The man looked back and saw the trio standing there with extra sweet smile on their lips. It was Nandini who tapped his shoulder.

Nandini : (fake innocently) hame doond rahe ho?

And the man stand there not knowing what to say.

Harshad : woh kya hai na jab aap wahan se dekha na toh yeh (pointing at Nandini) aapko dekha.

Hearing him two people wide their eyes. 1st one is that man itself and the second one was Navya.

Navya : (angryly) joothe meine pehle dekha tha.

Nandini : escuse me maine pehle dekha tha.

Navya : what meine kaha tha tumse ki someone was watching us.

Nandini : par yeh bhai ko wahan wall ke peeche meine pehle dekha tha, so Harshad is right i was the one who saw him fisrt.

Navya : par pehle bataya toh main thi na.

Nandini : par pehle dekha oh main hun.

Navya : nahi main.

Nandini : mahi main.

Navya : nahi main.

Nandini was going to retreat back when Harshad intervene between them.

Harshad : arey arey arey, tum log kyun jagad rahe ho ham isse hi pooch lete hai. (to the man) toh bhai batao is mein se kon aapko pehle dekha.

Navya : (to the man) haa bhai batao isko ki aapko pehle main dekha tha.

Man : huh?

That man asked dazzily who was looking at the trio wide eyes looked at Navya with open mouth. He seriously didn't understand for what this girls are fighting.

Navya : arey batao bhaiyya, itni der aap hame Sherlock Holmes ke tarah khoor rahi thi. Aur ab hai ki aap kuch bol hi nahi rahi.

Harshad : arey tumhe abhi tak pata nahi chala kya. He is mute.

He said as a matter of fact, to which girls form their moith in a perfect O shape too dramatically.

That man nodded his head in a no hurridly but who cares.

Navya : arey aap mute ho?

She asked dramatically and started to tap his cheeks as if she was trying to make him speak, well she tap quite strongly that it really pained him, making him palm his cheeks.

Navya : pahale hi bata dena chahiye tha na, par koi nahi aap action se hi baat karo. Ham samajh jaegi. Yeh Nandu hai na woh nursery main action song kelie first prize win kiya tha. (to which Nandu patted her own shoulder while Harhshad hold back a chuckle) So don't worry ap action hi dikhao. Chal... Arey dikhao bhai.

Before he could say anything Nandini cut him off

Nandini : dikhao bhaiyya, main samajh jaongi. Jaldi karo iske baad hamein hamari ghar bhi jaana hai.

She said blinking her eyes innocently.

The man was going to say something when Navya once again cut him off.

Navya : kahi yeh deaf bhi hai kya? Matlab ab tak hamne jo kuch bhi kaha kuch bhi ise samajh mein nahi aaya.

She said while this time Harshad come to that man side and started to do snap his fingers making him horrified. What if he slap his ears this time. That man immediately palmed his ears. Making the trio giggle without his knowledge, ofcourse.

Harshad : matlab jo bhi hamne kaha woh once again action mein repeat karna padega. Koi nahi Nandini dikhao apni talent, come on.

But this time before anyone could speak that man spoke.

Man : nahi main deaf or mute nahi hun.

Navya : nahi hun.

Man : nahi hun.

Harshad : phir itni der hamari questions ka answer kyun nahi diya?

Man : jab bolne kelie mouka dega tab bol paonge na.

Harshad : ohooo ham bhi na. Ohk then stop fighting girls

He said stearnly and the girls placed their forefinger on their mouth. While the man sight audiobly.

Harshad : lo woh log chup ho gayi. Ab aap batao aap hamare follow kyun kar rahi thi.

Man : main tum logon ko follow nahi kar rahi thi. Main toh bas...

He couldn't complete because he heared a almost scream, which is from non other than NavNi.

NavNi : Jhooteeeee.....

Navya she came to the man furiously and pushed him by his right shoulder and said.

Navya : tune follow nahi kiya, phir woh kon hame wahan se khoor rahi thi. Your ghost?

Before man could form words he got another push in his left arm.

