Cabir's House.

Cabir and Navya hadn't talked a word to each other, even though Navya desperately wants to ask about the situation. But after seeing how this panicking now, she chose to stay quiet. At least he let her come with him without much fight.

Cabir runs out of the car as soon as he roughly parked his car. Navya took a deep breath calming her racing heart before following him again.

What she saw after was something she never expected at all.

There is a man holding Paridhi's  (Cabir's mom if you guys forgot) hair in a death grip. Tears flowing from her eyes and a handprint on her cheek is noticeable easily.

Cabir: Dad, what are you doing leave her.

He tried to push his so-called dad away and was successful easily. After all, that man was intoxicated. But this made Paridhi fall on the floor hitting her head.

"Aunty"

Navya screamed before running to where she fell.

But the man didn't budge. Before Cabir could move to Paridhi, he was b
grabbed by his collar.

Navya made Paridhi sit on the sofa before dabbing the blood which comes out of the newly formed wound. She instantly messaged a doctor with the address to come and tend to Paridhi.

Navya Looked at Cabir. His eyes showed vulnerability. even though his face didn't give away any emotion Navya could read his eyes very well.

Sridhar (Cabir's dad): Tho aagaye mere nalayak beta. Do you know what all I had lost because of you?

He said with venom lacing his voice.

Sridhar: I again lost a deal, sirf tumhara badkismat ki wajah se. (Turning to Paridhi) Meine pehle hi kaha tha to get rid of this piece of shit. Par nahi, tumhe toh mother Teresa banna tha aur dekha iska after effect. He snatched my love from me, my wealth now my success and business too.

He was talking like a possessed man. Navya expected Cabir's dad being an arrogant but this, she never expected it. No kid deserves a father like him.

What broke her more is Cabir's expression. It looks like he actually, beliefs what his father is saying. That's when Navya swore to herself, that she will never let this man broke her Cabir, the go lucky guy she knows. She will project him and his fragile heart no matter what.

So, that's what she did when she pushed Sridhar who again raised his hands on Cabir who was too heartbroken that he didn't recognise what is happening around. What broke him out of his trance is thud he hears of his father falling on to the couch next to them.

He saw his fathers flabbergasted expression then Navya who is standing in front of him in her protective mode glaring at his father.

That's when he remembered Navya was with him and she heard and saw everything happened and he was almost convinced that she is gonna leave him. Who will accept a broken boy, who is nothing but a burden to his parents?

Only if he knows that she is in love with his all of him including his scars and pain.

Navya: Dare you to raise your hands again on him.

She said in a deadly calm way.

He knows that tone. He has heard it much time Manik uses when someone harms his loved ones.

Sridhar: Hey ladki, Who are you to order me?

He tried to stand on his stumbling feet.

Sridhar: I am here talking to my son and wife. Who are you to interfere in between us? Haa?

Navya: Mein kon hu yeh aapko jaanne ki koi zaroorat nahi hai. Aur kya kaha aapne, aapki Patni aur beta?. Ab tak toh aap aise baat kar rahe the jaise ki in donon insaan hi nhi the.

Sridhar: Toh kya ab tum mujhe sekhaogi ki mein kaise mere Patni aur bete se baat karna hai.

Navya: Ab agar nahi pata ho toh aapko seekhna hi padega sir. Kyun ki aapko toh bilkul nahi pata hai ki kaise apni biwi aur bete se izzat se baat karna hai.

Sridhar: How are you? How dare you talk to me like that.

Navya: You still don't know how daring I can be sir. Don't test me. You will regret it.

Sridhar: Tum mujhko dhamki de rahe ho? Mujhko?

Navya: (smirking) Ab isko dhamki samajh ya chetavani, yeh aapki marzi hai.

Sridhar: (Raising his hands)YOU...

Cabir: (Panicking) Navya...

Navya: Sochna bhi mat. Nahi toh yeh bahot bhari padegi aap par.

She said holding his hands and push it away.

Sridhar: You will regret it. I swear you will regret your each words.

Navya: Chalo ham bhi toh dekhte hai ki aap kya kar paonge.

Sridhar: I will show you what Sridhar Dhawan can do.

Navya: I will be waiting, sir.

He said while glaring straight to her eyes but she didn't even flinch making him angrier. He then glared at both Cabir and Paridhi before stomping out of the house.

Navya: Ek baat aur sir, dubara Cabir ya aunty par chot pahunchane ke baare mein sochna bhi mat. Nahu toh apni har harkaton ki keemat chukana padega aapko.

