It was exactly 9 AM and manik malhotra once again became watch man standing at the gate just to have a glance of his girl

FAB 4 soon joined him and got busy as usual in their talks while manik was looking outside not giving much importance to their talks.

ALIA : manik kya hua tum kuch bol kyu nahi rahe

Manik doesn't listen anything.

KABIR : manikkk and puts his hand around manik shoulder

MANIK : haan 

MUKTHI : kya hua manik thu itna koya koya kyu hain

MANIK : nahi aisa kuch nahi hain

ALIA : guys what are we waiting for chelo andar chelthe hain

MUKTHI : haan yar common

KABIR (slowly) : tu nandu ka wait karra na

MANIK : nooo

KABIR : chel phir andar chelthe hain

MANIK POV : goddd ye ab thak ayi kyu nahi ek kaam kartha hoon class main cheltha hoon vaise bi wo class ko hi ayegi aur agar yahi wait karunga na tho madam ko pakka patha chel jayega ki main uska hi wait karra tha tho chel beta isse pehle wo tuje dekle nikkale yaha se

MANIK : chelo chelo chelo and they all leave to class.

As soon as they enter biology sir comes and starts the class.

Manik was not listening a single word which sir said and was busy staring outside thinking why she haven't came though it was 10. Soon class finished & immediately their english mam entered not giving even a few minutes of break

MANIK POV : goddd ye dusra class bi shuru hora hain par ye ab thak nahi aayi and looks back and then ye pagal bi nahi aaya yarrr ab kaise patha chelega ki wo kaha par hain aur school ayi kyu nahi aur aaj ayegi bi ya nahi ufff

KABIR (slowly) : kya hua janab kiske yado main koye hue hain hm

MANIK POV : hoo of course inhe tho patha hi hoga par main inhe kaise puch saktha hoon nahi manik nahi wo school aye na aye thuje usse kya forget about her

KABIR (slowly) : manik manik!!!!

MANIK : haan

KABIR : kya hua pareshan dikhra hain

MANIK : nahi aisa kuch nahi hain

KABIR : hoo mujhe laga jiski vajah se thu har vakth pareshan rehtha hain wo vajah ko apne aas paas na pakar pareshan hora hain

MANIK : muh band karega ya main madad karu

KABIR : nahi nahi thu kyu thaklif lega main hoon na main band karlunga hmmm

Class soon ends at 11 & the only thing which kept on roaming manik's mind was nandini.

It was break time but since they already got so many free periods there class was continued by mathematics sir without even giving a break.

Manik was dying inside to see her and was still looking at door hoping that she might still come though it was too late. He had no option and the only thing he could do was wait.

After a boring and lengthy two hours the class got finished leaving everyone damn irritated. 

ALIA : offooo damn irritated mann

MUKTHI : haan yar lagtha hain pure saal ki padayi ye log sirf aaj hi katam karna chahthe hain

DHRUV : kal jo masti ki thi uske liye compensate tho karna hi hoga na

ALIA : masti dhruv tum teek tho ho na kal hum ne konsi masti ki thi ulta sara din pareshan the kisi na kisi vajah se

DHRUV : haan jo bi ho par hame free periods bi tho mile na

KABIR : yaar bas karo yar please already khano main se khoon nikalra hain tum log aur kuch math karo pease

MANIK POV : wo aaj bi nahi ayegi

MUKTHI : yarr hum tho bul hi gaye ki ye hamara luch time hain

ALIA : am very stressed yar main kayi bi nahi ayungi mujhe kuch kana hi nahi hain you guys go and have lunch

MUKTHI : yar mujhe bi chelne ka man hi nahi hain

KABIR : ooo hello mujhe tho bhuk lagri hain aur main jayunga bi kana Kane

MUKTHI : haan tho kon rokra hai tujhe jaa naa

DHRUV : kabir jayenge tho sab sath main varna koyi bi nahi jayega

ALIA : awww how cute yar and pulls his ears

kABIR : arreyyy yar kya musibath hain and then looks manik and then manik tujhe bukh nahi lagra kya

Manik was not at all listening to them all the while and was busy thinking about nandini.