Nandini : is baare mein ham donon ne (pointing at Navya and herself) ladai bhi kiya. Aur aap kah rahe hai ki aap hame follow nahi kiya.

Navya : wahi toh (giving another push) aap kya hamare beech jagda creat karne aaye the kya?

Nandini : hawwww.... (pushing him) aap hame fight karane aaya tha. Aap aise kaise kar sakthe ho.

Navya : (giving another push) hamne aapse aisa kya kiya ki ham hame alag karne ki koshish kar rahe the.

Nandini : (another push) aapko ham bhaiyya bola aur aap hai ki... (looking at the sky) Ayyappa aap dekh rahe hai na apni bhakton ko kya kya sehna pad rahe hai.

She said overdramatically wiping her fake tears. While Harshad side hugged her giving overdramatic expressions and Nandini too turn back and hug him not being able to control her laugh which that man thought as she ia sobbing.

Navya : (another push) dekha you even made her cry. Ham.akbhi uske aankhon se ek boond ansoo nahi aane diya tha aur aap use.. Use rula diya. Hey matarani aap na ise punish karo. Aisa curse karo ki yeh kabhi apni girlfriend ko propose nahi kar pao and....

Before she could continue her rants that man shout horrifyed. What if he seeiously couldn't propose his girlfriend.

Man : mujhe Raj Malhotra ne tum donon ke peeche bheja tha. To know about your background.

Harshad : yeh pahle bata dena chahiye tha na.

Navya : haa hamare itna energy waste kiya aapne. Anyway, so kya kya pata chala hamare baare mein.

Man : woh... Woh...

Nandini : arrey main batati hun, main hun Nandini Moorthy, parents died in a car accident, living with cacha and chachi, and brother Rishab. Hai na

That man nodded

Navya : aur mera toh i am Navya Naveli from patna, parenys stays in the village hai na.

The man nodded once again.

Navya : aur kuch nahi mila?

Man nodded in a no.

Nandini : isse zyaada kuch nahi milne wala.

Navya : kyun ki hamne khud hamare background chupa liya tha. So you are not gonna get to know anything about us untill we our self disclose it. So don't waste time and tell Mr.Raj Malhotra that don't need to spy on us and will ourself meet him tomorrow morning. Hai na Nandu?

Nandini : ofcourse, after all itna kuch kiya hamare baare main pata karne kelie. So inform him right now.

Man : ab?

Harshad : haa ab, hamare saamne. And don't tell him that we caught you red handedly, just tell him that you will give him their details tomorrow and fix a meeting.

Navya : jaldi bhai, hamein ghar jaake sona hai. Kal hamare lie bahot bada din hai.

Man nodded helplessly and called Raj and fixed a meeting.

Man : kal morning at 9.00 am @ the Bagel shop.

Nandini : cool, then see you there at sharp 9.00 am. And bye the way aapka naam kya hai?

Man : Nikhil.

Navya : ohhh nice name Nikhil bhaiyya, now good night... Have a peaceful sleep... Bubbyeee...

She said and the trio get into the car and drove to their destination.

Dhawan House @ 12.30 pm

Cabir was laying on the bed wide awake, staring at the ceiling. He came from Malhotra Mansion earlier where Fab5 were partying as per their ritual that, they party hard the day before their performance. But that party wasn't able to distarct his restlessness. Kyun na ho Navya's angry face was still fresh in his mind and he don't know how to woo her, as it is not so like him. He never passified any girl, other than Alia and Mukthi. That too cracking some of his lame jokes. well it is not like he never dated anyone. Being the member of Fab5, and being handsome there were lot of girls who were ready to throw themselves on him. But whenever they get angry which rarely happenes as who wants to let go the golden chance of dating The Cabir Dhawan, so if it happenes he just walk away without caring anything.

But here the case is different. Navya is not some usual fling for him. She is special. He really feels for her, so he is not gonna walk out like that. So he have to specify her. But how? He don't know.