She called out. Sridhar stopped for a second before leaving the house.

She took a deep breath before going to an exhausted Paridhi and helping her get up.

Navya: Cabir meine doctor ko call karliya hai. He will come at any moment. You guide him to the room. Tab tak ham aunty ko kamre mein le chalti hu.

Cabir nodded his head still not completely understanding the whole situation. It's like he was living in a dream. His father abusing his mother and him then Navya standing up for him.

Navya: Chaliye aunty.

Navya helped Paridhi to walk into the room. But she stumbled a bit. Navya immediately made her sit comfortable in the bed. She took a glass of water and gave it to Paridhi.

Navya: Aunty, aap theek ho?

Paridhi nodded her head with great difficulty. Her eyes almost closing.

Navya: Aunty, please keep your eyes open. (Calling out) Cabir, come fast aunty is fainting.

Cabir rush to the room with the doctor trailing behind him.

Cabir: (Tapping Paridhi's cheek) Mom, open your eyes mom. Please.

Doctor: Let me see son.

The doctor said kindly. Cabir, even though reluctantly leave Paridhi's side. Navya comes to his side and holds his hand. He pressed it more as if he is seeking for her strength.

Doctor: No need to worry. She fainted because of stress. I have given her an injection now. She will be sleeping for a few hours. It's necessary for her. After waking up, make sure she eats healthy food and take plenty of rest. Give her this medicine after she eats.
Am I clear?

CaVya nodded their head in a yes.

Doctor: Okay then, I will take my leave. Take care of yourself too. And Navya comes with me I have to talk to you something.

Navya nodded her head. She looked at Cabir who is now sitting beside Paridhi holding her hands then left closing the door softly not wanting to disturb the mother-son duo.

Doctor: So?

Navya: Sooo?

Doctor: Who is that boy Navya?

Navya: Friend?

Doctor: Yeh tum mujhe bata raha hai ya khud pooch raha hai?

Navya: Yaar Prakash uncle, ab mera tang mat kheecho. I and Cabir are dating, yeah, and don't tell Mom and dad. I will tell them myself.

Prakash: Okay your wish. And haa, I liked that boy very much. Nice selection haa.

Navya: Thank you... Thank you...

She said dramatically.

Prakash: okay toh mein ab chalta hu. Bye.

Navya: Bye uncle.

Hospital

After the small party, the nurses took the kids to their respective rooms. After settling everything in the hospital everyone exits the hospital.

Kaira: Yeh Navya kahan gayi? Kahi dikh nahi raha.

Nandini: Mein bhi usko hi doond rahi hu.

Mukthi: (clearing her throat) Even Cabir is missing.

She said them a knowing look others too nodded their head with a smirk.

Manik: Yeh Cabir apna phone kyun nahi pick kar raha?

They heard Manik and saw him dialling Cabir's number again.

Nandini: Aisa kyun? I will call Navya.

She said before dialling Navya's number.

Navya entered the kitchen in Cabir's house.

Navya: Aunty kelie kuch healthy banana hai. But kya banao?

She was raiding the fridge when her phone rang. Seeing Nandini's number
Navya picked immediately as she knows they will be worried. Because they didn't inform anyone before leaving the hospital.

Navya: Haa, Nandu bol.

Nandini: Kahan ho yaar Navya tum? Ham yahan tum donon ki wait kar raha hai.

Navya: Sorry, Nandini. Something emergency came up and we had to leave the hospital.

Nandini: Emergency? Where are you guys? Tell me. We will come now itself.

Navya: Nahi yaar uska koi zaroorat nahi hai. Ham Cabir is that pe hai aur ham theek hai. Tum tension mat lo.

Nandini: Okayyyy.... Par baat kya hai?

Navya: (sighing) It's about Cabir. It's not my place to tell you anything.

Nandini: Okay, par koi zaroorat ho toh call karna mat bhoolna.

Navya: Okay.

Nandini: Bye.

Navya cut the call and started making Kichadi for Paridhi.

Here, Nandini cut the call before telling others that CaVya is together and no need to worry.

Dhruv and Alia didn't find any problem. But Manik who actually, know Cabir's problems and Mukthi who is now worried about Cabir found something fishy.

Manik looked at Nandini as if asking her what happened, to which he blinked her eyes assuringly. When Mukthi saw the worried expression of Manik and the exchange between Manan, she was sure something is really, happening in Cabir's life which the other Fab3 don't know.

