Manik took her to mall. On the other side, all girls were worried except Nia.

Mukti asked her finding so free, “Nia. You're not at all worried. Nandini went somewhere and you are not worried. Neither you're going to find nor you're letting us go! Manik will kill us.”

“Chill guys. Wo kahi ni gyi Manik k pass gyi h. Usse Manik ki habit h. Uske iss behaviour se itna toh I got it that at every situation she needs Manik. All these years she didn't have him so she want him in every moment and same is with Manik. Both are filling the gap but Manik is doing a mistake. Har waqt uski choti Nandini ni mil skti. That phase has gone. TLC and pampering is good but to a limit. I'll make sure ki mere India se jaane se pehle I'll make the things perfect.”

“But I think everything is already perfect so stop poking your nose.”, Manik said from behind.

“I don't think that I need to ask you.”, She replied.

“Listen Nia and listen it carefully. Just because you're my old childhood friend that doesn't mean that you'll poke your nose so much. Dare you do anything like and I think you've stayed in India for a long time so I would be happy to know that you're going back to your place after Nanhi birthday. I would have send you right now but my baby wants you in her birthday.”

Rolling her eyes Nia said, “You listen Manik. And carefully. You're no one to decide whether I should go or not and FYI jitni Nandi tumhari h utni meri v baby h. Just because I went somewhere for few years that doesn't mean ki mera us par haq kam ho gya hai. Nandita Aunty mujhe v utna hi pyar krti thi. I know I lived with Aunty​ for few years but that doesn't mean that Aunty loved me less. I was equally important for her. And about changing Nandi so as a psychiatrist  I know what is right for a person or not and I'm not going anywhere until I make everything perfect.”

“I'm warning you Nia. Don't mess with me.”, He warned gritting his teeth.

Rolling her eyes Nia went to Nandini who was hiding herself behind Manik hugging his waist.

“Nandi. Come out.”

She hides more and hugs Manik tightly.

“Leave her alone Nia. Don't make more mad at you.”, Saying Manik left with Nandini.

“You're doing a mistake Manik. Kaise samjhu?”, Nia left the mall and other girls followed her.

They went to designer wear.

Manik was selecting dress for Nandini when he noticed she's looking somewhere else. He followed her gaze and smiled finding what she is looking at but he didn't said anything and hugged her side ways.

She looked him for a minute tried to say something but didn't said anything and snuggles into him.

They bought many dress and jewellery. After sometime Nandini started dragging Manik somewhere.

“Monstu. Chalo na jaldi. Please.”

He chuckled and said, “Arey chal hi toh rha hu.”

She cribbed, “Aise ni. Jaldi chalo. Don't tease me na.”

“But where are we going cuteness?”

“Ice Cream khane. Mujhe sare flavours khane h.”, She said licking her lips.

Manik stopped and said, “No ways. Ice cream se you'll get hoarse then fever no ways kavi v ni.”

“Monstu.”, She cribbed more, “Mujhe khana hai. I haven't tasted all the flavours all these years. Please.”

She hit the right chord which immediately worked and Manik took her to Ice cream parlour.

He ordered all the flavours.

As the order came Nandini folds her hands behind her and said, “Monstu. Mere hand ni hai. Mein kaise khau?”

Manik smiled on her naughtiness and said, “Acha. Toh fir mat khao. Main kha leta hun.”

Her eye widen as her plan turned to other way. She shakes her head in no and said, “Arey. Monstu. Main toh majak kar rhi thi. See. Mere hands aa gye.”

He laughed and kissed her tightly.

Sadly she was about to eat woth her fingers when Manik stopped and said,“Acha baba I'll feed you.”

She smiled whole heartily and ate with Manik's finger.

After that Manik told her about one more surprise.

She aksed, “Ek aur surprise Monstu?”

Smiling he replied, “Yes but before this surprise I want you to promise me.”

“Pakka promise.”

He smiled and asked, “Won't you ask the what promise is this?”

“No. Because I know you'll never ask anything to me.”

He kissed her forehead and said, “Promise that you'll not break down and harm yourself.”

“Mu.. mumma k pass le jaa rhe ho?”

She asked blankly.

He kissed her shivering sweating palms and whispered, “Yes. Because I know you are missing her.”

She didn't cried but snuggles to his neck's crook.

“Chale?”

She silently nodded.

He told the driver to turn towards the hospital where Nandita was buried.

On thr way she asked playing with his chain, “Manik.”

He hummed kneading her hairs.

(Imagine they are sitting)

“Why you all buried Mumma? According to hindu, Mumma ko bury ni krna chiye tha na?”

“Because I can't let her go. Everytime when I missed you I went to maa. Unhe dur ni jane de skta tha.”

“Tum mujhe itna pyar karte the toh how you lived without me. Jab others punished me toh tum khud k saath kya karte the?”

“Main kya karta tha wo main tumhe ni bata skta. Tumhe pata chalega toh you'll not be to handle.”, He thought looking her.

“Bolo na Manik.”

He smiled slightly and said, “What happened is happened let's not talk about it. Chalo we reached.”

He get down and give hand to her but she looked down with teary eyes.

He kneels down in front of her and said, “Nanhi listen. Dekho mujhe.”, She looked at him, “Maa can never stajd with your tears. Uss din v you cried so much at least aaj k din smile princess. Maa k liye.”

She nodded and smiled in tears.

They went inside and got a shock as the whole graveyard was covered with balloon.

Nandini took a step when a small girl came and gave her pic of nandita with her.

She looked at manik. He nodded and led her to grave when an audio played of nandita voice.

“Meri Nandi bail rote ni jaan. Mumma aapke pass aa gyi h.”

Nandini looked all around and found nandita.