First he went to NH3 jam room for talking to her, but she was no where to be seen. He came back from the party with a hope of speaking to her. He went to her hostel. Can you believe it? Cabir Dhawan went to a girls hostel for taking to his "friend". But unfortunately for him the watch man didn't even allow him to enter. Well no one will allow a boy to enter a girls hostel at 11.30 pm right? So he came back without any other option.  He was feeling irritated. Heck He couldn't even eat anything when his all favourite foods were there. He falt like he lost all the appetite.

And after all this he got an awsome idea. And you know what was that?
"To call Navya Navali on phone" great right?

Woh bhi yahi socha tha, par everuthing went into gutter when he realised he doesn't have her number.

"He Freaking Doesn't Have Her Number"

How romantic right? Ohooo no no no romance nahi phone number tak nahi hai ise romantic toh bilkul nahi keh sakthi.

So now at this moment he was lying not knowing where the hell does her sleep gone. May be for a holiday. Par kahan?

Cabir POV

Ohhh... God.. Mein so kyun nahi paa rahe hai? Yeh ladki jaate jaate meri neend aur bhook bhi le gaya hai kya? Kya karoon main ab. I can't even call her. Kyun? Because i don't have her phone number. Aur woh boodha (watchman) hai ki mujhe andhar bhi nahi jaane diya. Madhubala, why are you effecting me this much. Ab kaise baat karoon tumse?
(as if realising something) ohhh shit how can i forget i can even talk her on SNS right? Yes... Wowww Cabir you are so intelligent

He said patting him self and start to search for his phone which obviously went for a holiday whenever we need it.

(it always happens with me)

Finally he found it under his pillow. He unlock his phone and log in to instagram. He search for Navya Naveli and it showed a longggggg list of Navya Naveli. But one purticular profile pic gained his attention. Which is obviously her's.

She looked so pretty. very very beautiful. She look beautiful with open hair, he admit. Well that two chotti of hers which she usually has bringa her that madhubala look which he like obviously. But in this she looked eternal.

He aighed and opened her account and once again his hope went out of the window when he saw her account "Private". He cursed ig for giving this pirticular option. Now what will he do. He can't send her a follow request. It has two reasons. 1st he is quiet sure that she is noy gonna accept his request after whatever happened today. And second thing if he send her a follow request Fab4 will get to know. And he don't want Fab4 to know about them like that. He want to tell them himself and he will do it after this musicana. Because after muaicana they won't be rivals anymore. So they can be "Friends" without any problem.

And thats how his last hope also broke. So he lied back on his bed and looked at her profile pic which is obviously small. But the peace her face give him is undescribable. He clutched his phone near her heart and finally sliped into sleep.

The Bagel Shop @ 9.05..

Nandini Navya and Harshad came to the shop and see that "spy" pacing infront of the entrance of the shop. He stoped pacing and leave a sigh of relief when he saw the trio.

Nikhil : (to the trio) tum log kahan the? I was waiting from so long.

Navya : arey why are you behaving like a boyfriend who was waiting for his girlfriend from hours anf pata chala ki she alop with his bestfriend. Arey ham toh sirf 5 minute late hai.

She said nonchalantly making Nikhil open his mouth wide, why the hell she always drag his girlfriend in between. Well for Harshad and Nandini it is nothing new so they just chuckle seeing Nikhil's expression.

Navya : ab mooh band karo nahi toh makki khus jaega.

She said and Nikhil immediately closed his mouth.

Navya : ab khade rahega kya yahan oe. Ao jaake bahit kaam hai hame.

She said and walked inside while NanShad followed Navya. Nikhil took one second to understand that the trio entered the cafe and ran after them.

Inside the cafe

There for of them walked to the table Raj Malhotra sat with his all time arrogant aura which whole Malhotra's posses as if some khandani beemari.

Raj was shocked, surprised and amazed seeing NavNi and Harshad there. Ofcorse he never expected them here ever. He immediately looked at Nikhil who passed him an apologic glance.

They came and stood before Raj. Raj couldn't read any kind of emotions in the trio's face.