Aryaman: So, doston kya plan hai? Kahi chalte hai na.

Nandini: Kahi nahi jaa raha ham. Kal se Fab5 ki practises shuru hone wala hai. So, they need to rest.

Aryaman: Practise kyun? Any new competition?

Manik: Actually, competition nahi hai. We got an album.

Madhyam: Wow.... An album. That's awesome. Congrats guys.

Everyone congratulated Fab5 wishing them best of luck. They were happy. Till now it was just them, sharing happiness, with each other only. But now they have more well-wishers with them. With whom they can share their happiness and sadness.

Aryaman: Waise, which banner?

Both Nandini and Harshad become alert. Nandini stealthily came to Aryaman.

Mukthi: Q Labels.

M6 has frozen their spot hearing the name.

Aryaman was almost ready to pass out.

Nandini: (whispering) Don't make it obvious brother.

Aryaman gulped before giving fake smiles to everyone. Even though Fab4 was confused about their change in attitude. They let it go for the time being.

After bidding bye M6 left to Mannat Mansion while Fab4 left to Malhotra Mansion. Harshad left telling he has some errands to run.

Navya entered the room where Paridhi we're resting and saw her sleeping and Cabir standing near the window looking nothing in particular.

Navya came to Cabir and placed her hand on his shoulder bringing him back to reality.

Cabir gives her a sad smile before turning and looking at the sleeping Paridhi.

Navya: She will be okay. Tum tension mat lo.

Cabir didn't respond to her as if he never heard her.

Navya: Cabir kuch toh bolo. Tum kabse chup rah raha hai.

Cabir: Kya boloon main Navya? Kya boloon main? Tum toh yahi pe tha na aur suna nahi kya, kya bola dad ne?

Navya: Woh kuch bhi bole, bas tum use dil pe mat lena.

Cabir: Bachpan se yeh sab sunte aa raha hai. Yeh ab mera sachai ban gaya. Aur tum keh raha hai ki dil pe mat lena.

Navya: Cabir, please tum...

Cabir: Actually, Tum kya kar raha hai yahan? Tumhe yeh sab karne ki koi zaroorat nahi hai. Tumhe jana hoga.

He said before dragging her out of the room and to the corridor.

Navya: Cabir what are you doing? Leave me. Leave me Cabir.

She said snatching her hands from his grip.

Navya: Tumhe kya hogaya Cabir? Kyun kar rahe ho aisa?

Cabir: Arey tun kuch suna nahi kya dad ne bola. I am unlucky. Meri wajah se, woh sab kuch khoya hai.

Navya: Aisa nahi hai, Cabir. Uncle galat hai. Uska soch galat hai. Woh tumhare wajah se nahi, balki woh apna bewkufi ki wajah se khoya hai, sab kuch.

Cabir: Tum samajh nahi raha hai, Navya. Jab mera janam hua tha tab ek pandit aake kaha ki main dad ko sirf bad luck de sakte hai. Aur aise hi hua hai toh use mujhe apne zindagi se nikal di. Tum bhi toh yeh sab bad luck yah good luck  mein viswas karte ho na. Hamesha Matarani Matarani kehte rahte hai. Toh tum bhi ek na ek din mjhe chodke hi jaega.

Navya: Hogaya? Nahi matlab, agar tumhara hogaya hai toh main ab kuch bolun? (Holding his collar) Man toh kar raha hai muh thod du main tumhara. Nandini ne jo Manik ko diya tha bilkul jaise hi waise. (Leaving his collar) Yaar, Cabir, agar mujhe tumhe chodna tha toh kab ka kar chuka hota. Yaad hi na ki tum, mujh ko kaise treat karte the pehle? Woh sab hone ki baad bhi ham ek chance diya hai na tum ko? Kabhi socha hai kyun?

After taking a pause she continued.

Navya: Kyun ki, pata tha mujhe yeh sab pehle se hi. Pata tha ki tumhe kya  sahna pada bachpan se. Arey Cabir tum toh samajh hi nahi raha hai ki tum kitna strong ho.

Cabir looked at her shockingly.