DHRUV : buddy buddy 

MANIK : haan 

DHRUV : thuje kuch nahi kana kya

MANIK : nahi bhuk nahi hain tho

KABIR : acha tho thu ek kaam kar na thu jake hamare liye kana lekar aana

FAB 3 shouts kabirrr!!!!!!

MANIK : tum logo ruko main latha hoon

KABIR : hey sun main tho bas aise hi bolra tha thuje kayi jane ki zarurath nahi hain

MANIK : nahi yar teek hain main vaise bi bahar jara tha tho give me 5 I'll be back and soon leaves class

ALIA : kabir what's wrong with you

KABIR : arreyy main tho bas aise hi bolra tha mujhe kya patha tha wo itna seriously lega

DHRUV (slowly) : kabirrr

KABIR : he need some space

Soon manik returns and they all complete their lunch.

They have continuous classes and without even having a break they sit in class listening to boring chapters for 3 hours. Finally the day comes to an end and it was time to leave for their houses.

MANIK POV : wo nahi aayi par kyu kya wo jaan buchke nahi aayi wo wo aise kaise kar sakthi hain use patha hain main yaha nahi manik nahi thu itni jaldi kamzor nahi pad saktha and closes his eyes tightly covering his face with his hands.

Kabir and dhruv see manik and tell mukthi and alia to leave first and that they will join them near gate. Alia and mukthi leaves.

DHRUV : buddyyy and keeps his hands on manik shoulder.

MANIK : haan haan buddy bol

KABIR : kya hua

MANIK : kuch nahi chel chelthe hain vaise ye dono kaha gaye

DHRUV : smiles and neche gaye 

MANIK : acha chelo and stands up

KABIR : manikkk!!!!

MANIK : haan

KABIR : tu teek hain na

MANIK : mujhe kya hoga main teek hoon chel and simply turns back and leave.

Dhruv and kabir follow him and soon they leave to their houses.

NEXT DAY: 

FAB 5 was in the class

MUKTHI : yar aaj tho school ane ka man hi nahi kiya

ALIA : I know mujhe bi aisa hi laga

Manik was staring outside.

MUKTHI : manik thu vaha kaha dekhra hain

MANIK : nahi bas aise hi

Soon class starts and manik was waiting for her.

MANIK POV : aaj tho pakka ayegi am sure goddd bas jaldi bejdo

Time passes and as time passed manik smile got faded. His eyes were still on door but he couldn't find any sign of her. Soon class finished and it was 10. 

MANIK POV : kya wo aaj bi and closed his eyes tightly.

Even there second and third classes finished and it was 1 PM.

Manik was very sad and couldn't control himself. He went out without saying a word.

MANAN ROOM :

He sits in a corner and Kyu karri ho aisa kyu nahi aari ho mere ankhon ke samne kayi kayi kuch hua tho nahi na and then suddenly runs out of the room. He goes to class and

MANIK : kabir kabir kabirrr!!!!!

KABIR : haan bol kya hua

MANIK : wo wo wo teek tho hai na

KABIR : shhh shhh relax teek hain kuch nahi hua

Manik closes his eyes relaxed

ALIA : ye tum log kiski baath karre ho haan

DHRUV : arrey abhi ki

KABIR : haan wo school nahi ara na

MUKTHI : haan wo teek tho hain

KABIR : arrey haan bilkul teek hain

Manik comes and sits silently. The entire day passes making manik more and more sad every minute

THIRD DAY :

Manik was standing near gate.

FAB 4 reach and ask him to come to class. He simply refuses and forces them to leave. 