Nandini : hello Mr.Malhotra. i hooe you recognised me. (chuckling) hmmm i know you are surprised seeing us here. Par kya karoon when we get to know that you wanted to know more about us (showing Navya and herself) so we thought why not talk to you directly.

Navya : agar hamare baare mein jaanna hai toh hamse poochna chahiye tha na. Uskelie hamare peeche ek spy ko bhejna. It is so filmy. Par yeah i love being filmy. But you will not get any infirmation from them, because we ourself hude about our background. So no one could trace it. But haa we respect you  a lot so we will give you an option, you can ask anything Mr.Malhotra, we are ready to answer.

He heard them attentively but couldn't identify their emotion. This two girls have a misterical aura. Which is enough to make anyone tremble.

Nandini : aapko kuch poochna hai sir?

Raj didn't say anything and looked ar Harshad who was silently standing there. His face showed an emotion "hurt". But why?

Nandini : ohk then. Agar aapko kuch poochna nahi hai toh ham khud batati hun.

Raj looked at her seriously.

Nandini : i hope aap ise hamare peeche isiliye bheja taki you wanted to know why are we here. Hai na?

Raj nodded his head in a yes.

Nandini : well then let me tell you, you don't need to worry. We are here just because our friend. We promised him something. And agar promise kiya tih nibhani bhi toh padegi na. So here we are.

Navya : aapko kuch samajh mein aaya?

Raj was confused what are they really meant? Kis friend ki baat kar rahe hai yeh?

Navya : ohooo Mr.Malhotra yeh Harshad hai na i hope you know him well. So yeah he lost his friends because of some stupid business rivalry. So now he want them back. And ohooo main bhi na. Aapko main baath batana hi bhool gayi woh friends jo yeh khoya na woh Manik yaani ki aapka beta and Dhruv hai. So yarh we were just helping him. Thats it.

Raj looked at NavNi and said after a minute of silence.

Raj : he lost his friends because of his own actions so ismein business rivalry kahan se aaya. He was the one who betrayed my son.

He said pointing at Harshad while Harshad looked down and fisted his hands to control his emotions after seeing his father figure accusing him. Seeing him Nandini immediately and looked at Raj with that expressionless face and said.

Nandini : jiske baare mein nahi pata hai, uske baare mein na hi bolo toh acha hai sir. You don't know what happened then. So please don't judge him with your assumptions.

Raj : agar aisa hai toh samjhao mujhe.

Navya : (gilping down her irritation, ofcourse this man has just insulted her friend) arey it is a very longgg story. Hmm par koi nahi will tell you. But abhi hamein time nahi hai. Musicana hai aaj. So kyun na ham aaj musicana ke baad mile?

before Raj could say anything she cut him off... I thing she has done a phd in it.

Navya : so see you after competition. Now bye.

She said so that Raj couldn't get a chance to insult Harshad again but before going she turned to Nikhil and said.

Navya : bye bhaiyya and next time spy someone please try not to get caught.

Nikhil looked down embarressingly.

She said and the trio started to move out. But stopped after hearing him calling Nandini.

Raj : Nandini, Manik, mera beta trust you so blindly. You have become his everything now. I hope you will never betray him atleast.

Nandini looked at Raj perplexed for a minute and then thought Manik would have surely told him about her. She sighed and came infront of him face to face.

Nandini : Usko Dhoka Dena Matlab Khudko Khona, Aur Main Woh Galti Kabhi Nahi Karungi.

She said it looking directly in Raj's eyes and that intensity of her look and determination in her voice made him believe that,

"yes she will never decieve his son"

Nandini passed a smile at Raj and walked out while NavShad followed her. While Raj could only look at their retrieving figures sighing audiobly.

He doesn't know what to do anymore. His last hope was NavNi's background. He trusted Nandini with his son for sure, but that bade bhai in him still trusted his baby brother. And he ended up sending a spy behind NavNi. Now they themself appear infront of them bravely he was sure that they are with the truth. Then where the hell did he fail? He don't know now he could do only one thing. Waiting for them to tell him the truth tonight. After Musicana.

So i am ending the chapter here.