Navya: Cabir, life kabhi kabhi unfair hota hai. Tumhare saath aisa jo kuch bhi hua hai. Par tum ek baar bhi khudko tootne nahi diya. You never let that darkness to consume you. I never show your weakness to anyone. Tum toh kisi ke saath hote ho uske strength ban jaate hai yaar. Manik ko hi dekh lo, zaroor Fab5 hamesha saath deti hai par kuch problem ho toh woh tumhare paas aata hai. Kyun? Kyun ki usko pata hai ki Cabir hamesha uske dhal banke khada rahenge. Aur tumhari maa, uskelie tum uska strength, courage, lucky charm, sab kuch ho.

She closed her eyes for a minute then took a deep breath.

Navya: Aur... Aur mere liye bhi, tum kuch lagti ho, Cabir. Pyaar karne laga hu tumse Cabir. You know what? I am selfish. Very, very selfish. I will never let someone snatch my love from me. Chahe woh tumhari dad ho, yah tum khud.

Navya took a step towards him and holder his hands.

Navya: Please Cabir, please don't let his words affect you. There are so many people around you, who needs you. Ek insaan ki wajah se tumhare maa ki itne saal ki kurbani ko tukre na do.

Cabir hugged her to himself hiding his face into her hairs. Then he cried. He cried saying numerous sorry to her.

Navya: Shh.... It's okay Cabir. You don't need to say sorry. It's not your fault.

On the other hand, Paridhi, who woke up hearing the commotion outside was thanking God for sending Navya to Cabir's life. She still remembers how worried was Cabir to tell about all of this to her thinking she will leave him. But no, she didn't leave him and also stand with him and fight for him.

After giving them 5 minutes to cool down she thought to call them in.

Here Navya was consoling Cabir when they heard Paridhi calling Cabir.

They both rushed to the room to see her trying to sit straight. Cabur instantly went to help her while Navya took a glass of water for Paridhi. She gave the glass to Paridhi and Cabir helped her.

After that Cabir hugged her tightly as if, if he loses his hold she will go away from him.

Thinking to give the Mother and Son sometime to spend with each other Navya left to kitchen to reheat the kichadi.

Paridhi: Mujhe kuch nahi hua, Cabir.

Cabir: You fainted, mom.

Paridhi: It was just weakness. Nothing else. You don't take tension. You are forgetting that I am your cool mom.

Cabir: Of course.

He said sarcastically and wiped his tears. Paridhi caressed his hair before kissing his forehead.

Paridhi: Tum theek ho na Cabir?

Cabir: Pata hai, it's the third time I am hearing this question today. Navya toh mere peeche se hat hi nahi raha, yeh poochke ki...

He bites his tongue when he understand what he was blabbering.

Paridhi: (Teasingly) Haa, Navya. Ladki you kamal hai. Kaise stand liya tumhare liye. Waise, mere doubt yeh hai ki aisa ladki kaise tumhare jaal mein phas gayi.

Cabir: Ab aap mujhe tease mat karo. Waise bhi mein toh The Great Cabir Dhawan hu. Mere peeche toh ladkiyan line lagake khada hai.

Paridhi: Beta ji, sapne dekh sakta hai, lekin itna toh sehat kelie haanikarak hai.

Cabir: Aapko weakness the na, jab mujhe tease karte hai tab koi weakness nazar nahi aa raha.

Paridhi: Pata nahi kyun, par jab tujhe tease karta hai mujhe bada maza aata hai.

Cabir laughed sarcastically before lying on her lap and she instantly started caressing his hair.

Navya came back from the kitchen, to see the Mother-Son duo lost in their, own worlds. Seeing both of them laughing and teasing each other she felt really happy.

Navya knocked on the door to make them aware of  her presence before entering.

Navya: Cabir, kya kar raha hai tum. uto, woh kamzore hai.

Cabir: Meri Maa, meri marzi.

Cabir showed his tongue making her shake her head in disbelief.

Navya: But you have to, she has to eat the food.

Cabir sit down reluctantly. Navya pass the bowl of kichadi to Cabir so that he can feed her.

Paridhi: Mujhe kichadi nahi khana.

Paridhi was making weird faces seeing kichadi.

Navya: Aise kaise? Doctor ne kaha ki aapko much healthy khilana. Yeh khaane ke baad medicine bhi toh khaana hai aapko.

Paridhi made a puppy face at Cabir.

Cabir: Nahi, yeh puppy face se kuch nahi chal na wala. No compromises on your health. Aapko yeh katam karna hi padega.

Like this both Cabir and Navya made Paridhi eat.

I was planning this whole scene from the moment I made a rough sketch about Cabir's past.

So story serious ho raha hai. Hmm...