MANIK : please please please aao na ek baar bas ek baar tumhe dekhni hain

KABIR : relax

MANIK : thu gaya nahi class

DHRUV : thuje chodke kaise jathe

MANIK : tum log janthe ho na

KABIR : kiske baare main

MANIK : goddd please kabir

DHRUV : thu kyu Jana chahtha hain

Manik remains silent

KABIR : thuje kuch farak nahi padna chahiye na 

MANIK : tho kisne kaha ki mujhe farak padra hain haa main tho normally puchra tha par tumhe nahi bathani hain tho fine chelo and leaves to class without turning back

DHRUV : patha nahi kab sudrega

KABIR : natak karra hain dekthe hain kitne din karega

They too leave for class. 

They have continuous classes and they won't even talk for a while. The entire day passes out with classes making everyone pissed off. 

MALHOTRA'S HOUSE 7 PM :

Manik layed on his bed and closed his eyes. 

Her eyes, her nose, her cheeks, her lips and her smile was roaming in his mind. A smile falled on his lips.

Nandiniii!!!!!! is the only word he could say.

He suddenly opens his eyes and sits with a jerk. He keeps his hand in his hairs.

Three days, three days, three days and shouting this breaks the table in front of him.

Manik dad listens to sound and comes up running. He stands behind door and watch manik.

MANIK : yehi chahthi thi na wo ki main pagal ho jayao yaa right and see she has succeeded in it and punches the wall. He gets hurt and shouts loudly. 

Nandini nandini nandini!!!!!!!

Yes he calls her name out loudly in pain.

Manik father goes and keeps hand on manik's shoulder. He turns back and doesn't say anything. Manik father make him sit on bed and bring first aid box.

MANIK : nahi iski zarurath nahi hai

MANIK'S DAD : jantha hoon ki ye tumhare liye zaroori nahi hain par tumhare hath ke liye ye bahuth zaroori hain.

He starts cleaning blood and "pareshan ho"

Manik remains silent

MANIK'S DAD : kabhi socha nahi tha ki tum kisike liye aur kisiki vajah se itna pareshan hoge

MANIK : main na hi kisi ke liye aur na hi kisi ki vajah se pareshan hoon

MANIK'S DAD : sachayi se baag ne se kuch teek nahi hoga

MANIK : main kayi nahi baagra hoon

Manik's father cleans blood and starts bandaging it.

MANIK'S DAD : phir sachayi ko maan kyu nahi Lethe

MANIK : wo sach nahi ho saktha 

MANIK'S DAD : ya tum usse sach mana nahi chahthe

Manik looks down and have teary eyes.

MANIK'S DAD : ek baar usse sach mankar dekho agar khusi milegi tho wo sabse khubsurat khusi hogi tumhare liye aur agar khusi nahi mili tho phir se usse jhut maan lena

MANIK : agar khusi nahi milegi tho jee nahi payunga

MANIK'S DAD : aur agar khusi mil gayi tho????

MANIK : kyaa aisa ho saktha hain

MANIK'S DAD : bilkul

MANIK : lekin aapko bi wo khusi

MANIK'S DAD : har ek ki zindagi alag hothi hain aur ye zaruri nahi ki jo ek ke zindagi main ho vahi dubara kisi aur ke zindagi main bi ho aur vaise bi jo kuch bi mere zindagi main hua uska zimedar bi main khud hoon 

MANIK : Matlab

MANIK'S DAD : shayad mujhe ek baar koshish karni chahiye thi apni baath samjane ki apni feelings share karne ki lekin maine aisa kuch nahi kiya 

MANIK : tho aap kehre ke

MANIK'S DAD : ek baar koshish karke dekho hame hi shuruwath karni padthi hain

Manik's dad completes bandaging.

MANIK : Maine der kardi aur wo cheli gayi

MANIK'S DAD : tumhe kya lagtha hain wo vapas ayegi

Manik closes his eyes and remembers all the moments he spent with her and unknowingly says "haan" 

MANIK'S DAD : tho bas intezar karo

He opens his eyes and then becomes sad.

MANIK'S DAD : teek ho jayega ye hath bi aur baaki sab bi and gets up to leave.

MANIK : dad

Manik dad turns back and manik goes and hugs him tightly. They both smile and soon manik dad leave the room.

Manik falls back on bed closing his eyes and "come back soon am waiting"
