douchebag Harshad rolled his eyes.

Seriously! Dude she is mine first!

I twisted my lips to him and carried my baby to room who was smashing the leftover cake on my face..

I glared her to which shrugged and continued her work.

I took her inside and gave her clothes.

Meanwhile I went to guest room and bathe.

All came to garden.

I nodded and sat beside Harshad. Born fire is arranged while we all sat around it. I made Nandini sit on lap.

I was feeding Nandini who was busy looking at Harshad.

He was also smiling looking at her. He took a morsel from his plate and made her eat. She ate and looked me as I was also feeding her.

“It's ok bacha. Tum aaj apne Bhai se khalo but yahi baith kar.”

She nodded and both siblings started eating with Nandini still in my lap.

After food I gave her medicine to which she looked at Harshad to save her.

“Baby girl it's for your good. Itna to janta hu apne jije ko ki vo meri behan k bht khyal rakta hai.”, Harshad chuckled while I pecked my baby's pout.

After discussing about haldi which is day after tomorrow we all retired to our room. Nandini has already slept in my arms because of the medicines.

Next day all the relatives of Manik and fab 5 came for shadi of MaNan.

After breakfast, Manik takes Nandini to them to introduce them to her.

He took her to his aunt and uncle who admired her and blessed her.

Nandini was happy meeting them.

Then he took her to his cousins.

“Baby. These are my cousins. Rahul, Saumya, Sandip and Madyam.”, Manik introduced them.

Nandini smiled and waved a hi to them.

“Arey bhabhi aise thode hi karte hai. Gale mil kar karte hai.”, Madhyam said to which Nandini smiled awkwardly.

She is not used to hug around people and be friendly with them.

He was about to hug her when Harshad came in between while Nandini hugged Manik who pulls her close knowing she is not used to all this.

“Mujhse ni milaga Madyam?”, Harshad said hugging him.

Harshad and Madyam know each other as all were in same school but separated in college.

“Harshad Saxsena? Manik Malhotra ki party me!!”, Madyam was shocked.

After that Manik went to office giving her responsibility to girls.

Nandini looked her and said, “Monstu mujhe apni biwi ni manta.!”

All were shocked. Mukti said, “Behan Kal Teri shadi hone wali hai us ladke se bol tujhe koi aur pasand hai?”

“Mukti! Kya bol rhi ho? Manik will kill you!”, Alya scolded.

“Main toh majak kar rhi thi to cheer her up!”

“Kyu Nandini? Kya baat hai?”, Navya asked.

“Maine tv pe dekha tha jab husband jate h toh wife tie bandti hai but I said Monstu toh he changed topic. Ulta he scolded me!”

“Well Nandini! Sach bolu toh he will never think of you as his wife because you'll always be his baby.”, Alya said thinking.

“But main badi hu!”, Nandini cribbed.

“I know how you'll make him realize!”, Nia said

Muklya n Navya looked her and got to know what she's thinking.

“No! No! No! Nia. It's not gonna happen.! Manik will kill us for spoiling his small kid.”

“But guys burai Kya hai? She's a medical student. She'll have to study about it.”

“Study about it not. The process! But that!”

“Ok! Let's ask her.”, Nia went near Nandini and said, “nandi hum tumhe movie dikhyege. How to be a good wife! What man loves.! Tum wo hi karna Manik will be clean bold. So are you ready?”

Nandini nodded happily.

They all arranged the movie fifty shades of grey and darker.

Nandini was happy in start but the bold secens came she turned red. She hides her face.

“For Manik look at this Nandini.”, Nia said.

She peeks from the pillow.

By the time both movie end she was flushed.

“So now you know what you've to do? Right? I've a gift for you.”

At evening Manik came and Nandini acted normally as the girls told her.

It was haldi of MaNan. Both were sleeping hugging each other.

“Yes. Get ready fast. Aaj haldi hai tum dono ki!”

“Yaa. Go. We'll get ready and come for breakfast.”

“You better come fast.”

Manik nodded and after they went he looked Nandini.

He tickles her lightly on her neck. “Wake up princess.”

She jerked his hand and hugged him more tightly.

“Aaj haldi hai humari princess.”

That was enough for her to wake up. She woke up and sat.

“Monstu. Chalo jaldi karo!”

she was about to go when Manik stops her.

“Wait a minute. First give me kiss”, she nodded and remembered the movie.

She sat on his lap straddling him and kissed him passionately.

Manik was taken aback.

“Woo.! That was amazing!” Manik compliments breaking the kiss.

“Nini was right. Mujhy v movie ki tarah karna hoga.”, Nandini thought.

Manik shakes her breaking her thoughts, “Kya hua?”

She nodded in no and both got ready for breakfast.

After breakfast girls took Nandini to get her ready.

Haldi arrangement.

Both Nandini and Manik were sitting beside each other but a thin curtain was between them.

Manik frowned and said, “ yeh curtains kyu?”

“Because Nandini can't see you.”, Nyonika replied.

“But problem Kya hai? Kyu ni dekh skta!”

“Rasam hai. Aur Avi se shadi Tak time dono ek dusre se milna toh dur dekh v ni skte!”

“Nooo!”, MaNan shouted as mukti and Nyonika told them about it.

“No. No. No. Mujhe Monstu chiye.”, Nandini cried.

“Baby girl. It's for your own good. Rasam hoti hai for happiness so I can't let you break this rule.”, Harshad said cupping her cheeks.

Nandini jerked his hand and ran to Manik pushing the curtains away.

Manik was startled looking her like this. She came running to him and hugged him tightly crying.

Manik hugs her back.

All sighed in dismay.

“Arey. Yeh Kya baat hui bhala! Manik ki biwi to bachi ki tarah kar rhi!”, Some of the old aunty said.

“Main dekhta hun.”, Manik said and took her inside.

He took her to his room and made her sit in his lap.

“Oh.! Itne mote mote aashu.! Sabne rulaya mere baby ko.!”,he said wiping her tears.

“They said.. mein..tumse.. ni mil skti.”, She said sniffing.

“Oh! Shona! Acha agar main kahu main unki baat ni manuga to?”

“Promise?”

“Promise baby. But yeh humara secret hai. Ok?”

She nodded happily and kissed his lips. Manik looked her raising his eyebrows

“Aaj Kal tum bht romantic ni ho rhi ho?”

“You like it?”, She said as she want to know whether what girls told her is right or not.

He took her outside

After that Manik sat on his place.

First all will put haldi on Manik.

Nyonika brought haldi plate.

It had haldi, mustard oil, green dubh grass (bramuda grass) and dahi.

First Nyonika puts the dubh grass on haldi and dahi then applies it on Manik's feet then on knee, then hands then shoulder and then head. She did this for five times. Then four more married woman did the same.

“Aunty. Ab hum sab laga skte hai half?”, Mukti asked smirking.

Manik eyes widen in horror.

“No. No. No. Not you guys!”, He said.

“Aww Manik baby dar gaya. Ok no nasty games. Simple rasam.”, Nia said and winked others

All girls applied Holi like good girl.

They all backed and all his friends together attacks on him with snow spray and haldi.

“You all.!”

He stood and ran behind them but to his unfortunate he slipped.

All laughed on him. He stood and ran behind them. He caught them and applied on them.

“It was fun!!”, All shouted lying on ground.

“Ok. Ab jaldi karo. Manik ki haldi utre gi use Nandini ki haldi me milana hai.”, Nyonika said and all the women massaged mustard oil on Manik and mixed a on Nandini's haldi bowl.

“Manik go and have milk bath.”

“Mom.”, Nyonika stopped and turned with teary eyes, “Nandini ki haldi jayda mat lagana. Uss thand lag jayegi.”, He turned to girls, “and you all no nasty Holi with her.”

“Haldi Manik!”

“Yaa. Whatever!”

Manik went in his room while girls went to Nandini.

They all made her sit and Nyonika was about to do the rasam when an old woman who is Manik'She-is-mine grand aunt said, “Are ladki k Ghar wale kaha Hai?”

Nan eyes went teary when Harshad came and said, “Main hun Bhai. Mein karunga rasam.”

“Par yeh toh ladies ka function Hai.”

“Main hi meri behan ka maa, baap, bhai, behan sab kuch hu.”

Nandini was silently crying. Nyonika nodded and told him how to do it.

Harshad wipes her tear and dipped the dubh grass in haldi and dahi and applied it on Nandini. But for Nandini he did reverse.

he first applied it on her head then shoulder then hands, knees and then feet. He did this for five times. He kissed her forehead, “Have a happy life baby girl.” Nandini fell in his arms crying. He tooks her in his embrace and said, “Agar tu aise royi gi toh tera pati mujhy mar dalega.”

She looked here and there to find him.

“You know I'm jealous of these women. They are putting haldi on you. You know this colour is looking hot on you!”

“And you're looking beautiful in this red chunri.”, Nia said and uncovered him who was dancing with the dancers wearing ladies clothes.

All girls covered Nandini hiding her from him.

“Besharam Manik.!”, Nyonika shouted.

“Sale kamine tujhe Kya laga tujhy hum milne dege Nandu se?”, Abhi said as the boys came following him.

“Mom yaar please! Mujhe Meri hi biwi se ni milne de rhe ho aap sab.!”, He nagged as they his Nandini totally.

“dekho toh iss ladke ho. Ab tab bath v ni liya Hai aur besharmo ki tarah ladki k kapado me khada Hai.”, Nyonika said.

“Abey Manik.!Agar haldi ka rang ni utar na toh pila bandar lagega apni hi shadi me!”, Cabir said laughing.

“Fyn! I'm going.!” He went tapping his foot.

All laughed on his condition.
